Amazing experience! Food was good would have added just some salt and pepper at the table. Aside from that everything was top notch! The server Dylan was very attentive AND a Big Thank you for running after us after we had left my son’s phone at the table. Dylan is a great server, request him when you go !

1st visit in Dec to this location suggested by friends and def a great experience. Make sure you ask to be seated in Andre's section! He is so personable and friendly. I know it's a busy restaurant but he took the time to stop by and chat with us mutliple times. 10/10 - understands hospitality and making a great impression! Bringing more friends later this month and making sure we are seated with him! My photos dont do it justice but I eat before the camera 😆

We had a fantastic dining experience! Our server, Jessie, was amazing. She was very attentive, friendly, and made sure all our needs were met. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout the meal. Service like this truly makes a difference! Highly recommend dining here if you want excellent service.

Great experience! Waited a little while for a table but it was well worth it. All you can eat kbbq and hot pot with many veg options! Mark, our server was great. Highly recommend a visit :)

Google
Holy moly this was the most incredible dinner of my lifetime. I ate enough for a family of four but every bite was worth it. I can barely stand but wow. Just wow. I’ve eaten hotpot in Japan and this felt just like it. The service was incredible, Mark was really funny and respectful and the food arrived quickly and was delicious.

We visited KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Pembroke Pines on July 31st, and it was such a great experience! The service was excellent—staff was attentive and friendly throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious! We loved how everything is ordered conveniently through a tablet, making the process smooth and efficient. In addition to the tablet orders, there’s also a tray line with some items you can grab right away, which adds to the variety and fun experience. Overall, KPOT combines great service, tasty food, and a modern ordering system that makes dining both easy and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Google
Kpot @ Pembroke Pines is definitely one of our go-to spots! The quality of the food is amazing the meats are really high quality. The sauce bar and appetizers are super organized, and everything tastes great (definitely try the cucumber salad and bean sprouts!). The menu is easy to navigate, and I love that you can order straight from their iPad without waiting for a server. We’ve been here multiple times already and will keep coming back again and again.

Yelp
Food: 5 Service: 5 Ambiance: 5 We had parked on the side of the building by the dentistry clinic. We didn't realize that wasn't the front--luckily there's a sign on the doors to use the front entrance Our wait was about 20-30 mins which isn't terrible for a Friday night with no reservations. We opted for kbbq + hot pot (it's $5 more if you opt for both). Unfortunately, one person can't pick ONLY kbbq and the other kbbq + hot pot--you have to pick as a whole group, so that part bites. I wanted both, so we did both Our server Jennifer was great--hospitable and great attitude! Thank you for your recommendations especially with us visiting for the first time. They have an appetizer/salad bar you can walk up to while you're waiting for your food, but I don't think it's necessary if you're opting for both kbbq + hot pot. So instead of walking up to a meat bar or ordering with the waiter, you order through the ipad. You can order 15 items at a time--that's including all items for kbbq and hot pot. Not sure if the maximum increases with larger parties, but for us two it was 15. The quality of the meat and seafood impressed me especially for the price! Pork belly is always the go-to. Thank you guys for playing K-Pop! I've been to some kbbq spots where they only played R&B or different genres. Just changes the whole vibe. Since we came for my bday, they came out singing happy birthday and had an LED bday sign + cheesecake NOTE: There's a time limit of 2 hours. I'm not sure if there's a longer time limit for larger parties. The iPad also keeps track of the time you have left. Tips: Make reservations Park by the main entrance unless you don't mind walking to the other side Get bubble tea!

Yelp
THE PLACE: I actually found this place on a whim, but what a great find!! Located in the corner of a large Pembroke Pines shopping center, parking is free and plenty. Inside, the restaurant is decorated modernly but feels very inviting. Tables, booths and bar available. The restaurant is very well designed and executed. Music is a bit loud, and seems to be Kpop, so keep that in mind. THE FOOD: We went for dinner ($33 pp) and decided to do both hot pot, and bbq which comes with an additional charge of $5/10 pp. Its essentially a buffet, that you order al la carte. With an ipad, you order the items youd like them to bring to the table, like types of meats, veggies etc. Yes, it includes beef, mussels, oysters and octopus. On the side, there is also a buffet table with sauce, dessert and some salty items like fried rice. THE SERVICE: Valerie started us off, but left midway - she was nice. Andre then served us, and he was great!! So enthusiastic, smiling, attentive and changed our grill a few times. Service was fast. Keep in mind you only have the table for two hours (enough time). Fun experience and good food.

