This restaurant is the perfect spot on the outskirts of the mall near all the restaurants. The perfect spot to have coffee and a donut for a dessert after dinner. One can enjoy donuts all day and experience a nice fresh donut so warm and delicious. There’s plenty of variety to choose from and any choice would be great. Choices range from glazed to specialty donuts and a variety of coffees and other drinks to enjoy. Dining options are patio and lounge areas inside. As you enter anyone can watch the process of how the donuts are made and transfer from the production line to the box, the trays and to you. Each person who walked in was given a fresh glazed donut to enjoy; the faces on each customer was delighted to get a taste of their own donut. This greeting is what makes you want more and come back. The staff are very nice and have great service.

Was here on Wednesday night around 7:30pm. No hot donuts is making. Most of the available donuts are same old. Plenty of parkings and store is spacious and clean. Service is good, I got a new trainee (so abit nervous and slow) but she is nice and very accommodated. Others are just chatting in groups. I got a dozen of assorted one and it cost $23. Oh well, at least for some donuts for thanksgiving morning for breakfast.

We found this place when we were searching for the outlet store. It’s right on the corner as you come into the outlets so it’s located very convenient. We ended up going inside and sitting down and ordering a couple of donuts as well as getting to see the conveyor belt of how they do it. While we were standing in line, we got a free sample of a glazed donut which was really nice touch on their part.

The donuts are yummy, service are excellent. If you like fresh donuts, make sure to go there between 6 am to 11 am or 5 pm to 9 pm. Overall experience is quite pleasant.

We stopped by Krispy Kreme at the Orange County Outlet for a quick treat and it totally hit the spot. The coffee tasted great, the staff was quick and welcoming, and the donuts were the perfect sweet indulgence. Definitely not an everyday thing, but such a fun little splurge once in a while 🙂

First time here and I expected a line but nope I was the only vehicle in the drive thru at 7:15 am on a Wednesday. Bought something for the office and a coffee for myself. The only positive was the quick service. The coffee cup was damaged and slowly spilled coffee on my desk and got on my hand. The doughnuts were cold and unimpressive. Sad. Better off going to a mom n pop doughnut place.

I been buying the brew box and the coffee is really good, the flavor is one of the best i tried. The cherry on top are the dozen of glazed donuts, really bomb for a nice combo in the early morning. Thanks to the team working at 6am sundays.

Located at The Block, it's one of the stores on the outskirts and not with all the other stores. There is a drive through so you don't have to get out of your car. Service was quick, you can see them making fresh donuts. The workers gave us a free donut while we were in line since it was a little busy. It was nice and warm!

Craving donuts this morning while at a UCI appointment across the street. Using the App, I placed the order for ASAP pick-up and ordered when I left the parking lot. Donut order was ready when I picked and the two coffe drinks (one hot and one cold) were made fresh when I arrived. Service was very friendly! Donut selection. It's been a while since I have been to a Krispy Kreme. They have so many Novelty Donuts (Snoopy, X-mas) and the others are very basic. We ordered a 6-pack, some filled (Chocolate Custard, Cinnamon Apple, Raspberry) and two basic (glazed and chocolate frosted). In general not much of a selection vs a local donut shop. The filled donuts were just okay, not very flavorful and didn't hit the spot. I was craving a Boston Cream, and the Chocolate Custard filled was not even close! Their best Donut is still the glazed, best one to order. Coffee Drinks. Huge selection of iced and hot drinks I ordered an Iced Caramel Coffee with Milk and my husband loved it. I ordered a hot Mocha Latte, free with App reward points, it was just okay, needed more Chocolate. Note the iced beverage was made manually and the hot latte was made by an automatic machine! App. It needed an update, which I did before I put in the order. When I entered the order, I needed to wait on my husband's iced drink order. The App logged me out and when I.logged back in, the order was gone! I had also added my debit card into my profile as the default payment (prior login) but when I went to order and pay only Google Pay was available! Alson.adding an additional item to the order after viewing the cart order waa difficult. Definitely user unfriendly!.The App is the worse I have ever used to place a food order! Next time I am skipping the App! Certainly this isn't on this store but management should know as it is part of the customer experience. Apps ate usually easy and convenient for the customer and efficient for the staff. If customers don't use the App, defeats having one.

