This is by far the worst KPOT location I’ve ever been to. I’ve visited multiple KPOTs in Georgia and other states, but this one was a huge disappointment. First, we were not greeted upon arrival. I informed the hostess that we were a party of two, and without saying a word, she simply escorted us to a table. The real issue, however, was our server. She was incredibly unprofessional and rude, barely speaking to us throughout the entire visit. When I stopped her to place an order, I listed the items we wanted and thanked her, to which she only replied, "You're welcome." That was the extent of her interaction with us. We opted for both the grill and hot pot, but the experience was frustrating. The grill didn’t heat properly, so we waited a long time and tried to adjust the heat ourselves. When the server noticed, she told us we could only max out the heat at the beginning to warm up the grill, and then it needed to stay low. Even after following her instructions, it still took over 20 minutes, and the meat wasn’t cooking properly. When we tried to order more meat for the hot pot, the server informed us that the manager was monitoring us and we couldn’t order anything else until we finished grilling the food we already had. She claimed this was to prevent food waste, but it felt more like micromanagement and poor service. To make matters worse, the hot pot broth was overly salty and completely lacked flavor. At checkout, the server stood over me as I selected a tip, which starts at 20%. Considering the service we received, this was incredibly off-putting. The server even removed meat from the grill that we had placed, telling us not to put too much on at once. The entire experience was uncomfortable and frustrating. I will never return to this location.

While visiting for work we stopped here for dinner. While the food and atmosphere is very good I think Adwin’s service tied it all together for us. Very attentive to our needs and very thorough at explaining the process to us. We appreciate it a lot!!

Google
It was an amazing experience from the front door to our seats our server, Magic Mike, was amazing and took great care of us. I'm a newbie at this but he made sure we knew all the tips/tricks and best practices. Thanks again Mike! We'll definitely be back! The food was super fresh. My KPot was extremely flavorful and thanks to Mike I knew the best way to cook everything.

Google
Okayyy Alea!!!! She did her thing!!! She told me to explore the menu and also offered great ideas to add to my experience. Thanks for your great service! It’s not easy to find these days.

Google
This was the best hot pot place I've been to in Atlanta. The food was fresh. The service was kinda slow but it picked up after. I like that they didn't pile the meats on and you could always order more. The restaurant was very loud though so I didn't love that. I'd totally come back here again though. The price was decent and none of the food was bad. I really liked the mushroom broth. Their cold salad bar could have definitely been better but it was still okay.

Went for the first time, Liz was our server she was beyond amazing, she’s very attentive and sweet. She went above and beyond to assist us. The food and side dishes especially the fruits were amazing. I normally don’t eat kimchi or seaweed salad from anywhere but, I had plenty here, very light and tasty. Our drinks she made were great too.

Our overall experience was amazing. Our server Q was very sweet and down to earth. He made sure that our experience was top tier and enjoyable. The food was amazing. We will definitely be coming back to this location Thank you Q for your hospitality.

Google
I had an amazing time at KPOT! I got the kbbq and hot pot combo and the garlic shrimp and mussels were delicious. My boyfriend loved the prime brisket. Our server Rob was also the best, very attentive and so friendly! He made our experience so special

Yelp
We went here a few months ago when they first opened this location and it was amazing. Our 18 year anniversary is next week and we plan on going tuesday night or wednesday for lunch. Didnt get drinks the first time so we will this time to celebrate our anniversary. I really want to try a drink tower. Wondering what drinks we can get into a tower. We will be ubering so that we can have the best drinking time as well as eating. Anyone know drink specials?

Yelp
I was missing my Korean town in NYC and I had a hankering for short ribs... OMG I am so happy I found this place on Door Dash!! I got the short ribs, kimchi, rice, Thai Iced Bubble Tea and the gyoza!! I was in heaven. I ate all the short ribs, the gyoza and the tea in one meal. It was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating. The tea was on the sweet side but for once in a blue moon it was worth it!! The Door Dash team got me my meal while it was still slightly warm too!! I have to one day check them out in person too!!

