We couldn’t be more thankful for the incredible service from Roberta at Kanditor. From start to finish she made the whole process of ordering our wedding cake so smooth and seamless, and she was not only professional but also extremely kind and friendly throughout. Even when our wedding reception venue unfortunately lost our cake, Roberta was so empathetic and immediately offered to send us a smaller version of our original cake along with brownies as a goodwill gesture. That kind of genuine care and customer service is so rare these days, and it truly meant the world to us. Thanks to Roberta and Kanditor, we’ll still be able to share a special cake-cutting moment at home with our loved ones and enjoy the cake we had originally chosen for our wedding. We can’t wait to taste their delicious sweets, and we are certain it will be just as amazing as the care they put into everything else. Roberta and the team at Kanditor have gained a lifelong customer in us and our family, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for not only outstanding cakes and desserts but also a level of customer care that goes above and beyond!

Terrible service from a cake shop we used to love. Failed to decorate it as instructed and then it arrived collapsed. This is for someone’s birthday and isn’t good enough for a very expensive cake

Stopped by Konditor in Holborn for cake and tea, a patisserie which I always see in waterloo. Dined here because they had seating and got the hazelnut cake which was tasted just like ferrero rocher. It was good there were cake samples to help you decide. They also had savoury muffins and artisan jam to offer.

The cakes look delicious, but the chocolate brownies severely disappoint. Super dry, overly sweet and crumbles. Nothing moist or squidgy about them at all :( Definitely not worth the price tag, but I'd encourage anyone to at least try the cakes as they look a lot better.

The best apple pie that I ever ate!! The almonds and lemon Moon cookies are also a thing you must try, but... The service, oh, it's totally the best. At the next time I'll be visiting London, I'll drop by first of all because of the excellent service. A real pleasure!!

An amazing place to satisfy your sweet tooth. #Cake slices or whole - of all sizes - , off the display or customised, muffins, #biscuits and wide selection of #brownies that would make you drool; they even have #vegan brownies ! I tried the salted caramel and they were sinful! They serve coffee and other drinks too. Staff are welcoming, friendly each wearing a beautiful smile. Definite sweet craving / celebration needs destination. The best thing about this branch is strategically located opposite a speciality coffee place which makes it a good combo 😍. Wheelchair accessibility can be improved.

Lovely little hidden gem. After googling and looking for somewhere with nice cakes near by I found here. Cakes galore with loads on display. We had a latte and a brownie each. The cake selection is huge and the staff are lovely and friendly. I would say only downfall is not a lot of seating, mainly 1 large table and also no toilets available for customers. We didn't let this bother us and had a lovely experience here. Latte was lovely and brownies very tasty. Price wise it can vary. For 2 lattes and 2 brownies cost us about £11. I would definitely recommend specially as the selection is plentiful and staff very polite and friendly.

Gluten free brownie is nothing special - no doughy quality to it, not very flavorful.
