"KPub Grill complements its neighboring pod Park the Carts well, offering equally low prices for stacked servings of killer Korean dishes. KPub has barely changed its prices since 2019, serving chicken bulgogi with rice, banchan, and house-made kimchi for just under $11. Bibimbap sports the same price, along with most of the appetizers. For something even less expensive, hearty portions of pajeon (scallion pancake) and mandu (dumplings) are less than $10." - Katrina Yentch, Eater Staff

"K-Pub, the Korean restaurant that grounds the popular Park the Carts pod, slings a diverse menu of Korean dishes and a solid rendition of KFC. The chicken comes bright red and saucy, with options of heat level and a choice of boneless or bone-in. The move here is to order the boneless together with rice cakes. K-Pub is currently open for take-out, outdoor seating, and delivery." - Seiji Nanbu

The outside is crowded and not in the best area, but the inside is spacious and clean. Service is fast and pretty nice. They have some good appetizers here, such as green onion pancakes that give you more than enough scallion flavor! Their calamari is also very tender. They serve food hot and fresh, and overall it's a pretty good place to grab some food.

I ordered yang-nyum chicken wings (Korean style mild sweet sauce) and chicken yakisoba and ate in the outside seating. The chicken wing was a bit of disappointment as their flavor was not the Korean standard. Also, the portion was not generous; just eight pieces for $14. 10 pieces for that price would have been better. I didn’t expect anything for the chicken yakisoba hut I ended up enjoying the yakisoba most while dining in here. I am giving four stars because the main dish, which was the chicken wings, was not the best. The bathroom is clean enough. It was located next to the food trucks. The vibe at night would be great. Sadly the place was pretty empty on Saturday night due to COVID-19.

Went here in recognition of Korean American Day... Not to mention I'd already had a days-long Kimchi craving. :-) So we started with the Kimchi pancake, an order of the Chicken Bulgogi and the Tteok-Bokki Dak Gang-Jung. Everything was fantastic! There was only one person there who took our order and then prepared the food and served it to us... and yet, he gave us great table side service and the food was out quick. I was so impressed, but I regret not asking his name so I could give him a shout-out.

Google
KPub Grill and Tap room rocks, really good food, nice beer selection for not allot of money. Huge outdoor, covered seating area, plenty of room inside and hardly ever busy. A small room for those video poker players. The parking can be difficult due to Park The Carts in the parking lot, but you can order ahead of time and pick it up.

Google
Love kpub! The best Korean street food I have ever had! Always comes out quick and steaming. The service is amazing and makes me feel like family. They will take care of you and your tummy🖤 put it this way, if I could pick only one place to eat forever, it'd be k-pub!

Google
I personally haven't eaten here, but I thought I would post up pictures since I was in the area. I visited at night and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Great prices and great selections as shown on the menu. I will definitely try this place out soon!! :)

Google
You'll never guess how I found this place... Tiktok! I was looking to see if the foodies of Portland had any input on recommended places for lunch and what'd you know? Kpub grill came up and the food looked just as good as the video. I highly recommend this place to sate your Korean BBQ cravings. If that doesn't make you want to try this place then maybe knowing the staff was absolutely fabulous will sway you even more. I will be coming back as a regular now, thank you Kpub grill. Keep it up!

Google
Wow! They just opened and food is amazing! Really good prices and portions! Love the women running the place almost felt like family. Their going to have 12 beers on draft soon but til then only bottled. I live near by and will be a regular.

Yelp
The food is good but both times I've been here they will only serve you with plastic clamshell to-go containers for dine-in. I would really prefer a less wasteful option for dine-in eating.