Yelp
Really great marinated beef! I love the concept of fresh food cooked at the table- but the Korean BBQ takes flavor to another level. Good service with friendly, smiling staff ready to refill your cup or bring additional food. Energetic environment loud and popping with conversation and cooking. Sitting on the patio is a bit too cold once the cooking is done so be sure you're at the best seating location before you order food. Also prior to food arrival, get your oils, sauces, garlic, salt, pepper or anything you want to enhance your flavor from the food bar(don't forget a piece of fried chicken)

Zach C.

Yelp
Left slightly disappointed on multiple occasions. Gave it a shot during the dinner period their soft opening phase and did the hot pot a second time. Meat quality is pretty mediocre and broths bland. We received less than what we ordered on multiple occasions without any acknowledgement.

Carol Lynn S.

Yelp
Our server he was the bomb the other girls hanging in the back really rude The food very good the flavors were good as long as you know the flavor profiles since you cook and put your bowl or dish together the place itself music kinda loud not my favorite but to each is own I will return just know what to order next time

Yelp
All I can say is, if you are looking for a all you can eat kind spot and this doesn't feel the bill for you then, it really is something wrong with you. I don't usually go for the all you can eat kind of spots because normally Im full after one serving and this was no different, although because my mother and daughter didn't mind stuffing themselves, I obliged and ate more than my fair share also. We went with the Korean BBQ and Hot Pot version of the menu and was very thankful that our server (Adwin) made great recommendations that we were all able to enjoy everything and there wasn't too much of one thing. I can eat mushrooms all day every day and I think we ultimately had six different types to choose from. I would have like to been a little better educated on using the hot pot and turning it up/down, cause at one point my food was bubbling like it was over an open fire. There is also a "buffet" area that allows you to choose your sauce. Imma just say, go with what you are familiar with because there are too many to choose from, but be sure to get the chicken wings. They were delicious. I recommend the mushroom soup base, but again, I can eat mushrooms everyday. Plenty of parking and the staff was very friendly. It got busy towards the end of the evening and they had a full house. I will go on record of saying prepare to be here at least an hour plus. I would definitely go back, but I think I'd be quite satisfied with only the hot pot portion of the menu.

Yelp
Ahhhh, I adore Korean BBQ so much! So so thankful my boyfriend decided for us to go to this spot. Per usual, you order your meats, sides and add-ins with your server, then at another section of the restaurant is where you can find the seasonings, sauces and additional sides, including unlimited fries, spring rolls and chicken wings! The service was quick, and our server was fairly attentive. And just like a lot of Korean spots, the ambiance was beautiful.. with lots of lights, a green wall and good music! Date night, Girls night out, or for a solo night by yourself, KPOT is always a good selection. The only reason why I cannot pull myself to give them a complete 5 stars, is for 2 things - 1. The drinks weren't that strong. For someone who ordered 2 Strong... Long Islands lol, I was expecting them to be stronger. And 2. Our server didn't actually tell us how to work our pots. Luckily, a couple next to us told us how to work it when they must've seen us looking confused lol. Anyway, a good spot! I now know how to work the stove eyes for future visits.

Yelp
Came to KPOT to introduce my friend to Hot Pot while on vacation in Atlanta and it totally exceeded our expectations!!! Our server, Kiana, was absolutely fantastic and gave us some great recommendations for sauces, meats, and soup bases. If you have Kiana as your server, you hit the jackpot! The meat was delicious, the soups were great, and the sauce bar was a welcome surprise! There was so much variety that fit our groups' differing palates. Plus the prices were very reasonable for such a large variety of food.

Rina R.

Yelp
The food was 5 stars which is why I gave the place a 2. The waitress was a zero. We waited 10 minutes before she camw to the table to get our drink order. She was helpful with the menu, I will give her that. At the end of the meal, she walked up and said "You doing alright? Tables are 2 hours. You need to go because you are past that." There were no parties waiting for tables!!! I looked at her and said "No problem." When we got up she said "Was what I said rude? Oh well." And walked off. At some point, people who serve have to realize that your customer is your job. No customers. No job. Crappy customer service loses customers. I'll never return and I will tell everyone I know about the maroon haired girl with the poor people skills.

Angela L.

