"A Krispy Kreme has returned to the island of Montreal with a new downtown location at 375 Ste-Catherine W, a block from Place-des-Arts, complete with a large, Bill 101-friendly sign proclaiming “beignets et café.” MTL Blog first reported the news, and, given it’s a chain operation, things won’t differ substantially: the shop will serve Krispy Kreme’s staple glazed doughnuts alongside various powdered and filled options. The opening is part of the North Carolina chain’s larger attempt to make a comeback in Canada—after first expanding to Canada in the early 2000s and then closing the majority of its stores a few years later—and the downtown outlet is currently the only one on the island. It is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday." - Tim Forster

It’s a pretty good donut shop with good, tasty and sweet doughnuts! I liked the Original Glazed Donut the best! It’s perfectly sweet, melts in your mouth and is a must try!! If you want a small taste of American style coffees, smoothies, and especially doughnuts, then come here!

I am such a fan for Krispy Kreme, while on vacation I go if they have one. Recently got to add Montreal! How could I not get the maple glazed?!!! YUMMMMM

After having dinner in the area I walked past this donut shop and decided to stop in for dessert. The staff was helpful and they had a large selection of tasty donut-style treats. I opted for the chocolate cake donut which was glazed – Tasty! Krispy Kreme never disappoints!

If you’re craving donuts this is the place to go. Lots of different classic options to choose from with also some specials in the mix. Depending on the time there could be a bit to wait, st Catherine gets lots of traffic around that area. Prices are really good, donuts are freshly made and honestly one of my favorites. The original glaze is simple but also the best one.

Delicious donuts, I really like the chocolate, sprinkle and glazed one. The line is always big, I had to wait between 5-10 minutes totally worth it. They have tables and chairs to enjoy your coffee. ☕️
