A Look at LA’s Crazy Long Fast-Food Drive-Thru Lines | Eater LA

"The Gardena Krispy Kreme, located just off the intersection of the 91 and 110 freeways, had a snaking line of 37 cars on Friday evening (and can get even longer on some Mondays when the shop gives away up to five dozen donuts to healthcare workers); it received some recent fame on Reddit and starts making warm fritters hot off the fryer starting at 6 p.m." - Matthew Kang

I am just writing about the Delivery order but I just Love Krispy Kreme because of their Seasonal and Themed donuts. It is so cute and fun. Best part is that it taste delicious. Also it is on the pricey side BUT it is on the cheaper side of other decorated donuts. No idea what to bring for party and Holiday? Just pick up Krispy Kreme! Love Krispy Kreme!!

I went to Krispy Kreme last week and the timing couldn’t have been better! I got a free hot and fresh glazed donut right out of the oven — absolutely delicious. On top of that, I was able to grab their limited Harry Potter donut set, which was super cool and such a fun treat. My friends loved it too! Always a great experience here.

Google
Ordered online to pick up, got there about 10 minutes after ready time to give them a little extra since its Christmas Eve and they could be very busy. They were not busy and they has several baking racks filled with every donut on their menu (regular, limited time, and Christmas). My order was not ready, and they didnt put the right donuts in the box. If you are going to buy here check your donuts before you leave.

Google
I’ll get straight to the point. This is the best donut shop of all time. These donuts are so good that I wait 20 minutes every time for the hot light to turn on. Every time I go here, the glazed donuts are perfectly sweet on top and the dough is soft and heavenly on the inside. The atmosphere is great and you can always see the amazing donuts being made. I can’t stress how good these donuts are and would absolutely recommend this place to someone in the area.

Google
Had the opportunity to come in the krispy Kremes to try the new peanuts and krispy.Kreme collab don't they look delicious, had a great experience with tj and cam, as they allowed us the opportunity to get the donuts that we wanted

Google
The restaurant itself is welcoming and conveniently located near many businesses in and around the South Bay (Torrance, for example). I am very much excited to the try the Peanuts-themed 2025 Christmas holiday donuts and purchase at least three (3) boxes of these donuts for the small business I work in Torrance! I would highly recommend it!

Google
Stopped by Krispy Kreme and it was absolutely worth it. We ordered the classic Original Glazed, a custard-filled donut, and a raspberry-filled donut. The Original Glazed was soft, warm, and perfectly sweet. The custard-filled donut was rich and creamy, and the raspberry-filled had a great balance of sweetness and tang. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Great quality donuts and a satisfying treat—will definitely come back again! 🍩

Google
I usually order Krispy Kreme doughnuts online, but today I finally visited the store in Gardena — and I’m so glad I did! As soon as I walked in, I saw fresh doughnuts being made right in front of me. It made me want to try them right there on the spot! The store has plenty of parking space, and the staff were really kind and welcoming. Everything about the visit was great — from the warm, freshly made doughnuts to the clean, comfortable environment. I liked every doughnut I saw, and the experience of watching them being made added something extra special. Definitely worth visiting in person if you haven’t already!

Yelp
Came last night around 8pm & saw the red light was on. The drive thru & line inside the store was long but the line inside went by quickly & smoothly. The staff taking our order was nice & thorough, she moved the line well. We got an assorted dozen & got to try some of their 9 new flavors like the biscoff, brownie donut, pumpkin spice, & Oreo filled. The donuts are soft & fluffy as usual

Yelp
Decided to stop by this location after having a meal at a local restaurant. I wasn't going to bother writing a review, but my poor experience warrants it. The following is based on what I experienced at the drive thru. When I got there, there was a long line of cars. I thought the line would move quickly. I was wrong. It took about 5 minutes to get to the speaker to place my order. Okay, not horrible. The employee on the other end, however, tried to rush me as I tried to figure out what to order. When I asked for a Oreo cookies and crème filled donut, she rudely informed me that those were sold out. It took another fifteen minutes for me to get to the window. When I got to the window, the employee barely looked at me as he told me the total, took my payment, and handed me the donuts. He was focused on yapping with another employee who I presume was the rude person who took my order. The worst part was the donuts were cold. I thought I was waiting a long time since they were preparing a fresh batch of donuts. Nope. I hope the next time I come here (and yes I will be back since I usually like their donuts) my experience is better.

