It’s been a while since my last visit, and I only stopped by because I had a craving for their iconic doughnuts. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed. The service was slower than expected, and the doughnuts were excessively sweet for my taste. While they do have that signature appeal, I found them to be overpriced for what they are. As someone who values supporting small businesses, I'd much rather explore local options in the future.

Its finally opened! 🥳🥳🥳🥳 In here it’s very clean and everything is new! And the doughnuts are still really tasty! And the best thing the bathroom is very clean! Everybody come here for the best doughnuts! 😋

My order was already ready and packed by the time I picked it up. The workers were extremely friendly, nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to be helpful and gave me some napkins for the donuts too. Truly appreciate all the help! Thank you!!!!

Walking into the Krispy Kreme in Burbank is an experience in itself. The moment you enter, you’re greeted by the sight of the donut conveyor belt, where you can watch the entire process of how these delicious donuts are made. It’s a mesmerizing experience and my son absolutely loved watching it. When we reached the donut counter, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly sales associate. To our delight, they offered us a hot, fresh raised and glazed donut sample. It was hands down one of the freshest and best donuts I’ve ever tasted—light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. We then picked up our dozen donuts, and I must say, the service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome. The donuts were consistently amazing, living up to the high expectations set by our sample. If you’re in the area, this Krispy Kreme is a must-visit. Whether you’re a long-time fan or a first-timer, the combination of watching the donut-making process and enjoying some of the freshest donuts around is an experience you won’t want to miss. Highly recommend!

I took my kids there and they were giving free donuts that just came from the fryer. It was warm and soft....so good. We bought 2 dozen. The staff was very good to us. Since that experience, we don't like eating donuts that are not fresh and warm, because it's just not as soft and fluffy as when it's warm.

Let me start off by letting you know that been there over 18 years now decided to bring in my daughter the 8 years old. My daughter was excited looking at the new machine that they fixed as chocolate donuts were coming out fresh we asked for a sample and the manager told the employee not to give us any we asked can we purchase a dozen she also said do not sell the donuts which was very devastating my daughter started crying and said why didn't give her a donut I said they were being rude I had no idea the worst moment for my child multiple people were turned away this was Sunday night 😞😞😞😞 so sad to take your child to a better place but get turned away even though the world is so horrible now even restaurants are turning me away for years I've came to Krispy Kreme Donuts never in my life would expect it to be treated this way 😞

I came in and they gave a free donut sample of their classic donut. I tried their pumpkin spice pecan donut and it was phenomenal. Next time I’ll get it a little reheated but it was delicious and the pecan pieces were a nice touch. I think I should of gotten a coffee or milk to go with these donuts. I’d definitely come back again and Krispy Kreme is probably my favorite donut spot of all time.

Denise was by far the friendliest cashier I have ever met at this fine establishment. She greeted me with a warm smile and made some suggestions of the food as well. The donuts were amazing. I will definitely be returning!

Karol with a K is an amazing employee and should be recognized for her ability to make customers smile. She was knowledgeable about the deals that Krispy Kreme offers what they had in stock and what they didn't and was able to suggest alternatives on the fly with a smile. Her smile and upbeat attitude, lifting my spirits today after having a rough few days of all the places that take tips, I wasn't allowed to give her a tip which is a bummer because she earned it. I've always had good experiences at this Krispy Kreme, but she rises far above and beyond, and deserves recognition; one simple donut, a coffee and a smile changed my day. THANK YOU. MC

Donuts: good. Customer relations: POOR We bought 2 dozen donuts at the drive-thru on the 4th of July. It was $44! That's just outrageous. But the day was busy, so we weren't able to stop in and straighten it out. Until today. We were told they were running a promotion on the 4th, buy a dozen assorted, get a dozen glazed for $5. They must have missed us. When we went in to get a refund for overlooking us, we were told we had to be "members". Since when do you have to be members to get a promotion? There are plenty of yummy donut places in the valley, let alone Burbank. You don't have to be a member of anything to get them. I would suggest trying Dad's or Donut Hut if you want a good donut without the attitude.

Pleasant Experience! I redeemed my free dozen glazed donut on the app through their Drive Thru and I believe it was Tanya who helped me. She was very patient with me as I struggle with the mobile app. She was also considerate enough to give me a free excess drink that they were just going to toss away. I appreciate it! I always enjoy experiencing great customer service anywhere I go! Thank you! :-)

Overall if you want a tasty simple donut, Krispy Kreme offers a variety of flavors for everyone. Service is usually nice at the Burbank Empire location. Ambiance is casual and clean.

