It’s my first time staying at the hotel and I have had the most unforgettable stay at Kozmo Hotel Budapest—it truly exceeded every expectation I had. I stayed here for one night during my graduation trip, and from the moment I checked in, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I was originally booked into a deluxe room, but after mentioning it was a special occasion, I was upgraded to a beautiful two-bedroom suite with a massive terrace. I also received access to the spa and a welcome drink voucher, which was such a generous gesture. What made this stay truly stand out, though, was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. The hotel manager greeted me and personally invited me to celebrate with champagne at the private rooftop area, creating an incredibly memorable moment I’ll always treasure. To top it off, I was gifted a book about Budapest at checkout and it’s a thoughtful surprise that perfectly capped off my stay. The hotel itself is undoubtedly of luxury standard, no matter from the elegant interiors to the exceptional breakfast with an ordering menu as well. But it’s the genuine care and generosity of the staff that places Kozmo Hotel far above many other luxury hotels I’ve experienced around the world. This hotel impresses me so well and built the image of Budapest in my mind. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Budapest. I can’t wait to come back.

This is one of the best I’ve stayed in! The customer service was top tier, location was quiet and close enough the main attractions but just far enough for the noise, the rooms were large, comfortable and sleek! Oh and the SPA was simple, modern and clean! We had an issue with a smell in the shower but they immediately fixed it! Would def recommend this hotel to anybody wanting wanting a smooth luxury stay!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Kozmo. Everything was perfect—from the room to the breakfast, and especially the spa. The staff, including the concierge team, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. As someone who works at an SLH property in Copenhagen, my expectations were high—and Kozmo exceeded them in every way. The spa was truly exceptional and a highlight of my stay. I will definitely recommend Kozmo to anyone visiting Budapest, and I’m already looking forward to returning in the future.

Just returned from x4 nights here feeling thoroughly satisfied. This is a beautiful building with brand new rooms and everything was immaculate. The staff everywhere (from reception to restaurant) were friendly and helpful – always happy to help with anything. Special shout out to Christian the Concierge, who was so knowledgeable and a lovely smiling face. The rooms are cleaned thoroughly everyday and the beds are super comfortable. Don’t let the location of not being bang in the centre put you off booking here, we thought it might be a nuisance but it really was not. I would rather stay here in beautiful surroundings with great facilities and lovely staff. Thank You Kozmo for your great hospitality.

All the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much. The food was absolutely delicious. compliments to the chefs!!! Bedroom was amazingly beautiful with quality toiletries. This is definitely a luxury hotel. Bath room was everything!!!||very clean rooms.||The spa area was tranquil and the gym was well equipped.||I would definitely stay again and recommend to my family and friends when visiting Budapest.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel in Budapest. The design was stunning, the location perfect, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything felt truly five-star. However, one major downside: I found it quite disappointing that access to the swimming pool wasn’t included in the price. For a five-star hotel, you really expect full access to the spa and pool facilities without having to pay extra. That part felt like a letdown. Still, overall, it was a great experience and I would consider staying here again — just be aware of the extra charges.

The hotel strikes a rare balance between understated luxury and warm hospitality, and it’s clear that every detail has been carefully thought through. The design and interior are simply stunning – elegant, modern, and refined without being over the top. Our room was immaculate, beautifully furnished with high-quality materials, and felt fresh and well-maintained. Nothing looked worn or outdated, which is something we really appreciate. Service throughout the hotel was consistently outstanding. The staff are not only professional and courteous, but clearly very well-trained – attentive without being intrusive. Every request was handled smoothly and with genuine warmth. A special mention goes to the spa and wellness area. The facilities are top-notch, with a generously sized whirlpool that was always available and inviting. It’s a perfect place to unwind after a day in the city. The kitchen was another highlight – breakfast and dinner were both excellent, with carefully prepared dishes and a great selection. We also made use of the room service, which was prompt and delicious every single time. Our car was parked and also charged. It’s these small touches that really set the hotel apart. All in all, Kozmo Hotel exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We travel a lot and stay in many great hotels, but this experience genuinely stands out. It absolutely deserves its membership in Small Luxury Hotels of the World. We’re already looking forward to returning with friends & family.

Absolutely perfect stay here. The rooms were large, luxurious and immaculate. There was no noise at night so it was a very tranquil stay. The service from arrival to check out was lovely. Kind but not pretentious. The welcome drink and bread upon arrival was very nice, as was the other extra touches. I also appreciated the beautiful quality soaps. While it is not in the center of town, it is very accessible walking or via tram or bus. It is nice to have a quieter part of town given that the center of town can be loud and rowdy. This is a truly five star experience and would recommend to anyone coming to Budapest.
