First time at K Pot and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and I really enjoyed the soups and the variety of fresh meats. Everything tasted fresh and it was fun cooking at the table. Our waiter was great and explained how to cook everything which made the experience even better. The service was fast, friendly and very helpful. Between the tasty food, the interactive dining and the great service this was definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. I cannot wait to come back.

KPOT offers a fantastic dining experience with a clean, modern, and inviting atmosphere. Love the extensive choices of protein, veggies, and condiments at the buffet-style setup are a major highlight. It's especially enjoyable for families, with the interactive element of cooking your own meal adding a unique and fun touch, as seen with my daughter who absolutely loved it. The portions are incredibly generous, making it a great value for those with bigger appetites. However, as with any all-you-can-eat experience, it might feel a bit pricey if you have a smaller appetite and don't plan to fully take advantage of the unlimited offerings. Despite this, the overall experience, the quality of ingredients, and the enjoyable cooking process make KPOT a worthwhile visit, especially for groups and those who enjoy a hands-on dining experience.

My family and I decided to stop at this Kpot for a meal, and boy was it a disappointment. Food was pretty good in terms of selection and variety, but the atmosphere was a bit of a let down; the lighting basically made it damn near impossible to tell if the food was fully cooked. We decided to try Korean BBQ, but the grilling experience was practically ruined by how slow the table top grill was. The grilling guide you get on the table to show how long to cook different foods was practically useless as I would've gotten food poisoning if I cooked my chicken according to the guide. Service was definitely the worst; our server just came to pick up our dishes before he ghosted us, where the grill needed to get changed (as you seen in the photo it got disgusting). Another kind server did acknowledge the underwhelming service to us, but this place really needs some improvement in their service.

Stopped here on our way to Ohio. My son has been to the one in Milford CT and loved it. We got the hot pot and the BBQ. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was an experience too. Love that you can mix your own dipping sauce. Ill definitely go back.

My fiancé and I went to Korean KPot to celebrate our anniversary today at 6:00 PM. Overall, the food was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable. However, the waitress who initially served us was quite rude—she abruptly asked what we wanted without giving us a chance to look at the menu. That said, we didn’t let it ruin our evening. She did improve as the night went on, and we mostly asked other waitstaff for help when needed. I didn’t catch her name, but I would recommend that management address this issue. Many people dine out for the experience, not just the food—because good food can be found in many places.

Google
10/10 experience. Food was fresh, buffet was full, service was attentive, friendly, and welcoming. New fave spot! Best kimchi I’ve ever had. Price is worth it !

First time here... If you thinking of going... Give it a try .. they will give you a tour the first time so you know what you are doing. We took the step daughter for her birthday... Bring the Bday here group 4 or more bday meal is free and they will sing As well!!! Cooking your food while at the table is different but was also enjoyed. I wouldn't say the Mock tail was worth the $7

Google
I had a nice experience at this restaurant. It's clean and modern looking inside and it was very popular. That's always a good sign. The buffet is expensive and there's an overwhelming amount of different meats, veggies, and sauces to choose from. However, all of the food, the sauces, and the soup bases were extremely delicious. You can tell that everything is pretty fresh and high quality. Cooking the raw food on the hot plate is challenging since it often sticks to it. I also had a hard time determining if the food is undercooked or overcooked. It's best to grill thinner pieces of meat. It's also challenging to make sure that you don't use the utensils that handled the raw meat when moving cooked food to your place or getting rice. So, it can be a slightly overwhelming experience and you do have to work a little. You also get a little bit hot and sweaty. But again, you food is excellent overall. If you're really hungry, it's well worth the high price. I just wouldn't go there on a blind date.

