Stereotypical Hong Kong style place with reasonable prices in today’s economy. Place is decent sized but packs quickly during lunch and dinner service. We ordered: 1) chicken gizzard- decent but lacking flavor and chewy. I’ve had better 2) fried chicken skin- not bad oily 3) Kowloon fried rice- very good and kind of spicy 4) stir string beans- decent 5) peanut butter toast with condense milk- okay 6) pork belly with preserved veggies- really good and done well 7) Chinese cheng fan assortment- nice and bouncy noodles 8) beef and egg chow fun- good “wok hei” on the noodles and good flavor. Best dish 9) oyster pancake- oyster didn’t taste fresh and pancake could have been cooked longer 10) sautéed eggplant garlic sauce- flavorful and not too salty 11) Portuguese chicken spaghetti- second best dish with authentic flavor Will definitely stop by again to try out the rest of the menu. The servers were typical HK waiters- so don’t expect exceptional customer service just above being rude- but it’s understandable.

Childhood comfort food. Breakfast combos are always hot, tasty, and fresh. Recommend their noodles with mix sauce and french toast!

So good! So many of these Hong Kong places popping up but this one is very authentic, great variety menu and great prices. Staff is also wonderful, bartender gave my daughter a handmade horse, so kind. Will be back soon!

First time, love the vibe and food. French toast was delicious, fake shark fin soup was also on point. Their red bean ube is the best I’ve tried! Will come back to try other food! Service was fast, food was hot!

I was really expecting my usual Hong Kong authentic cafe (茶餐廳/Cha Chang Tang) but it was a bit disappointing. The afternoon tea set was reasonably priced with a drink - red bean ice drink (it’s included in one of the set and you can’t change it to other drinks). I ordered the chicken leg w fries and red bean ice. The chicken leg was huge but the meat quality was not what I was looking for. I would rather choose a smaller leg with nice dark meat than a large one. The red bean was too milky without much red bean taste. The satay beef noodle was soso. The beef was cut too thick and we normally don’t add green leaves (gai lan) on top but I guess it’s a local American style to add veg. The taste is half way there, but I wish the sauce and beef can improve. The Portuguese chicken was ok. I just feel like the cheese was somehow different and perhaps too much.

Came here with my friends for lunch, and we had a good time. Pretty tasty baked porkchop with tomato sauce (on the more sweeter side). Great portions, perfect for family style with friends to try a bit of everything. The sizzling steak platter was delicious and comes with broccoli and fries. The bread with condensed milk was a bit sad, though 😕 just toasted burger buns with drizzled condensed milk. Great HK breakfast at a very good price.

To determine if a restaurant is good, try their beef chow fun, it should be dry, charred and not oily, what I received was not the case, and total opposite, disappointing meal. It’s busy bc they do have a lot of variety where it can cater to the entire family from young to old, one would find something form the menu, price is fair overall. Didn’t like the lighting and the changing light above the tables though, from blue to purple during the whole time, outdated. Had the salt and pepper squid as well, it was fresh so that was a plus.

After reading a couple of reviews I was hesitant but honestly the food was great. Wings are a must. I got the baked spaguetti with chicken. Portions are good and the garlic sauce is great! Price is not expensive and the service is quick.

I got the breakfast special tomato with chicken in macaroni soup, I was looking for a spot that had this type of asian meal and I went here with my friend, it was really delicious the meat was on the dry side but it felt like home having to eat this again. the lemon honey really hit the spot especially for a cold day like today. the waiters were nice and I recommend this spot if you are looking for a small meal instead of going to dimsum.

Was in the area and visited Kowloon again with my nephew, which hasn't been there for over 10 years. While the food was decent, I felt the portion got smaller. The sweet & sour pork over rice needed a little more sauce. The crab pocket was just not how it used to tasted. Wings were great, French toast tasted a little off as well. Both the noodle soups were meh, my nephew wasn't quite full with the bowl of noodles.

Easy to find location located on the 86th street. Pretty good Hong Kong food. But the fish ball curry could be a bit spicier. Good experience and will come back.

Liked a place that tastes good and offers a good selection of special combos. Came here for breakfast and it's a place for Hong Kong style food. That means tasty and not spicy. Lots of rice based offers. We had congees and noodles (both string and flat ones). Just go and give it a try. I will come back!