I LOVE KRISPY KREME donuts!! When you first walk into the store, you can see the conveyor belt. Walk up to the window and walk up those few steps so that you can get a closer look at the donuts as they get glazed. How the glazed donut practically melts in your mouth after that first bite. You can't eat just one glazed donut. There are other flavors to try. They are all so pretty to look at, so admire first before the whole box of donuts are gone. There are quite a few seats inside of the shop in case you want to treat yourself now instead of waiting to get home. The sitting area isn't much to look at, but it's okay. There are drinks to purchase in case you need something to wash down some of that sweetness. Krispy Kreme has their own parking lot. Kind of small, but enough. If you don't want to come into the shop, there's a drive thru. Customer service? I think it could use some improvement. I guess it depends on who's serving you, but the woman serving me could have done a better job. I had a few questions, and she didn't respond very nicely. Sign up for emails and you will get a birthday treat and other discounts which is great!!

I go to this Krispy Kreme whenever I have to run errands at the shops nearby like Target or Lowe's. The drive-thru is very convenient, but the magic happens inside. When you wait in line, you can watch them make the donuts and sometimes they give you a free "sample" of the original glaze, which is really a full-size donut. I recently came here to redeem my birthday reward (you must download the app), which included 3 original glazed donuts. I also bought their seasonal Biscoff donut, which was a very decadent treat. The service is no-nonsense. They can be a little short with you if there is a long line, which should be expected. My only wish was they made batched ice teas or refreshers. I don't really want to drink coffee past 10 am. The best time to come in during the afternoon to avoid the morning rush.

I always enjoy a good Krispy Kreme. The flavor is always good and the options are plenty. The original glazed dozen has the best sweetness that goes well with a coffee or tea depending on your mood. The apple fritter is another great choice as the apple flavor pops and the crunch is delicious. Now the chocolate iced with spring sprinkles is a must as it not only looks like a work of art but tastes just as good. The options continue but these are my first tries if you visit. The staff is friendly and will answer any of your questions. Parking is in the mini mall lot and is usually a non issue.

Consistency and freshness is key. Krispy Kreme never disappoints a late night craving for fluffy and satisfying donuts. Of course who can resist this sugary delight. No one with an AIC problem should dare, but who cares YOLO to cravings when one needs a hit of insulin defying goodness!

I love Krispy Kreme and their basic orginal glazed donut. We were going to the drive through but we went inside instead. And WOW an entire donuts as a free sample? Yes, please!!!! We walked out with an assortment of donuts. Nothing to fancy but I can eat them like chips.

Emily supervisor & Michael were great! Surprisingly busy during an off peak time but moved quickly. Free doughnut in store is still a thing! Also impressed by the variety & new selections, has been years since last visiting. The classics are just as good as always, & does not disappoint. Prices are high, but so is everything nowadays. Would come back for a deal.

Somebody gave a gift card so we went back to get my favorite Boston cream donut. It was my kid's birthday month so she got 3 free glazed donuts too! I got a free chocomania Hershey donut with any purchase so we got 7 donuts for the price of 3! Good deal

Still the premiere joint for a tasty and often fresh off the conveyor donuts. With a large variety of flavors available, there is something for everyone, and there is still nothing wrong with everyone's favorite standard glazed. Open late with a drive-thru line available, this location is worth the drive if you should have the craving. Check their website for updated scheduling for fresh hot off-the-press round sweet morsels.

When I pull into Krispy Kreme and the HOT NOW sign is lit, I know it's going to be a good donut day. The original glazed hits different when it's hot and fresh. It just melts in your mouth. I prefer driving to this Burbank location rather than the Pasadena one just so I can have it hot and fresh. I also love the convenience of their drive thru. If you step inside, you can watch the original glazed assembly line through their glass window. Sometimes the employees will give you a free one while you're waiting to place your order.