Yelp
When I first moved to Syracuse, I found myself missing the vibrant Korean BBQ scene I had enjoyed in Northern Virginia. So, when KPot opened, I knew I had to give it a try, hoping it would live up to the high standards I was used to. Now, KPot has become my go-to spot for Korean BBQ! One of the standout features is their sauce station, where you can mix and match flavors to create the perfect dipping sauce for your meat or a delicious drizzle for your rice. It's a small touch that makes a big difference in personalizing your meal. I also really enjoy when they have music playing at a loud - but not too loud - level because it adds to the atmosphere. If you've never been to a Korean BBQ restaurant with a built-in grill at each table, don't worry--the staff is happy to guide you through the experience. Plus, each table has a helpful cooking guide that lists the recommended cook times for different meats. My personal favorites? The bulgogi and garlic pork belly--both packed with incredible flavor. While I'm not the biggest hot pot fan, KPot offers it as an add-on for just $5 per person. If you're up for it, I'd recommend trying both the lunch and dinner menus; dinner includes a premium selection of meats while still featuring all the staples available at lunch. For those dining with kids or picky eaters, there's a small selection of fried foods like French fries and chicken nuggets, making it a great spot for families. At one point, we found ourselves coming here weekly for lunch--it's hard to resist at just $21.99 for all-you-can-eat! We usually visit right when they open during the week, and the restaurant is always spotless. If you're looking for the freshest buffet experience in Syracuse, KPot is the place to be.

Yelp
4 stars because food is soooooooo good. the service is TERRIBLE, we kept getting forgotten about until we have to ask the host for them to remember our table. Please fix the service because they really do make our experiences frustrating every time we go there.

Yelp
A truly enjoyable experience with the entire family. Service was spot on, the selection was outstanding, the quality of the food was more than expected and I'd recommend KOOT to all my family and friends. I will totally be back..,,,,

Yelp
Although they are open till ten, they only seat till 9pm. Unfortunately at 9:02 I was turned away. Got there late because I missed their road sign as it was not lighted.

Yelp
Stopped here for dinner on a Thursday night while in town for work. Unbeknownst to us, this location was right next door to our hotel which was incredibly convenient. We were sat immediately and the staff was very friendly and attentive. This is yet another version of KPOTs we have been to where there is no tablet, there's no waitress ordering, but a buffet of the raw meat and vegetable ingredients to go and select for your table. I am not sure how I like that - maybe bc I'm a list type human and need to see it on a menu or ordering device - but anyway. BIGGEST RED FLAG AND WHY IT GOT A 3? *** THEY DO NOT HAVE YUM YUM SAUCE HERE *** When it comes to these places and having white people like me - THAT IS A MUST HAVE ANS A BUILDING BLOCK FOR A GREAT MEAL! I was so discouraged that I door dashed a bottle of it while we were there. Yes, I'm serious. Meats and vegetables were good - standard experience.

Yelp
Kpot is one of my favorite comfort food restaurants. We have one at home (Dayton, Ohio) and after my medical treatment today I wanted some KPot in my life. This location looks identical, inside and out, to the one at home. Our server was good, attentive, helpful and kept our waters filled but she was very no BS lol like literally, "You been here before? Soup base? Drink? Okay help yourself." Lol. But she even checked on us after our first round and offered a fresh grill. BUT I came here to say this; THIS location has it going on! They have all the items out buffet style and you can go up and grab whatever you'd like when you want. I wish the location back home did this. It reminds me of the authentic hot pot feel from Taiwan

Yelp
We went over to KPOT over the weekend for BBQ for dinner, and came back during the weekday lunch for hotpot. Very delicious for both! I don't have much to say for service except for birthdays. It's a very popular place to go for birthdays, there were about 7 birthdays celebrated while we were there. They sing and bring a large glow up sign which is fun. Nothing specifically wrong with the service, it's just that once you're seating and know what you're doing, you get your own meat, cook your own food, and that's it. If you need someone to check up on you frequently, this is not going to be for you, but if you like uninterrupted meal out, it's perfect :) I especially appreciated and was amazed by the various proteins! All their marinated pork bellies were amazing, their Kalbi was a bit on the sweet side for me, but tasty, and the bulgogi was good too. I especially liked the thin frozen beef belly. Yum! Personally for me, I wouldn't want to pay the weekend/dinner price for the hotpot as I prefer the veggies in hotpot, and I get more "bang for the buck" with bbq because I can pack in more meat that way Don't be wasteful and grab only what you can actually consume. You will not be able to take any left over home. If you can make it out there for weekday lunch, I would do that since it's a little over half price. Instead of pictured menu on Google and Yelp, it is $20.99. I should have looked at the sign, but that was what I was charged. Even for lunch, there was almost all the same meat selection, maybe missing just a few things. Like shrimp, there was no full shelled on shrimp for lunch. Weekend and dinners are $30.99 for either hotpot or bbq. If you want both, it's $35.99. Pricey but if you come in hungry and with a plan, it's sooo worth it.

