Drive thru is the most convenient for me. Gotta 6pk of my favorite donuts to share with my work buddies. Excellent customer service as usual.

The doughnuts are of excellent quality and freshness, as they are made at the moment.

There’s few things better than some hot Krispy Kreme donuts. They’re still great when not fresh, but they just hit different hot off the line. Warm, light and a little crispy, they’re just the right amount of sweetness.

I really like Krispy Kreme. Original glazed are my favorite! Now I have a chance to try new HERSHEY'S chocolate. That stuffed one was the best! My and my Lady get a sample of HOT doughnuts before we buy them! NICE 👍 One thing is to make this place much better CLEANING 🧹 🧼 🧽 In restroom mess, water on floor, no paper towels. That front window where you can see a belt transport doughnuts to packing is the best. All in dots and sweet spots. You need clean it because in that atmosphere those doughnuts taste worst. I like to eat from clean places. Try better ✌️

This place is a neighborhood classic and I'm happy to see that it has been improving lately. I usually go around 7-8am for the hot doughnuts, I love that you get a free one if you walk-in. Service can still be slow, but everyone is clearly working hard, it's not a big deal. Great doughnuts, great prices.

Very good place and customer service was very nice. Donuts were tasty, but I feel like they put too much sugar in their donuts, maybe reducing the amount of sugar a tiny bit so that it won't impact the consumers as much as they do now. Also, please put labels that the ingredients you use are halal and vegetarian friendly so that we can but with peace of mind. Thank you for your consideration.

I'm not sure if I have her name right but on the receipt it says Italia , I came in today, November 20, 2025 at 2:30 PM. I wasn't sure what I wanted to be honest. I really wanted one of each of a doughnut because I am currently expecting. But I had to limit my donut intake. The young lady was very very patient. I did not feel rushed. I felt she was very helpful and overall great customer service from her. Thank you so much for being friendly and just very welcoming. Donuts were so delicious and fresh, overall great experience.

The service at this location is awful. And that big glowing "Hot Now" sign? It has been misleading me like a toxic ex for years. I can't even tell you how many times I've pulled up -- excited, hopeful, ready -- because that red light was shining like a promise... only for them to hand me cold donuts and say, "You can wait for the next batch." Well then why is the sign on? And let's talk about the combo menu -- gone. Vanished. Disappeared like it was never printed. On top of that, they won't even add sugar to your coffee anymore. They hand you those little packets like I'm asking for their secret recipe instead of a basic courtesy. I've tried, truly I have, but every visit feels like watching the same sad rerun. Krispy Kreme used to feel like a treat. Now it's just a waste of a calorie.

Everytime I come into this place, it's likes the employees are either MIA or doing everything else but helping me while I'm standing their waiting. They care only about the customers in the drive through. Theres there huge amount of space behind the counter and the person who is supposed to be helping people is busy going back and forth from the drive thru window, all the way over yo the counter to make drinks (in front of me while I stand there waiting). Tonight, I had enough - I stood there waiting while the woman kept taking drive thru orders even though she knew I was waiting. I a finally asked her if I should just hop in my car and drive thru the drive thru to finally get service. Then I just left. I've had it. I don't even like any of their donuts except the jelly filled ones. All the rest are just way too sweet.

I still cant believe this is the only donut shop in Baldwin Hills. Or Crenshaw or whatever. Its across from the mall so I am here to kill time using free wifi before farmers market opens in 30min. Donuts are standard but I just don't wanna spend that much money. I want simple donuts not ones that cost 3 bucks. Its about 67 cents per donut hole for 10. They taste like sugar what can I say. This area definitely got gentrified a bit if there's no old fashioned Cambodian donut stores around.

Who doesn't love a good donut. I do. I do. If you looking to satisfy your sweet tooth. Krispy Kreme offers many traditional/theme selections. Not many locations in Los Angeles County and this location is in the "famous" Lemert Park area. Let's jump right into this review. I have been here countless times. I have stood in line inside and went through the drive thru. Here's my donut opinion (lol). Donuts are extremely sweet but I love them. May not be for everyone but they are for me. They are small in size in comparison to Randy's or Winchell's. Yes, I find Krispy Kreme better than any other chain. Don't come for me readers - it's an opinion. Pros 1. Delicious donuts! 2. Variety of flavors and cool theme flavors throughout the year...for example, M&M, Ghostbusters, and most recently Wicked. They also offer holiday season donuts. 3. Customer service is a hit or miss. Usually folks are friendly. I won't ding the establishment for a few bad days from employees...it happens. 4. Parking lot. 5. Inside tables and chairs. 6. You can see the donuts being made and running off the assembly line - hot and fresh. **If you live in this neighborhood you have seen the HOT DONUGHNUTS sign flashing red. Cons 1. Its donuts being made so it gets messy. Although, I understand the mess; I do feel the establishment good be more tidy. 2. The inside line can be long. Customers trying to decide what they want. Employees trying to move those indecisive customers along. The customers waiting being annoyed. #goodtimes I'm a frequent customer. I love the donuts. I'll be pulling up real soon.

