The parking lot is pretty big and most of the time you can find places to sit. Price increase on a dozen donuts as of June 2025 they now cost 16$ Canadian vs a year back at 12.75$. The original glazed donuts are always freshly made while the other type of donuts do tend to be there longer. The service is pretty vast and the atmosphere is very chill. Original glazed donuts are always the best.

Great Doughnut 🍩🍩🍩🍩... you can even seem them being made... free hats all around... nice windows and lots of seating... only down side is the oil fry smell... it's not horrible, but can cause issue for those who are sensitive... also it's a reminder that maybe the oil isn't as fresh as it should be!?!... over all this wouldn't stop us from going again as the beignet are way better than Hortons... bon appetit

These donuts are the best kind you could find around, their dough is pretty smooth and the fillings are various as well as their original seasonal or special event decoration customized upon the donuts. A bit too sweet for some of them, my favourite kind is apple fritter and the lemon filling.

2025-05 update, still darn good doughnuts. I had never been inside but it's pretty cool to see the chain production. Ok so a year ago I had Uber ordered a box of 12 doughnuts and wasn't super impressed but this time I absolutely was. I love their cream filled doughnuts and one of them had a sweet strawberry tasting icing, one was lemony and omg I was not expecting a doughnut with a hole to be cream filled...but I really liked it. Everything was super fresh and very tasty. Advantage of having a whole box for yourself, you can take a bite of each to pick your favorite lol

I really enjoy the sweet smell that rushes toward you the moment you enter the store. It makes your mouth water and crave for their sweet donuts. Unfortunately, the donuts are a bit too sweet for me so I can't eat that many of them. I do like the soft and slightly chewy texture of their donuts and seeing them freshly cooked right in front of you adds another level to the experience. The service here wasn't particularly welcoming but they were still very polite and respectful.

I truly need to know why are there not many Krispy Kreme locations? I feel like the world would be a happier place if there were honestly. My mom and I went on a busy Saturday afternoon. It was packed with families. Luckily there was a lot of staff to serve the customers. Every doughnut I had was superb and not sweet to give you a tooth ache. My favorite is the original. It was fresh and warm. Ohhh the deliciousness! Inside was clean but there could be a few more chairs for people to sit down.

Krispy Kreme is probably my favorite donut joint. I have such a hard time not stopping by when that red light is on. My favorite is the classic glaze ESPECIALLY when they are freshly made. They literally melt in the mouth and you cannot have just one (or two). Hence why a dozen is always a good idea. The other favorite ones I like are the filled ones. Kreme filled hello???? Delicious! For the seasonal ones, key lime and lemon were so incredibly good. Not artificial tasting and super fresh. There were some pumpkin ones during fall too and they were fantastic! A great selection. Love the fact that they can be reheated for 8 seconds and they taste fantastic!

Passed by this place during national donut day to get a free one as advertised. We got the original, strawberry and chocolate donut. They were all warm and fresh but so damn sweet. My poor pancreas. The staff was nice and the service was quick. The wait wasn't very long.

This Krispy Kreme is huge! Tons of seating and nice spaces to just chill with a doughnut and coffee. The coffee is surprisingly really good for a chain place, and I was even tempted to buy the beans! Doughnuts live up to their name, mouthwateringly tasty. There's a huge selection to choose from and the staff are friendly ! Luckily, they were making the original glazed when I visited and it's really awesome to see! Yummy!

In my opinion, it is one of the best snacks to eat while watching holiday movies~ - Festive Tree: A doughnut filled with red velvet cake batter and dipped in cream cheese icing! - Present: A doughnut filled with sugar cookie Kreme, dipped in green icing and topped with a 'De: Père Noël' sugar piece (So cute!) (I found this doughnut a little bit too sweet for my taste, but it would be perfect if you pair it with a cup of coffee!) Festive Tree Doughnut, Present Doughnut & Original Glazed Doughnut ($11.75 +tx)

I wish there were more of these chains around Montreal! The doughnuts were amazing!! The store is cool and thematic. It really has that old dinner feel. I wish i had gotten fresh doughnuts but even though they weren't, they were delicious. I loved that they had the production machine in plain sight. It must be so cool to see the doughnuts being made. This was my first time at a Krispy Kreme. I knew we had one and I knew the name but I was honestly really surprised by what it was. They have little paper hats which I love. And the prices are good. I really recommend stopping here if you're in the neighbourhood.