Yelp
My friend's been telling me about their KPOT for a year, and at first I thought all KPOTs were the same. I've been to the one in Jersey City and it was fine, but now I know. Not all KPOTs are created equal. And Syracuse got lucky because this one is AMAZING!!!!! So many different types of meats, all my favorite veggies, seafood, hot foods, fruit, sauces, cakes/desserts, and ice cream all SELF-SERVE!!!! My favorite meats were the beef belly and galbi. Beautifully decorated, service is great, easy location, and delicious food.

Yelp
Reasonable and always fun to have hotpot. Services was clean and everyone was patient and kind. Just wish the kimchi was not as sweet as it was. But we enjoyed the meal with family very much.

Chris L.

Yelp
Pretty good generic Korean style food. Can't really expect authenticity with a chain restaurant tailored to American clientele. I really did not like the fact that raw meat is sitting out on a buffet line for people to serve themselves. How is that allowed to pass food safety regulations? The "spicy" is medium at best. If I don't need to wipe my nose let alone blow it then it's not spicy. Not necessarily bad, but not good either. So so = 3 stars.

Yelp
What an amazing restaurant. Passing by, we stopped by Syracuse for lunch and were greeted by a friendly Arianna. There were only a few tables occupied inside so we were quickly seated. Jill came by, explained us how everything worked and even took time to walk us around the raw bars. Opted in for both Korean BBQ and Hot Pot, I picked a little bit of everything to try first. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The highlights for me are the spicy marinated squid and bulgogi marinated meats. The sliced ribeye was also spectacular. The seafood options were also great, specifically the mussels. Jill constantly checked on us, refilling our drinks and changing out our BBQ grill when it starts to get dirty and smoky. Finding out she's one of the newer employees, I thought she did quite well, and I felt as if she's been there for years, let alone under a week. The only complaint I have is I found the desserts to be very below par. Trying to find a nice way to say this, but they were rather pathetic, and I would have rather either had no dessert offered with my meal, or rather paid to have a decent dessert. 100% skip the desserts. Other than the desserts, everything else was 10/10 especially service and this restaurant is 100% worth the visit drive from Rochester.

Yelp
Great place to eat at, the ambiance is incredible. Service was great . staff is excellent all around. now let's get down to the food part , there is a wide variety of meats from hot pot thinly sliced to the bbq sizes , & different options, they have a big sauce & sides making bar to create what you like, also a fruit , veggie and dessert bar , &' noddle station. everything is very clean drinks are a little pricey, Also I would definitely pick one or the other(hot pot or Korean bbq) because it could be a bit much if you're not a heavy eater. We drove 1hour 30 mins to try this place and will DEFINITELY be back!

Yelp
Outstanding experience. Great food with so much variety. Our server Galivan, was outstanding. Ambiance is great if you want to experience a family outing. You cook your meats yourself and it creates a lot of talking , and not on one's phone.

Yelp
The atmosphere is very modern and cool. I loved the neon lights decorating the walls and ceiling. The waitress was very helpful as I had not been to a Kpot before and wasn't sure how everything worked. She explained our options of ordering a meal or hotpot. I decided hot pot and went with the Thai Tom yum soup base. It was delicious! I got to go up to the buffet and choose my meat and veg for the hotpot. I also got a cocktail and it was delicious! Not stingy on the alcohol. I'd definitely go again!

Yelp
Great new spot in Syracuse. Lots of food choices, served buffet style. Take your chosen items back to your table and cook them on the "grill" set in the table also in your hotpot 9f broth. The service was good even though tge restaurant just opened. Very well decorated and very clean. We will definitely go back!

Kylie S.

Yelp
My husband and I were blown away by our experience at Kpot. There is a huge selection of fresh, quality ingredients to choose from. The grill plates are replaced frequently, the broths are absolutely delicious. We tried Szechuan and healthy herbs. This is the first dining experience in quite some time that we left truly pleased with and cannot wait to go back. Staff is friendly and helpful. Husband broke a glass and they were so kind to clean it up and not make a fuss. The decor is fun and tidy. We'll be bringing back all of our friends and family every chance we get! Thank you!