Yelp
First you need to know two things about me before you judge my rating. 1. I'm a food snob. If I can create the same meal but better flavor then why am I paying someone else for it. My passion is chasing amazing flavors. 2. I absolutely cannot stand when people rate food 5 stars who wouldn't know a Michelin star from a Michelin tire. The Ribs... "La Galbi" or also known as Galbi (Korean BBQ short ribs) is traditionally a sweeter marinade and can be cooked a few ways. My favorite way is when the ribs are cut thin across the bone such as the ones that you get at KPub Grill. Though when done right they'll come out or are grilled to a nice char on the edges. Now I've paid as much as $50 for a plate of charred Galbi in places like Clearwater Florida at my top 3 Korean BBQ of all time (Matjoa ask for Joe and tell him Travis recommended it) which is endless and phenomenal. However, this is the first time I've ever paid less than $20 for a plate. Even the ingredients to make the marinade and the amount of ribs in this dish at home (the third picture is my cooking) comes close to $15-20 When I first walked into this place in my first few weeks of living in PDX I noticed immediately the food on the menu and the prices and thought..."what do you REALLY get for $15.99?" (La Galbi dinner) and it took me a random day almost a month or so later (yesterday) to finally show up to the food cart parking lot in which KPub shares to finally give it a shot. Now when I say this and being from Chicago where food is often compared to foods from all parts of the world as it being a food hub, then you can take it to the bank and plan on trying what I recommend when I do recommend something. The Galbi is absolutely fantastic! Like AMAZING delicious...I had to be sure it wasn't one person making it and a lucky fluke. So I came back today (the day after) to try it again and it was literally better today than it was yesterday. Today I had this and dared try the $12.99 Bulgogi plate...and yet again!!! Oh my goodness!!! This is a gem hidden in such a way that people who know about it are amongst the very lucky or extremely fortunate to have found it. From the outside it's nothing special. On the inside it's clean but nothing fancy. The food is hands down easily some of the best Korean BBQ I've EVER had. It's dangerous having food this inexpensive and this good so close... I hope that you too give their Galbi and Bulgogi a try, you most definitely won't be disappointed. Cheers Food Snob & Chop Shop Podcast Host Travis

Yelp
Yum! Korean comfort food on a cold Portland night! Glad it had indoor seating and the prices were amazing for what you get! Tried the handmade fried mandu, kimchee pancake, spicy Yang- Nyum chicken (medium) and the unique tteok bokki dak gang-jung. That was the winner! Loved the sweet chicken with rice cakes and perfectly cooked rice! Definitely glad we found this hidden gem!

Yelp
This place was a gem. If you blink, you will miss the parking lot but even if you don't miss it, there aren't many space to choose from. Walking in and the K-Pop music was bumpin. The gentleman behind the counter was great, he gave us suggestions and helped us make our decision. We ordered the Beef Bulgogi, Yang Nyum chicken and Yakisoba noodles. We also ordered the deep fried dumplings. The food was great. The beef was tender and flavorful, the chicken wings were sweet but a little on the tough side. The noodles were great and the dumplings were excellent. Order the barrel profuse juice IPA as well and that was delicious as well. This place was well worth the trip. Find it and you won't be disappointed, you may also find some new favorite K-Pop song.

Flo R.

Yelp
This place is pretty legit. Brought my cousin who has been to Korea and loves Korean food and she gives this place a thumbs up. The manager/cook was very friendly and nice. They had Korean music videos playing on the TV, which I thought was pretty cool. I def plan on coming back here again. I would love to try the other entrees. So good.

Rafael A.

Yelp
I don't know why, but during my visit, there was a bunch of food vendors in the parking lot. Presumably, K-Pub Grill allowed them to be there? I mean, it is their parking lot???? Who knows. All I know is that I decided to stop in to K-Pub Grill, only to be greeted by a grumpy worker who seemed like he didn't even want me there. Such a shame, too, cuz the food was decent. I went with the Bi Bim Bop. The egg wasn't cooked over easy to allow for the yolk to mix in with the veggies, which was kind of a bummer. The service, left me wanting more.

Angeline P.

