Exquisite, truly funky Japanese Spanish fusion. We could really see and taste the Spanish influences on traditional Japanese food. Service was fast, and friendly and our waiter described all of our dishes before we ate them so we're reminded of the wonderful experience

I want to say I was very disappointed yesterday. The only thing good for this restaurant is the food is above the average, but also not special or amazing. Compare to price, it’s not worth it, I even wonder do the chef know how is the real Kaiseki cousin ? For me, their menu is just a normal Japanese food, very common, if someone want to try it, I think a la carta maybe better. I want to say the bad thing happen yesterday. First, they are super slow, I arrived on time on 8:45, but until 9:15-20, finally someone come and ask me what I want to order, even I ask other waiters could you order for me, he said this job not belong to him . I got my first dish after waiting for an hour. Second, the waiter who served us yesterday was a rookie, he had a difficult to remember or introduced our dishes, with unprofessional training. I really wonder how can this high level restaurant let this unfinished training waiter to serve the customers. Third, the manager responsible for order but the manner is very normal, not friendly enough, and he should supervise the worker but I don’t think he did it. All the waiters seemed very busy but also unorganized,even I need to ask for the water when my cup was empty. Fourth, I want to order the Sake, but first time the waiter said he need to ask others waiter to order it. After waiting for 20 minutes, I ask the manager can I order the sake ? He said he will ask other one to help me, finally, until I finished my dinner, no one come to me, it was so ridiculous and unbelievable, how can this high level restaurant did this mistake ? Fifth, yesterday was cold, if you want us to seat outside, you should inform us before we arrive, and the restaurant should provide the blankets or come to ask us is it cold or not. To sum up, I am very confused how can this restaurant receive the Michelin recommendation or other rewards, besides the price and environment, it is just a not bed Japanese restaurant, or maybe yesterday was the exception ? By the way, I also need to ask by my self is their any parking discount after I pay the bill. Maybe they don’t care the customer anymore after they receive lots of rewards and recommendations. If they don’t improve it, I don’t think this restaurant deserve the recommendations. For 75 euros menu, there is nothing special dishes inside, no lobster or crab or oysters, even no wagyu (they said the hamburger meat is wagyu but for me, wagyu need to be cut on slice). It’s not worth it. Why two stars ? It is because the food is not bad, only that.

We celebrated my aunt's birthday here and it didn't let us down. Amazing fusion on Japanese food and other cuisines: sashimi with truffle, nigiris with fried quail egg... Everything wss tasteful and there was nothing wrong whatsoever. Service was great and staff very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely amazing as always. Never regret to go there. It's the best Japanese food in the whole CCAA VALENCIANA. Staff is very friendly and professional, food is perfect, tasty, delicious.

Probably the best sushi restaurant in Valencia. Amazing service. Food is extremely good, but leave it to the staff to recommend you what to order.

I have been to amazing sushi places all over the world, this restaurant is one of the most innovative and artistic sushi restaurants I have ever tried! Each sushi creation was so good I keep ordering it over and over again! The staff was so lovely, and the chef was very entertaining to watch! Would definitely fly back to eat here!

Very bad service. We ordered dinner to the hospital after giving birth to my daughter. I was looking forward to a treat and sushi after months without having it. The order arrived only partially, with items missing and others without key ingredients. E.g. yellowfish-truffle nigiris were sent without truffle, even though the restaurant doesn’t even sell plain yellowfish nigiri (they only sell it with truffle…). Also, no soya sauce was sent, for a 90 Eur delivery dinner… After calling to complain they offered to refund for the missing items (not the ones sent partially), but didn’t even want to send the missing one and the soya which is key because “it was too late”. Anyway, with all supermarkets closed at 10pm, we had to eat it without soya, which is quite bad for a 90 eur dinner… Finally the restaurant invited us to dinner as a compensation, that’s why I’m changing my rate.

A good restaurant for special occasions, although I was expecting more. Maybe something special with the presentation?We had the tasting menu and it was very tasty. The service is excellent.
