This was one of, if not, the best thing we’ve done on our 3 and a half month travels around south east Asia. This 4 day cruise from Lombok to Komodo island is an amazing experience. Filled with activities, great people and great food it is so so worth doing for all ages! Also a huge mention to the staff on board who looked after us throughout. Alfi was our main guide. Genuinely one of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life. This guy is amazing! So kind and so helpful. Just book this cruise you will not regret it! Thank you so much Alfi my brother ❤️

Amazing trip! Great snorkeling, amazing views in some of the island hikes, komodo dragons, and such a nice vibe in the boat that makes you feel like home! Staff was really great and was it felt part of the family! What a nice ending with the bonfire party in the last night! Truly a night to remember! Boat conditions were ok, rooms are not big, but they are enough for the tour! Food was quite good!

Everything has been perfect. Thank you to Nan and Cole our two guides who have brought an incredible energy to the group on the Sultan boat. The food was delicious and varied and in really generous quantities. The program allows busy days like the first one as well as chill moments to enjoy sailing on the sea and witnessing the amazing surroundings. We saw mantas, whale sharks and so many other things. We were 3 in the 4 person dormitory and it was a little packed with our luggage but we only were in the room for sleeping so it wasn’t an issue. I wouldn’t say it is a “Luxury” boat but it was perfectly to our expectations.

Did the tour from Flores to Lombok in March 2025. The first day was packed with sunrise hike on Padar Island, then Komodo Dragons and Pink Beach and Snorkeling with Mantas. The other days were less packed and we spent most of the day cruising on the ship, since you have to cover quite some distances. The snorkeling with the whale sharks was incredible! Nanda was a super host and guide and impressed us with his singing skills and live for oldies music. We danced through the storm on deck. The boat is in good condition and super spacious (we were 13 people). Could be a bit cramped during high season. The food was great too. A perfect way to get from Flores to Lombok!

Our 4D/3N cruise from Lombok to Komodo was one of the most beautiful moments of our trip. The activities and landscapes were breathtaking, the food was tasty, and the crew, especially Hendra and Deni , made everything extra special with their warmth and attention. Sadly, the boat was in very poor condition: our showercabin was constantly flooded with dirty water, had cockroaches, and a broken window. On deck, there were too few clean spots to relax. With a bit of care and repairs, this cruise could easily be a 5-star experience.

Great trip! Day one is pretty chill and the whale shark experience was not good. However the adventure day near Komodo and Komodo was AMAZING. The food was excellent and everything ran smooth! Our guides were great and took good care of us. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

Unfortunately all the wonderful activities we did on this trip, were blighted by the fact that the boat was not as advertised and in very poor condition. Our luxury cabin was certainly not luxury, there was no hand basin in the bathroom so had to brush teeth over the toilet bowl, the shower fitting was not attached to the wall and there was a previous customers dirty soapy shower scum water sloshing around the bathroom floor, as it could not drain down the small hole in the floor. Our air conditioning leaked down the wall making our bedside table unusable and we ran out of showering water halfway through the third day. We were not given beach towels. The engine was extremely noisy for the guests on the lower floor and then on night 3 they ran the extremely noisey generator on the roof all day and all night which shook the whole boat and made sleeping very difficult. Unfortunately booking this cruise and communicating was extremely challenging too and very confusing, with no empathy and slow replies. The meals were very good up until the last night which was packet sauce over pasta and the last breakfast was simply 2 fried eggs. They ran out of milk on day 2. The activities were excellent but what made the entire trip for us was our guide Alfie who was a fun, knowledgeable and organized and the reason for the star on my review. Without him the trip would have been a shambles. I would not recommend it.

What an unforgettable 4-day+3-night journey! We stepping into a real-life version of Zelda (Padar island), romantic walks along pink beaches, swimming with mantas and whale sharks… truly a trip of a lifetime! Huge thanks to Alfi and Kole for the amazing company—every part of the journey was full of joy. The food on the boat was incredibly delicious, the crew were so warm and welcoming, and lying on the deck under the stars each night chatting with everyone… this is what life is all about!