Yelp
Service is not consistent. Some servers are more attentive than others. You do order on a tablet and I suggest when it is busy you order more up front so you aren't waiting too long to eat. There are a variety of soup bases. There is the typical sauce bar and small buffet. It is the standard individual all you can eat hot pot place. For the price and quality it is a good value. The table does need to decide if you are doing BBQ, hot pot or both.

Yelp
Sooooo glad I don't have to drive to Duluth for great Korean BBQ! Location and Parking Located Howell Mill Rd, plenty of free parking is available (it's in the same shopping center as Kroger). Venue and Atmosphere We were seated immediately; it was pretty empty at lunch time on a Wednesday. The restaurant is cure, with neon signs and plenty of seating for large groups. Restrooms are clean and K-Pot branded merchandise is for sale; not gonna lie, the teddy bear almost got me. Service Service was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Food and Beverages My partner and I chose both hot pot and BBQ, since we'd never had hot pot before. We were not disappointed! The soup bases (we had Tom Yum and Korean Seafood) were hearty and tasty alone, and there was a full menu of meats and veggies, as well as a buffet of sauces and fixins. The Korean BBQ was just as good as any place I've been to in Duluth... I'm a Korean BBQ fiend so if you check my previous reviews you will see that I've been to plenty! My favorite was the spicy been bulgogi *chef' kiss.* Verdict I'll be back!

Yelp
I went here for my birthday with my friends on a Saturday night around 8pm and it was a great experience!! Food and service 10/10, no parking decks or valet (there's a parking lot which is great for somewhere in Atlanta), and the all you can eat is truly all you can eat! Be mindful that any major leftovers you will be charged 13.99 per lb, and wait times can be a bit iffy depending on when you get there (and the fact that they do not take reservations). Also, it did feel like a bit of a hassle to have to constantly go to the sauce bar if you needed extra sauce or seasoning or utensils, but other than than that, I think it was a great time!! Definitely go!

Virginia H.

Yelp
In town for work for 5 nights and ate here for two of those nights. Honestly, I would have been happy to eat here every night, except my wallet wouldn't have appreciated that. Well, my stomach wouldn't have appreciated that either since I eat way too much here! Good selections, friendly staff, overall pretty efficient. I really didn't need much service personally since I like to do everything myself. Just bring me the food! So I am an easy table.

Dee R.

Yelp
Loved this place! My girlfriend and I had dinner here on a Monday night and it was awesome. Surprisingly it was packed, we had to wait a little bit, but it was definitely worth it. The portions are massive. Words are not enough you definitely have to try it. The service was great! The places were clean. The servers helped you understand the process it was great.

D J.

Yelp
This place Rocks! My new favorite Korean BBQ spot. We came on a Saturday night (date night with the wife) For starters parking is plentiful, and the ambiance is moderately loud as there are birthday parties going on. Food is great and Rob our server was awesome! We will definitely be back.

Jevone' M.

Yelp
Our waiter shoo was great and made great recommendations for the kbbq. We also did the pot combo which was just +$5 extra.

Jerry G.

Yelp
If anybody goes do not sit with constance terrible services, I told her about a birthday and she never came to sing, while the other tables were singing birthday songs. Also if you happened to tell her "hey" she will remind you saying "hey is for horses my name is constance" I just wanted to state for the record that I am visually impaired, as she told me to look at her name tag.

Yelp
My daughter and I visited this place during the Christmas holidays. We went for lunch on a Thursday and was charged dinner prices smh (strike one). We were seated right away next to family of 4 and even though they place a divider between tables it wasn't ideal to me. The server brought us meats and veggies to place on the grill and before we could really cook the meat one of the kids next to us leaned towards our table and started sneezing and coughing so gross!! Then they have a buffet bar to gather sauces and a few side items which was another germ issue for me. I wasn't feeling this at all. Glad we didn't catch anything by eating in there. Last time eating at this place. We have been to far way better spots that bring everything to you and seat you where you feel more comfortable.

Danielle S.