Yelp
Went during opening week and I'm SO glad that Syracuse is getting this wonderful addition! The aesthetic in the restaurant is pleasing and there is a choice of picking korean bbq, hotpot, or with a small upcharge, both. We did not feel the need to indulge in both so we went with korean BBQ (though the hotpot broths looked great). Everything is self serve including meats, vegetables, and a sauce station (there is an extra station for hotpot with more options like dumplings, noodles, etc.) but I LOVED the self serve aspect. At a lot of AYCE places, the meats are ordered per table and a definitive serving is brought out (which may be too much or too little to your preference) but here, you can get exactly how much or how little you would like of each item. And I am not used to being able to grill this variety of veggies too! Before the days of COVID/at some restaurants, a server will cook the meats for you, but here, you do everything yourself. They will change the grill out for you which is very nice. Keep in mind if you have not been to one of these places before, your hair/clothes will definitely smell like grilled meats afterwards as a fair warning. I can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I was excited to hear that Syracuse was getting a hot pot/Korean BBQ spot. While I can't confirm one didn't exist before, this one was hard to miss, opening in the former Tilted Kilt and facing out to 690. For a recent guys night, I suggested we check it out, especially as it was a Tuesday night and not likely to be as busy as a weekend. Its location off of Erie Blvd. is terrible and easy to miss. It's behind Chuck E Cheese adjacent to a Hampton Inn, but if you don't notice the sign, it's easy to drive past. Upon entering, you are greeted to a really well done interior. Bright lights, neon signs, a beautiful bar, and some great smells all welcome you into what is sure to be a fun evening. Our server was TOP NOTCH. Knowing we were noobies, she walked us through the whole process, explaining our meal options and then took the time to walk us through the entire buffet line so we got familiar with their offerings. When we had an unexpected person show up to our party, she moved us to a bigger table with no complaint. We opted for both the hot pot and bbq so we could get the full experience. For a $5 difference, it seems like a no brainer. Since there are quite a few options for diners here, I'll provide some quick hitter reviews of the items I tried: Miso Broth - excellent Grilled Steak - good Grilled Pork Belly - good Grilled Garlic Chicken - very good Sliced chicken for hot pot - good Buffet options for hot pot - excellent Sauces (especially my homemade peanut sauce) - very good The sauce area has recipes to make your own sauce mixes. I loved that. For folks that are there with a large party that may not like the options in the buffet, they did have some fried shrimp and french fries...so they might be able to make it through the night without an empty stomach :) This is a nice addition to the restaurants on Erie Blvd. I would love to do a date night here with my wife and sit at one of the smaller tables and cook together. While I have heard from others that they think it's stupid to pay to cook your own food, I prefer to view it as part of an experience, and that's where K Pot really shines.

Yelp
A great chain to add to Syracuse repertoire of unique restaurants and cuisines! There were a ton of choices & having the ability to try them all the see what you liked or didn't like was great, can't beat $37 dollars for endless ramen and meats/seafood/veggies to grill and taste. The only thing that was tough was actual grilling and how fast the burner gets gross, but they come to change them often and were attentive. It was lively and so fun
google avatar

Mary Anne M.

Yelp
This was our first time being there! The waitress was very hospitable. The ambiance was fun and modern. The food, broth, and sauces was delicious! 10/10, definitely try it out with friends!
google avatar

Yelp
A national chain of AYCE Korean barbecue that you grill yourself and hot pot (where you cook raw ingredients in broth (there are several choices, I chose the Korean seafood tofu). I was pleasantly surprised by the hot pot . They had a good albeit not overwhelming variety of ingredients and sauces. Usually I only get the marinated short ribs (Here it is LA style galbi). It was good but a little sweet for my liking. You do get your money's worth. If you haven't been to a Korean BBQ where you grill yourself before . Be aware that you and your clothes will smell like Korean BBQ the rest of the night so dress appropriately. I will definitely go back

Yelp
Be advised. If you're not from this area or good with directions, you'll find yourself struggling to find the location of this establishment. It is hidden in the back of Chuck E Cheese. Aside from the many parking spaces to choose from, the restaurant was disappointing to say the least. When you walk in, you're greeted with a modern and trendy atmosphere. However, the employees and their lack of professionalism dampened the awe of the newly renovated restaurant. The employees did not seem knowledgeable about anything pertaining Korean Barbecue and Hotpot. If you're new to this type of cuisine, you'll most definitely feel lost and out of place because the workers are either lost themselves or oblivious to ensuring their guests feel comfortable and at ease with all the chaos that comes with the buffet style lunch. The food are all out and in the open for anyone to grab and there are random condiments that no one seems to know what to do with. I've been to many restaurants that are specialized in Korean barbecue and majority of them have employees who serve the meats and sides you want to your table. To me, this seems more hygienic and organized. However, this is not what you get when you eat at this location. It is the exact opposite. Although I was not impressed with this restaurant, I'm glad there's something new to the area. For those who love to eat, this place is for you because of the limitless meats & veggies offered.