10/10 free napkins, kind staff, Knows how to run a REAL Donut shop. Would come back again soon! No wonder they're so successful

I went to this Krispy Kreme location tonight. I went with a pal. We ordered some donuts. I thought I had overheard questionable comments coming from the staff just after collecting our donuts and stepping away from the counter. After taking seats to dine in, my friend informed me that he had overheard staff questioning his visual impairment. I was highly disappointed that staff could make such comments about customers. The donuts themselves were fine.

they open at 6. it would be nice if you updated your hours on apple maps, waisting my time is not okay after the drive i made to get here at 511 to get to work immediately after.

This used to be the perfect stop on I'm my way to work. I'd get my coffee and donuts for my girls but the past year... omg it's like no one there owns a watch or a clock. Drive thru is never open on time at 6:00. I even park at the cones waiting for someone to come out and have had to leave at 6:10-15 leaving without my morning goodies. I even tried to go when I was running late to work, thinking they would def be open at 7:10, and low and behold.. they were busy inside, clearly open, I can see the lady with her headset on but yet the drive thru was still closed with cones up... I've had to stop wasting my time even pulling into the parking lot!!! If the drive thru doesn't work, ok, then put a sign up... don't be in there pretending to take drive thru orders with ur headset on!!! So disappointing ( this has been multiple days!!!)

Friendly, patient, and helpful staff members Staff greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked into the door. I typically only get the original glaze but tried a random assortment for the 1st time today. The filled donuts has a fruit glaze while the crumble donuts tasted like a cake that breaks apart easily. Both were good and provided different texture and flavors from the original. The donuts aren't super sweet nor dense but lighter and fluffy. Much fresher from the store than supermarket but can get even fresher when the HOT red sign is ON. There are 2 convenient entrances with ample free parking. The facility is clean and quiet with tables to sit. Otherwise, just Drive thru window to order. Bonus is this location is next door to Southern California Crab Market, a wholesaler for frozen lobster, crab, shrimp, and scallops so bring a cooler to stock up.

Quick place to get a donut and a coffee in the morning. Very happy to have it on my route to work!! Get to buy donuts for work team without having to get out of my car or drive too far!

Workers are always very nice! I go here rarely because I will buy a dozen and eat it by myself throughout the week. Busy drive thru but sometimes it's chill

The quality, the texture, the taste, the deliciousness was on point and very delicious. *Ambiance: Was not too loud which was good. Like on how bright the inside of the Krispy Kreme was. The restrooms were a little dirty here and there but it was okay. *Overall Experience: 100% Satisfied with this Krispy Kreme location. Would definitely come back for some Hot & Fresh Donuts. I have been a loyal Krispy Kreme customer since my Audubon days--over 25 years ago--and I have to say, the service I received from Nuryah at the Crenshaw location was truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine kindness that made my visit even more enjoyable. I went through the drive thru but it was definitely clean inside!! Not only was she incredibly friendly, but she also had impressive knowledge of the menu, answering all my questions with ease and making great recommendations. It's rare to find customer service that feels this personal and attentive. Nuryah went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, and it's employees like her who keep loyal customers like me coming back. If you stop by this location (King & Crenshaw), I highly recommend looking for Nuryah--her service is top-tier! Thank you, Nuryah, for making my Krispy Kreme visit one to remember.

The donuts here are next level I have never tasted a better donut in my life. The staff is very kind and made the food extremely fast and delicious. I am 100% coming back here.

Worse experience ever ice machine not working and cold donuts giving wants left a I thought it was gonna be better than I thought but it feels like they give out what's left from donuts not being warm. Not just that I asked if there was warm and she ask if I wanted my money back ! Rather than saying I'm sorry I don't. First thing she said you want your money back !!

