Krakakoa Flagship store

this place is honestly heaven for chocolate lovers. as soon as we walked in, we were greeted with such friendly service. they guided us through a tasting of their chocolates one by one while giving us the full rundown on each. they were also super open to questions. i even asked about the kombucha ingredients since it wasn't on the label, and they were happy to help. they have everything from chocolate bars and drinks to cakes, cookies, ice cream, and candies. i’m already curious to try more of the menu because there’s no way you can finish it all in one visit 🤭 they had a promo where the ice cream was discounted from 50k to just 20k, and it was so rich and chocolatey. it wasn’t just sugary sweet. you could really taste the quality since it’s a mix of 45% and 100% cacao. the seating area is a bit small, but it’s cozy with both indoor and outdoor spots. plus, the playlist they were playing was so chill and relaxing.

First time when here and I love it! I met Mika and she is super friendly and helpfull, she suggested lots of good chocolate I used to love sea salt dark choco but now I change my mind and start to love cinnamon that I tried here thank you so much! definitely will come back soon!

Lovely staff. Make your own chocolates experience highly recommended. Pick your toppings and chocolates shapes and they will help you.. Ice tea is very refreshing as well.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, able to recommend and let us taste the various chocolates before purchasing. We also tried the ice-cream, it was a super rich chocolate taste!

Very cosy spot after lunch for our coffee/chocolate treat, and was greeted by a friendly staff who shared with us their popular items on the menu and within the store as well. The chocolate cake was good, wasn’t too sweet and had that occasional bite to it, likely from the nuts from within it. Iced chocolate too was good, would have wished its slightly thicker since it was already the 75% variant. Good drink nonetheless. Overall a great spot to hang out and hide from the sun, well worth visiting and spending some time, not to mention the good amount of souvenirs to bring back 👍🏻

We had a wonderful visit to Krakakoa Cafe & Chocolate Factory! The staff were warm, welcoming, and truly kids-friendly — our 9-year-old had a blast making his own chocolate (Rp 99k for 100g), and the team guided him patiently through the whole process. The cafe itself has a lovely, cozy decor that adds to the charm — a perfect place to relax while enjoying something sweet. We ordered the Dirty Hot Chocolate, Chocolate Cake, and Chocolate Brownie — all were rich, well-balanced, and clearly made with high-quality chocolate. A great stop for families and chocolate lovers alike. Highly recommended!

Such an amazing experience! The staff was super kind and helpful :) they helped us pick out chocolates for gifting and our little girls had so much fun making their own chocolate! We got coffee, chocolates, and a wonderful time. What a fun intro to Bali!