Service was not great and quite slow . Size of the space not accommodating for kids with strollers and is quite tight given the amount of space. Very stingy with napkins, the food is literally something I could easily make at room, nothing over the top. Nothing stood out in terms of taste. Way too much ice in all the drinks. Didnt even refill our waters once.

Baked pork chop with rice is better than HK Bistro down the street. The placing between tables can be a bit tight compared to HK Bistro.

Came recently because I really wanted to try the beef with radish stew. However, the stewed beef was mostly all beef tendors- very chewy. I actually disliked those Chinese stew beef tendons as its hard to eat. I know it's expected in Chinese beef stew and even in the traditional beef noodle soups, but there wasn't much regular beef pieces. Their noodles in mix sauce (cheng fun) is always piping hot and delicious.

I come here with friends. They usually have tables for walk ins. The place can get loud depending on how busy they are. Food comes quick. ive ordered their baked variety which is always my gotos for hk cafes. Their eggplant dish is good as well.

My go to Hong Kong type cafe in Chinatown Brooklyn. My bf has been coming here for years and introduced me to this place and we both come here when we crave a good and cheap steak. The steak platter we each got, medium rare which came with fries and broccoli. It was only about $15 each and please get the GARLIC or PEPPER sauce. Both sauces are so good with it and the steak was flavorful and easy to chew. Service is quick and efficient as always with us. The restaurant can get lively with locals especially at prime lunch or dinner hours. Very good spot to go to and a great cheap eat. :)

The food was ok but the services really need improving as I clearly stated that I'm allergic to peanuts three time but when my French toast arrived there was peanut in the middle, the menu doesn't state that their French toast has peanuts in them and I was never told that there was peanut inside even when I told them I'm allergic to peanut. Allergic reaction can be very severe at time, so I hope they can really change the menu to inform others!! DON'T ORDER THE FRENCH TOAST IF YOU ARE ALLEGIC TO PEANUTS!

The food tasted amazing, which, I don't think I expect anything less. I've eaten here with my boyfriend probably more times than I can count on the top of my head. Dining in experience has always been amazing and I have no complaints whatsoever on that. So I will give them that. However! This is where things go downhill. I often order takeout and/or delivery since I live in the area, however, this really ruins the experience for me. I called one night for a pick-up order, a guy, which I assume is the owner (when I went to pick it up, he was wearing glasses, giving me the stink eye) picks up the phone. I always order the Beef w. Black Pepper Sauce, which is 黑椒牛肉 in Chinese. This time, no different. I get the same thing, but when I tell him what I wanted, he angrily said "We don't have that. Do you mean Steak w. Black Pepper Sauce?" I was like ?????? I've ordered it over a dozen times and your employees have all had no problems identifying the item on the menu. They have it on the menu!!! It's under the Rice & Pasta section. He gaslit me 2 times into saying they did not have the item. I called 2 times because the first time I called, my boyfriend was the one to tell him, and he said what I wanted was not an item. I called the second time to double check and he said they only have Steak with Black Pepper Sauce, which I assume is the one they state is on the front cover of the menu. But guys, is it just me or the owner literally doesn't know what he is selling himself? I, then, was convinced by him, and got what he said was "what I wanted" which was the steak. Then, guess what? Oh, yeah, guessed right, it was NOT the same thing. Because first of all, he asked "How cooked do you want it to be". And they never ask me that for the original Beef w. Black Pepper Sauce. And all in all, the steak, was cut into strip pieces, and tasted awfully dry, even with the sauce. I even got medium rare but it didn't help at all. Overall, not a bad place, henceforth the 3 stars. Food is good. But if I ever see the guy with glasses, giving me an attitude at the front desk again, I don't think I will ever come back again. How do you not know what is on your OWN menu???

I wouldve given this place a 4 star. The food isn't bad. Would I come back? Yeah. But what really grinded my gear a little bit is the attitude this one associate had. I came in for dinner at around 730ish with wifey on a drizzling night, got seated and the first thing I heard from this fine gentleman saying to his co-worker was.. "Just go home why come eat" I know it was directed towards me cuz there was a table already dining in and I was just seated. They probably wanted to close early cuz bidnis was slow. Fam. if you hate where you're at so much, move on and find something better for yourself. Have some respect for your fellow Asian.