Yelp
After waiting forever for this place to open, we finally made it. I wanted to LOVE this place. It fell short in some aspects but I still really liked it. For bbq AND hot pot, it is a very reasonable price. We had a party of 6 for "lunch" (dinner) on a Sunday. We wanted and got a table with a double burner. They didn't tell us until after we were seated, but the 2-hr timer starts once seated. We still had 3 ppl who didn't arrive yet but went ahead with it if we were able to start ordering. Our server took our hot pot broth orders in person, then came back and took other orders. We did subsequent ordering on the tablet except for alcohol. Everything we got for cooking was good. No complaints with food quality. The quantities were frustrating at times. For instance, we would place like 4 orders of brisket and then what we would receive is clearly not the amount of 4 orders. The sauce bar was hard to use. I wish there were smaller dishes to get multiple sauces but they have rather large bowls. I got some pickles from the bar and was not interested in the rest. My friends were very happy with the ready to eat options though. Another criticism would be absence of server at times. It was sometimes long stretches to get the server to place drink orders. Also, we had to request grill changes instead of any proactivity from staff despite a black grill with burning smell. We ate a lot but we didn't waste any food except for white rice. One person ordered a serving and the server decided to bring a large bowl for the table to share but no one else wanted any. We were able to split the check into 3 checks max. Personally, I wouldn't say this is a clear better spot for me compared to Gen, but I enjoyed it and would be happy to go back.

Yelp
Loved our experience here! The service was excellent, the restaurant was spotless, and the variety of food, sauces, and the bar options made everything even better. The only thing to keep in mind is that the whole table has to choose the same style--either hot pot or Korean BBQ. You can order both, just not mix them at the table. Aside from that, everything was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!

Yelp
Our server was Will. He was attentive, nice, and easygoing. This was my first time at a KPOT, the food was AMAZING!!! Everything was fresh, organized, clean. It was easy to order from the tablet. The dining experience is timed for 2 hours. The ingredients came pretty quick. Veggies were fresh and the meats were perfect. The sauce selections are out of this world! There were so many choices! I wish I had a bigger appetite because everything was delicious. I love that there were unlimited self serve fried rice, fried chicken, fries, fruits, ice cream, and desserts. There were a couple people celebrating birthdays, it was nice to see the staff provide memorable experiences for the customers.

Yelp
Packed with hungry souls--for Seoul. OK, first the bad--because honestly, it's the only bad thing I can say about this place. The ambience is a bit off: it's gray, lacks acoustics, and feels more like a modernized, noisy dining hall than a cozy restaurant. The lighting doesn't help either--those blue and purple LED strips everyone puts in their bedrooms. Now for the good--the food is phenomenal. The service is sharp and efficient, with plenty of staff around. Every server passing by will clear a plate or offer a hand. The buffet area is spotless and offers an incredible selection. Lily was amazing--attentive, kind, and perfectly balanced between checking in and giving us space. This is an all-you-can-eat, cook-your-own Korean BBQ with an extensive buffet of sides that absolutely shine. Best fried chicken (yes, it's a side), perfectly cooked veggies, and a spread of sauces to match every flavor. All your favorite fermented and marinated Korean veggies are here: kimchi, radish, seaweed, bean sprouts--everything you crave. It's a smorgasbord, K-style. They have desserts but we didn't try those - you kidding you roll out of there without sweets . Ordering is done through a tablet that sends your selections straight to the kitchen--order as much as you like, it's all included. Note: No take-home boxes and no leftovers allowed. You'll get penalized for wasting food--which honestly, I love. It's a gentle reminder to be mindful and not overfill your plate. The menu is split between BBQ and Hot Pot--a tough choice. We went with BBQ, and it was the right call. I'll save the hot pot for winter. For anyone on keto or paleo, this place is a dream. Some items have added sugar, so just ask if the meats are marinated. Skip the bulgogi if you're strict. No bread or noodles with BBQ--save your carbs for the hot pot. We absolutely loved it. At $22 for lunch and $33 for dinner or weekends, it's a great deal for the quality and experience. The place fills up daily--with hungry souls... for Seoul.