Yelp
I have leveled up with my Krispy Kreme ordering and ordered online. We were here primarily for the HP donuts. I noticed that once the Harry Potter donuts run out for the day, they show up as not available (even though I was trying to order for the next morning) so it was better for me to wait until that morning before I was heading over so I could order all four Harry Potter donuts (this location did not have the sorting hat donut that I saw in my two-day research.) We ordered a design-your-own dozen and put an assortment of the Harry Potter donuts (fancy ones get additional $0.50/each extra - worth it), and a few others. I wanted to try like the pumpkin spice and my daughter loves sprinkles. Then I don't know if this is an online offer or you can get it in person also, but you could get a second dozen glazed donuts for only two dollars! Yes please! I brought them home, My Daughter and I split each Harry Potter doughnut and tried them. We were both most looking forward to Gryffindor because we love Biscoff cookies, and the idea of crumbles and flavored cream sounded amazing! But instead, Hufflepuff took first place because the butter toffee cream, and then the crispy crumbles on top took the cream filled doughnut to a whole new level without being over the top! We loved the blueberry flavor of Ravenclaw and we also liked that it was a simple doughnut not overly fancy. The Slytherin tasted exactly like a cupcake just not as heavy. I didn't love that even though I had placed an online order they still made me wait in a decent line. Like what's the point of ordering ahead? The one positive I will say is that You are getting hot glazed donuts off of the conveyor belt if they don't pull your order until you arrive. But they did fulfill the order exactly as we had asked, and although the frosting got a little melted on the way home from the hot day, they still tasted amazing!

Yelp
I looooove their donuts and they never fail to make me happy in eating them. I didn't get all my favorites but I got a few. The service was quick and they were nice. The donuts were hot and ready which sucked but nothing a few seconds in the microwave can't fix. This Krispy Kreme is always quick & pretty clean inside the few times I've gone in.

Yelp
Came in here to redeem my 3 free glazed donuts for my birthday. I came to find out that you need to make a minimum of one purchase in the year to qualify for your birthday freebie. Tom went over to the manager, Kamsy, to ask for assistance and he's the one who helped me understand. So I purchased a donut and got my 3 free glazed! The place was clean. Service was friendly and helpful. Great Krispy Kreme shop to visit.

Yelp
On Wednesday night I purchased six glazed donuts. The quality was not good. Apparently the donut machine had broken down. Very disappointed on the quality of their product.

Yelp
I really do not like coming to this location on 1199 W. Artesia Blvd. The employees are very rude and like to play games with people especially after 5pm on weekdays. They like to pretend they can't hear you and snicker behind the speaker when they say they can't hear you. The snickering tells me that they are lying about not being able to hear the order. Then when you repeat yourself they say huh? Huh? What? Huh? and snicker even more in the speaker. These people DO NOT take this job seriously or care about their job. Then after many attempts to order and them playing around and snickering at us. We go up to the window where the employee opens window, grabs the card and shoves the donuts at us with the card and then closes the window without saying anything. Very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Yelp
Disappointed by Quality - Needs Improvement I usually enjoy Krispy Kreme, but this visit left me disappointed. I purchased two donuts, and unfortunately, neither met the standard I expected. One donut was overly greasy--so much so that it literally dripped when squeezed. The other was undercooked inside--dense, doughy, and hard to enjoy. At nearly $2 per donut, I was hoping for a fresh, balanced treat. I understand not every day is perfect in food service, but consistency and quality are important--especially at a well-known brand like Krispy Kreme. I hope the franchise owner takes this as constructive feedback. I'd love to see improvements in preparation and quality control, because when done right, Krispy Kreme can be great.

Yelp
So I was craving an apple fritter doughnut, so stopped by Krispy Kreme. This particular location, you almost have to show up early in the morning. As their apple fritters sell out quickly. Little to my surprise, with almost $4.00 for 1 single app fritter, it was more cost effective to purchase the 4 pack for less than $15.00. But, there was only 2 left and after they run out new batches aren't made. So as I was asking the cashier from the drive thru for those 2 doughnuts, he helped me on line to pay. It wasnt busy inside, yet he seemed rushed with attending to me. He didnt give me my receipt nor napkins until I had to ask for both. Crazy! So next time I will go inside and if the level of service isn't up to par, I will ask for a Lead to voice my feedback.