Outrageous pricing! I live in Riverside county. We visit Los Angeles periodically. I won't revisit this Krispy Kreme. The donuts weren't even fresh. Pre boxed.. $42.00 for two dozen all glazed. When Ive visited other Krispy Kreme locations the conveyor belt is constantly moving and making fresh made donuts. I see 4 employees sitting around waiting for business. Perhaps the prices are so high there is hardly any business. I saw one person in there with a cup of coffee. Nobody in the drive thru either. Crazy work. Right there on busy Chrenshaw! Wowzy I guess that's way they weren't making any fresh. No business..

Went into Krispy Kreme for the first time today. The inside was rather nice and standard for donut shops. They had a nice little donut section set up. The staff were super friendly and even gave me and my friend some free donuts. My friend got the easter donuts and they looked delicious. The plain donut I had was sooo good, it was the right amount of fluffiness and not too sweet. Definitely would recommend people check it out as it definitely superseded my expectations.

If you order through mobile app make sure to double check your order before you leave. I missing a whole box! When I went to the counter to let workers know I was missing a dozen donuts the worker proceeded to tell me that I wasn't supposed to open the mobile order...so I can't open the box that I already paid for myself? There's absolutely no customer service here and takes a while to get helped. Would not recommend this location.

Experience: My experience was quick and enjoyable. I made the left into the parking lot from Crenshaw Blvd heading toward MLK Blvd. Had no issue finding a parking spot, walked in, waited maybe four minutes in line, asked for my order, and was handed my glazed donuts within seconds. Quick service, wasn't crowded during the weekday night, and walked away happy. Donuts: I ordered some glazed donuts. They were freshly glazed and warm, the absolute best. I live in a city where there are hundreds of donut shops, but these will continue to remain my favorite. Interior: It's a smaller space and the layout isn't as open as other locations. When you enter from the parking lot, you're immediately met with the line, so on a busier day, I can see that being an issue. The donut display is very small, there isn't room to showcase the assortment they bake. What does have a larger space is the donut making window section, it's way bigger than others. You can observe it from within the railing. There is seating behind the rail, not a ton, but enough to seat a few different parties. Bathrooms are located near the donut making station. Parking: There is a parking lot that can fit perhaps 15 to 20 cars. There is also a drive through. I went around 8:15pm at night and had no issue with parking. There were only 6 cars parks, and a couple in the drive through. Employees: Pleasant service. The person that helped me took my order, made short conversation, and handed me my item. Verdict: Given that this is the closest Krispy Kreme to me (15 mins via freeway), I will continue to come to this location if I'm ever in the mood for glazed donuts. I only like the glazed donuts from this franchise, and I do feel that they deliver when making them.

Not fresh donuts. That's why I drove out was to get a dozen fresh glazed donuts. Expensive for old donuts might as well support a local shop w fresh donuts for much less expensive

Everything was fine but Ms Kimberly made my mocha blend too sweet I don't know if it comes to them already mixed or if they make them but each time I go in there my mocha is different...why

It's so annoying when you see hot donuts going by and the ladies in here just chatting up about their friends and their lives. Super annoying and I hope management does something about this.

2 reasons why I'll never be back to Krispy Kreme ever even though the glaze donuts is a good enough reason but I can't make it the only one. 1. No more strawberry shortcake donuts. It was my favorite and they removed it from the menu. I don't like any of the other donuts. 2. They don't make Bearclaws and that's my all time favorite donut. There you have it.

Refuse me service because all I have was a fifty dollar bill.. went got change and came back for 2 fritters .. 5mins (later this is at 715am,) upon ordering Aurora tells me they have no more.. is this odd at 715am .. I not only was it a waste of my time, I actually feel discriminated against..

Okay, I've never tried assorted donuts from Krispy. I know that's weird. In my college years, in a galaxy far far away, we host fundraisers by selling glazed donuts from Krispy Kreme. I've been rather fearful since then, because at 3 bite a donut, I can demolish a dozen easily within the hour and still want more. But on this day, I decided to face my fear and grab some treats for the office. Is it just me, or is Krispy Kreme looking for all kinds of reasons to give us free donuts? It happened on a Friday, 13th, and the glazed is of course by one dozen get one dozen for free. The employee who helped me set up 3 separate transactions, so that I only paid for 3 dozens, but got another 3 at no cost. It was still as good as I remembered, and soft pillowy, and just the right amount of sweetness.