Yelp
This really is a great spot for late night korean food! It definitely satisfied my craving. The LA galbi was marinated well and cooked perfectly. Sometimes places will overcook them and they'll be charred or tough to bite into. There also wan't too much fat on them which I liked. Also ordered the tteobokki with chicken, and that also tasted really good! It was definitely on the sweeter side, but a lot of korean dishes tend to be that way. Rice cakes were nice and chewy. The kimchi pancake was more pancake than kimchi, and not as crispy as I normally like so that is why I am docking a star. The prices are also extremely reasonable and affordable for the food. I was very impressed and will be back :) Side note, it got pretty busy on a thursday night and there was only one person at the front taking orders, prepping to go orders, helping with food in the back and bussing tables. Kudos to her, she deserves a raise lol.

Ben C.

Yelp
This is a real review. The the guy working the front ~ you wonder if he is the owner, family of the owner, or an employee. Regardless, the immediate glare from when you walk in to the attitude when taking your order is downright rude. This confirms other reviewers' complaints, a sort of saving of sanity. You will contemplate asking him, 'What did I ever do to you buddy?' Seafood Pancake ~ pricey. Tastes like grilled bread. Plain bread. Rice Cakes ~ decent flavor, but barely any sauce. What is spicy rice cakes without the gooey sauce?! Potstickers ~ nope. The decor is a mishmash of run down grimy furniture. A TV blaring Kpop videos snippets on the verge of blowing the distorting speakers. Most unappetizing is the dirty vent hanging above the tables. C'mon, that is an easy one second change. That guy ~ walking back and forth, checking you out or glaring/staring at you from the kitchen. He's got problems. The food is not good enough to consider this entertainment.

Sydney T.

Yelp
Everything about this platter was great. The chicken was marinated well in a sweet and spicy sauce. I ordered mild spicy, and it had just a hint of spice. Sort of wish I got a higher level spice because I think it needs that kick. The between breading and chicken was great. Cucumber salad, daikon, and kimchi were amazing.

Sean R.

Yelp
Definitely not the best Korean food around. But it makes great beer food. And if you don't feel like their food, you can bring food from any of the other 20 or so food carts in the parking lot, they've got a lot of patio seating outside. I wouldn't come here specifically for the food but if you're going out for some beers with friends and can't agree on food this is a great place.

Meredith N.

Yelp
Felt junky. Bar food. Bim bap was cold and rice not fried. If you're looking for Authentic Korean go elsewhere.

Keizzel C.

Yelp
Solid spot to get your Korean Fried Chicken craving fulfilled. K-Pub grill has a ton of space sharing it's parking lot with food truck vendors, outside patio area, and large indoor dining area. They have a couple spots in front for you to park or neighborhood parking for free when it's overflowing. Menu here is simple with main items being beef/pork bulgogi, korean style chicken, galbi, and bibimpop. The only thing I wished was a little more customization to be able to have half/half flavors between the mild/spicy for the korean fried chicken or the tteok-bokki without chicken, but they do not allow customization. As we waited for our order we just explored the area outside, but they also have a decent variety of beers on tap so I can see this as a popular spot for beers/fried chicken. For this visit we ordered the Haemul Pa-Jeon (seafood pancake) and the Yang-Nyum Chicken (korean fried chicken mild). The seafood pancake batter was tasty and crispy, but could do with more pieces of seafood so I could probably pass on this dish the next visit. The fried chicken had a good portion size for two people and they even packed it with a side of white rice and some banchan. The sauce was tasty and coated the chicken well without being too saucy. This with the pancake filled us up easily so we had leftovers. We ordered the food to go so and ate it ~15 mins later so would be keen to try out the dishes fresh to get the maximum crunch from the chicken for enjoyment. Overall, felt satisfied with the two dishes for the price point. Looking online if it's your first time ordering they offer 10% off and do takeout/delivery.

Yelp
Wow! Fantastic! Usually there is a choice to be made... either yummy Korean Food or Good Beer... but this place has both! Amazing Korean street food with Oregon micro brews! We eat a lot of Korean... and this town, especially Beaverton has a lot of options... this is among some of the best! We tried several dishes, all were really good... but the rice cake and fried chicken was by far my favorite... especially with the cool, crunchy finish of raw onions! Never tried that! Thank you for a new combination... and their sticky rice was absolutely terrific... rice will make or break a good Asian restaurant... and the rice here is good enough for this place and their neighbor!

