Krakakoa Flagship store

We had a wonderful visit to Krakakoa Cafe & Chocolate Factory! The staff were warm, welcoming, and truly kids-friendly — our 9-year-old had a blast making his own chocolate (Rp 99k for 100g), and the team guided him patiently through the whole process. The cafe itself has a lovely, cozy decor that adds to the charm — a perfect place to relax while enjoying something sweet. We ordered the Dirty Hot Chocolate, Chocolate Cake, and Chocolate Brownie — all were rich, well-balanced, and clearly made with high-quality chocolate. A great stop for families and chocolate lovers alike. Highly recommended!

Very cosy spot after lunch for our coffee/chocolate treat, and was greeted by a friendly staff who shared with us their popular items on the menu and within the store as well. The chocolate cake was good, wasn’t too sweet and had that occasional bite to it, likely from the nuts from within it. Iced chocolate too was good, would have wished its slightly thicker since it was already the 75% variant. Good drink nonetheless. Overall a great spot to hang out and hide from the sun, well worth visiting and spending some time, not to mention the good amount of souvenirs to bring back 👍🏻

Lovely staff. Make your own chocolates experience highly recommended. Pick your toppings and chocolates shapes and they will help you.. Ice tea is very refreshing as well.

False advertising on the website photos about what toppings and fillings would be available. Its all nuts and seeds, not marshmallows or chocolate sprinkles. The quality of the chocolate is average at best. Definitely wouldn't come again. My son was very disappointed.

Tried their hot chocolate with 75% cocoa. Tastes so good. I like it we can choose how many percent cocoa composition of the beverage we’re gonna order. Also tried their almond chocolate bar. Taste delicious. Love the atmosphere of the store. Comfy and good for WFC if anyone wanna sit in comfort working on laptop.

The best chocolate making class for kids. Easy and fun for them. Just choose dark or milk chocolate, and then we get to choose 1 cup of fillings and 1 cup of toppings. Great activity for kids in Bali. Friendly staff too. Their dirty choc drink is good, you get to choose the sweetness level. Mochaccino is so yum! Overall happy to be here because of good vibes, kids are in a good mood and definitely lovely place to chill on a hot day.
