The behavior of certain staff members is unacceptable. They seem to be using their position to satisfy their own egos and put unnecessary pressure on customers. This kind of attitude damages the atmosphere of the place and can seriously affect its reputation. The owner should pay attention to this situation and take immediate action. Otherwise, the business will continue to lose regular customers and receive ongoing complaints. It would be much better to have staff who reflect professionalism and hospitality that meet American service standards.

Upsetting service - I got it doordashed And they charged extra for a sunny side up egg on my avocado toast but never gave it to me. They did accommodate the gluten free bread though which I was satisfied about — the biggest disappointment is the egg they did not give me. The vegan overnight oats was pleasantly good — the taste and the flavor were great. It was in a glass jar which if you return it to them you get $1.00 back. No complaints about the overnight oats but the avocado toast could’ve been accommodated better. The food made it to four stars, and how they include really healthy and alternative dietary options— but I’d say the biggest disappointment again was the egg I paid extra for but didn’t get so that’s what made this review three stars. But I would recommend coming to irrational for a light and healthy snack / meal.

Amazing service! The staff was warm, friendly, and made the experience so enjoyable. Tea was phenomenal, will definitely be back!!!

I just love this healthy little shop. So far, I've only tried their smoothies and I am truly in love. It is extremely pricey, but they don't disappoint. The Awake smoothie is so delicious and it has the combination of a protein smoothie + espresso. I'd drink this every morning if it wasn't so expensive. I cannot wait to try out more of this menu!

I come here almost everyday for the past 4 years, great healthy food, but lately they’re extremely busy during lunch hour, it takes over 10 mins standing in line to order, and then wait for 25 mins to get just one coffee. Understaffed.
