I really liked the quality of their trousers 😊 The store has a nice minimal design and stylish decoration. Their customer service reps were helpful, but the cashier experience wasn’t quite as good. I also went in looking for towels and a cotton duvet, but unfortunately, they weren’t available in-store.

Kotn on Ossington is a great spot — the store has an amazing vibe and a really thoughtfully curated selection of clothing. Everything feels high-quality but effortless, with that perfect balance between comfort and style. The layout and design of the space itself add to the overall experience. The staff were friendly and approachable without being pushy, and you can tell they really care about the brand and its mission. I always leave feeling inspired (and usually with something new I love). Definitely one of the best places in Toronto for elevated everyday essentials.

Unisex, minimal, and stylish. Great quality. I always drop by whenever I’m in the area. I picked up a jean skirt that was sold out online, which was a pleasant surprise for me! Scoped out a few other pieces that I will definitely be back for. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Pet-friendly which is always a bonus!

All of the clothes in their current spring/summer collection are amazing. Modern but still timeless styles, and the quality of their materials is extremely high. Their clothes feel SO much better than other brands at the same price point. It also feels great to support a Canadian brand. Highly recommended.

Had an absolutely amazing experience at Kotn Ossington today! The staff were all so sweet and helpful! They have an amazing sale right now and, considering the quality of their items, everything’s such a steal. They’re also handing out complimentary drinks at the moment which made the experience even better than it already was. 10/10 recommend, I will definitely be back!

Rude staff - we were standing to the side waiting for our friends who were paying customers. A rude customer came up behind us and started sifting through clothes aggressively behind us while touching us. If he had once said excuse me, we would have immediately cleared out. Instead of telling us politely to move to the side, a rude female associate condescendingly told us: “can we not stand in the way? Thanks”. It left such a bad taste in our mouths to be spoken to like that. We were also standing off to the side and super conscious of not being in anyone’s space, so it was especially rude to talk to us like that. Never buying a single item here ever. Train your staff on basic manners first!

My first time at Kotn was Sunday May 4th. I was greeted immediately upon walking in. I was attracted to the layout. It has nice natural light and the space wasn’t overwhelming. The clothing has a minimalist feel which I really like and the quality is exceptional. I was approached by staff several times. It was a nice feeling. I felt as though the staff cared and they were paying attention to my needs. On my way out, one of the staff made a point of saying goodbye to me and wished me a nice day. Beyond exceptional customer service! I’ll be back soon and you definitely have a new customer! I look forward to going back. It’s the little details that mean so much!

The staff (shout out to Harris and Jenny!!!) made this one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. They were so knowledgeable about the brand, the clothing and the fabrics. And they were Incredibly attentive, kind and helpful but not pushy in the slightest. Will absolutely be going back every time I visit Toronto.