Have been coming here for over 10 years, and the food is as good as ever. It is extremely affordable and is a great spot for a quick bite, lunch, or dinner. If you're not looking to break the bank, I would suggest going there for their sandwiches! The main reason for 4 stars is due to the interior and the lack of renovations. Seats are starting to peel and it looks very unsettling to sit on that while eating. There is a serious need for renovations or to at least update the interior.

I can't say this is the best hk cafe food, but I wouldn't mind revisiting. Primarily because I can't find this around where I live and have to drive to Ny for these food. I enjoyed almost all of the food I had at that lunch. Their cold hk milk tea was pretty good, but wish they can also have the hk style ice on the outside (冰鎮奶茶). I miss their mixed sauce cheung fun sooo much already. Their hk style shark fin soup was yummy too! On the other hand, i think their satay instant noodle was mediocre. The instant noodle wasn't chewy or 爽口 enough and the satay beef was a bit rough, not tender enough. Their signature fried rice was alright. My dad had the baked Portuguese chicken over rice, which wasn't too bad either. I guess overall, it was definitely a satisfying meal for me and my family.

Food is good and prices are reasonable with excellent appetizers and noodle dishes western and eastern.

Just an ordinary subpar hk cafe, I've order a pork chop over rice, rice is semi-staled, pork chop is over cooked - dry. Much better places around here that serves better food. This rice dishes feels on-par with $7 Chinese style plate rice and they charge over $10+ with tips I understand the rent, but can you make better food that justify the price? Any Chinese restaurant can make better rice than you.

Had a craving for some good HK cafe food, & decided to stop by with my dad for a quick lunch. The menu here is extensive & can satisfy all your cravings, but we decided on some simple spam & egg sandwiches, the mixed sauce rice noodles, and the imitation shark fin soup. You really can't go wrong with the spam & egg sandwiches here - there's generous slices of spam and fluffy egg between perfectly buttered toast. The imitation shark fin soup has good flavor and consistency. Mixed sauce rice noodles were a bit heavy, but a bit of sriracha cuts through the saucy goodness. HK milk tea here is a family favorite as well. Prices are super reasonable & service is quick and efficient. It gets packed on weekends, so be prepared to wait a bit! But I can't wait to come back to try the rest of their menu!

Stopped by for their afternoon tea from 3 pm to 6 pm. This is such a great offering for someone who want a small bite before dinner. For $7 you get a few options including Kowloon cafe soup and a chicken wing with a hot dog; or a curry fish ball with chicken wing and HK milk tea, or a red bean ice with instant noodles. What caught me by surprise was how flavorful and crispy the chicken wing was. Definitely made me want to order another set just to get 1 wing. The instant noodle was hard and soup was cold, definitely a miss for me. The curry fish ball did not taste good. I would stick with the Kowloon cafe soup and wing next time.

Food is below average but it's a busy cafe. Staff was nice but if you're craving for HK style cafe food, I'd probably walk a little further to the HK tea and sushi cafe, much better food. I would not go back for the food but would go back if we want comfortable seating areas.

Love their breakfast specials with super caffeinated authentic Hong Kong milk teas. They also have an afternoon tea menu that looked amazing. Gets crowded so get there early. Think the breakfast special ends 11:30am and the afternoon specials is 3pm-6pm.

Very cute cafe, all decor is in pink. If you are getting the fluffy pancakes just made sure to order asap because you have to wait 30 minutes for them to make it!

Service attitude is decent but the food is just next level disappointment, I ordered the simplest type of food (noodle) and they cheap out by using the maruchan noodle instead of a decent branded nissan noodle or even their in-house made noodles. And this review is coming from someone who doesn't really have a high expectation for food. For Hk food I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Many other choices to consider. Just honest thoughts.

Very mixed feelings about Kowloon as I used to frequent this spot often in the past. More recently, I came to order breakfast and lunch. I would say for their breakfast specials- its not that worth it. It comes out to approximately $7.5 for a set. Most sets come with just a noodle option and a drink. The only option that comes with 3 items is the congee that comes with mixed sauce noodles and a drink. Their hong kong style drinks are not great- if we ever come order, we will opt for teabag versions of the milk tea. The food is also not worth the price. For a small quart of say ramen, or your mei fun noodles, it is not worth the 7.5 in my honest opinion. But, we also came to order their baked dishes for lunch on a separate day. I was very happy with my order- Baked Chicken over pasta with red sauce. the portions are huge and the sauce was tasty. it might be a simple tomato sauce but it is good. I ordered this for my family and both kids and adults enjoyed it a lot. I cant say everything here is terrible- Ive never had issues with the workers aside from the fact that food may take a little longer to be ready. Otherwise, I think their menu items are a hit or miss depending on what you like to order. Solid 3.5 stars!