Dulce P.

Yelp
Update: I hate to do this, but I have no choice. This was our to go spot since they open. Like another review said, now customer service sucks. Luis was awesome as well as the lady (I'm guessing she was/is the owner). Even when I eat there my food is served in to go boxes, it is just not the same. They also used to include salad with their meals but they don't do that anymore, but I get it, maybe they need to cut back on cost. I just really liked that salad. Lol. Anyway, i won't be going back as much as I used to.

Yelp
So excited to finally have some solid Korean food on the east side! Small little mom and pop shop, doesn't seem like they are completely finished with "construction" of the restaurant, just a few minor things. They didn't have any beers on tap yet, but looks like they soon. They did have beers though by the bottle. The food was 5/5. Decently priced and good portions. The steamed dumplings were my favorite, wish we got more. The ribs were cooked perfectly. The chicken cheese was delicious, right amount of spicy and cheese. Our food came with traditional sides as well. The kimchi was great! Honestly can't wait to make my way back and see what else they do to this place!

Coey J.

Yelp
I've been waiting for this place to open and so excited its finally opened. No one else was in the restaurant but they haven't been open long. They had sports playing on one side and K-Pop ( MY FAV) on the other. We ordered fried chicken & rice cake, salt & pepper shrimp & chicken bulgogi. Everything was delicious! They even gave us a free appetizer! I can't wait to come back for the grand opening, they will have beer on tap and more choices. We will be back soon!

Rob R.

Yelp
Awesome little neighborhood korean spot. Nothing fancy, but food is on point. Get the Beef Bulgogi spicy, (it's Portland spicy, whitey, don't fret), the deep fried dumplings are light and fluffy. You get your moneys worth. Keep coming back.

Patrick W.

Yelp
After a full afternoon golfing nearby, we wanted something substantial but also a sit down and indoor with AC. Enter K-Pub Grill as a no nonsense cafeteria style eatery with no wait staff. You order at the front, and find your own seat and get your own water. My Korean buddy approved of the bulgogi, bibimbap, spicy pork, and seafood pancake. Although I wished the pancake was crispy, theirs was quite mushy. We also ordered the sweet and spicy bone in chicken wings. Spendy (because wings are spendy) but the flavors are great. Portions overall good but wings again I wish was a bit more as one of the most expensive dishes on the menu. Everything is served with plastic silverware and the sauces in plastic containers ready for you to pour. I suppose for COVID safety it makes sense, just wish they gave more sauce. My biggest complaint is they skimp on side dishes. I suppose we could have asked for more but as a cafeteria style set up, ya can't exactly get a refill without walking up to the front again. It's in an interesting area of N. PDX and with the food carts right outside, is a pretty interesting area to grab a bite. A nice place to visit if you are craving Korean food at reasonable prices... in exchange for no wait staff service.

Amy K.

Yelp
I have to say this is a solid 3 and maybe even a 3 1/2. I hope to return and give it another try. We were told food would be ready in 20 min. It ended up being and hour...I stood in the freezing cold lobby with blaring music videos coming from the tv. I would have gone to my car but it was dark and I had to park over 2 blocks away and didn't feel safe doing that. I wanted to leave but had already paid and felt obligated to stay as it was our first time trying this place. Only two staff working and they were obviously overwhelmed. They did apologize which was nice. Food breakdown... Kimchi pancake was not warm but had good flavor. The steamed dumplings were amazing. They were cooked perfectly and the dipping sauce was flavorful. We had tofu yakisoba and they gave us EXTRA for waiting so long. My wife liked it a lot and said the tofu was the best part. I had the bugolgi entree and it was great. The meat was tender and sauce was slightly sweet. I could have used more sauce though. Rice was cooked perfectly. It came with a side salad they was simply greens and a sweet poppy seed dressing that WAS TO DIE FOR. I talked about the dressing too much that my wife got annoyed. I would like to try some different items on the menu and hope to catch them not so busy next time.

Michael C.