Yelp
I love Krispy Kreme but the guy with the dreads has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE doesn't say greet anyone closed the window in my face shoved my doughnuts in my hand I just feel he is not a people person or someone that should be dealing with customers is that how you represent Krispy Kreme with poor customer service

Yelp
This was the closest Krispy Kreme to me at the moment. Came here to order some donut dots... but they did not have it.. Also tried to order a drink, said they didn't have it.. when I ordered my donut dots the lady said no, but when I was ordering a drink she said "all we have available are donuts." Uhm wth?? How are you guys open 24/7 and limited to the things you sell? Did I go to McDonald's with a broken ice cream machine or Krispy Kreme? WORKERS LOOKED LAZY! Which is why they said "we don't have this or that" Get it together in there!

Yelp
Doughnuts or donuts? Whichever you fancy, our family had a good donut experience. The visiting nephew spotted Krispy Kreme when we had exited the 91 freeway. He suggested we check it out for dessert the next day. He said that where he resides in the Midwest, there is only one Krispy Kreme location but 26 long miles away. This one is the only location in the South Bay. It's always cool watching the original glazed donuts coming down the machine. The super pleasant gal actually offered us samples of the original. The hubby, my two nephews, and I decided to get a dozen of various types which included: Chocolate iced sprinkles Chocolate iced Kreme filled Glazed lemon filled Glazed Chocolate cake Glazed sour cream cake Original Glazed I also opted for an iced decaf coffee which was tasty. I like their coffee. We ate a couple of donuts in the seating area and took the rest home. Everyone was happy with what they got. I typically don't buy donuts in general. From time to time, we have them at work or church from a local mom and pop donut shop. I like the originals. I remember during the pandemic, they were offering a free donut if you showed your vaccine card. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon but whenever my nephews visit again, we'd be happy to take them to Krispy Kreme. 3.5 stars for this experience and rounded up. :)

Yelp
Always a treat when we go get us some krispy kreme donuts. I love watching the coveyor bust out some fresh glazed donuts and then at the end of the donut show you get a free hot fresh donut. It's like a warm cloud you can eat in 2-3 bites. YUM! We got some classics and some super hero donuts and coffee. Relax, enjoy, worry about your bad decisions later :p when you question yourself how in the world were you able to eat a whole box of donuts by yourself. Lol. J/k. I'm sure it's possible. Almost forgot the wonderful little lady in the register. So sweet, with a bright smile, just like the "hot doughnut now" sign. She's a treat. . It's fun to see also the kids go crazy over the donuts being made. Definitely a family atmosphere.

Yelp
After the Food Spot at Skechers Outlet in Gardena,I was craving sweets like donuts I remember there's a Krispy Kreme on Artesia Blvd. I decided to stop there a get a dozen of donuts this is my time coming to this Krispy Kreme store I know they make their glazed donuts hot and fresh from oven. I like a fresh hot glazed donut because you tasted the freshness of the donuts. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the donuts.

Nichanh P.

Yelp
I placed an online order with Krispy Kreme and arrived at the store around 9:50 PM, well before their posted closing time. When I got to the door to pick up my order, the employees refused to hand it to me and told me I had to go back through the drive-through line, which was already long. I explained that I had already paid online and just wanted to grab my order quickly, but they still wouldn't let me in. If the store is supposed to close at a certain hour, customers should be able to receive their orders up until that time -- not be turned away early. There should be a clear policy on when doors are locked and how online orders are handled near closing time. Very disappointing experience -- I expected better service and communication from Krispy Kreme.

Yelp
This was the worse experience in the world at a Krispy Kreme!! The young kid that you'll had there needs an attitude adjustment. He was extremely rude and disrespectful!! Also the food was bad, wanted a warm donut, felt like it came out the freezer !! I asked for an expresso shot at first and he said yes we have them than turned around and said no. So I asked for vanilla or Carmel coffee and while I was talking he cut me off and was like we don't have anything but classic, which when I got was lukewarm ! If you guys can't keep up with the demand this late, close early because this was my only spot for donuts until tonig

Yelp
I got a box of Olympic themed donuts and they lasted 3 minuted just like an Olympic gymnastics routine FRESH and AMAZING! I haven't had one in many years and they are much better than I remember! KRISPY KREME FTW! We didn't eat inside and we're in a rush so my review is not on the store itself just the amazing donuts