Hong Kong cafes are known as cha chaan teng in Cantonese, which is the oriental equivalent of greasy spoon or diner. There is one that I used to go to in the past in Flushing known as La Coral, which was cheaper than its competitors which also does oriental bakery. When I entered, the drinks are made in the front while the kitchen is at the back. Since the restaurant usually serves breakfast and lunch items, the restaurant looks about to close for the day. There were two parties with one about to leave. The background music was Cantopop. I saw the walls hanging with scenes of Hong Kong. Ordered the onion rings and french fries as they were the cheapest appetizers. They are way better than fast food ones.

If you want to try HK food, Cantonese food, this is a place to go! Food is on point and the price is very reasonable. Place is nice and comfy and the services very attentive and friendly. Definitely a place to go and grab some comfy food especially if you want to eat authentic Chinese food Cantonese Style with a American Fusion in some dishes. The bake dishes as well the appetizers are great especially the combo dishes. They do make drinks such as with bubble drink and others too. Overall a place that you must visit !

This visit was much better than our visit before the pandemic. The cafe was not crowded at all and all seats were separated by plastic shields. The waiters were more attentive and the wait for food was much shorter. The food quality was good as usual. Oh issue was that it did not have a parking lot, so the street parking was a nightmare around dinner time there.

WE WILL NEVER ORDER OR EAT HERE EVER AGAIN! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NASTY ATTITUDE FROM THE OWNER'S DAUGHTER!!! We have ate in this restaurant and I have witnessed the owner's daughter giving other paying customers attitude before but I just let it go because it was none of my business. She always looked like she's mad at the world with a grumpy look ok her face every time I come into the restaurant. Tonight, we ordered food and it was delivered to our house. One of the order we ate was super salty! It tasted like someone just dumped salt into the eggplant dish. We only took one bite and couldn't eat another. My husband just wanted to let them know so they can let the chef know the dish was salty so they don't serve it so salty next time. My husband called the delivery person to let him know about the dish since that person works there. My husband tipped him over $20 just for the delivery because we are usually generous people. All of a sudden, we get a phone call back from the Owner's Daughter. She gave a nasty tone and attitude over the phone. She said "You called the delivery person to complain?! The food is so salty, you can't eat it?! Get a free meal next time then!" Wow, no apology from her but she just called us back to yell and acted like we wanted a free meal and acted as if we lied about their food being salty. Excuse you, but nobody is begging for a meal from your restaurant. You assume like people are so poor or beneath you! Please check yourself because there is a thing called karma! My husband was angry at the way the Owner's Daughter handled the situation. So he drove back and brought that dish back. It's not about the money, it's about how this person treats customers because she couldn't handle a negative feedback. That feedback was for you to fix the dish so it doesn't happen again, not for you to take it personally and give a nasty attitude. When my husband got there, he explained what happened. He didnt ask for a refund or for them to remake the food. He just wanted to let them know that's not the correct way to treat people or to run a business. The owner apologized but the daughter just ignored and lied about apologizing over the phone. Again, it's not about the money, it's about poor service and attitude from someone who works for Mommy's restaurant and being a tyrant. By the way, the Owner's Daughter is an adult so I don't know why she is acting like an immature toddler who's throwing a tantrum. I'm also afraid to post this review up because she has my address and phone on file since we ordered for delivery. I'm afraid she will retaliate in some way or form so this will be here just for evidence in case something happens. Please stay away from this establishment. It's not worth the stress or unnecessary attitude from this person. If you want to be treated like human garbage, by all means, come to this restaurant.

Small local Hong Kong Cafe. 5/5 in variety of options to try. I got the fish fillet with corn sauce over rice. I want to give this dish a 4/5. It had flavor, wasn't too salty. Fish was breaded and fried. I would get this dish here again. Overall atmosphere could be cleaner. It is very casual and a nice place to go for quick meal.