Yelp
This was such a fun experience, and a great place to take out-of-town visitors. You do make your own food (they bring you all-you-can-eat meats and veggies), and then you grill it on the table. You can go to the sauce bar to make your own sauces, and there's also wings, fries, and some dessert items on that buffet you can help yourself to. Basically, come very very hungry so you can try to get your money's worth. The bulgogi meats had so much flavor that you didn't even need sauces. And while you're cooking for yourself, which can be a fun and chaotic time, our waiter was also very helpful and came back often to make sure we had the grill at the right temperature and had all the drinks we needed. It is in the shopping center with Kroger, so there's plenty of parking. The atmosphere is fun, with lots of upbeat music.

Angela D.

Yelp
Upon entering at 9:12pm we were informed since we were close to the last seating we would automatically be charged a 20% gratuity. The kitchen closes at 10 & last call would be at 9:50 are we ok with that... now we've been to k pot many times before but not this location. We luv k pot so we agreed and were shown to the table after the host scrolls thru the tables on the tablet which each one has a camera pointed directly at it.. we had already read the review that said "my manager is watching y'all" so I was aware of the violation of privacy issue. When shown to the table we passed many empty tables so again I was curious about the "I'm doing you a favor by finding a table to seat you" attitude. When we get to the table it's one of the smallest in the restaurant. I asked her so we have less time, you're going to charge 20% gratuity, AND sit us at a small table?? The response: it's a 2 top. I didn't care for the service before we even sat down so we didn't stay for dinner. My advice- go to another k pot.

Crystal C.

Yelp
I think the quality of the food is good, but they've went up on their prices and the menu changed. I still visit, but mostly to take people with me who haven't don't it before. Servers are always cool and chill. My favorite thing is the Szechuan hot pot. That soup is so flavorful I want to bathe in it. lol. I also love the bar of sides (last time I went they had chicken wings) and how they provide instructions for different sauce combos to mix.

Camille C.

Yelp
I was really excited to dine here based on the reviews. I've had good experiences with KBBQ in the past, but I never had the opportunity to try the Hotpot. My bf hadn't experienced neither, so it was definitely a lesson for us both. We went during lunch hours, and did both the KBBQ and Hotpot for $25 each. We ordered items with our first server near the conclusion of his shift. While waiting for food to arrive at the table, we went to the sauce bar, which also has fries and butterfly shrimp. Once we sat down, food was on the table; really fast in terms of food delivery to the table. The biggest challenge was service and guidance and assistance with cooking the food. After our initial server left, we had to stop a nearby server and ask whom is taking over for our table and ordering. Had no idea what to do for Hotpot, such as how long to boil the items in the pot or how to control the temperature of the pot, which resulted in overcooked noodles and undesirable food. Additionally, the server didn't start us off with cooking on the grill or come by to flip the food. We did it all; placed the oil on the grill and stirred nonstop because the grill was so hot causing the food to stick to the grill and the grill to burn. I would not come to this restaurant again and I wouldn't advise first timers to come!

Kailey G.

Yelp
SO GOOD!!!! I LOOOOOOVE HOT POT. I'm so glad it's opening in a local area so I don't have to go far anymore

Kaylee H.

Yelp
This place is wonderful! Our waitress Rosha was wonderful! She cooked everything for us, making it easy to eat. She added extra items like butter , oil and etc. This restaurant is so spacious and has a great vibe . I forgot to mention they have a food bar with all sorts of food. We all laughed and had a great time, she is like family! WE LOVE ROSHA!!

Megan H.