Spooky donuts!!! We came for the Halloween themed donuts lol If you know me, then you know that I'm here for all of the Halloween things lol I had to run to Krispy Kreme to grab some! I got a dozen glazed, and one of each of the Halloween donuts. The Halloween donuts include the pumpkin, the witch house, the green one with ghost sprinkles and the Halloween wreath. The pumpkin donut was my favorite one. The icing was so yummy on the original glazed donut. The witch house was filled with cookies and cream filling. It was alright. The other two, were basically glazed donuts with sprinkles and a little icing. Service was good. They were quick with the donuts. Donuts were extremely fresh! They have the best original glazed donuts.

It's been forever since I've been here. I came because the Hot Light was on. Their signature glazed doughnuts were being made fresh. You can watch them being made. I went with a three pack. I got chocolate fudge brownie, chocolate iced, and chocolate iced Kreme filled. They give you a glazed doughnut fresh from the line when the Hot Light is on. I had to ask for one since Angela didn't offer me one. The other girl was passing them out. The glazed was the best. The others were nothing special. I would rather get them from a mom and pop shop.

This month they were featuring Peanuts themed donuts and of course we had to get some! They were super cute and actually tasted great! We have tried filled donuts from Krispy Kreme before and had not cared for them because the glazed are definitely where it's at, but these were good. Highly recommend for a cute surprise for the office or family. Service was good and they were super busy!

I was heading out of town for the weekend, but wanted to stop by Krispy Kreme for a coffee and a donut for the road ahead. This Krispy Kreme in Orange is located in the Outlets at Orange. It's on the east side of the outdoor mall on the northwest corner of City Drive S and Justice Center Way. They have a drive thru that circumnavigates the donut shop, and I'm pretty sure I would have been serviced faster there than inside the shop. I like going inside to see the donut making process behind the display case of donuts. When I came in on Friday morning, there were a couple of customers waiting to order, and it took almost 10 minutes to finally get rung up for my order! There didn't seem to be that many employees working at the time, but they kept preparing boxes of Original Glazed donuts for either pickup orders on the counter or at the drive thru. But they unfortunately didn't pay too much attention to customers waiting at the register. I had a reward to use on my Krispy Kreme account: a free Passport to Italy donut with any purchase. It was set to expire that day, but the first employee I spoke to interpreted that as a Buy One Get One Free. Well, not quite. I wanted my "any purchase" to be a brewed coffee instead of a second donut. It didn't really matter though because she went off to fill more boxes of donuts and pretty much forgot about me. Even though I was annoyed with the extended wait, it did give me ample time to decide which of the Passport to Italy donuts to choose. They had three to choose from: Cannoli Inspired, Tiramisu Inspired, and Limone Delight. I probably would have gone for the Limone Delight since it appeared the least sweet, but I chose the Cannoli Inspired instead. When in Rome I guess? lol After the other two customers were serviced, a different employee, Geraldo, was ready to take my order. There was already a Krispy Kreme takeout bag with the Cannoli Inspired donut on the counter, which I assumed was mine since I told him I wanted that donut. I also told him I wanted the Classic Brewed Coffee. He asked if I wanted Medium, which is the only size listed on their menu, so it confused me at first. I was intent on getting a Medium because I didn't want *that* much coffee, but I wish they would also specify that Large is available as well. I forgot to ask how much of an upcharge it was, but I believe at Krispy Kreme, it's a nominal 20 cents. It took a while to pay because it was difficult to get the register to scan my rewards barcode. Geraldo was a little crude in his demeanor, saying "straight" when he really meant "portrait as opposed to landscape". I mean, my phone was straight, but he didn't mention anything about orientation, so service could use some improvement there. He also wasn't too appreciative of my business, but did get my coffee ready about 30 seconds after I paid at the register. There are a handful of tables inside for you to enjoy your sweet treat(s). I don't know why, but about half the tables had one or two Krispy Kreme hats on them, presumably to greet dine-in customers. I sat at a table with a hat, which I'm keeping just for keepsakes lol. The Cannoli Inspired donut looked pretty sweet at first glance, but it didn't taste as sweet as it looked. I enjoyed the donut and was glad I got it for free with purchase of the coffee. However, is it really worth $3.19? Hmm tough question. I thought it could have used a little more cannoli flavor, so if I'm presented with this offer again, I'd probably think the Tiramisu Inspired donut would be a better choice. The Classic Brewed Coffee was your traditional brewed coffee that you could get at any other coffee shop. Geraldo did ask me if I wanted cream & sugar for my coffee, and I simply said two creams. I thought he'd add it in for me, but he added the little creamers in another Krispy Kreme bag, identical to the one that held my Cannoli Inspired donut. He also included a coffee stirrer in the bag, which I somehow missed and went to get one at the rear counter close to the order kiosks. And speaking of order kiosks, there are two of them in the rear of the shop. One has a sign for credit/contactless payments only, but the other doesn't. I don't know if that means that other kiosk can take cash, but just be prepared to pay by credit card if you prefer to order via kiosk. I didn't see the kiosks until after I ordered, but I would have been willing to give either kiosk a try had I known beforehand. I paid for a Medium coffee, but thought the cup was a little larger than a Medium. Did they actually give me a Large instead? If so, pleasant surprise! Even if not, just know that the Medium coffee is a reasonable size for the price point. Overall, it wasn't too bad of a visit to this Krispy Kreme, but the extended wait and the indifferent service left much to be desired. It's not a bad option for sweet treats in the Outlets at Orange, but I'm sure there are better options in the actual outlet mall itself.