Yelp
Everything about my experience here was 5 stars from as soon as I walked in until I left! After being seated our server came over and explained the two different cooking methods and how to order on the tablet. They offer hot pot which is basically cooking your food in a broth that you choose and they also offer bbq in which you cook your food on a tabletop grill. You can choose either method, all you can eat (!) for $32.99 or you can get both for only $37.99. We opted for both hot pot and bbq. They also have a sauce/salad/appetizer bar with all different types of sauces for your food as well as things like kimchi, spring rolls, chicken wings, edamame etc You order what you want on the tablet (up to 15 items at a time) and the food arrives within minutes. One bit of advice, if there's only 2 of you like it was with us, only order for 1 per person, believe me it's plenty! There are so many tons you can order.. steak, shrimp, chicken, oysters, clams, mussels, crab legs, noodles, rice and lots of veggies. Everything was fresh and delicious! For dessert they have some fruit at the sauce bar and they have a cooler filled with individual Hershey ice cream Dixie cups. Service was absolutely wonderful and I got to speak with the manager while purchasing a gift card and he was really nice as well. I highly recommend this restaurant for a fun and delicious experience!

Yelp
Absolutely phenomenal food selections, service, and brand new location! Our server Andre was lovely he was very attentive and was very quick with our order. The food for the selection for HotPot & Korean BBQ and you can do both for an extra $5. They even have a dessert, sauces, and appetizer section. The ambience feels modern and new especially since this location opened up 2 months ago! Highly recommend to anyone to check them out and I believe I found my new favorite Korean BBQ & Hot Pot restaurant!

Yelp
First time trying Korean barbecue and loved it! You order on an iPad and can try as much as you want during your time slot. Fresh meats and veggies are brought around on carts, and you cook them right at the table or in the soup pot. There's also a spice bar with sauces, veggies, and desserts. Staff was excellent -- Alex took great care of us and checked on us often. Fun, interactive, and delicious -- can't wait to go back!

Yelp
I was excited to see this place (finally) open up! My party and I went during a weekday at around 3:30pm to get the end of the lunch pricing. We purchased the hotpot and bbq combo as we wanted to try both and it's only $5 extra to add on one or the other. We really liked the soup selections and inclusion selections for the hotpot. I feel as though the meat options for the bbq is somewhat limited (for the lunch price) versus other bbq places. Also, I noticed that their meat portions are much smaller than other places, but that's not really a problem when it's unlimited. I think they also have a larger seafood selection than some other bbq places. To order additional food, you use a tablet and select the options. I actually really liked this because it meant you could see pictures of everything. The service was really fast when ordering and I never waited long for them to bring out more food. The self-serve bar of appetizers/sides and sauces is good and bad, in my opinion. I know this place is a chain, so it's interesting to see that this location seems to have a much smaller sides selection than other locations (such as Coral Springs). Also, for their hot sides, I noticed they were not as fast with refilling them, and oftentimes there were some trays left empty. For desert, they had a selection of cakes and ice cream cups. The staff were very fast and very kind. I loved our waiter and the cleaning staff were also very quick in removing empty plates from the tables. They had really, really good table service. Overall, it was a good experience. I think next time I would only order hotpot or bbq because, even with not eating all day to save room, it was still too much food to enjoy both as much as I wanted!

Yelp
My wife found this spot, and took my in-laws for a family outing. he place has a clean, modern look but still feels comfortable and welcoming. You've got your choice of tables, booths, or bar seating. The layout's sharp, and the vibe's lively. We tried both the hot pot and BBQ (a small upcharge, totally worth it). The setup's basically a hybrid between a buffet and à la carte; you order from an iPad and they bring out your order - there's also a side table with dessert, sauces and salty sides. Service was quick and friendly. Andre, who took over for Valerie halfway through, crushed it.Overall, fun experience, good food, and great service.

Yelp
It's new and we decided to try this place for lunch. We went during the week since we heard how difficult it is to get during the week ends and evenings. It was definitely a good time to go. We decided to have the bbq only. The menu has lots of options and you use the IPad to order. Everything thing we BBQ'd was very good. One of the things liked best was the icecream. It was served in factory packed individual cups. As far as the restaurant goes, the place seems to be kept very clean and our server Marishka was awesomely good. Four stars instead of five! Why? Handicap parking! Being disabled sucks! There is only two spot and you have the restaurant's trailer parked in one of them and you never said anything to the roofing company that parked between the two spots. SHAME ON YOU! And your lucky no one has complained.

