Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa

I had a lovely stay overall, and I’d say this hotel offers a genuine sense of escape while still being close enough to the centre of Budapest to enjoy the main attractions. The building itself is beautiful, with striking architecture and impressively designed communal areas that immediately set the tone. The facilities are well thought out, and in many ways the hotel feels like a little pocket of luxury in the city.||That said, for a 5-star property there are areas that could be improved. Staff were friendly but interactions sometimes felt a little transactional, and it did seem that guests in suites received a higher level of attention than those staying in standard rooms. The central atrium is a pleasant spot to spend time, but tables weren’t always cleared quickly, and a number of the sofa cushions were stained. Similarly, while my room was attractive and mostly well equipped, the rug was stained and needed replacing—there was also no hand soap until I requested it. The bathroom doors, though stylish, had loud hinges, and noise from neighbouring rooms’ doors could be disruptive.||Food and drink were also a little mixed. The menu felt somewhat limited, and cocktails lacked finesse—one arrived garnished with a lime past its best. I also found it a little uncomfortable that if I didn’t want charges added to my room, I had to pay for food and drink at reception. Being directed there each time felt unnecessarily formal and, if anything, a little distrustful. ||These details matter more at this level, particularly as I’ve stayed at 4-star hotels where small extras such as a welcome drink or gift basket elevated the experience further. Despite these points, I did enjoy my stay and would return. It’s a stylish and comfortable hotel in a brilliant location, though perhaps not quite the full 5-star experience I’d hoped for.

Our stay at Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa was simply wonderful. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the size of the room, spacious and comfortable, with a spectacular bathroom that included a walk-in closet. The décor is impeccable and sophisticated, with attention to every detail, making the experience even more special.||The hotel offers many spaces to enjoy, including a pool room perfect for relaxing. The spa experience, with its pool and sauna, was ideal for resting and unwinding after a day exploring the city. The staff were always kind, attentive, and ready to help with any questions, always with a smile. Breakfast was complete and varied, the perfect way to start the day.||The location couldn’t be better: peaceful and at the same time very convenient to move around the city. ||Without a doubt, it’s a hotel we highly recommend and would love to return to.

Our stay at Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We came to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and everything exceeded expectations. The hotel is stunning, beautifully designed, and very comfortable, but what truly stood out was the service.||Victoria and Lily went above and beyond to make our stay special. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel cared for. Thanks to them, my girlfriend’s birthday felt extra memorable, and the whole experience could not have been better.||I highly recommend Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and flawless stay. We will definitely be back!

The Kozmo Hotel is a hidden gem amongst Hilton brands hotel in Budapest! It offers the finest services, food and comforts you would expect from the luxury hotels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating… best of all…everyone spoke English. When the discovered we were celebrating an anniversary…they provided us a complementary upgrade to a suite and showered us with wine and treats . This hotel is a must stay at when visiting Budapest regardless if you are a Hilton Honors member. You will absolutely love your stay and the quality of food, accommodations and services they provide!

This Hotel was a wonderful and outstanding experience. The Suite we had was wonderful. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Christian the Concierge helped us several times and made our stay very nice. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding as well as our restaurant dinner experience. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Budapest.

Everything about this hotel is carefully designed. The attention to details cannot go without notice. The perfect blend of history and modern, less & more.. and all in between. The staff are also super helpful and easy to talk to, making the stay exceptional. Also had dinner here upon arrival, great food and must try

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We had the superior room which was a good size with an amazing bathroom... large bath and shower! It's a bit outside the center of the city (Jewish quarter is about 20-25 minute walk away), but there is a bus stop close by and a tram/metro stop about a 5 minute walk up the road so easy to get to. A bonus point to it's location is that it feels very quiet and peaceful. The spa is nice although we didn't use it much as it's opening hours (12-8pm) are not really compatible if you are out exploring the city by day. Food in the restaurant was great, good selection at breakfast too. Nice setting out in the courtyard. Overall perfect for a romantic getaway or special occasion when in Budapest!

It’s my first time staying at the hotel and I have had the most unforgettable stay at Kozmo Hotel Budapest—it truly exceeded every expectation I had. I stayed here for one night during my graduation trip, and from the moment I checked in, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was originally booked into a deluxe room, but after mentioning it was a special occasion, I was upgraded to a beautiful two-bedroom suite with a massive terrace. I also received access to the spa and a welcome drink voucher, which was such a generous gesture. What made this stay truly stand out, though, was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. The hotel manager greeted me and personally invited me to celebrate with champagne at the private rooftop area, creating an incredibly memorable moment I’ll always treasure. To top it off, I was gifted a book about Budapest at checkout and it’s a thoughtful surprise that perfectly capped off my stay. The hotel itself is undoubtedly of luxury standard, no matter from the elegant interiors to the exceptional breakfast with an ordering menu as well. But it’s the genuine care and generosity of the staff that places Kozmo Hotel far above many other luxury hotels I’ve experienced around the world. This hotel impresses me so well and built the image of Budapest in my mind. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Budapest. I can’t wait to come back.
