Komé Komé

I was in Paris for 2 days and didn’t want to go anywhere else after I tried Komé Komé the first time. The food there is absolutely delicious. We tried different Onigiris and Inaris and were never disappointed. Shoutout to the Eggplant onigiri, it’s a banger. We absolutely loved the Spicy Mayo Salmon & Avocado inaris as well as the Burratta one. Only the Salted plum onigiri wasn’t to our taste — too salty for us. The service was fast and very friendly. We got there 30min before closing on a Sunday and the shelves were rather empty. The staff was so kind they made us two onigiris on the spot. I urge anyone in Paris to try Komé Komé! I know I’ll be back.

The first time I ate at the restaurant. Limited seating, mostly take-out. Always crowded and they have many flavors of rice balls. It feels like every time I come, there is a new flavor on the menu (or it changes seasonally). Although the rice balls I chose did not have meat or anything, they were very tasty and made my stomach feel comfortable. Will be a familiar place next time!

The queue is always long but that’s to be expected. The onigiris are great and the flavor combo are unexpected but worth a try, they are also very filling. There are a lot of options but not always everything from the menu posted outside.

TL;DR Prefect for to-go lunch or for later on if you want It is all fresh and very big verity so you can find your taste. Alongside the traditional combinations there are some westernized options True, there is now separation between the nuri seaweed and the rice. So it’s not 100% perfect But the bottom line is that you get your money worth

I like their inari much more then their onigiri, it has richer flavour and suit better to my liking..

There are many unusual flavors, but they're surprisingly not bad! However, the customer service is a bit overbearing and the interior of the store is not very clean, so there is room for improvement.

I had high expectations due to the reviews here but… got there 19:30 and the place was fully seated with a short queue. Ordered take-away bougogi, karage, and onagi - everything was cold and hard! Japanese rice balls are supposed to be slightly warm! Service was friendly and fast but as the foods were really not what I am used to from my experiences Japan I don’t think I will go back again….