These Donuts were extremely Krispy and Kremey, that's all you need to know. The guy at the front desk was also Krispey and Kremey. The store itself was also Krispy and Kremey. I just wanna Kirsp and Kreme right now tbh.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are the best doughnuts love them hot and fresh, but they're just as good the next day. Came today for National coffee day. You can get a free medium, hot or iced coffee what better way to enjoy your doughnut, than with a nice cup of coffee. I tried the original glazed, iced coffee, not bad, but a bit on the sweet side for my taste. The donuts were excellent as always, original glazed is the way to go keep it simple. If you get the Krispy Kreme mobile app, you can place your orders on the app and then avoid the line when you're picking up your doughnuts, makes the service much faster getting in and out. You can also earn free doughnuts and the give you some for your birthday as well, bonus! The inside of this Burbank location is typical of any other Krispy Kreme that you've been to. You've got the glass window where you can see the donuts being made a seating area as well as the front counter to order your donuts and coffee. Overall clean and welcoming. Enjoy!

Krispy Kreme is my absolute favorite donut of all time ! The donut literally melts in your mouth ! It's pure heaven. Walked in to the Burbank location with my bestie after dinner due to an insane craving ! We asked for two original glazed donuts even though we really wanted to try all their Christmas donuts . Also the store is decorated with Christmas decor as of right now and so cute ! Just had to give them a small shoutout !

Been coming here for many years now and the staff has always been kind and friendly. The donuts are also always on point and consistently tasty! This place can get extremely crowded at times but I understand why! Only downside is that the parking and line situation can get congested and inefficient with the setup.

Krispy kreme becoming super stingy about their products. Look at this. The amount of the toping is very little. Seemed like I am eating original glazed Plain doughnut. Ordered strawberry iced donuts with sprinkles. Very dissatisfied, they keep increasing the prices of their doughnut and keep making them smaller and smaller. Last time ordering from there I am done with that place

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and a fresh donut to appease your stomach! The customer service in this place is top-tier and I would definitely recommend stopping by! There's even a drive-thru option if you prefer that method. The donuts are so fresh and delicious even the following day! I even tried their vanilla iced latte and loved the ratio of sweetness to the bitterness of coffee! It was not too sweet where you could still taste the coffee but also had a nice amount of sweetness from the vanilla syrup! I would give this store a 10/10 in all categories!! Light and fluffy when fresh. These do not keep more than a couple of days! Definitely share with friends! Almost always a long line either inside , drive through or both. Came to see the green donuts for St. Paddy's day. Fun and made the texture slightly different but still delicious. Staff are Grace under pressure. Great work! Crowded ambiance today.

No matter what time in the day. Krispy Kreme is good To eat. It's always busy no matter what time in the day. Like in and out. We got there late around 10:30pm the in side was close. The drive thru line was long. It wasn't hot donut time. Got two chocolate glaze, and one sprinkles. It was a good snack on the way home. They have special doughnuts. Most of the time mostly around the holidays. If you have time it's worth the wait. If you never had Krispy Kreme. If you think of getting some make sure you got time to wait. Only bad part of Krispy Kreme. The workers do work fast to get people out. Never had a problem yet. So if you want small snack on to go. Got stop here. Enjoy

Krispy Kreme has always been my go to donut shop for a number of years. Everything is always so fresh and delicious. Krispy Kreme has taken donuts to a whole new level without a doubt. Just bring your patience as the drive through lines can get really long. Keep up the great work guys! Thank you!!!

I visited this Krispy Kreme location, and let me tell you, they've mastered the art of the hot, fresh glazed donut. The donut belt is a game-changer!! The staff here is exceptional, working seamlessly to keep the long line moving. As a pleasant surprise, they offered everyone in line a complimentary hot, fresh glazed donut right off the belt - talk about generosity! Convenience is key, and this Krispy Kreme doesn't disappoint. The ample parking lot and efficient drive-through make satisfying your donut cravings a breeze.

Raspberry donut is always a must and when new donuts come out like the M&M peanut butter filled, I had to give it a try which I enjoyed! The service is always a hit or miss yet a warm free glazed donut alway balances it out. Its clean and its pleasant to see the original glazed donuts being made.

Nothing better than a free sample when it is a full sized glazed donut. Krispy Kremes are a league of their own in the donut department. Especially when it comes to the glazed. I don't know about you, but I could easily eat at least 2 in under 2 minutes when they are hot. The Burbank location is no different. Exact same dose of deliciousness. Service is very friendly inside. I repeat inside. I'm pretty sure that is the only way to get a freebie. Lines can be tricky. A few times I've driven by and the line was long. Other times zero wait. Download the app for discounts. Everything helps.

