Krispy Kreme Café

Worker only spoke french and was acting irritated that I was translating for my girlfriend. He just wanted us out and acted like asking him to put stuff in a box was destroying his day. 0/5 for staff We ordered the new Harry Potter donuts for ourselves and some friends. The ones with filling were good, but the other two were very much lacking flavor, and tasted way too sugary.

I just bought a dozen donuts for the first time, 7 mr snoopy, 1 biscoff and 4 regular. The donuts taste stale. I have tried calling the store twice and it just rings and rings. I dont have my bill anymore to respond to the satisfaction survey, and I cant find an email anywhere to contact anyone. Im very upset

I had the chocolate donut at Krispy Kreme, It was fresh, creamy and had butter in the inside. The price around $3. 20 was affordable compared to other such cafe chains. The location near Jewish General Hospital and short bus connection to Cote de neige metro make it convenient for students and Professionals alike.

It was not a good visit. Typically I'm not the type to give a one star review but this merits it. It was set up like a cute coffee shop in there but the employees were grumpy when serving and as I sat and had my doughnut, I noticed they were rude and making fun of customers coming through. The doughnut was stale. The bathroom, though new and modern was atrociously dirty. There is no need for that. I will not be coming here again.

If you have a sweet tooth and a craving for doughnuts, you must try the famous Krispy Kreme. They have many flavours available so I got a box of 12 mixed. This store looks pretty new since I was in the area. I have the impression that they are trying a comeback since I’ve been seeing more franchises opening up in town.

Horrible service. If the owner of this facility reads this, please take action regarding your manager. I visited today around 4:00 PM to buy some doughnuts and was shocked by how rude and unprofessional the manager was. When I tried to change my order, she refused to even offer flavor options and insisted that I had already made my choice. To the manager—if you happen to read this, I honestly don’t understand how someone with such poor customer service skills holds a managerial position. You came across as rude, entitled, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. Please consider finding a role that you truly enjoy, because your current attitude is damaging this establishment’s reputation.

Staff is nice. Service is fast. The original donuts are definitely the best ones. The others are in my opinion way too sweet because they add icing (chocolate, maple, etc) over the original icing coat and sometimes they fill the donut which even adds more sweetness. So i find the other donuts excessive, personally. Shop is clean, has many places to sit and enjoy the products. Well lit.

My favourite donut place!! So many varieties; love their coffee also. Nice spot with lots places to sit. They even offer water fountain! The only thing is it’s super hard to find parking there; took me 30-mins to finally find a spot, but it did fill my sweet tooth!!

Never been to this Krispy Kreme before because it's out of my way but it's very clean! They let in 7 people in the store at a time and the selection is pretty good. Visited on a Sunday night and didn't think they would have much left but they still have lots of flavours. I did wait for about 30 minutes though so keep that in mind. You will wait outside and you'll wait inside. Other than that, I was pleased with my visit!

Holly Molly Krispy Kreme is making a comeback and I'm digging it XD this is the second location I visited and this one is quite unique as it use to be the old landmark restaurant:"Blanche Neige" Ambiance: they totally restored the place! It looks open and spacious. It looks nice! I wanted to take some donuts home for the family as everyone totally forced me to fetch their donuts for them ahaha Service: This location in particular has wayyy better service but It could also be because there was less people than the one on st catherine street. The staff is happy and friendlier. Food : so I got a dozen mini donuts which I love more and I feel less guilty ohh and surprisingly they last fresh for 3-4 days super impressed. They are so addictive.. and I personally adore the pink strawberry glazed ones they are succulent and just melt in my mouth! It's like an explosion in my mouth after each bite. Overall, I dare you to Get yourself a dozen donuts if you haven't tried Krispy Kreme yet it's all I'm going to say ohh and of course you'll see me again ;) cheers!

Who can resist fresh out of the oven doughnuts? So fluffy, warm and sweet, perfect with a coffee to satisfy a sweet tooth.

OMG how did I live without Krispy Kreme donuts because I finally tried them earlier this morning . That simply was fantastic and tasteful I tried the original glazed and it was miraculous . Plus the employees were super sweet and sympatic I simply fell in love with it

I specifically asked for a RASPBERRY stuffed donut and they gave me a LEMON stuffed donut smh ‍‍‍‍ heartbroken DAY RUINED. Thank you Krispee kreme . Goodbye

Cote-des-Neiges is lucky to have a Krispy Kreme in the borough. The donuts are always fresh and affordable. They taste much better than what you can find at McDonalds or Tim Hortons. Of all the times I went there, I never saw someone buy coffee... I hope they will open more in the near future!

A good selection of fresh warm donuts. The Halloween ones seemed to be vanilla cream filled, like whipped vanilla frosting...a bit too sweet for my taste, but I do love the Halloween theme. The lemon filled was our favorite!

Soooo.. they recently opened one that's about 20 minutes from my house, not sure if it's a good thing or bad.. already been here more than my stomach would like lol! These donuts are what clouds are made out of and I'm so sure of it! They are light , fluffy, that perfect Krispyness when you bite into it and its basically melts in your mouth. I personally love the classic .. the rest are cute but I'm here for the OG of donuts. I was so impressed when I read the box.. they were created in 1937!!! Can you imagine way back in the late 30s they had these amazing things? I'm verry happy for them because seriously everyone should enjoy such a delicious donut in their life.

Very good location of the donut chain. Always clean inside with tons of selection. That staff are friendly and patient. They have regular sized donuts, mini donuts, donut holes, fritters and a bunch of drink options. Since it is right next to two hospitals, it is often tough to find parking on the side streets but once you manage to, you will be greeted with fresh and delicious donuts. Yum

Everything is amazing wayyyyyy better than Tim's donuts for 11.75 including tax you get 12 pieces of heavenly donuts the best are the original or glazed filled raspberry ones

I'm rating a 1 star due to the lack of knowledge on the fundraising event sale. I gave a call earlier today to ask a few questions about the prices that I had seen online, and to make sure I could place an order. I was advised to check the website since it's done online however, the website just has basic information and says to check in with the closest krispy kreme available for further information. After letting them know that the website advised me to give THEM a call they simply answered "I dont know anything about it just call greenfield park". Very unsatisfying conversation!