Yelp
I think this place gets the high ratings because there aren't other Korean restaurants in this neighborhood. Food wasn't bad but definitely not 4.5 stars. Crappy neighborhood and not a great restaurant environment, kinda dirty and outside has very noisy traffic. I liked the bulgogi a lot but short ribs are much better at our local teriyaki place. Our dishes didn't come out at the same time and the rice was late. Had an ok time but probably won't go back. This place would never survive in Beaverton where Korean food is common and really good.

Sarretta M.

Yelp
Stopped in for take-out. I ordered the steamed dumplings and the Yakisoba noodles with pork. I didn't realize the yakisoba came with a salad, rice and kimchee! It was all delicious!!

Christina C.

Yelp
K-Pub has great Korean dishes and hits the spot if you're wanting Korean food. I called in to order and they stated that it would take 25 minutes to finish. I ordered the seafood pancake, cheese bul-dak (marinated chicken with cheese), yang-nyum chicken (Korean style chicken wings), and tteok-bokki dak gang-jung (boneless fried chicken with rice cakes). My favorite was the yang-nyum chicken because I love the flavor and chicken wings. I also really liked the cheese bul-dak because the cheese and Korean styled chicken just paired so well together. Definitely a great place to try!

Ed K.

Yelp
This is not it. I had high hopes given the reviews but the vibe was immediately off. The lady owner, I'm assuming, is clearly Korean. I brought my Korean mom because we like supporting "our kind" and fried chicken sounded a great idea. My mom asked if she was Korean and she said yes, so my mom was telling her in Korean how great her place was and ordered in Korean. She responded in English and immediately looked annoyed. Anyway, we sat down and got our own utensils and water. When we get our food, she talks to us in fluent Korean. If you have ever been Korean and been to Nak Won in Beaverton with the bald guy, you know what I'm talking about. There is some local Korean on Korean hate or something. They love serving non Koreans but once they know you're korean, it's like judgeville USA. Why? It's not news to me based on my past experiences but just so confusing. So the food..it's pretty bad. The haemul pajeon is BREAD. I've never had anything like it before! It's so thick and bready, not good at all. The mandu is store bought. The chicken and rice cakes were decent but poor quality chicken (imagine the dark grey kind that if you bread and cover with sauce no one will notice) and again, mostly breading. Please don't let this place be a representation of what Korean food is like and go elsewhere.

Vanissa T.

Yelp
I'm pretty sure I already made a review for this but ima do it again. Of course during a pandemic we ordered our take out. Kalbi ribs and chicken n rice cake and lemme tell you, it's SOLID. Portions was huge, flavor was spot on, service was quick and clean. Definitely will come back again!

Jennifer L.

Yelp
Phenomenal hole in the wall! We ordered the bibimbap and beef bulgogi and devoured everything. I wanted to note that the prices were surprisingly low despite rising food costs. Beef bulgogi in most places costs about $17-20, but we only paid $13 for a generous serving! Service was also wonderful.

Abby N.

Yelp
We've been anxiously awaiting the opening of K-Pub for months and FINALLY got to try it tonight. Note: they're still putting the finishing touches on (taps will be installed soon), but we were happy to be some of the first customers. Food: 5 stars. I got the bibimbap with chicken and my boyfriend got the sweet and spicy glazed boneless fried chicken. Plus deep fried mandu (dumplings) to share. They brought us beautiful salads first, and the food came soon after. The fried chicken was still sizzling, and the bibimbap was loaded with goodness. Dug the mandu too. I'm disgustingly full as I type this. Service: like, 7 stars. Honestly. I imagine the woman who took our order and served us was one of the owners. She was absurdly nice and did everything in her power to ensure we had a great experience. She brought us cups of hot water toward the end and explained that it aids digestion. Also: a pretty messed up guy was asleep on a table when we came in--he'd clearly just wandered in off the street. After serving us, she gently woke him and asked him to leave. He was clearly out of it. He left but came back a couple of times and finally asked them to call him a cab, which they did (we helped a little). They let him sit at a table while he waited, and she brought him water. We stuck around to make sure the cab took him away, just in case they needed a hand. But they dealt with him with such kindness. I really respected the way the situation was handled. We will be back lots, no question! Excited to try the rest of the menu!

