Over the past year I have had the pleasure of massage therapy from Val, Brittany, and Kiel. When I book it’s usually last minute, which is why I have been open to any RMT with availability. All three have been excellent. So professional, sensitive to every need, with masterful technique. Highly recommend any one of these therapists.

This was my first visit to Kostali Wellness, and I’m very pleased with the treatment I received from Kiel, RMT. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and Kiel took the time to ask thoughtful questions before starting the session. He focused carefully on the areas I mentioned were causing discomfort, particularly my neck and back, and I left feeling much better. I’ve already booked my next appointment and look forward to continuing treatment with Kiel. Thank you!

Kiel made my first massage a comfortable and safe experience. He listened to my concerns and was able to bring me relief I haven’t felt in years after just one session. The environment itself was clean, calming, and inviting. I will be back soon!

The atmosphere is lovely as soon as you walk into the building. Kiel was very patient and listened to all my concerns I had regarding my pain. He was very thorough with his questions and explaining what he will be doing. I felt very comfortable and cared for. The massage was very relaxing. I would absolutely recommend and I will be going back.

All staff are very qualified , very l9lunderstanding and excellent at what they do. They've solved way overdue physical issues for me. Quiet, relaxing and effective. It's been years since I've had this kind of attention paid to my aching frame. I'm ecstatic after every visit. However, I hate their parking lot....so crowded and squishy...lol..

My wife and I traveled to the Sunshine Coast for our wedding anniversary this past weekend. I booked a 75 minute pregnancy massage with Kiel and she said it was fantastic. Whether you live in the area or are traveling here, I would highly recommend Kostali Wellness.