Yelp
WOW! First timer, this location has been through a lot of changes. It's HUGE inside and looked very clean today when we went in. Being our first time our waitress Katey suggested we try both BBQ & Hot Pot, sooo glad she did. She was super helpful on explaining our options and how to order off the tablet. The broth flavors were fun we tried the miso and spicy Szechuan, my husband went with pho noodles and I opted for sweet potato glass noodles. The fact that we both walked in there with two different cravings that were both satisfied is what took this experience exactly where it needed to go. The meat quality is what blew me away, the beef short ribs were thick and buttery, cooked medium they melted in your mouth. My husband and I really enjoy a good Korean BBQ, I was nervous this would be another looks good but isn't great place but boy was I mistaken. Super happy with my first time here and looking forward to coming back with a larger crowd. I would always do both it's worth it in the end but you can't go wrong either way. If in the area I would give this place a shot it's a fun date night idea and/or great lunch dinner option.

Yelp
Tried this new Korean BBQ buffet in Pembroke Pines with my family, and we had a great time! It was our first visit, so we were a bit overwhelmed (and very hungry), but once we figured out how it works, it was awesome. Tip for first-timers: pace yourself! Don't order everything at once -- take your time, enjoy what you cook, and reorder from the iPad as you go. Otherwise, your table gets covered in plates and there's no room for your own. The food is fresh, tasty, and there's a good variety of meats and sides -- love the soups! The staff is attentive and friendly. The place is clean, modern, and has plenty of parking. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
I had the best experience celebrating my birthday at KPOT! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was so welcoming and helpful. A special shoutout to Laticia, who truly made the night memorable. She explained everything clearly, gave us amazing recommendations, and constantly checked in on our table to make sure we were having a great time. The food was fresh and high quality, and I really recommend eating slowly and enjoying the full experience. There's so much to choose from, so take your time. Laticia suggested the Soju flight, and it did not disappoint, delicious and very reasonably priced. They even celebrated me for my birthday, which made it feel extra special. If you go with a group of four or more and show your ID, you eat for free on your birthday, which is such a great perk! Everything about the night was fun, flavorful, and festive. I seriously can't wait to go back. Highly recommend for birthdays or just a fun night out with friends!

Yelp
My family and I had an amazing time at KPOT! The whole experience was fun, interactive, and full of flavor. While I do wish there were a few more menu options, everything they do offer is top-notch. The menu may seem small at first glance, but it really has something for everyone. A quick tip -- order only what you can eat because if you waste meat, there's a small charge. Honestly, the price is very fair for the amount of food and quality you get -- especially if you come ready to eat! A huge thank-you to Jennifer at the front! Even though I didn't have a reservation and the wait time was over 30 minutes, she made all the difference. Her professionalism, attitude, and the way she took the time to show us the menu and explain how things work convinced us to stay -- and I'm so glad we did. Once seated, Camila took great care of us. She was friendly, attentive, and patient, walking us through how everything works. She made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Overall, this was such a great family outing -- delicious food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service. Thank you again to Jennifer and Camila for making it an amazing experience. We'll definitely be back! #IWILLBEBACK

Yelp
It's happened, KPOT has finally opened in Pines! I got to attend the grand opening and it was a five-star experience. Quiet possibly one of the best grand openings I've been to. They already seemed like a well-oiled machine from the moment we started our dining experience. Of course, being opening day, I expected the wait to be long (which is was, for over an hour) and we had a little issue with the wrong phone number being taken and being skipped over but after the hostess spoke with a manager, they were able to seat us pretty quickly after. The place is so clean and actually quite huge inside. Our server was Camila and she was amazing! Friendly, efficient, and super helpful- she helped answer any questions we had and consistently checked up on us. I love the format of this KPOT with servers checking in on drinks and any other small things but ordering our main food through an ipad. You can order up to 15 items at a time and the food came out super fast. Since it was opening night, we decided to do both hot pot and KBBQ. Although I'm not too much of a fan of this format, since AYCE of one is already a lot, surprisingly I didn't leave regretting my life choices of overeating. The protein, vegetables, and other hot pot/KBBQ items came out fast and fresh. I loved the variety of choices, especially for the broth bases for hot pot. I ended up getting the healthy herb base and can say that it is now my go-to! They have a sauce bar available and even a cooler for ice cream for some desserts. Sincerely, I can't say enough good things about this spot and so happy to have them so close to home. Welcome to Pines, KPOT!!

