Krispy Kreme

I ordered a caramel coffee (hot) and has this aspect like dirty water . The heater of the machine coffee was broken so I asked some ice to try to safe ……. Was five dollars for “this” and she even put some cream … I have to open the cup and put some cream and off course I finish with my hands all dirty before my flight. Is inefficient and taste horrible for five dollars . I put in thrash. Never ever come back again . This store just sell donuts and coffee , is to much ask some service and product with quality??

We come off the escalators and there was a krispy creme stand. Beware, the doughnuts are not made here but delivered in. They were at least one day old. And customer service was there but with a negative attitude.

Worst service in the ENTIRE world. The young lady taking orders while you stand in line is shorter than the doughnut case so you can’t hear her. She doesn’t speak up but looks confused when she can’t t hear you. The young lady at the register is short and uninviting. She pushed my coffee across the counter without saying a word. I guess it was for me. They are busy here, but that is no reason to have lackluster customer service. Everyone behind the counter is working at something or with someone. If I ever stop at this location while traveling I will remember to expect subpar customer service. I did hear one employee tell another they needed help with the line because he was stocking. He jumped in and helped get the line down. They work well together, just short with customers it appears. The countertops where customers sit are dirty; full of crumbs and wet spots. I actually think I see hair on the counter; eww.

February 20, 2025: Quick stop for the morning wake up coffee and some donuts. Great shop in the airport. Gets you ready to fly.

Candice was excellent this morning! She greeted us with a smile and her positive energy is just what we needed at 6am! She was working by herself and handled it all with ease! Highly recommend!!

The worker was very nice. However, the price for a 3 pack on their menu was slightly over $3. When I went to pay for it, she said, just want to warn you the price is $6.29, they just haven't changed the sign yet. First off, doubling the price from what the sign shows seems ridiculous. How long ago was this original price from? 10 years ago? Second, they have electronic displays. How difficult is it to update the price? Talk about a bait and switch. Donut was ok.

The doughnuts are not fresh but not too bad. They looked ok when our flight came in but we were one of the first flights out and the specialty doughnuts didn't look so hot. Tad on the expensive side but you are in an airport. The people working were nice to interact with.

Candace makes the best Ghirardelli Hot Chocolate! This is up there with the top 3 hot chocolates I have ever had. Like mom used to make homemade of the stove. Candace has the magic touch!