Yelp
I was planning to visit South Bay, and along the way stood this Krispy Kreme. Whenever I go to a Krispy Kreme, it's usually at the Long Beach Traffic Circle, but I wanted to pay this one a visit to see how it would compare. While I'm glad I gave this one a try, I doubt I'll be back to this location, especially since my visits to South Bay are once in a blue moon. This Krispy Kreme is on the northwest corner of Artesia and Vermont. It's literally one of the very first businesses you see on your right when the 91 freeway turns into Artesia Blvd. Food4Less is on the other side of the vast parking lot, but the parking lot directly in front of Krispy Kreme is significantly smaller. I didn't have any issues when I arrived just past noon on a Sunday. At the time of my visit, Krispy Kreme was doing their Dozen Days of Deals, and I had a couple of deals going on that day. One was a free donut of my choice with any purchase, and the other was double points. Needless to say, I was able to kill two birds with one stone here. When I arrived, I was greeted by a collage of all the donuts offered at Krispy Kreme before going through the front door. After entering, I was greeted by the assembly line of Original Glazed Donuts, and there were even a couple of steps to allow the kiddos to see the glazing process up close. While a lot of customers utilize the drive thru out of convenience, they'd be missing out on this opportunity to see how Krispy Kreme has been making these OG donuts for the past 87 years. After walking past this assembly line, I noticed a handful of employees at work, and there wasn't anybody in line to order. However, it took a while for someone, Wendy in this case, to ring me up. She was assisting another customer who had just placed their order, and then she took my order. With so many employees working that day, I was surprised at the lack of punctuality here. For the donut of my choice, I asked if the Apple Fritter would have worked since it was in the display case alongside the rest of their donuts, but I was told no. Then, I chose the Kit Kat Crunch, one of the newest being offered at Krispy Kreme. Neither of us was sure it would work, but Wendy was willing to give it a try. To get the free donut, I had to make a purchase, and I initially ordered the Classic Hot Coffee, which the menu stated was $2.69. Wendy asked if I wanted Medium or Large, and that confused me at first until I noticed $2.69 was the price for a Medium size. A Large was 20 cents more. Then, I noticed the iced coffee was 70 cents more than the hot, and it was also a 20 cent upcharge to upgrade from Medium to Large. I changed my choice of purchase to iced coffee, with the size being Large. I had to scan my member barcode at the side of the register, but it's not clear how exactly you have to position your phone to get the register to recognize your barcode. I had an even more difficult time trying to use an eGift card I had. I had to hold my phone sideways, but then the screen would also rotate, and that got really annoying. I decided to see if Wendy could manually input my gift card number into the register, which she did. However, going back to the free donut, she initially told me that the Kit Kat Crunch wouldn't have worked either, so I was about to choose a different donut until she told me she finally made it work, though the discount was only $2.99, a dime lower than the cost of that donut. So technically, that donut was not free, but not going to complain over that, especially since I already had to pay for the iced coffee, which was already prepared by the time I got around to paying. Yeah, it really was that fast, and that even included Wendy having to go back to ask if they even had 2% milk; she initially asked if I wanted 2% or whole milk, but later said they only had whole milk. I would have preferred 2%, but stuck with whole anyways. While Krispy Kreme does have various flavors of their iced coffee, I just got it regular so that I don't overindulge on the sugar. As much as I wanted to try one of the three Kit Kat donuts, the Crunch looked to be the least sweet compared to the other two. I liked the Kit Kat Crunch, but it wasn't hot, and I definitely wouldn't want to pay over $3 for another one. It was nice to try, but it's a one and done from me. I don't really have much to say about the iced coffee except that it did its job of keeping my afternoon slump to a minimum. I saw the cup sizes behind the front counter, and it was clear that the Large was the better buy for only 20 cents more. Wendy was just okay, but her customer service paled in comparison to the employee in Long Beach who serviced me just a few days prior when I claimed my reward of the free OG dozen as part of the Dozen Days of Deals. Overall, just an okay Krispy Kreme with okay service, an okay donut, and an okay iced coffee. Actually, I'll just boil it down to "overall, just okay" instead.

Yelp
Krispy Kreme glazed donuts are to dieeee for. We went to get some donuts for an Easter party, and the line was so long! Seems like everyone was getting their Easter specialty donutswhich looked adorable. They sadly increased their prices. $19.99 for a dozen of glazed is SO much. So I only get it for special occasions. Also - if you sign up for their birthday program, you get 3 free glazed donuts!