Yelp
such an amazing experience. it was my first time going and i was not let down at all. 21.99 for a whole barbecue buffet!!!! and for five dollars more you can do hotpot AND barbecue. so so worth it and will definitely be going again next time and doing the whole shebang. the overall atmosphere and vibe was so awesome i wasn't expecting it to be so nice. it's so cute and when you walk in there's a really cute pink bear greeting you (picture below) the meat was so delicious i will be thinking about it for the next couple days. i almost cried when i ate the pork belly. our waiter caitlynn was also so awesome she had the cutest nails ever. she constantly checked up on us to make sure everything was okay and was so sweet. she even replaced our grill for us when it was charred af:) it's been 2 hours and i am so stuffed but i can't wait to go back. this is a kpot slay

Yelp
I was so excited for this place to open! When I heard it was coming I couldn't wait to try it. I've been to their other locations and it did not disappoint. They had a great selection of meats and veggies. A few appetizers, I believe there was fries and spring rolls and a few more items. Did I mention it was ALL YOU CAN EAT! We got the Tom yum soup base, very flavorful. And we tried different kinds of meat. It was fresh. The only disappointment was since it was a bar style all you can eat and you can choose your items they didn't have the side dishes that are offered similar to the other location. That was the only disappointment when I come here because I was excited to try those items. Other than that, the service was good, the staff was nice and the ambiance was good. I would like to try this place again!

Yelp
Do it. Go. I know it seems weird and confusing but trust me it's not that confusing and it's worth it. The buffet is CRAZY and it's all you can eat. They keep everything stocked, and everything I had was good. I will try a different soup base next time I get hot pot (tom yum was not what I expected from Thai experience) but everything else was so. Good. I have had hot pot and bbq before but never in the same place and kpot didn't disappoint. The buffet picture is seriously less than half the stuff they have, and doesn't include the sauce bar where you can mix/match and customize your own sauce experience. Once you try Korean hot pot/bbq you'll wonder why you waited so long! I will go back often. Grill was changed often, soup refills were offered, and everyone was happy (and it was about 2/3 full at 3pm on a Friday). Do it. Go.

Yelp
The food was amazing. We only wish that we would have had just the soup bowls. The meat wasn't that terrific. But I wouldn't stop anybody from adding it to their meal. The atmosphere was electric. The service was very good. It was a little expensive, approximately $45 per person. As I said before, the food was great. And definitely worth it. You got to cook your own food so maybe that was why we might've overcooked our meat. The soup was a chicken base and you could add any thing to your soup on the buffet. I added shrimp, crab, sweet potato watercress, and a side order of coconut shrimp and tater tots. Which I could've done without the sides. If you like Korean food, you will definitely like this.

Yelp
This place is amazing. We arrived at 345 pm on a Saturday and it was really busy. It's hard to find. Just a little sign next to Hampton Inn. Need to go thru their parking lot to get to K-Pop. Attractive place, rather noisy, and the food is wonderful with lots and lots of choices - kinda overwhelming, but our server did a terrific job in explaining things. You can do soup or BBQ and if you do bother it's only $5 more. We'll be back for sure.

Yelp
Amazing place- what an experience! The vibe of the restaurant was amazing with all the neon signs. The buffet and tables were all clean and tidy. Our waitress walked us through the whole buffet area and explained what each thing was and even suggested on the sauce/marinade bar a specific marinade she liked. She was also very attentive through the night and kept asking if we had questions or needed anything. Now to the food, I loved that some of the meats were plain, and some were already seasoned! They did have some already cooked food, not much, but it was great because I was hungry. The hot pot broth was great and the bbq grill was easy to use, and was switched out after an hour for a fresh one, which was nice to not mix up flavors of each others marinades/sauces. I overall enjoyed my time here. I feel like personally I'd stick to the bbq alone if it was my first time here. It was a bit much to juggle the bbq and hotpot my first time. I felt with having 2 hours to enjoy both with unlimited buffet was really enough time for me.