Got a dozen of the original glazed here. Did this through the drive through and the staff was quite efficient with getting my order out quickly. Nothing beats the original glazed I gotta say. The dough is light and fluffy and you get the right amount of sweetness with rhe glaze. Will definitely come back!

Definitely a once or twice a year thing for me because they're so sweet it's more of a dessert. Came in on a weekend and it was not very busy. There's plenty of parking and the mall is next door to explore. Inside was clean and spacious.

We were lucky to come in when Hot Now light was on. The store smells great. The staff were very nice and fast with taking orders, handing out free fresh made donuts, registers and making drinks. We bought a dozen and already finished half on the way home :)

I got off the wrong exit & rerouted to a different freeway but stayed on the mission. The line was long, which I expected, but it still made me sigh a little. We found very nearby parking though, a small zap of joy. Inside it's a long wait, the smell of sugar and oil wrapping around everyone like a promise. I came at the wrong time, no hot and ready light. Still, the moment that first glazed donut hits, it's over. That perfect mix of warm dough and sugar that melts just right. It's the one food I can eat like this, one after another. Add a cold cup of whole milk when I get home and it's the bees knees. Three donuts gone before I even sit down. Thankful for this delicious donut exp.

Picked up some donuts via drive thru and the workers were so nice :,) Prob my favorite Krispy Kreme in the area because of the workers!

Ughhhhhhhhh.... My favorite daughter and I braved the freezing 50-degree weather in Southern California (which, by the way, is basically the Arctic to us) and headed to The Block for some hot chocolate and a frozen caramel latte to warm up. After standing in line for 20 minutes, our donuts arrived in a flash--But the drinks? Oh no. They took over 30 minutes. I could've made myself a cup of hot chocolate myself using two sticks to build a fire in that time. 50 minute wait total for two drinks and two donuts. To make matters worse, the place looked like a disaster zone. The trash cans were overflowing, the floor was stickier than my kid's fingers after a sugar rush, and I half expected to see a health inspector walk in and just faint. If you're in the mood for donuts, go for it. If you need anything beyond that? Good luck--bring a mop and a lot of patience! Someone, call the Health Department cuz this ish ain't right.

