The Best Restaurants In Kentish Town - London - The Infatuation

"The Kossoff family has been baking in London since the 1920s and, four generations later, it’s led to this friendly, airy bakery in Kentish Town. Putting their delicious croissant cups and springy focaccia aside, this is the kind of place that every area in London would welcome with open arms. It’s buttery, lamination heaven, and there a load of freshly made salads and sandwiches for lunch as well. Bear in mind a queue can form fast—especially during that lazy, mid-morning period on weekends—but come by early and there are plenty of tables to choose from. Or get everything to go. These pastries don’t wait around for anybody." - Richard Ehrlich 3, Oliver Feldman, Jake Oliver

Amazing Bakery with Fresh, Delicious Treats! This bakery is an absolute gemmm Every item is baked to perfection and very professionally made flaky croissants, flavorful focaccia, and many other great pastries. You can taste the quality in every bite The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. If you’re grabbing a quick coffee and pastry you won’t be disappointed as literally everything we tried was perfect.

Exceptional bakery where quality matches the best ones of France where I am from. The pain au chocolat was decadently buttery with a generous amount of chocolate, the baguette although slightly too brown for my taste was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The pecan and chocolate cookie was divine too! I will definitely come back!

Kossoffs is so great. I love it. Everyone who works there is really cool and friendly. The food is very good. The new asparagus danish is utterly based. I couldn’t believe it when I saw all those sprigs of asparagus atop ricotta cream on a crunchy Kossoffs danish. Tasted as good as it looked, a beautiful citrus tang from the lemon zest. The jerk chicken sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I’ve eaten, way better than viral social media sandwiches. The ginger biscuits are so addictive. The salads are amazing. Thank you Kossoffs.

Must visit Bakeries in London 🥐 . @Kossoffs bakery in Kentish town surprised me by their huge selection of sweet and savoury pastries but what I think makes them unique are their focaccia sandwiches 🥪 I had jerk chicken on lime mayo and look how thick it is! And it definitely packed a kick 🌶️ I also loved their feta, chive and sun dried tomato🍅 pastry and their morning bun is a must order from sweet ones. . 📍Location: Kentish Town 🚇 Closest station: Kentish Town 💰Price: Savoury pastries around £6, Morning bun £4.8, Focaccia sandwich £8.50, Large sourdough bread £5, Coffee around £4

Almond twice bake was absolutely spectacular and the cheese twists. Both like they had just been baked hours previous. Coffee outstanding and staff were very helpful and attentive 11/10

I have been eyeing the Earl Grey swirl since I saw pretty blue corn flowers on it. Finally went back and Thankfully, the pastry wasn't as burnt as my previous visit, though I got the less appealing one by the window. It bothered me because it was for the photos and there wasn't many blue flowers as the one by the counter nor was it like the one on the previous visit. The staff just said they use the spares by the window. The earl grey flavor was surprisingly nice but leaned towards sweetness.

Absolutely incredible pastries. So fresh and buttery, and the classic croissant is one of the best I’ve ever had—including the many London bakeries and ones in Paris and California. The earl grey swirl is also delicious. Lots of nice indoor seating. Can’t believe this place isn’t in every food guide. Highly recommend!!
