First of all no signs to tell you park on street and check in at shack. Checked in 0630, called in at 0700 got door 0725. Currently 1100 and still not done. Very slow yet want jumper fee before finishing unloading. So dont enter and check in or you'll have to circle block n try n find place to sit til they call you back.

Receiving checking start @03:30am 1 park your truck side of road before checking in. 2 after checking they calls you and go back again for paperwork and gives door number. 3 after you backing to dock, go inside give your bills and come back wait for unloading. 4 after finishing unloading they text you the lumper fee. 5 pay your lumper and go back inside to pickup paperworks. My appointment was @07:00am Checked in @03:30am Checked out around @05:00 am Overall not too bad, by the time I'm out, they were getting crowded

Arrived at 530am. Appointment @ 600am. I am waiting for a phone call from security office to come get paperwork since 930am. It's 1030am now. No call yet. Might be awhile, and other trucks waiting for their paperwork are blocking the exit now . Starting Monday morning off just the way I planned.. Thank You @ Safe Travels..

This place is super tight to park they want you to drop the trailer. and to do a circle inside here even tighter .. and all the Krasdale truck are parked in the middle not even a care in the world that you got to deliver because they are loading up there pallet jacks and they are taking there time.

There is no parking on the property unless your trailer is in a door, my appointment time was 4am, my trailer is still in the dock door and has been for over 4 and a half hours

I delivered here a today 5/27/2025 and man , I was surprised bc I was afraid after reading all of the comments. My appointment was 4:00am , checked in at 3:40 and got assigned a door right away. Went back to my Truck that was parked on the street because I had my 10 hour break taken on the street before my appointment time, drove to dock in and and after docking in I went to check in with Lumper fee guy by door 35 . Right away around 4:15 am they started unloading and about 4:20am a link came to my phone to make a Lumper fee payment which I did right away. Surprisingly, Exactly at 5:25 I got a call that everything is done ( Full Trailer) and that I should head out to the entrance gate for my paperwork and that was it. Honestly I believe everyone’s comments bc we all do not get the same experience. This was my first time here and don’t know what’s going to happen next if ever come back. I give 4⭐️ bc I always keep 1 ⭐️ for myself like my mother always told me “NEVER EVER EVER EVER FORGET ABOUT YOURSELF.”

I had an appointment at 9, I did my check in at 3:45 am, and at 4.20 I received my call to the door, and at 6:00 am I was ready, it's not like they say everything has already changed

This place just horrible my app was at 4am n is 9am still here not the first time or second it happens please don’t come here if u don’t wanna b stuck all day