Ever since Laurel T. Posted her Grinch Christmas donuts I have been wanting to go get some, in honor of her winning an award for Trendsetter too. A lot of my Yelp friend Angela, Leo and a few others also have posted theirs. Today we went because it sounded like the perfect day and also our friend who watched baby girl while and is sort of like a grandma to her since she doesn't have any. I wanted to get her some too so we got 2 dozen Grinch Christmas donuts. They were so cute and oh my gosh so delicious. I don't want to spoil it but the Grinch one has a cookies n cream cream inside it is delicious. I really liked the Pink Christmas tree one and the chocolate one with sprinkles is another favorite. The red Santa one was really good too and so was the rest. We got there early in the day so the line wasn't that long today, been coming to this location since I was a teenager. Wow so long, I like it here they are friendly and pretty quick. Usually go through drive through, you can go inside too of course. I'm sure so many of you have been here already but the parking lot is Orange Outlets (The Block) LOL so it gets very busy here. The guy who took our order was friendly and quick, we got our donuts the grinch one was facing the wrong way so I adjusted that a bit lol. Krispy Kreme is the OG for a reason! I love coming to this location. The fact that the drive-thru is open 24 hours is a game changer. Whether it's a late-night craving or an early morning treat, they've got you covered. My go-to is the maple donut -- it's like an elevated version of their classic glazed. So freaking good! Their ice blended coffee drinks are also surprisingly great and pair perfectly with the donuts. Consistently fresh, fast, and satisfying. Can't go wrong here.

Decided to treat the office to some pre-holiday donuts and Krispy Kreme fell short! I went through drive-thru around 7:15 am and off the bat the employee was rude. She was rushing me and would cut me off while ordering. Mind you there wasn't a long line in front of me. Maybe one or two cars. And definitely no line behind me. I pull up to the window and Joanna is there greeting me a sour look on her face. I don't make a fuss because maybe she's having a bad morning. She hands me my order and I'm on my way. I get to the office and I'm missing donuts! I ordered the Stars and Stripes dozen for $24.99 and an extra original glazed dozen on sale for $4. I looked up the item online to confirm what I'm missing and it was the chocolate glazed. I tried calling them as soon as I noticed, but they don't answer. Their corporate will be getting a call for sure.

If I want soft original glazed donuts, I know I can trust Krispy Kreme. I got the Original Glazed Dozen and couldn't help but already eat one on the ride home. It was so soft, fresh, and practically melts in your mouth! When my boyfriend and I brought it home, there was 4 left the next day LOL Best if eaten day of, but I ate one the next day and it was still good. Wish they had a closer location to me so I can get them more often.

It was nice to visit Kris Keene again for long time, but I find glaze is too sweet right now and they should cut down sweetness on glaze

If I could give less than 1 star for this location, I would. This is by far one of the most disorganized and poorly managed Krispy Kremes I've ever been to. Both the inside and the drive-through are a complete mess. The lines are always backed up, and once you get in line, you're pretty much stuck waiting forever because nothing moves. When we came recently, we waited over 20 minutes and during that entire time, they only managed to help 2 customers. That's beyond unacceptable for a business like this. It honestly seems like the employees are exhausted, overworked, and just don't want to be there--which I don't necessarily blame them for, because there is clearly no system in place and no leadership to guide them. Everyone looked frustrated, both staff and customers. This isn't just a bad day kind of thing either. You can tell this location desperately needs a competent manager who can run the store properly. A good manager should be able to create a system to get people in and out efficiently, keep employees motivated, and make the whole experience smoother. Instead, it feels like complete chaos from the moment you step in. It's really disappointing because Krispy Kreme has great products, but the experience here makes you not even want to bother. They need to hire a better manager and get their operations together, otherwise they're going to keep losing customers who simply don't have the patience to waste half an hour just to grab donuts.

Great experience and great service. I live that the still do the Donuts for good grades. It's a real treat for the kids.