Yelp
Overall had a great experience eating here! I love Korean bbq so I had to check this place out once it opened. We arrived shortly before 6pm on a Saturday and had to wait around half an hour to be seated. It gets very busy on weekends! Inside is very spacious, lots of tables for seating and the ventilation is adequate. Our server was quick to bring the meats and any side dishes we requested There is a toppings bar to build your sauces and add any extra sides (I.e dumplings, fried rice) and it's well stocked and kept tidy. I will definitely be returning to try the hotpot portion of the restaurant!

Yelp
This will now be my favorite place to go out to eat! It was my first time trying a place like this and the servers were very welcoming and kindly guided us through the process of ordering. We did both the hotpot and korean bbq and it was such a good experience. The place is nicely decorated and there is a lot of space for seating, we came in around 6pm and were seated immediately. There was more than enough space between tables and sections so it wasn't too loud and they had a sauce and dessert bar on the side where you could get your utensils and other plates. There is a wide variety of options to choose from, including seafood, poultry, beef, pork, and vegetables. I enjoyed everything I got! I would definitely come back

Yelp
Food was amazing, our server was very attentive eventhough it was a busy Saturday night. It's a beautiful location, wish the north miami one would open soon. Highly recommended and they also sell labubus and poplar products

Yelp
This is the new corner spot restaurant in the Westfork plaza. The place is new so very busy, and they don't yet have a reservation system worked out, so expect a wait if you go during busy times. Food was great, but you can feel the teething issues as there were a few persistent problems. The good: Food was great Staff was friendly Great ambiance Location The bad: Wait time was long for party of more than 4 (hour and half, though we were told half hour) Tablet system wasn't working, so we waited a very long time and then had to re order through the waiter Frequent issues with orders not arriving even after reorder A bit hectic, various staff just dropping off food not certain of more than the table it's for They love pulling the suction down even if you're handling food and it gets directly in the way of that (we pulled ours down when not handling food) Not all staff seemed versed in the menu

Yelp
Totally worth the hype! Food is delish and fresh. Such a great space and ambiance. Service is nice, welcoming and informative. Miso soup and chicken with spice was my fav!

Yelp
This is the newest KPOT in the South Florida area. Coral Springs recently opened and now this Pembroke Pines location. The best part of this location is that you order from the tablet instead of grabbing all the items by yourself. This is more efficient and causes less issues such as running out of food, worrying about cleanliness, and having to wait for others. It saves a ton of time and is often used in other big cities to avoid the cluster of people running around the restaurant. You can order up to 15 items at a time and every 1 minute you can place an order. The servers are quick at delivering the food. I have already been several times to this location and it is my favorite one. This place is clean and huge once you walk inside. You can do KBBQ, hot pot, or both. The food is fresh and since it isn't sitting out in a buffet area, it tastes better. The Tom Yum is my favorite soup base here when I eat hot pot. The only time you have to get up is to get sauces, little appetizers, or dessert. Overall, a fantastic addition to the area and I would recommend anyone to come eat here.

Yelp
My wife and I have been wanting to try this restaurant since it recently opened. I'm usually not into "all you can eat," but I went there hungry. If you have never been there before (like us) it can be a little confusing. The staff is excellent though and will make sure you know exactly how to navigate the BBQ and Hot Pot. Our server Alex could not have been nicer and made it a fun experience. Fresh food, clean surroundings and reasonably priced. Well trained staff.
google avatar

Karen N.

Yelp
Well worth the price! The cocktails are very good! Max and I ordered the combo which is soup and the hot plate. Pro tip. When your soup is done boiling, you can turn the burner off yourself. Another pro tip. After you pick your choices, you need to click on the cart. I was complaining about where my food was only to learn I didn't take the next step. The service is impeccable. Lots of tables and every one was occupied by the time we left. It's very clean. Lucy was our server and she was amazing. Final pro tip. You only get one hour and a half and then you are told you are done.

