Krapow is a ghost kitchen. Do not expect to eat there as there are no tables/seats. This was something that I learned as my friends and I met up there without doing much research beforehand! It was my first time at a ghost kitchen, so if you're like me, you may be a bit confused with the whole process. So allow me...
You have the option to order pick up through any delivery app, or to order through a machine on a self-service basis at the actual location. It's really a ghost kitchen as there is no one at a front desk or anything of the sort (just a person who carries the food from the kitchen to the lockers where they leave the food). If you happen to be at the location and haven't ordered, I would recommend ordering from one of their self-service pads since I noticed that the waiting time is shorter on the pad than it was on the deliver apps. After you place your order, you will get a code letting you know that it is ready. You then scan the code at the location, and it will tell you which locker your food is in.
Now for the more important part, the food. We all ordered the crispy chicken krapow, and they give you the option to select the spiciness level. Contrary to its name, the chicken was not that crispy, but it was flavorful. You get a few small slices of chicken over fried rice and a fried egg. The fried rice was not too salty luckily. You get a good amount of rice, but again, I wish the chicken portion was bigger for the price ($15.50).I think I would want to try their beef option next if I were to order from here again.