This location has as a poster of a cinnamon roll on the window that reads "served any time". Be aware it is not true‼ We visited this spot around 8:30pm and requested a cinnamon roll. Was told they did not have any more for the day but when I asked what were the rolls being prepared , I was told it was a cinnamon roll order for Amazon. Not a happy customer!

The employee Brandon was yawning while getting us donuts. We had to pause while we were giving him our order, until he finished yawning. Not just one yawn but multiple.

The drive thru is pretty small and nearby parking is limited. However, there is additional parking available by the orange outlets. Situated across the UCI medical center and next to an In -N-out. The service is pretty quick and the donuts were really soft and delicious. The chocolate donuts don't taste like chocolate though but other than that everything else was great!

These Dolly Parton donuts just launched today, and the marketing was so well done that my friend had to run out and buy some for us immediately! He picked the Banana Cream, Peach Cobbler, and Chocolate Cream Pie, but skipped the pretty pink one that seemed more basic in terms of flavor. I had the Peach Cobbler and it was delicious. The donut was fresh and soft. The filling had a lot of cinnamon and spice flavor. The topping had a nice texture. I haven't tasted the other two but from my friend's reviews, Banana Pudding pie was amazing with the best banana pudding filling. The chocolate cream pie had chocolate and vanilla buttercream frosting that my other friend loved.

Krispy Kreme is alright overall. The classic glazed donut is definitely the best thing they have -- soft, sweet, and always fresh. But the other flavors don't really stand out and sometimes taste a bit too heavy or dry. I usually just stick to the original glazed. Some of the other doughnuts are left out and aren't fresh when you eat them

Love Krispy Kreme when they have seasonal favorites! I think biscoff is my favorite! There hasn't been a flavor I don't like.

Excellent customer service! Hector was great with helping me with my large order. He was very professional and polite. Did not rush, explained everything in detail! I needed 7 dozen of donuts! Best fresh donuts!

I have not been to kristy kreme in sooooo long. I came here the other night and we only got 6 donuts and the sign was on and said HOT. Upon receiving the donuts they were not hot, super disappointed:/

Joshua gave great service to me as I chose some glazed and a strawberry iced sprinkle donuts. Luckily, I came in when they had their 'Hot' sign on so the donuts were made fresh and warm. The donuts were soft and pillowy to the bite while sweet from the glazed sugar.

This Krispy Kreme branch is located along one of the outer borders of the Outlets of Orange mall. You will not find them inside the main shopping area. While waiting for my Mother n'law to be finished with her medical appointment, I waited at this Krispy Kreme. I'm one of Krispy Kreme's loyal customers, and I have their Krispy Kreme App on my phone. Decided to redeem some of my points. For 250 points, you can get one of their classic donuts. So I chose their Custard filled Chocolate donut. It tasted delicious, but it needed more custard filling. Service with a smile is always appreciated, and the young lady (Natalie) who assisted me provided that. 5 stars for the customer service!! The shop itself was pretty clean. I'd be a regular if I lived in the area.

So the new cinnamon roll isn't cooked all the way through. It's kind of raw dough with cinnamon and it was cold. I mean, I'm talking refrigerator cold when you go to Krispy Kreme, you should never have a ice cold doughnut. Didn't get my free warm doughnut. Not happy with the service today. The machine was full of warm doughnuts and ours were cold. After 30 years, times have changed.

I stopped by this Krispy Kreme yesterday morning because I wanted something to eat. My wife was shopping at the Outlet nearby so I figured she can shop and I can go get a donut. I parked at the Outlet parking lot and just walked to this Krispy Kreme. They have a drive thru here so if you don't want to go inside then just go to the drive thru. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all. I was the only one inside and was going to redeem my points for the Glazed donut. When I told the worker I just wanted the glazed donut, he said it's a free sample. So I didn't even have to use my points which I highly appreciate. The donut was good and fresh.

My online order was supposed to be ready at 12:07, but when I picked it up, both drinks were iced even though one was supposed to be hot. The staff argued with me and insisted I had ordered incorrectly, which I hadn't. On top of that, my custard-filled item had no filling, and they went back and forth about that too. It's now 12:23, overall a really frustrating experience.