Yelp
Very positive experience on my first visit. We did lunch Korean bbq option, hot pot would have been overwhelming for this gringo. Service: I though it was great. Mauricio was on it - helpful and present. Checked multiple times to see if we needed help or grill change.IPad ordering system worked with no issues and dishes came quickly. Used dishes cleared almost instantaneously. Food: Good quality. Beef and shrimp were stand out bbq dishes. I did not care for the bbq sauce seafood options. Ambiance: we went during day but neon lighting would be cool for dinner dining. Clean and new buildout. Has nightclub feel. Parking: near Costco, Westfork plaza no issues during lunchtime. Overall: very good experience. I will be back for hot pot. Only feedback would be appetizers at sauce bar and deserts could be elevated. 4 lunch choices were underwhelming.

Yelp
I have been waiting for this restaurant to open for months. I came around 7 o'clock during their grand opening and the place wad already packed. They use Toast to track your place in line on the waitlist. For four people it was around 30 to 45 minute wait. We sat down in a large table with four spots for hot pot and one center grill if you wanted to do Korean barbecue. Hernan was our server and he was super kind and professional. He explained that we order the soups through him and the rest of the ingredients can be ordered on the iPad that's on each table. I got the seafood Korean soup and it was actually really good. One of the best I've tasted in all the hot pot restaurants I've been to. My kids ordered the miso soup and Hernan was kind enough to put the seaweed on the side for them as only one of my kids waved seaweed. At the buffet, there are about four different types of appetizers, some fruits, and desserts, and then the sauce bar. As compared to the Kpot in Coral Springs, I feel like their buffet was a bit lackluster. There's no hot cooked dishes there as they do in Coral Springs. When it comes to the food. You can order 15 items each round and then the iPad times out for one minute before you can order your next round. The first round of food came out fairly quickly. But every round after that took quite a long time to come out and the amount that you get per order were quite confusing. For example, I ordered two orders of mini sausage for my kids and the first time 3 sausages came out. The second time I ordered three orders of mini sausages and still only 3 came out the second time. I would recommend having order the exact amount they wanted as to avoid confusion and food waste. Even the varieties of food that you can choose on the iPad and the quality is not as good as the Coral Springs location. There is also a two hour timer on the iPad that starts right after you place your soup order. The crab legs and clams were quite small. The oyster shells were about 2 inch long so the oyster flesh were next to nothing. They also didn't have cocktail sauce for the oysters. On the plus side, they do have a full bar. For the same price, I would definitely rather go to the Coral Springs location. I may come back and try the Korean barbecue. But for sure the quality of the food and the variety is similar to lemongrass in Hollywood except at lemongrass, you can get as much as you wish and at your own time. I really did want to love this place, especially bc it's so close to where I live. But it definitely missed the mark.

Yelp
Came in for lunch on a Wednesday and it was not packed at all and very clean inside, so my review is based on the lunch service. We opted for just the k bbq but it was only $5 more per person to get both k bbq and hot pot. Price for lunch is cheaper than the dinner option but limited in meats- for the rest of the meats you need to upgrade for to the dinner service and depending on your party 1 person cannot choose dinner it applies to all at the table so keep that in mind, now on to the food. Sauce, sauce, sauce.... They have a make your own sauce bar so definitely take advantage of it. If I must say I made a phenomenal sauce mix which took my meal to the 5 stars you see here. We ordered the spicy bulgogi, spicy chicken, prime brisket and regular bulgogi. The spicy options do have a little kick to them so beware. For the prime brisket and regular bulgogi since they came just bare while on the grill i mixed in some of my sauce and it was really good. Our server Mariska was very attentive and explained how it works so well, she also came in and changed our grill to a fresh one. Now that i experienced the lunch side i will definitely be back for dinner to try the other meats.

Yelp
To start off this place has all you can eat hot pot and kbbq. A tasty selection of Korean meats and seafood. I would say the galbi (very tender and flavorful) and the signature pork belly were my favorites! The hot pot was good, but I wish there was a bit more variety. Unlike regular hotpot places they do offer a variety of different soup bases for each individual which is a plus. They got desserts, sauce bar, and some banchan dishes as well. The service was very good! Our waiter Andre was very attentive always making sure we got what we needed. Actually all the staff there had a positive happy attitude.