Yelp
We are here visiting family for Thanksgiving and thought we would try out this Korean hot pot restaurant. We were a party of 10 and we're seated quickly! This restaurant is spacious, lots of seatings! Our server, Tommy was very friendly and personable. Even though masks are not required, we appreciated that he wore one! The price for hot pot or BBQ is $30 pp and to add on hot pot/BBQ for both was only another $5! $35 ($16.99 kids) for all you can eat! Tons of meat, seafood, noodles, fish balls, tofus, veggies! There was so much to choose from plus dessert! A good variety of soup bases to choose from, Spicy Szechuan, Tom Yum, Mushroom, Herbal broth, etc. We really enjoyed our dinner especially with Black Pink playing in the background!

Yelp
I've been to several kpot style restaurants and this one is ok. Would have liked to see more of the thin sliced meat seasoned. And I didn't feel comfortable with the buffet style service because there was raw meat and poultry and tons of people poking and prodding at the food. I also noticed there seemed to be a gnat or fruit fly issue by the buffet as I saw fruit fly and nap traps near the meat. Not appetizing at all.

Sarah R.

Yelp
Food was fresh and great! Our service was the bomb we had Caitlyn her smile brighten our day and she also showed us the buffet and showed us what was for the BBQ and what was for the soup! She really was a rock star!! The manager Dan also was great and hospible! We will definitely be back!!

Yelp
Having just eaten at a Korean barbecue restaurant last week, while vacationing in California, I couldn't help but compare both experiences. On the plus side, our server at KPOT was very attentive, even walking us through the buffet and explaining how everything worked. She made sure we had our drinks filled and dirty dishes cleared from the table. She also replaced our grill when it became dirty. The buffet was full of plenty of options for both barbecue and hot pot. My table chose the barbecue. The meat was well seasoned and tender and they were plenty of choices between vegetables, French fries, fried shrimp, chicken nuggets, fried rice, and fruit. so, lots of options if you bring your children. in addition to the wide variety of food, there were also desert items including red velvet cake, cream puffs, and a type of cheesecake. All in all a great value for a $33 per person dinner. The Korean barbecue in California had a tablet for ordering your items. They were brought to the table. They are by the number of people you encounter going to, and from the buffet numerous times. It was also more sanitary than worrying about people touching the food on the buffet. On the minus side, there needs to be better ventilation. My eyes were burning from the barbecue smoke, and after leaving our clothes and hair had a heavy odor of cooked meat. I would definitely return, but would opt for a less busy time, hoping that I didn't need to take a shower after I left. One really positive thing is that the business uses a handheld machine to run your credit card at the table. This means nobody has access to your credit card except you. Kudos to the business for doing this as it's not common in the Syracuse area.

Yelp
Expensive for what you get. Decent food with good flavors but the cookers are WAY too slow to make it worth the high price. Good service. Decent ambiance. Definitely need to upgrade tabletop cookers

Yelp
Went here for opening day - it was amazing! I have been waiting a very, very long time for a KBBQ spot to open up in Syracuse and I'm so glad it finally did. Great choices of meat and veggies, and love that you can do both hotpot and KBBQ (my two faves!) in one spot. Loved the music selection, the lighting, and the overall vibe of the restaurant. The servers and everyone working there were also very nice, attentive and accommodating! All good things to say about KPOT Syracuse - so glad this is finally available here. Long-awaited, but well worth the wait.

Yelp
All the food came out really late, and the waiters could have been more understanding and friendly. We did not get what we paid for the price, there was only a little bit of meat for how much we paid for and I felt like we got ripped off, and we ordered a lot but received a little. The music was all over the place but the restaurant looked pretty. They spent all their money on the interior, but did not have enough left for good service and had to serve too little food. First time here, and I could say that this was not that good of an experience.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful with learning what to do. The food was insane and had the best flavor. Also the atmosphere is phenomenal. I cannot believe this is in Syracuse! We all did the dinner pot and grill and it was so worth the price! Cannot wait to go back!