AN ABSOLUTELY MUST DO! Every year National Donut Day comes around on June 2. This isn't a regional event but a national event. Go to any Krispy Kreme donut shop & you'll receive a Free Krispy Kreme Donut. So that's exactly what I did. There was a Huge Line. It's always Fun to watch the donuts being made in front of you behind the glass wall. The glazed donuts passing through a waterfall of icing on the conveyor belt always gets the crowd's attention. Their cravings grow for some hot donuts right out of the oven. I ordered their Famous Glazed Donut & they gave me one FREE Glazed! INSIDE TIP. I ate one hot right out of the oven & it was TASTY!!!! I saved the other one for the next day & put it in the refrigerator. The following day, I placed the donut in the toaster oven for a minuite or 2 just until it was warm. It tasted almost as good as a fresh donut & it was the next day. Just a little reheating makes all the difference in the world in the taste & makes it Taste Delicious! Give it a try. If you missed this Freebie Donut Event mark it on your calendar for next year. & don't be surprised if there's a big line. This Burbank location is a good sized Krispy Kreme shop & is OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY! They have tables & chairs inside. They also have an outdoor patio with tables & chairs & umbrellas on the side near the entrance. They also have a Parking Lot & a Drive-Thru that a lot of people use as well. It is located in an outdoor mall called The Burbank Empire Center. It is right off the 5 Freeway & close to the Hollywood Burbank Airport. They have a bunch of stores including Target, Best Buy, TJ Max, Marshall's, Nordstrom Rack, REI, Tilly's, West Elm, Lowe's, Staples, BevMo, Sharky's Wood Fired Grill, Dave's Hot Chicken & many other stores & eateries too. It's an easy 1 stop shopping destination where you can get a lot of stuff done in the same location. There's also a bonus - Costco is right around the corner too but has its own separate entrance. It used to be, you had to have Mega Bucks & be really Rich to have the Good Life, not anymore. The Game has changed. You've been Upgraded. Now You Can Live Like a King on a Limited Budget!

I am absolutely in love with these doughnuts and their coffee. It is so good fresh and atmosphere is so lovely. I like this place and a great personality Perfect morning before Church. Girls who are working here serve really nice and friendly service is excellent

Love Krispy Kreme - their speciality original glazed is always the best flavor. I love that they do discounts and deals for bdays and holidays. This is a spacious location in Burbank -- the other flavored donuts in my opinion are never as good / sometimes not as fresh. I would recommend the glazed everytime. They're sweet, satisfying to the sweet tooth, but the only thing is the size. They're not satisfying if you're trying to fill yourself up (as with any donut / sweets) and they're small and will probably make you want to eat more! But in terms of taste and quality Krispy Kreme original glazed is always a great option for a quick dessert!

By now I'm sure we have all had Krispy Kreme so this review is mainly for the service and vibes on this particular night. There is always a crowd here but they move people fast - maybe to the point of missing the customer service aspect. It feels more like we are on the great cattle drive. Would be nice to not feel so rushed. On this visit was only trying to order a drink but kept getting pushed to the side for people that got donuts despite waiting in line like everyone else. If you want the best donut experience in LA just head to SK.

I went after my MRI, I am never out this way so I made sure to stop. I ordered 6 donuts. 2 lemon filled and one chocolate creme filled and the other chocolate filled,plus strawberry filled. They got most of my order right except they left out one chocolate filled and gave me raspberry filled. I can't stand raspberry, like ewww.

Krispy Kreme is like In-N-Out, it has a distinct nostalgic taste that always hits the spot- everyyyyyyyyyyy time! I wish the workers were as nice as they use to be, seems like people are grumpy every time we go. I like to mobile order on their app and pick up instead of waiting in the long intense drive thru line, people get wild in that line as cars making a left tend to cut. I find myself being a sucker and annually buying their green at patty's day donuts, Halloween donuts, any cute decor gets me. Ugh. So good.

Krispy Kreme is not just a doughnut, it's a dessert unto itself. I love doughnuts, but to me they are essentially different from a Krispy Kreme. These are, airy light and drizzeld in sweet sugary frosting. You can easily eat 3 or 4 in a sitting. When they are hot out of the oven they are difficult to comprehend in their texture and flavor. It's almost mystical in its essence. This location is clean and seemingly always busy. I've been to Krispy Kreme locations in the area, and in other states. This one even when the line is around the block, seems to always be running well and is stocked with doughnuts ready to go. I don't know how they do it. If there is black magic involved don't tell me - just be sure to give me a free, hot sample when I come in and I'll keep coming back.