Yelp
The experience was awesome. Super easy to use bbq set and ordering system. The food was delicious. They have this appetizer/sauce bar. I think you will learn to use sauces as you get more experience. The way they sing happy birthday is almost like being in a club, super high energy from everyone. It also has a really nice vibe and set up, tvs, bar, nice tables. Nothing to complain about.

Yelp
They have a large selection of food to choose from. The cost is about $40 a person for Kpot and Soup. We had a great time and our server was very good. The only down side is that 2 portions come with each item selection. So if you order chicken and only 1 person is eating chicken then half of the chicken goes to waste. I don't like the waste. I had a little soup left over and they charge for take out. So they threw it away which was upsetting to me. It's a fun place but I'm not sure I will go back often. It's nice to go if you haven't seen people in a while so you can hang out because the experience takes at least 2 hour or so.

Yelp
When you first walk in, it feels like a nightlife Korean karaoke styled bar but with tables and hood vents. I like that, it's cool! This location is quite large and has a private room for special occasions. My dislikes are that the ventilation is not enough. It's super smokey in there. It also doesn't help that they leave you with an uncleaned grill. It had char and tons of grease and crisps from the people before us. All utensils and the bowls given to us were dirty. Look out for the cooking utensil given to you. We found chunks still in it. Keep in mind, you are timed for your whole experience and every new order you make. 2 hour seating total timing and 15 minutes in between new orders all on an iPad given at every table. Unfortunately, my server took 20 minutes to bring a soda and we asked for rice at the beginning but she didn't remember to bring it until near the end. She kept forgetting everything we asked. Mind you, you order your food on the iPad. Only your soup base, drinks, and rice are ordered through your server. The soup base I chose was the golden chicken and it was very good. I liked the option of flat iron as it's one of my favorite cuts. Overall, I'm sorry but I would not recommend this place. There are WAY better hotpot's in south Florida that has good service, CLEANER, and have just as good meat options. Please clean your utensils and grill areas better.

Yelp
The food is great, and the service even better, ask for Angelica, she's the best! They have a lot of tables so the wait is not long and they options for meats are plenty.

Yelp
KPot is an excellent option for Korean BBQ. They offer a great variety of items you can order right from your table, where both the BBQ grill and the Hot Pot are located. It's an all-you-can-eat experience, but you cook your own food--whether it's beef, chicken, or seafood--on the table's BBQ grill or in the Hot Pot. We really enjoyed all the food, and it was a great experience overall. The place is new and very well located, right next to the movie theater, ice cream shops, and Costco.

Yelp
KPOT was excellent. Ordering through the iPad was easy and the food arrived in under two minutes every time. The staff was friendly, and I liked that you could do BBQ, hot pot, or both. The menus were clean with pictures, and the bar area with games on TV made the atmosphere even better. I will definitely be back.

Yelp
I've been waiting for this place to open, it seemed life the "Coming Soon" poster had been posted forever. I visited on a weekday evening and arrived to a substantial wait for a table. As a disabled veteran, I was first put-off by their parking. They only have two disabled parking spots and one of them was occupied by a restaurant trailer leaving only one spot that was taken. I mentioned the parking to the Manager, who said the trailer was an emergency refrigerator for their food. I replied and pointed out that there were regular parking spots available no more that 10' feet from the handicapped parking that could have easily been used. He said he would mention it to the owner but I don't think he took me seriously. Then I went to sit at the bar and eat, since I was dining alone and was told 1). that they had no Happy Hour specials and 2). there was no food service at the bar (table only), not even appetizers. I left disappointed and didn't want to wait the 45 minutes for a table. So it depends on what you're looking for in your evening...I wanted a casual experience where I could sit at a bar, sample some menu items and enjoy a drink. I didn't find what I wanted...but maybe you'll have better luck.

Yelp
Overall it was a great experience. We checked out this place for lunch today. It's very clean and organized. The service was excellent. Our server Liana was very attentive and friendly. The other staff who helped bring out food or take away dishes were also attentive and fast. We did the both bbq and hot pot option. All the meat was very fresh. For bbq, the short ribs were our favorite. For hot pot, we loved the soup base, fatty beef and the seafood. We will definitely come back.