Yelp
I've been to many Korean BBQ restaurants and this was not it. I only went because it's close to where I live and not outside the perimeter in Duluth, which is where the good KBBQ is at. We chose to do the Korean BBQ and Hot Pot (which is an additional $5 per person). Also, your whole table has to choose the same options, so it's either all KBBQ, all Hot Pot, or all do both. Our waitress was friendly and helped us order but that was it. She brought by the allergen card because my sister is allergic to peanuts. I am gluten-intolerant and wheat/gluten wasn't even on the allergy card! So many sauces, soy sauce, and fried foods have flour, so they should include that as an allergen-it's one of the top 9 allergens! Anyways, I just took guesses at what items I could eat. Do not come here if you have gluten-intolerance or celiac. When they did bring out the meats and vegetables, the server/busser just threw the dishes on the table with no explanation-did not even tell us what the items were or which ones were for the hot pot vs the bbq. Also, we threw food on the grill without using the butter spray and it burned right away. They didn't come by to change our grill until it was completely black when we were almost done with all our food. Also my enoki mushrooms had blue mold at the bottom of them. It's a large restaurant and it was pretty full on a weeknight. At the table next to us, we saw their server cooking and flipping their meat for them, but no one cooked our meat. It's fine because we knew how to cook it, but still. The food tasted good, so I'm giving 2 stars. The healthy veggie broth I got was creamy/milky colored (I was expecting it to be a clear broth) and it tasted like it had MSG in it. Will not be coming back here.

DeQuan K.

Yelp
Alea was an amazing waitress! She did a great job explaining everything and offered suggestions! Very big space and you don't feel crowed, doesn't get very smoky like most Kbbq places! Food was great quality and can't beat the price!

Eugene S.

Yelp
KPOT is another one of those hot pot/AYCE KBBQ joints spliced together where you get the best of both worlds under on roof. Let's start with the inside. It's well lit, well vented, and loud. Not quite the place for intimate dining so it's more of a friends/party joint than a date spot but the layout is simple, the place can sit about 100 and they have an outdoor patio as well so that's a cool twist. The service? Started off slow. Got sat but it took our server over 7 minutes to get to us before I had to get someone on staff to call her. Ultimately this is All You Can Eat Korean BBQ and All You Can Eat Taiwanese Hot Pot so in terms of the actual food itself, it's pretty self explanatory Why the 3 stars? The quality and flavors of the meats. The bulgogi was basic. If you had it once, you've had it all. Can't really mess it up. I liked their garlic shrimp. The hanger steak was just your average Choice cut of beef. The finger ribs was gristle. The KPOT ribs is just galbi. The marinade they used though was super sweet yet also super salty which wasn't pleasant. In terms of the hot pot, the meat they use was literal shavings. It felt more shabu shabu than hotpot or at least the hot pot that I'm familiar with where there was more substance to the meat instead of shavings of ribeye or shavings of pork belly. The broth was good. Not as spicy as they made it seem like it but you could taste the Szechuan peppercorns as well as the chili spice. They had a good variety of sides to go with the meat but again, it's basic. But for real... you can't beat the price especially for a joint ITP. $30 per person and another $5 if you opt for both BBQ and Hot Pot. Overall this is a basic place. Nothing to rave about entirely. Go with a big party and choose your gorge-fest but make it a point to not get drinks or anything because like any all you can eat joint, focus on the protein consumption. I will say this place is by far one of the better places in terms of all you can eat as well as Hot Pot inside the perimeter that's not a Duluth area joint...

Anaoleloi S.

Yelp
Went there last night for dinner. Did both the KBBQ and the hot pot for just $5 more. Meats came out pretty quick and everything was flavorful. Our server (I forgot his name) was super attentive and took his time to explain where everything was(the sauce bar, dessert) Visiting from out of town but will definitely be going here again. Highly recommended.

Bertha R.

Yelp
Eating in this exciting retro environment with food choices that tantalize ones tastebuds is an unforgettable experience! Servers are constantly available to grant your every menu wish and assist with your hi.tech ordering and self-preparation of food using a grill or hot pot. Thanks for selecting Roanoke as your location offering a unique dining experience!

Maite M.

Yelp
You can get everything you want for inly $30-35 and people were nice to, i will definitely recommend the food is do yummy i love it and the place is supper clean and well decorated and served

Marquita J.