Yelp
Incredible service from Ahli. He really took the time and went out of his way to make the experience awesome. I can not sing enough praises.

Yelp
Why are they so..:wet? Who is craving wet donuts? Why must I drink my donuts? As soon as they hit my mouth they whither away into a sugary liquid, rendering me unable to enjoy them at all. Quite bizarre. I think this place is just awful. (People/the service here is great though)

Yelp
Enjoyed my free donut with my Crocs and got lucky when I came when the light was on so I got a warm donut.

Yelp
Shoutout to Krispy Kreme in Gardena - community heroes! This morning, during an autism awareness event in the city of Wilmington, Krispy Kreme Gardena truly showed up for the community. Without hesitation, their team stepped up and donated donuts to help us make the event special. The staff was not only generous but incredibly courteous and professional--something I've come to expect from this location. They didn't just provide donuts; they provided support, kindness, and a reminder that real community partners still exist. Thank you, Krispy Kreme Gardena, for always going above and beyond. I'll continue supporting this location, and I encourage others to do the same. Businesses like this deserve all the love.

Yelp
Came to redeem a promotion I received in an email. In the small print it says valid on August 25th only after 5pm, but the employee said it ended at 7pm and did not respect my email promotion although in does not say it finished at 7pm. Employee still didn't want to make it valid even if it was still in the time frame of the day that it stated.

Yelp
Went thru drive thru and the kid knew very little. I think they should have these employees taste new donuts so that when asked they can describe. On top of the fact he charged for a coffee that was never asked for. He messed up so much that the "person in charge" came running after our car for a left credit card that wasn't ours. HE made the attempt. Good job! But I wouldn't go back to lil kid at all.

Yelp
Amazing and quick service in the drive through! The cashier was very polite. We got the assorted dozen and they gave us a few of the Go USA Olympics collection. Very fresh and very yummy!

Jaylens M.

Yelp
Went to Kristy Kreme hoping to get some warm donuts since the light was on, which was false advertisement. But let's start off with the drive thru experience! Placed my order and asked the young lady to repeat my order because on the screen it was displaying as I ordered two orders of a dozen donuts. Her response was very unprofessional for one, finally get to the window receive my order and my donuts were cold. I obviously came because the hot and ready light was on, she then goes on by saying we only serve warm donuts when the light is on. Crazy thing the light was on and the drive thru was crazy long. Asked for a refund and never going back there because that staff members customer service was so unprofessional.

Alejandra G.

Yelp
what is the point of ordering in the self serve kiosk if the workers don't even see your order. got in line and noticed they had a kiosk and thought oh no one's using it so i'll be able to get my order in. About 5+ more customers get their donuts and leave. at this point no one's working on my donuts so i have to go up and tell him hey we're still waiting on our donuts. he says nothing and gets my donuts and he says we don't have one of these donuts so do you want to pick another one. again he never gives an apology or a thank you or anything it was the black guy working today. service here is never good and today just proved it once again. don't order on their kiosk unless you want to wait an extra 15 minutes for donuts you could've gotten in line since they clearly don't pay attention.
google avatar

Yelp
What's not to like, even if it's not my favorite donut shop, a fresh glazed is still pretty amazing . Plus it's freeway close, so I use this as my meet up spot for online sales and grab a little treat before I go home.

Yelp
07/08/2023 @ 8:50pm Donuts so fresh & hot! Great customer services!! Pls give all the staffs tonight a raise or something nice. It was busy inside. I was worried I might not be able to get the original without the glaze. I hurried to let one of the staffs know. She was quick and so nice. I wish I catch her name. The staff that rang me up was nice and sweet as well. Overall, a great experience. Thank you! I was in & out so quick.

Yelp
Warm donuts and a delicious frappe is just right when you're craving a good dessert. Especially when you're driving by the location and there is no line of cars.

Yelp
The drive-thru line can be long at this location. We parked and entered the store instead. The workers behind the counter were so friendly and helpful. The location is clean and tidy.

