Considering where it's located, Koriander serves decent food. A miss-mash of Asian dishes, with a strong Korean base, it is clearly trying to hit several demographics at once: the student crowd desiring Asian cuisine, the quirky, the small Asian community in Corvallis. In that sense, it tries pretty hard to be all things to all people.
The ingredients are fresh and the tastes are pretty authentic. I had the japchae (one of my faves) with bulgogi and my wife had the pad thai. In both cases, the food was competently prepared with extremely fresh ingredients. And again, considering they are not in a huge metropolis, they produce a decent meal.
Where they lose points is in service. Despite the place being almost empty, it took a very long time to even order our food. When our meals did arrive, they were not well-coordinated, with one dish coming out considerably later than the second. The waitress, while polite, did not seem terribly interested in serving us. Fair enough, but a restaurant is often about service.
If you have a hankering for pretty authentic Korean/Asian food, I'd say this is the place in Corvallis to come. Just don't expect too much more than that.