It's not easy to find donuts in the area, since the closing down of Dunkin Donuts, seems like we are restricted to Tim Horton's which aren't made fresh and don't taste nearly as good as the real deal. Krispy Kreme is pure melt-in-your-mouth goodness. You can often see them being made fresh off the line- once you watch that hypnotizing glaze enrobe each donut and taste one hot on the spot, there is no going back. Featuring a drive thru and ample seating, you can order coffee, frozen drinks, smoothies and of course all kinds of donuts. They are well stocked and will always give you the freshest warmest ones when available. A few times a year they have a promotion for a buy one get one free dozen, or free single donuts per person for various occasions (like if you come dressed up for halloween, or just because). Krispy Kreme also has limited flavors like chocolate glaze, blueberry, oreo or birthday cake. I like following them on social media for all their special offers. Always get a dozen, even if you think you can't eat it all, I promise they make great leftovers for a few days after, just reheat them for a couple seconds in the microwave and they retain their moistness.

Superior doughnuts to Tim Horton's that's for sure! The best flavours that I've tried are the OG glazed ones and their latest flavour, birthday cake. They've never offered us free doughnuts while we wait :( The service is pretty slow, with them favouring the drive-through customers. It's a rare treat but a delicious one when in the south shore.

Who doesn't love these iconic donuts! It's a shame that we have to drive all the way out to get them but it's worth it! Always warm and delicious these doughnuts are heaven. I constantly have to remind myself to not buy and eat a while box to my self. The location is decorated the way any other location is but the upkeep from the stuff to keep the place clean was lacking. The staff was friendly and kept things running smoothly. My biggest complaint would be for the dozen coffees we got they were undrinkable the taste was kind of like burnt coffee and over cooked cream and ultimately I threw it out. Stick to the donuts here and try not to eat a whole box !

This is an update review from the one l made a year ago. I would give it 1.5 stars, down from 3 stars. This place is now a victim of it's own success, and poor staff and management. The good: Donuts are still good. Lines usually moves quickly. Place is usually clean. The bad: On evenings and weekends, VERY often runs out of specialty donuts. Staff totally ignorant of your presence and just LOVE to talk to themselves instead of providing good customer service. Prioritize drive-thru than physical customers in store. Staff is rude and just do not care about the customer (worst than last year). Staff also yells at each other in front of customers. Management totally absent (if they have some). People making donuts extremely unhappy to be there (very clear on their faces). Donuts trays often empty when they have some ready in the back. This place has gone downhill really quick, and really fast within such a short time. Main reason is poor staff choice and absent management. Sack everyone and start over.

Unprofessional team I had to explain to the employee what an Oreo donut was? It took him 3 tries to give me the right one, I asked for them warm and he gave me them cold. Employees talking in my face and not taking my order. Gestion should fix this

I love this Krispy Kreme location. It is super spacious, the staff are wonderful and there is always lots to choose from! Being National Doughnut Day (today June 3rd) we decided to pass by and sample a free doughnut. It also reminded me to finally review this place after having visited it numerous times. Definitely 5 stars, great comfortable seating and many drinks to choose from to enjoy with a mouthwatering doughnut!

Always love to watch the doughtnut going down its glazing process. Krispy kreme offers a large variety of doughtnuts which can be enjoyed with hot or iced coffee. They have amazing american strong coffee combined with their sweets will keep you awake for a while :-)!

Well it's a long drive from West Island in Pierrefonds but had to get my FREE donut on June 7, 2019. Much to my surprise I was able to pick the Key Lime donut as my FREE gift. The staff of 2 headphone girls very attentive and served me as soon as they were available. Drove by first time as didn't know it was in IGA parking lot but GPS got me back just fine.

Best doughnuts in the world hands down. They make them fresh. When you order the original glaze they give them to you right off the conveyor belt. They're warm, delicious and simply irresistible. It's like a warm hug on a cold day. The ultimate comfort in your mouth. No Tim Hortons or Dunkin' Donuts will ever compare. I realized how eating a donut that's fresh and warm can completely change the impact on the taste. It's how they should be eaten!

I've only really had the original and they are wonderful. Not much for sweets so I'm happy it wasn't overly sugary. I'd go back.

This is a go to place if ever you need a quick bite,friendly personnel and the services are top notch.

Best donuts by far!!! They are definitely better than timmies !!!! I do however miss the free donut when the light was on ( that meant the original glazed were hot and fresh)

Best donuts ever, and who can deny watching the donuts go through their whole life cycle (as it were) is pretty cool for the kids (and adults).

I don't think I need to say anything other than AMAZING. Best doughnuts I've ever had.. fast service and they're always hot and fresh, also the price is great.
