I’ve been buying Krewe sunglasses for years, but until now I never been to a physical store. Their frames always look so sharp, and I get so many compliments every time I wear them. I mentioned a small issue to the wonderful staff here. I was lucky enough to meet the nicest person, who immediately offered to mail me postage so I could send my pair in for repair under their lifetime warranty. The service was truly above and beyond—so grateful to finally have a local Krewe store.

Today, I headed in because my glasses had an issue. I was welcomed by Milan. She helped me find a new pair with ease and was so kind. Her customer service was top notch! Reaffirms my decision to purchase Krewe glasses. Thanks Milan!

Lifetime warranty if they get damaged!

1. The quality of the glasses is very poor (they are too heavy with lenses in and do not stay on very well). The design is poor as well (the lenses are too close and the eye lashes rub against the lenses; it is impossible to adjust). 2. The customer service is very poor (the lady on site does not know what is published on your website; she does not know your policies; she misrepresented the return policy; and attempted to deny return of defective glasses). In addition, she made 5 customers sit outside in the heat for 30 minutes.

I have had the Krewe St Louis frames for over 5 years. These frames and lenses always receive comments, and they are resilient. They are an excellent product.

I purchased my first and favorite pair of Krewe glasses from @eleganteyes a while ago. Another shop recently destroyed the frames while updating my prescription. Enter Chris at the DC location that honored the second chance guarantee AND took the time to also help my find an awesome and pair. I came all the way from NC to DC to get this done and he and Jade did not disappoint.

One of the best customer service experiences ever. Chris went above and beyond to help me find the best glasses and shades. His passion for Krewe, patience, and thoughtfulness in explaining everything made it easy for me -- I had held off on getting new glasses (ahem, for years) until I stumbled in and was hooked. I didn't realize how fun and "cool" eyewear could be. Very happy with my new eyewear and experience. Thanks!