Yelp
I decided to visit here one evening after work for dinner and let me just cut straight to the point that this was experience was everything! Upon arrival, I was able to find parking without an issue. Since the restaurant is located in a shopping plaza, there is plenty of places to park and no need to pay to do so. When I walked inside, I just loved how vibrant the restaurant was. But it was also packed! Therefore, I had a 30 minute wait and since I was already there, I waited. And it was in fact a 30 minute wait. I did notice a bar near the entryway where someone who was waiting did grab a drink while doing so. So there is that! But once I was a called, I was taken to my table which was pretty spacious and my waitress was pretty cool. Now mind this place is all you can eat. And as an adult, for dinner and on the weekends, the buffet cost $29.99. Whereas if you get lunch M-F, it is $19.99. This is a pretty good value consider all that you can actually eat. And it is $5 more if you want to get both hot pot and BBQ. I started off ordering the garlic shrimp, garlic chicken and sweet potatoes. And while I waited for that to come out, I went over to the sauce bar to pick up my sauces to add to the meat as well as side dishes like spring rolls, fries and more. When I started cooking my meal, it was such a fun experience! I have never done BBQ at a restaurant before! And I love that the wait staff constantly changes out grill rack to keep them clean. And by the way the food was all delicious! Wonderfully seasoned! Something to note, they only bring out chopsticks to eat with which was fine for me as I do know how to eat with them. But the table next to me did request forks and they brought those out separately. For me, this restaurant was well worth the wait! I'm glad I was able to go!

Olivia H.

Yelp
My friend and I stopped in on a Saturday during lunchtime and were seated at the outdoor patio. The price is $19.99 for lunch and $29.99 for dinner. However, on Saturdays and Sundays, there are only dinner prices. It's AYCE for either KBBQ or Hot Pot, with an additional $5/pp to select both options. (Note: all parties must choose the same options.) My friend and I decided to go with the Hot Pot option. There was a wide variety of meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles that you can order from at the table. They also have a sauce bar located in the dining area, which included appetizers and sides like fried shrimp, egg rolls, pickled radish, kimchi, etc. (This is provided for all customers - buffet style.) We had a great experience overall. The food was pretty good and the service was outstanding. This is a great pick for AYCE KBBQ or hot pot ITP. I will definitely be back to try out the KBBQ option!

Farzana Z.

Yelp
I am so happy that a place like KPOT exists in Atlanta! I went here for dinner on a Saturday evening and had the best time ever! So the way it work: You pay $29.99 for all you can eat KBBQ and You pay $29.99 for all you can eat Hot Pot (how amazing is this! There's so much to choose from) If you and your friends want both Korean bbq and hot pot for the table then each of you pay $34.99 instead of $29.99. That way y'all can mix and match. They have an amazing sauce bar where you can make your sauce for the hot pot and next to it is a hot bar where you can find 2-3 fried appetizers, kimchi, cucumber salad or radish, fresh cut fruits for dessert and cake slices. The service is super fast, we didn't have to wait much for the meat or veggies. By the time we got our sauces, they had brought pretty much everything. The place has great lighting, I'm not a huge fan of darker lights so it felt very lively. They've got free parking in the huge parking lot right in front of the restaurant.

Luke H.

Yelp
Very cheap for KBBQ, but you get what you pay. If you regularly eat KBBQ, this ain't the spot. The quality isn't there. Even their Orlando location is much better which is why I wanted to try it out during their soft opening which started in Nov 2022... Service was great, Adwin was super fast and responsive. But, the quality of the meat sucks. Never had pork belly that had a sweet taste, even changed grills with each meat order. Prime brisket was quite chewy... Kimchi quality is about the same as of their Orlando location. Very good radish kimchi.

Arirang S.

Yelp
I love this place! I love that I get to order as many veggies and meat as I like. I always leave extremely full and satisfied The ambience and service is very chill.

Helen K.