Cory M.

Yelp
I'm so happy that this place opened up in my neighborhood. The food is fantastic and the service is even better. When my boyfriend and I tried it out, there were only two ladies working - one cooking and the other taking orders and serving. We arrived at the head of a dinner rush and one of the ladies was physically hustling to keep everyone happy. I had the fried chicken with rice cakes and my boyfriend had the bim bap with tofu. His also came with generous sides of kimchi, cucumber, and potato salad - all eagerly scarfed down. We were surprised when we were each served a starting salad with tasty poppyseed dressing before our meals arrived. Our meal portions were hefty and we left the place satisfied and are eager to return.

Yelp
Simply amazing !!!! Korean fried chicken.....sticky spicy goooooood!!!! Was anticipating this place to open......i will definitely be a regular !!!!

Chris J.

Yelp
The chicken wings were incredible along with the waffle fries. My wife really enjoyed the shrimp. I love Korean fried chicken and thought this hit the mark nicely. I wish I'd asked if they had additional levels of spicyness. Regardless I'd go back. Thanks.

S L.

Yelp
This place is definitely a low key, the owner is very friendly and helpful. I ordered Dak Gang-Jung which is a sweet and spicy glazed boneless fried chicken comes with sticky rice, fried mandu and 3 sides (cabbage kimchi, cucumber kimchi and collard green is out of this world a taste of southern home cooking), the main chicken dish is sweet, tender pieces with slight hint of sesame seeds flavor. Oh yeah, side salad with dressing is refreshing. They have beers and ciders on tap.

Jordan K.

Yelp
This place is next to food cart pod area. There is pretty good selection of food within that area. I decided to come in here after my coworker told me that the wings were pretty good. They were really good. My only wish was that they were a bit crispier. The sauce is sweet, spicy and tangy. The wings themselves were peppery. I'd come again in a large group and try out the pods in the area

Tracey D.

Yelp
Great fresh and delicious food. The Yang-Nyum Chicken is amazing. Highly recommend. Love trying new places

Danielle H.

Yelp
Found this place while I was scrolling through restaurants on Yelp and saw a picture of Cheese Buldak (Fire Chicken) and immediately decided I had to go. It was fairly near, so I was pretty excited. There were no hours listed for the restaurant, but we drove there and hoped for the best. We arrived slightly before 8PM on a Thursday, and the hours on the entrance made me laugh a little. It said M-Th closed at 8-8:30PM. I saw a couple inside and figured we might as well see if they were still taking orders, and they were! There were two ladies working the place, and they were both so kind and so sweet! They really made us feel welcomed. I ordered the Cheese Buldak, my fiancé ordered the Tteokboki Dak Gangjung (a crispy chicken with sweet and spicy sauce and rice cakes), and we got an order of waffle fries. The lady serving us set us up with a nice little plate of salad (with what tasted like a sesame ginger dressing?) When she delivered our food to the table, she brought two bowls of rice and a some banchan (side dishes): pickled radish, kimchi, and zucchini. The side dishes were tasty, especially the zucchini! Loved the waffle fries. They were season nicely and had a nice crisp (5/5). My Cheese Buldak was tasty, but it wasn't the taste I was looking for? (There's a place I go to in NJ that has ridiculously amazing Cheese Bulkdak) But I would still rate it a 3.9/5! And my fiancé loved his Tteokboki DGJ dish, which I had some of. I give that a 4.5/5. The sauce on the chicken and the caramelized onions were delicious! The Tteokboki could've been a bit softer, but still great. I'm looking forward to the developments of this restaurant! Hope they get their beers on tap soon. I'll definitely come back to try their other dishes.

Mailee V.

