New favorite place in town. Been wanting to try Koyo since they opened and finally managed to do it. From the moment you step inside, you’re transported into a world of calm, relaxation, and wellness. The team is outstanding! Maddi, who guided me through my stretch, was especially knowledgeable and supportive, making the experience feel effortless and restorative. Koyo went far beyond my expectations, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone seeking a mini wellness retreat in Richmond or for anyone looking to complement their fitness routine with recovery!

After coming back to London from a trip in Japan, where I experienced the joy of Onsens (sauna, plunge, hot bath etc.), I started looking for something similar to make it a regular habit. To my disappointment, I could only find a couple of places around East London offering something vaguely similar and they were far away from where I lived. One Saturday morning I was walking by Richmond high street and "contrast therapy" caught my eye. The place was called KOYO and I entered immediately to understand what the place is about. To my pleasant surprise, it was what I was looking for and immediately signed up for the intro pack. The experience and staff were amazing and I immediately joined as a Signature member. 5 months after starting at KOYO and doing contrast, cryo and compression therapy regularly, my cholesterol, triglycerides and other blood markers that were in the red for 2+ years moved to normal or optimal! I could not believe it and I am confident that this was a major factor to my health recovery journey. The social aspect of being a member is also fantastic, with regular events for members to come together and have fun. KOYO is now part of my life and I can't wait to spend time there every week. Very highly recommended for recovery, resilience, community, health improvement and a calming environment!

An absolutely blissful afternoon at Koyo Wellness today 💛 tried cryotherapy for the first time, which was incredible, followed by an amazing sauna session. Katie and her team are fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent service. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to go back ⭐️

Had a wonderful experience at Koyo and the team were all amazingly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Really wonderful service from them all. Feel absolutely amazing after our different sessions. 10/10 on everything and Collin was excellent for my assisted stretch! Excited to come back again!

I cannot ecommend Koyo enough. Having tried most of the therapies, I absolutely love the cryo ans assisted stretching. The place itself has such a great vibe, really relaxing, and the team are wonderful - so friendly, helpful and professional. I look forward to coming back!

Koyo is awesome! Dave and the team are lovely! The compression therapy on the legs is great, and the sauna and cold dip is awesome! I hadnt done it before, and I'm converted. Can't wait to go back.

We’re really lucky to have KOYO in Richmond. Such a beautiful and calm space, you feel instantly relaxed when you walk in. I am a big fan of the infrared sauna. Whilst I like a standard sauna, I feel so much better after an infrared sauna - I have chronic pain and the infrared saunas help a lot with pain! The team are also really lovely 🌟