I came here at about 9pm one night. She. I pulled up to the drive thru I heard the prerecorded message on the intercom, but no one followed up with a "welcome to Krispy Kreme" so i waited a few seconds before saying hello. There was no response so after about a minute I assumed the intercom was broken and pulled forward. At the next window the woman gave me the total for an order that wasn't mine. I tried to explain that I hadn't ordered yet and why. I was immediate cut of to the employee saying "ok whatever what do you want?", as if this donut shop had a line out the door and I was inconveniencing her. I said nothing about her rudeness and just chose to order my donut and write my review

Today is May 7, there was a promo to have a free donut with NO ID NO HASSLE and I went in to claim a free donut and the illiterate manager who read the promo from my phone said we were wrong. They were denying everyone a free donut that didn't have a REAL ID. This is my closest location and I will not be going back. I already called corporate as well. Seriously do better.

I come here to get a regular cup of coffee often but today the worker at the window was so mean and she basically threw the bag at me. The staff is always friendly, I wonder if this was new employee!

Who doesn't love Kristyn Kreme ? I've been coming to this location for a long time. They always have a line, day or night. This particular day my family and I were going to a family member's house and didn't want to show up empty handed. We were suckers and ended up getting a dozen donuts!! Hahaha These were fun donuts, they were tropical for the summer. Anyway, we had fun trying some of the new flavors and sharing with family. We can't have Krispy Kreme all the time but it's a fun treat, now and then !

Worst experience there specially being my first time. I was excited to go and grab donuts for my boyfriend and I asked the girl about the grinch donuts she gave me attitude and said no we ain't got none. After we proceeded and I tried to order and she was just giving me more attitude I don't understand why people work in the food industry if they don't like don't work . As a server myself it's really frustrating seeing how other people treat you when you don't know much. I do not recommend this location

Really bad customer service. Didn't even get a "hello" . The agent just stood at the counter and looked at me. I started back and asked "are you ready for me to order?" He then said "yea" that's the most he said to me. Didn't even give me the total at the end of the transaction.

i love doughnuts... krispy kreme always has amazing limited edition items and ive been really excited to try their new offerings. so far i think their halloween donuts were the best. these limited run twix donuts were fine. the service was great though! when i came to visit last night, the store looked closed. the krispy kreme app has accurate hours posted, so we found out they were open for another hour drive thru only. fast and great service with no line! the team member who helped us out was really sweet. the best ones in the set were the glazed.

First time visiting this establishment donuts of course pricey $17.99 for a dozen ouch $3 for additional assorted individual donuts . Service was great the lady at the window was very nice.. i haven't been inside actually went in the drive thru so I'm not sure on the ambiance of the establishment truthfully ‍. But my overall first time experience wasn't too bad.

This place never disappoints me! I'm a huge fan of Krispy Kreme! I live in Honolulu, Hawaii so the only Krispy Kreme donuts is in Maui:( and coming to the mainland and getting my Krispy Kreme fix is the best feeling I can ever have! The donuts are amazing! Very light, soft and warm. Tried the original glazed ice latte and it's like drinking the donuts! I loved it! This place never disappoints me! I always come to this location to bring back some donuts back home since we don't have one in honolulu( sadly). The service was fast and easy! They would also recommend you to upgrade for a good/ better price! It's Valentine's Day season so there were tons of Valentine's Day donuts! This location isn't busy so it was very fast for me. I will always come back:)

They shall be open on time and less rude Their open time says 5:30 am but yet they never open inside or out until past 6-6:10 am smh . I wish there was another location close by. I would definitely switch location.

Phenomenal customer service! Online order of 5+ dozen donuts was completed in under 45 mins. It was ready when I came to pick up the order. I placed an online order for 3x20 piece mini glazed donuts. Within 10 minutes, I received a call informing me that the machine making these mini donuts was out of service. I was offered a replacement. I'm in shock and awe of how smoothly the whole process went.

I had a amazing donut experience. The lady in the drive thru (lived the drive thru) was helpful to order my kids donuts, she even asked if I had the app.. what an app.. haha she said if you sign up you'll get a donut for your bday! The ambiance in the drive thru was super cool and she made it easy. Good experience

My server was very nice I'd say! Very polite & friendly!! But the wait time for a cup of coffee was toooooo long.. and they gave me a severely wrinkled bag instead of a new one (see photos). Overall was quite a decent experience!

KRISPY KREME DOES NOT RESPECT ITS OWN BUISNESS HOURS OF OPERATION. I arrived here on Wednesday May 24th at 9:40 PM 20 mins before their closing hours listed on google. Myself along with about 10 other people were shushed away by the rude employees. A buisness as popular in demand as Krispy Kreme donuts, I believe should respect the buisness hours listed on google. If I were the manager of this Krispy Kreme location I would make an adjustment so that an issue like this is not reoccurring. Service is horrible, employees are rude.