Yelp
Drove here from Redondo Beach to get the Grinchmas dozen donuts. The lady was grumpy and didn't even tell me that they didn't have the complete dozen. She gave me 4 glaze donuts...WTH! She could've told me they didn't have them all. So disappointed! 3 stars for the service S

Yelp
Ok, donuts. Decadence. An occasional guilty pleasure. Krispy Kreme has a dedicated following. I was in the area, stopped by for a donut and coffee. The place is awe inspiring. A donut production line like I've never seen. Free hats to boot. Super clean. Very nice. Stop by and have fun. Just don't make it a habit or you'll LOOK like a donut soon
google avatar

Vicky L.

Yelp
Tables were dirty like the employees don't ever come to clean or notice if people are sitting down. The donuts look like they got smaller over the years too. But still delicious, first time ever buying Krispy Kreme from the place instead of through a fundraiser!
google avatar

Darlene D.

Yelp
I normally do not come to Krispy Kreme because their donuts are just too sweet for me. But I had a voucher for three dozen donuts that I didn't want to go to waste. This Krispy Kreme is huge! They also have a drive-thru and are open 24 hours. So you can always get your donut fix whenever you want. When I entered, they seem to be operating like an oil machine. You see donuts being made and the whole process is pretty stellar. They offer a variety of donuts, coffee, and other beverages. When I redeemed my vouchers, it was easy peasy. In and out! The staff was very helpful and they also greeted me when I entered. Even though I don't like their donuts, I know many people who do. With the friendly environment, I'll come back just to treat others. Especially my daughter .

Yelp
Donuts were tasty as always; Krispy Kreme donuts never go wrong. However the staff needs to work on customer service. Everyone has their days, but definitely did not have a pleasant interaction.

Yelp
Went to get a donut to ask someone to a prom party AND THE LINE WAS EXTREMELY LONG. I don't know if it was because it was a Friday night BUT man I waited in line about 35 minute. Do a pick up order is you can, avoid the line. They do give out free samples, BUT I did feel some kind of way because everyone got a free one except me. When I asked like why people getting free samples one person said I had to buy a dozen to get a free donut.. then another person said nah the samples are free so that was nice.

I have really love for the original glazed Krispy Kreme donut and I just wanted to say so here. I also loved their jelly- filled donuts. Thank you, Krispy Kreme! :)

Yelp
I love Krispy Kreme and there is nothing at all wrong with their doughnuts. It's the staff and customers that leave something to be desired. Service is unpredictable, running the gamut from awesomely good to awesomely bad. It can be very SoCal, where they look at you as if to say, "Are YOU still here? I don't care about anything you're saying except the most basic part of the exchange." I have stood in line here & seen an entire family walk in in their pajamas, unkempt hair, slippers, having a long conversation about what to order. I was left wondering who they are saving themselves for, if not the whole world. And what is the urgency for getting doughnuts that you couldn't even dress or brush your hair. It's that kind of crowd. Ick.

Yelp
The customer service is abysmal. Most of the coworkers are stoned out of their minds or have the social capacity of a rock. The donuts are fine. This location is kinda grimy compared to others.

Yelp
I just got scammed from my 1700 points at this location. I had 1800 rewards points on my app and I ordered a dozen assorted hoping to get those for free. The lady on drive through window said I can't use the points as I picked my own donuts. She charged me $21, didn't give me receipt and also took off my 1600 points once i checked the app once i got home. I'm very disappointed by her stealing my points.

Yelp
Horrible customer service. The donut tasted like an actual rock. Wouldn't come here again because of the bad service in general

Yelp
When they're fresh, THEYRE FRESH! Almost always during peak hours they're giving out FREE donuts to those in line. You can get your sweet tooth fix during the morning rush hour! TIP: Always check your email for new codes (BOGO, Free donuts, em special price days such as one dozen for the price of the average gas gallon. $4.15 or so) TIP: Sometimes the old codes work, try that.

Yelp
I rarely eat donuts, but went there yesterday purely to get rid of 2 gift cards I got so I don't have to keep carrying them in my wallet. After ordering a dozen donuts I approached to a cashier and to my surprise he said they can't process gift cards in their system so he cannot take it at this time. WHATTTTT???? What kind of a nationwide brand name store issue gift cards and cannot take it? It's not a mom-and-pop store!! I was speechless. The cashier said it's been like that for about a month. If there was a glitch in their system they couldn't even bother to fix it for a whole month?? When are they planning to fix it eventually, a year later? I was forced to pay with a credit card and I am still holding those KK gift cards in my wallet. UGH! Very disappointed for their poor business management.
