We had an amazing experience here! We came in around 11am on a hot Friday, no waiting, and sat inside. The minimalist space feels calm and cozy.
We started with the dalgona, made with milk, espresso foam, and honey crumble. Rich and flavourful, once mixed it becomes a really delicious iced coffee. The black sesame frappuccino was creamy, gently sweet, and beautifully aromatic.
For savoury, we tried the hot cheese with kimchi and garlic bread. Cheesy, rich, and very satisfying.
For dessert, the banana hazelnut tart was excellent. A big shout-out to the Yuja. The meringue with yuzu compote, yuzu namelaka, and mango coulis was not only beautiful to look at, but also a joy to eat. Breaking into it revealed a perfect harmony of textures and flavours. Crunchy, creamy, tart, and sweet, all in balance. Honestly, it felt like a little piece of paradise.
The server was very friendly, helpful, and spoke English, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended.
