Kono's Northshore - Las Vegas Strip

Kono’s Northshore has opened its second location in Chinatown !!! Excellent restaurant direct from Hawaii . Truly authentic Hawaiian food and the atmosphere of the restaurant too, so relaxing and welcoming! Everything was fresh and super delicious 😋! We had two “Bombers” - Chuns and Haleiwa and Tube bagels. We also had Kalua Sliders and Avocado Veggie Wrap. The pork was so tender and flavorful. Their 12-hours slow-roasted Kalua pulled pork is absolutely delicious and you can definitely taste the difference. We also had their freshly squeezed lemonades and hand-crafted shakes . Also , everything was so great, the lemonades were so refreshing and the shakes were so sweet and delicious . The prices and portions are very reasonable, cannot really go wrong here whatever you order! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, the manager and the entire team make the experience great 👍. From the moment you enter the restaurant you feel invited and appreciated . Overall: the entire experience was excellent. We cannot wait to go back and we highly recommend it!!! This place is horrible, it was empty on a Sunday @ 12pm 4/21/24 by the strip 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 I ordered the Pork rib plate and Hawaiian bowl. I should ask for a refund the minute I saw the cook placing the food under a heat lamps 🚩🚩🚩🚩the Kalua pig bowl was decent at best but very oily for pork. The ribs were dry as hell and the Mac salad was disgusting and disappointing. If you wanna feel disappointed come this establishment.

Don't eat here!! NOTHING like Kono's in Hawaii! The food was disgusting. We ordered the kalua sliders, chuns bomber, and quesadilla. The place was completely empty on a Saturday. No one came in the whole time we were there. The food was SOOO GREASY!!!!! Couldn't eat the slider buns because they were soggy with grease 🤢 even with the dripping grease, the meat was so dry and tasteless. Completely different from Kono's in Hawaii!!! The worst part was that it was obvious that nothing was made fresh. The bomber had been warmed up. Even the scrambled eggs weren't fresh! Who knows how old the meat was 🤢 we will never be returning. So sad because we've really been looking forward to coming here because we love Kono's in HI.

Kahlua pork that reminds us of the islands. Nachos were amazing. Biscuits light and fluffy. Guava lemonade was refreshing, and just the right sweetness. Laid back, island music atmosphere. Super friendly and attentive staff. This will be a go-to whenever we visit Vegas.

Came here with my fiancé since I love the Kono’s in Haleiwa so much. I ordered the triple crown and she got the sprout bagel, both were excellent. Owner is extremely accommodating and staff is so nice and helpful! Highly recommend checking this place out asap

Checked out Kono’s on a Wednesday just after noon! Me and my bro split the chuns bomber burrito and the Hawaiian bowl! Both were delicious with generous portions! Ended up buying a bottle of their delicious mango pineapple sauce before I left! Brandon was great at register and Wendy killed it in the kitchen make sure you keep those two around! We will be back

Happened to be nearby so I stopped for a late lunch. The place has an inviting comfortably laid- back atmosphere. Maia, a true Kama'aina, was very friendly & knowledgeable and helped me choose my first meal experience. The BBQ Pork Bomber was great and the strawberry lemonade was extremely refreshing on a triple-digit August day in Vegas! Definitely worth trying it out if you are in the area!

This place is awesome! We fell in love with it in Haleiwa on Oahu, and this brings us back. The food was really good, but the service was above and beyond. They treated us like we were ohana. Mateus (I’m sorry if I got your name wrong) was awesome, and so was everyone else.