Only reason I am giving the ONE star is because of Karol!! Karol was nice and a pleasant host. If it was based on ESME, I'd give ZERO STARS!! Rude and has no personality to be placed up front to help customers. App wasn't working correctly and she gave such bad attitude and was not helpful!! I was going to do a purchase but opted to leave. She needs to be trained on customer relations or you will lose more clientele!!

Krispy Kreme has the best Glazed Donut, EVER! Paired with a hot coffee on a Friday morning, what more could you ask for? One of the best coffee duos. I love how warm these glazed donuts are every single time they come out. That first bite always melts in your mouth and no other donut could do that for you. Their other donuts are also good however the glazed donut is king. If you agree with all this then you should absolutely get a dozen or 2 for someone in your life that has never tried Krispy Kreme Glazed Donuts. Their smile after that first bite is worth every penny.

Who doesn't love Krispy Kreme doughnuts? I remember getting these in high school and eating the entire box with friends. I wish they had more locations as this one is out of the way for me but always hits the spot. Last time I came by was last year when they gave free donuts if you provided them with your vaxx card. Today I ordered online and picked up 2 dozen glazed. My kids love them. We will eat one dozen and probably give away a dozen to friends. Ordering and picking up was a breeze. I went during lunch time on Wednesday and there was no wait at the drive thru. Score! Definitely recommend.

Krispy Kreme is the spot for donuts at any hour of the day! The drive thru is open 24/7 which is so good because you can get your sweet treat whenever you want. The original glazed is the absolute best! So airy and fluffy. The new BISCOFF donuts are also so so good! The service was just ok, but it was 1am so maybe they were tired. The donuts are a must and their iced lattes are good too. Wish I took a photo of our box before we ate them but they looked too good.

Day BEFORE Valentine's Day! Closed down on all pre-orders of theme donuts for Valentine's Day. Krispy Kreme getting 'too big for their britches?' What policy-makers decide to NOT be prepared for a consistent, annual event that they provide themed-product for? 'Heads up their keesters' choices and decision-making!! Usually online, app, and Burbank store work remarkably smooth, this is a glaring failure though!

Wow... $25 for a dozen of plain donuts! But!!! That first bite of soft warm freshly made donut is something i miss time to time. I blame the inflation. The donuts are still yummy!

Krispy Kreme has always been a family favorite! Even during the holidays, while packed, definitely always worth the while! I've been coming for over 15 years since my mom used to work the Woodland Hills location a long time ago. The donuts are always fresh! Always look incredible not ever have I ever seen an ugly donut they're just absolutely perfect! The employees even when they are rushing they are always so happy & friendly & helpful whenever you have questions about flavor. Also , the coffee is always delicious & It's always such a happy / joyous place even when there's a crowd when the light is on & you get your super hot & fresh donuts with the little hat !

My favorite donut store is Sidecar Doughnuts, but Krispy Kreme is my 2nd favorite Donut chain. I'm craving their glazed donuts, but I'm planning to go on vacation to the beaches of Bankok, so I'd like to keep my figure normal, not plump from donuts.

I frequent this location and today I got there a little before 840 craving a fresh hot glazed donut. Hot light shining bright I order 4 hot glazed and some other items. Get to the window and my donuts are cold. I seen the mini glaze on the conveyor nice and hot and asked if I can switch out three for some hot minis. She reluctantly agreed I got some mini glazed, hoping they were hot and drove off, but once I open the box, I quickly realized I wasn't the hot donuts I was expecting/promised. I love coming here and specifically Love coming for the hot donuts as I'm sure 90% of us do. It's already disappointing that they changed the hot light hours so I always make sure to go early enough to secure some. I mentioned to the drive-through lady about being under the impression of hot light is until 9 AM for the glaze donuts and she says they're running on a different schedule today which really threw me off because I usually come every Wednesday. Very disappointing, but this won't deter me for trying for some hot glazed next week.

These simple glazed donuts that melt in your mouth when fresh and warm are the best! When we're in Burbank I tend to crave this and we don't mind parking and ordering from the counter. They give you a whole glaze donut to "sample" while the kiddos watch the donuts get made fresh.

Krispy Kreme seems to have changed their recipe. The plain glazed are more cakey than they used to be. Still good though!