I'm so glad Kowloon Cafe is back open for indoor dining! This spot literally has a dish to satisfy any craving for extremely reasonable prices. There are so many rice and noodle dishes to choose from! They even have desserts (roasts, Crepes, smoothies, milk teas, you name it). Some of my favorites: - beef and tofu rice - sizzling steak platters (comes with a soup, sides and drink!) - HK style iced milk tea - linguini with red clam sauce

Gahhh. Been here twice and first experience was a couple years back and I remembered I thought the food was ok but this second visit won't have me coming back. Everything is just so.so.sooo mediocre to bad. Almost no service as well Noodles with Peanut Sauce: noodles were overcooked (mushy) and the sauce wasn't very peanut buttery. Sweet sauce overpowered. Baked rice with oxtail and cheese: was looking forward to this the most but found it just average. Oxtail super tender, but flavorless. Also gave super tiny pieces. Cheese (THE MOST IMPORTANT PART) was sparse and the whole plate looked like a cheese potato explosion had happened in the kitchen and no cleanup crew was present! Bland overall Beef stew with bean curd: my favorite of the night, but they skimped on the bean curd. There were maybe four pieces in total? Beef stew quite good too, but could've been more tender. Sauce was decent! Sweet and sour pork: be careful with these bites because you might be biting/eating a huge piece of fried fat coated in a more sweet than sour sauce. Definitely grossed me out by how little meat there was. I wasn't ordering a plate of blubber? String beans with pork: these string beans were fried first so they're wrinkly as hell but I swear, these are old string beans. I did like the pickled veggies that got stir fried into this Sizzling salmon with black pepper sauce: came with fries and some broccoli. They drenched the sauce over the salmon that the protein was barely recognizable. Salmon is salmon so this was good, but I should've gone for the steak instead Side order of rice: the rice bowls are HUGE. Trust me, you'll only need to order one bowl per two people.

today saturday 7.16.22 my FAMILY and I came here to eat lunch earlier morning. when we get inside already to crowded. we end up sit all the way back.. how i liked it.. i got the ramen noodle with becan and egg. becan was good so is the egg.. the ramen wasnt that good.. i got the ice coffee drink.pretty good.. my bro got the egg sandwich.. we got shark fin soup.. i didnt eat it. mom got the congee she say was good. 3 people price is $32.99 with tip.. we gave $5 tip for 3 people?

This restaurant is one of my family's favorites. My sister loves their Portuguese veggies spaghetti dish. We always order it when she is in town. The chef always load up on the vegetables. My mother and uncle love the noodles with peanut sauce. It's very addictive. For some reasons, their sauce is well seasoned compare to ones in Chinatown, Manhattan. I highly recommend dropping by here, if you are in the area.

Came across here to try some HK food since I was in the area. Tried their spaghetti pork with pepper sauce, it was a little too overpowering and the pork was a little flavorless and oily without the sauce for my taste. I also tried their baked pasta with meat sauce was pretty good though. Inside it was pretty busy so I just got my to-go. Had to wait about 15-20 minutes for my order to be ready. From what I saw a lot of people were ordering the steak so I assume that was a popular option. Big menu option which I'm sure there is a little something for everyone.

This used to be my favorite place back when they first opened. Recently I moved back to the neighborhood and came here few times. The first time I came here for breakfast and it wasn't too bad for me but my friend got a bad food poison immediately she ate, she threw up fever and all that. The second try delivery they forgot to give me my drinks. The third time I decided to dine in giving it a last try. The food today was so salty and like a lot msg? so thirsty and kind of like a chest pain and feeling nausea. Very disappointed.

The hk milk tea was great. The chicken was good too but.... The rice was hard. It would have been better if the rice was softer

Looking for Hong Kong style comfort food? Look no further because Kowloon Cafe is the place to go. With a variety of dishes from sweet to savory, there is bound to be something for everyone! The staff were wearing masks and there are plastic shields placed between seats. After contemplating between a sizzling plate, rice, or pasta, I decided to order the baked pork chop pasta with cheese on top (one of my comfort foods), a Kowloon special french toast, and a iced honey lemon drink. The baked pork chop pasta really hit the spot, it was so good and having cheese on top really brought the dish together. If you're looking for something sweet, try the kowloon special french toast (I think the middle has red bean), it was not only visual pleasing but tasty as well. The customer service was great, the staff was really friendly. When I mentioned that my honey lemon drink wasn't "lemony" enough, they fixed it right away. Overall, I'll definitely come back and recommend you give it a try too!

