Koyn came highly recommended, so expectations were high.
Spinach ohitashi was nice for a starter, it was followed by rockshrimp tempura and sliced yellowtail with truffle soy, which really were both very very good and very much recommended.
Next was the tenderloin beef with yakiniku sauce, which really tasted as normal stake sauce. Nevertheless, the meat was very good quality as it should be.
The passion fruit panacotta on the other hand, really was out of this world and not to miss if you are visiting.
Service however, was clearly below what you would expect from a restaurant at this level, people doing nothing, while we had to call for attention several times.
At this level, we really expected more.