Yelp
I was highly anticipating this place to open but maybe I just had a high expectation that it didn't quite meet it. Location wise, it's super easy to get to. Its off of I75, exit 252B and the first shopping plaza right off the exit with plenty of parking. They do get quite busy but don't have a reservation system so I would anticipate waiting during peak hours. For our first visit, we tried both the kbbq and hotpot but I would just stick to one or the other. Overall, I preferred the hotpot. For the grill, my favorite meats were the Kpot steak and the short ribs. Overall, other meats were too salty or non-memorable. The worst was the garlic shrimp being so salty that we couldn't get past the first bite. We wanted to try as much as possible so portion wise, I loved that they give you little by little on all meats and veggies. However, hotpot meats were thin so there's not much flavor or texture. I preferred the seafood like the fish and the lobster balls. My favorite was the shrimp dumplings which was chewy and delicious and my favorite veggie was the fried taro. Overall, great value and quality for AYCE but everything seemed little watered down or lacking depth in flavor such as the broth and sauces. I had the mushroom broth so maybe I'll try the szhezhen next time. For grand opening, the service was great but I did wish that the servers would tell us what each meat plates were when they were dropped off since I do not eat lamb that my husband had ordered. I'm not sure if there's anything wrong with the machine but all the sodas tasted flat or it could be that it's just Pepsi products. I was really hoping that Atlanta finally got a decent hotpot spot but unfortunately, im still waiting on Hai Di Lao, Dolar Shop, or Happy Lamb Hot Pot to open.

Yelp
This is such a cool spot ! It's the best of both worlds, Kbbq and hotpot. Their pricing is similar to other Kbbq or hotpot places but their lunch pricing is incredible. Their food selection is a lot of different things, they have a sauce booth, and appetizers to eat with your food as well. We only did the hotpot option but you'll choose a broth flavor and list all the ingredients you'd like for your hotpot to your waiter. The service was fast and attentive. It's a very spacious location and the atmosphere is nice and casual. The only thing I would say is to be careful when walking around because the floors were somewhat slippery. Enjoy ;) - IG: travelfoodie_ishy

Yelp
So a friend of mine just happened to tell me about this spot and I was interested. I typically do enjoy Korean barbecue. This spot offers Korean BBQ and it offers Hot Pot Service as well. So I figured you couldn't really lose! You come in and the spot is really big, superstacious. It's very nice as far as decorations and Aesthetics go. You sit down and it's a huge table for every booth. We were able to sit down right away, and the server was right with us. The restaurant has a little appetizer bar. Which if you go into a establishment like this, you don't see that all the time. Well at least I don't. You can get some sweets, wings, spring rolls, and a myriad of different sauces to try. You'll probably need that for the meat though so make sure you remember to try those. So the Korean barbecue itself was really good. I ordered brisket (I ordered like 6 orders of it lol) , bugogi chicken and steak, beef belly, and basically almost all the other things on the menu. I didn't get any Seafood though, but all of the chicken and beef products that they served were really good and fresh. Everything that says spicy, was definitely spicy. It wasn't like a sweet spicy, had a solid and Hearty kicked to it! Overall I would definitely give it a really good rating. And I will definitely go back. Parking was free and ample, because it was in a strip mall. It was right by the freeway, so it's easy to get to. Everybody was great and friendly when it came to customer service. I would recommend.

Yelp
The food, service and ambiance was good. I was a bit disappointed that they no longer offer free meals on your birthday. But I get it, with inflation these days how can they afford to! The place gets packed but come for an early dinner and you should be fine.

Yelp
Really fun experience! All you can eat KBBQ and hot pot you can't beat that!! I always go for the beef bulgogi. Don't forget to get the pineapples as one of your sides who doesn't love grilled pineapples! I also love the seafood base for the hot pot. Be sure to check out the sauce bar in the back.

Yelp
I thoroughly enjoyed this. They had a very large wide way of options two different ways. Boiled them in perfectly seasoned broth, or grilled them on their grills they provide on the table. They have a seasoning section with all the sauces and herbs. You could also have a hot food section with wings, noodles, and fried rice just in case you want to supplement your mealwith something else