Yelp
***A tip before going, you order and pay first you also get your own cup to fill your choice of drink from the soda fountain before sitting down. Utensils, napkins and plates are brought to you before food is served. The place was large and many seating areas, bathroom was nice and clean. Love the themed doors for the bathroom door. Server was quick and friendly, we ordered chicken cheese bul-dak and I'm sorry to say it wasn't delicious nor did I want anymore. The only one that was okay was the yang-nyum chicken, it was saucy and crispy chicken. Other than that I wasn't too fond of the food, it was not steaming hot and the cheese didn't melt even after stirring it. Would've loved the cast-iron plates to be hot.

Eddie P.

Yelp
Bulgogi, spicy korean Fried chicken, .... So so delicious and so authentic korean yummy food !!

Tiffany H.

Yelp
Great service! Cool atmosphere. K-Pop, even "Uncle" came from the back donning his mask, and dancing. Clean , cordial customer service. Quick service. I've only had the dumplings. They were so good, along with the dipping sauce, which is light and more flavorful , than the salty ones you usually get other places. Can't wait to go back and try more items from the menu

myiesha e.

Yelp
The food is so bomb. So flavorful. I loved every bite. The chicken and rice cake was good. The kimchi patron was amazing. Kimchi was top notch. Whole meal can't wait to eat here again. Tasted just like when I was in Korea. Love it.

Alex L.

Yelp
I wanted to like this place since they had Korean fried chicken but was really disappointed. I saw the 4.5 star review average and thought I had found a hidden gem but I was wrong. The chicken wings and boneless chicken were just breadie and soggy with no crisp whatsoever. Beef Bolgogi and the cheese bul-dak were just decent. I really hope they improve because their menu has a lot of potential!

Yelp
Amazing service and even better food! While I was having a beer waiting for my food, one of the staff members brought me an order of complimentary Mandu (fried dumplings) to enjoy with my beer. Best Korean in north Portland.

Yelp
I don't understand all the 4 and 5 start reviews. First, we placed the order online and schedule a pickup time over an hour from when the order was placed. Got there on time and they hadn't even started it so stood around for another 15 minutes which was exactly what we were trying to avoid. And I wasn't the only one, another women came in right after me and the same thing happened to her, she was still there when I left. As to the quality it really just okay and nothing special. The chicken was just gloppy sweet and overcooked and not at all crispy like I have had with Korean fried chicken in the past, it was that kind of chicken that gets fried and stuck between your teeth. The beef was better but just okay. Honestly the best thing was the pickled radish. I was excited to have a Korean place in the neighborhood but I won't be going back.

Yelp
Ordered the bulgogi beef and chicken wings which were both delicious! This is also one of the few places we can get bulgogi delivered and we were not disappointed! Would order again!

Yelp
I've been here about 6 times over the last year and each time has been worse than the last. The staff has gotten very rude, almost unnaturally rude, and it has caused me to decline to return. I remember it like it was yesterday when I was able to walk into K-Pub Grill and not leave feeling worse than when I had arrived. I see less and less occupied tables and to-go orders every time I come. It won't be long till there isn't a single customer willing to eat what K-Pub grill is dishing out.

Yelp
Delicious food and incredibly friendly service. We had the spicy fried chicken & rice cakes and the beef bulgogi. The owner even shared some of her sliced Korean pear with us for dessert!

Yelp
We were greeted with a hi and smile as we walked in. Food came out quick and everything tasted amazing! I was honestly surprised because of how the area looked before, but they did such a great job remodeling. Super friendly staff, clean restaurant, clean bathrooms, good food, AND they have beer. Doesn't get better than that. Come try it!

Yelp
Tried a new place and am sooo happy! The owner is very kind and thoughtful and welcomed warmly! We ordered a lot of food and everything was perfect! The shrimp tempura was very airy and fresh, bi bim bap was amazing and made well, kimchi Jeon was better than my homemade and the galbi was the cherry on top!!! Everything was flavorful and fresh, I can't wait to come back! Go check it out!

Yelp
The service was fast and super helpful. They have great outdoor seating which is perfect for the weather and also keeping 6ft from other guests. Their bulgogi was probably my favorite dish. Sides were okay, but I would come again if I wanted korean food in north Portland.