Yelp
Very cool looking place on the inside and very clean. I've never been to place like this before so the tables were interesting to see. We came for lunch durning the week and were greeted by a cheerful hostess. We were seated immediately after being greeted. The waitress explained a few thing's to us with a big smile and was cheerful. She seemed like she loved working there. We ordered the bbq and hot pot. We both chose Szechuan spicy hot pot. The hot pot had a very nice flavor I put some vegetables in it and Ramen noodles in mine. There are also dumpings you can add. I made the best Ramen I've ever had. Wonderful food selection, all types of meats, barbecued meats, seafood, vegetables, and oils to cook with. The bbq was a little harder to do than I expected! First try wasn't a huge success I put way to much food on the grill and it took forever. (Tip) Use a small portion of food while cooking. By the time we left I had the hang of cooking. The taste wasn't that great I'm sure it was because I was doing the cooking, I just really couldn't figure out how to use the oils properly. I'm thinking if you can cook this style food it would probably be fantastic. So I'm blaming the taste on me. Overall this was an awesome and amazing experience. The only downside is you will stink like fried food when you leave here, but I expected that I would. The floor is a bit on the slippery side, but remember oil is being used everywhere, not much they can do about it. I'm giving 4 stars due to the fact that the exterior lights still say the Tilted Kilt on them and the door handle is branded with the Tilted Kilt logo. When that is fixed I'd gladly put another star on.

Yelp
The ambiance and experience was awesome. The food was excellent. So many choices which meant something for everyone at our table. Had the Korean bbq and hot pot option. The mushroom soup base was a hit for hot pot option! Can't wait to return.

Yelp
The service was excellent. Our waitress gave us a tour of all the food & sauces, and gave us a rundown of what meats & vegetables went in the soup, and which went on the grill. She was also very helpful with getting our grill to the right temperatures, depending on what we were making. There was a lot of variety of meats, and everything was delicious!

Yelp
Absolutely delicious. If you're going on the weekend from 4:00+ expect a wait anywhere from 20min to 2 hours. The best time to go is definitely during the weekdays. The atmosphere can be a bit smoky (as expected) but the music isn't too loud. Expect to spend 40$ for food plus tip and an extra 5$ for both hot pot and Korean bbq. So basically if you don't have 50$ wait until payday to come. They have equal amounts vegetables, mushrooms, meat, and seafood so if you're vegetarian or vegan don't be afraid to come. They have a 2 hour all you can eat time limit and it cost 13.99$ a pound for obsessive food waste so don't rush.

Yelp
Finally some good BBQ and Hot Pot for the area! Syracuse certainly lacks a lot of quality asian food so I'm glad to see this make up for it!

Yelp
Finally a great Korean hot pot and BBQ spot in one! My whole experience in Kpot was fun, relaxed and inviting. The staff was really, nice the manager pop in and chatted with us, birthday celebrations happened and Sojo was flowing. Everything about Kpot elevated the hot pot experience for me, the buffet style of getting you meat was a selling point on returning, because sometimes it's hard to get your waiter to come when you're ready for more meat. They had a sauce bar where you could make your own broth base or to dip your meats. The drink menu was really good too, I got a strawberry Hennessy and it was ammmmmmazing!! Even our 8yr was participating in the table cooking experience. This place is great for the whole family.

Yelp
At first the view of the restaurant was nice, and cool but the floors where like an ice rink it was hard to walk the food was okay and the service was to the best but the toilets were nasty I think they were never cleaned I don't recommend coming here unless you like cooking on your own, and it cost an extra $5 if you want both bbq and soup base to cook, and there were lots of neon lights that hurt my eyes THAT IS ALL

Yelp
The food was AMAZING! We had Meagan as a waitress, who made it even better! She made the experience super fun by recommending ingredients to grab off the AYCE bar, going into more in depth explanations, and being on top of refills. The vibe of the place was so inviting, bright neon lights with all of the food and sauces labelled. There's even little cards at the tables telling you about how long to cook stuff for. Will 100% be going back again, everything was great!

Yelp
A new place in town . For$16.00 it is all you can eat. You could grill the food and or have a hot pot with meat , seafood and vegetables. They have tea and coffee and also dessert. It opens at 12:00 noon and we came in. By the time we got done it was full,. In the past the only Korean restaurant with hot pot was the secret garden which was very expensive. It was a big place right across the Hampton inn. Not directly on Erie blvd , which we thought it would be so we had to get around and locate it. Some signs o. The road would help in locating it. All in all it was a great experience especially in a cold winter day like in Syracuse

Yelp
Amount of food available was overwhelming. Service was excellent and well worth the price.