Yelp
So I went to Kpot for my birthday and it was pretty fun! My server was amazing and the bar manager was cool as well, great service! My issue is with the owner who gave me a hard time about remaking my son's boba after a misunderstanding with the type of flavor we wanted. He literally told me remaking the drink would be wasteful so all sales are final. Eventually he came around but WOW very off putting and hilarious since this is an AYCE restaurant. The food overall was amazing! I will probably try other locations but I'd come for the server and bartender who gave GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Yelp
I've been obsessed with this place ever since the first time I tried it, and I was eager to come back again!! I went with some friend on a Friday at 7:30, and there was about a 35-45 minute wait. We decided to wait at the bar, which turned out to be the best decision. The bartender was really great and helped set the tone for the rest of the evening. We managed to receive a table much earlier than expected as well, which was a bonus. Now, the food was absolutely amazing!! We decided to get both the KBBQ and Hotpot (I definitely recommend doing this especially since it's just $5 more!). We were overwhelmed by all the delicious options, but I was honestly impressed by how much my group and I put down. Everything was amazing as always, but ur absolute favorite had to be the spicy pork bulgogi! The seasonings on it were top notch! I also loved going to their snack bar area to grab some appetizers, amazing sauces, and other seasonings. Lastly, I have to give it up to our amazing waiter. He did most of the cooking for us, and gave us the best recommendations from the soup base for our hotpot to the best oil at the sauce bar (sesame oil if you were wondering). He also took it upon himself to grab some seasoning and butter of his own to cook the meat, and make sure it was seasoned well. Just an absolutely amazing experience altogether. I'm looking forward to eating here again!!

Yelp
This place is great for hot pot and korean bbq! They have a wide variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables. I was really surprised with the portion size of what they gave us. We all got beef, pork belly, mushrooms, rice cakes, noodles, lobster balls, etc. If you really like seafood I highly recommend the swai fish. Once you cook it, it becomes kind of crunchy and it is delicious. There was also a great sauce bar that had a ton of variety. Overall, this place is great for new people who haven't had hot pot before and would like to try it.

Yelp
I gave 5 stars for what I was looking for in the area. Yet I love to share the experience I had. We went there on a Saturday late afternoon. So I knew we would be charged for Saturday/Sunday or dinner price that $29.99 with both BBQ & hot pot, there would be $5 added. Yet I have only one tummy. That's perfectly fine. Foods were ordered while sauces were picked and mixed by yourself. You've your own soup base as all hot pot places are. The server did come back to ask if we would order more food but never asked to refill water to our hotpot when it was dried up. We were 5 of us, they added 20%. Be prepared if you've 3 family members with a couple, that's a party. I ended up with a $45.72 without extra drink for 1 person or extra tips?

Yelp
I came here for lunch on a holiday and there was a lot of people. Despite that, our server Mari was super attentive and helpful. She came to check up on us pretty often and refilled our drinks before we even thought to ask. The ambiance is pleasant and chill. The food was good and pretty tasty. I got the lunch bbq option. Nothing was bad, though I think the spicy fish was quite salty. Can't wait to come back here soon!

Yelp
I found this place on IG Instagram seems to be the new search engine for food. It's either that or the algorithm for mine is set only to restaurants and travel destinations ( i guess my assigned FBI agent is doing his job) I love Korean BBQ but there doesn't seem to be a lot of them on the south side. There is one in McDonough but this one was worth the trip. We came on a Saturday evening. We were going to go closer to 6 but we were told there was a 2 hour wait. So we chose to go later. I was so excited to experience the Korea Q and the Hot Pot options. We chose where you could do both options instead of one or the other. The options to choose from were vast. They have a sauce bar with plenty of things to season or spices up your foods with . The hot pot and bbq was 35.00 its all you can you can eat so come with an appetite ( WITH IT BEING ALL OU CAN EAT YOU CANNOT TAKE FOOD TO GO) We got one of the spicy soup bases for the hot pot and i wish i could remember the name but it was delicious. I got some noodles and also some greens and some muscles to add to mine. I've also added garlic peppers onions and mushrooms. For the bbq we got some pork bacon. Bugolgi ( my personal favorite) we both went through two sides of white rice and short ribs and garlic shrimp. I went to the sauce bar and probably got a little of every sauce so we try our likes and dis likes. They bring a good amount of meat to the table. Enough to enjoy but also not enough to the point you will waste. They do charge per pound on excessive waste. I would definitely come back to enjoy ourselves. We came maybe 1 1/2 hour before close and sat right down. It was just my boyfriend and i so we had no problems. I would recommend getting there at-least two hours early to sit for a while ( the host was acting as though she couldn't sit us) and the restaurant had clearly just finished a chaotic rush but it was empty nonetheless. We were able to get bar drinks and all. I would definitely come back before it gets overhyped.
