The main course and the starter were both excellent. However, there was one aspic-style fish dish that didn’t quite suit my palate — the texture and flavor weren’t very pleasant, especially with the mint (or some kind of green herb) on top. As for the dessert, it surprisingly contained celery. At first, it felt like a rather bizarre combination, but after a few bites, I started to appreciate how the celery added a refreshing note that balanced the sweetness. Still, it was a bit unconventional for my taste.