Came here for a quick lunch visiting my cousin in Brooklyn. Our party of 3 ordered a few meals from their fixed-price menu. Honestly, the prices are pretty incredible given it's Brooklyn and you can definitely get full off the meals. However, I was kind of disappointed by the food quality. Being originally from Hong Kong, I grew up in this kind of establishment (cha chahn tang) and know how it should be like. I ordered the instant noodles with luncheon meat and fried egg meal. The noodles were kind of soggy and the fried egg still had some uncooked white on the top (I didn't mind this too much), all in a very bland broth. The broth was so bland that I didn't really want to finish the meal. The milk tea that came with the meal was pretty good and was probably the best part. I also got to try their rice rolls with the peanut sauce which were decent, but still could've used more flavor. The service was on point with your typical servers running around the place efficiently. The interior is relatively modern (good), but a bit too dimly lit (bad). If I was looking for a quick, cheap meal, I might consider this place. Maybe I'll try something else next time, but my one experience here definitely wasn't the best. kowloon cafe has a special place in my heart. If there's one thing that you should it must be Barbeque Pork egg rice. The barbeque pork in this place have a special taste with it, not meaning it's fancy but it hits different.

So my boyfriend wanted to try this place so I gave it another try. Good thing I did. Came back a couple time afterwards. I tried their special fried rice and their noodle soup and took a liking to both of them. The flavors were perfect although I'd say the portion for the noodle soup was a bit small. I also loved their HK style milk tea. I highly recommend getting a cup. My boyfriend tried one of their rice dishes with 滑蛋 (I think it was with chicken). It was very bland and the meat was very dry. He very disappointed as he has ordered the same dish elsewhere and liked it. He also tried their pan fried noodles. I personally thought it was too dry for my liking but he loved it. I learned to give second chances~

The service is just horrible i've been waiting 40 minutes for them to take my order and this place isn't a big place. The workers are rude and the bathroom here is disgusting.

You can't go wrong with Kowloon Cafe. Great service paired with comfort food. We ordered the mini steak combo (around $14) and the portion was huge. Fries, spaghetti, broccoli and steak. Nothing out of the ordinary but it hits the spot. None of the flavors are overpowering. Ham and macaroni soup is a classic item on the menu. MSG and ham - best combo ever + fried egg on top. The milk tea here is the star of the show! Just the right amount of sweetness and deep flavor from the tea. GET IT

My favorite spot for Hong Kong style cafe food. They have the BEST HK style milk tea -- I literally can't find a competitor anywhere. My go to is their spaghetti with red sauce and chicken leg. My family and I love coming to Kowloon!

Menu is still as vast as before, however we discovered quite a few more favorites now! -Rice Noodle w mixed sauce - A MUST!!! Sooo similar to HK "Gi Churn Fun"! Sooo good! *warning heavy peanut sauce - so stay away if you have peanut allergy!!* -Sautéed String beans - very flavorful w/ minced pork & salted preserved veggies! Goes well if you're grabbing rice. -Sweet & sour pork over rice - these are traditional, with bone!! NOT Boneless! For my non-Asian Yelpers! Watch out for that funny bone.. lol -Spam & Egg over rice, this reminded us of the infamous HK Cha Chun Tang "Tai Hing"! So simple yet, with the runny egg yolk... the rice is so smooth & creamy. Mmm... -Snacks such as fried salt & pepper chicken wings, curry fish balls... all are pretty good. **News flash! They now open at 8:00AM (vs. 10am like the old days...) dishing out a breakfast menu of yummy goods for $4.95 which gives you a milk tea or coffee!** ***They also still kept the "afternoon tea special" - Greta snack menu!*** We look forward to our little meals here. It does get crowded at all hours however the turnover is quick! Happy feasting Yelpers!

I don't dine here frequently and each time I do the quality of food drops. Warning their chicken is dark meat and it may or may not be fresh. It's like 50/50 chances. My husband forgot to never order chicken here and this time our food came with hair! I am literally sick just finding this in my take out. I will never done here again. Update - I walked my lunch back and they offered up a replacement. I asked for a refund and they happily obliged. they get a thumbs up for costumer service

I love this HongKong style cafe very much. Not only the tasty food, but also the honestly cashier was really impressive since I saw her returned the overpaid money to a surprised customer when she was trying to leave. Thumbs up!