Very good donuts!! A huge variety and service is well. ambiance is also booming which is awesome.

I came here on a weekend and it was very busy as usual. Parking can get hectic at times so beware of peak hours. I wanted to try the cinnamon rolls they were serving at the time so I got some of those. At $4 a piece, I was a little disappointed. The portion was fine but these felt like a throwaway item they decided to make for the fun of it, I think the original glazed donut is still the way to go. Lines can get long on the inside but it's also always fun to see the donuts move on the belt so it makes the wait more bearable. I wish they still gave out a free donut if you're waiting in line. Overall pretty average experience, I'll stick to the original next time.

Can never go wrong with their classic donuts. Download the app to redeem points and deals. Apparently you get to try free samples when their neon sign for hot donuts is on. I got to try mini donuts! The donuts are so fresh and sweet you'll sometimes see the honey bees trying to steal a taste. This is not an issue and is natural. The only thing to warn you about is that the parking lot can pose to have a lot of issues for busy days. It's conveniently located next to where I work so I can go when it's not crowded. Just keep in mind that the Krispy Kreme is in a mall at the Outlets of Orange.

we were so happy that it came out with Harry Potter themed donuts are family has always came together when it comes to Harry Potter so we what to get them and when we open the box's there was 3 of one house there is six of us and to to a house but one slithering donut was there so one of the slithering's had to be a Hufflepuff and she was so sad we asked about it to they said there's two of each house

07/11/2023 Been to this location soooo many times, but never reviewed it, as I stopped going long before I became a Yelper. The Hot Light sign was on, so I thought I'd stop by as I was on my way from dinner. Got two glazed donuts, thinking it would be piping hot and delicious. Was I wrong! It was not hot. It was mushy and squishy when I bit into it and it was much sweeter than I remember. Utter disappointment. I used to love the simplicity of this donut, but now I know that I've fully graduated from this beloved institution. I'm happy to leave it behind. No issues with customer service. But had to mention, when I paid in cash, one of the teenager girls saw the dollar bills I've paid with and acted as though it was their first time seeing a US dollar bill. Really??

I hate how they've increased the prices and made the donuts smaller! If you're going to charge more at least keep the donuts the same size!

I absolutely love this place! Whenever I have a cheat day from the gym, I just can't resist treating myself to Krispy Kreme!

The original glaze will always be a favorite, no matter what new gourmet donuttery pops up. And you usually get a free fresh one as you wait in line. The weekends & evenings lines can get long, but always worth it! Signing up for the rewards app will earn you points at every visit, and you get a free dozen original glazed for your birthday. I love to visit when they have their limited time specialty flavors. This month was all Chips Ahoy! I had to get a couple of them, both Kreme filled and delicious! I always look forward to the next melt in your mouth bite!

Krispy Kreme is always great, but I want to give a shoutout and express my gratitude to the employee Daniel. He was super helpful and kind.

We waited in line for about 25 minutes for hot fresh donuts today because they were doing a promotion on their new app that gave everyone a free dozen today, expiring in 2 days! The employees were so busy non-stop...packaging fresh donuts and trying to keep up with the demand. Despite that, they were friendly and gave me my fresh and delicious dozen with a smile.

Been to this Krispy Kreme location a handful of times for their signature glazed warm donuts! I always get a dozen of the glazed donuts. Be sure to come here during hot light hours (posted on their website) because that is when you get the FRESHESH donuts possible...right of the donut conveyor belt!! When you get it during hot light hours, the glazed donut is glistening and has a very light glazed crispy exterior and a doughy, airy interior followed by the sweetness from the glaze. It's definitely fried to perfection. 90% of the time the glaze is just the right sweetness for me, but the other times the glaze was a bit thicker and too sweet. Moreover, I enjoy watching the donuts get made, from the dough making to the proofing, frying, and glazing it is SO satisfying to watch! Lines could be long at peak times but just try to avoid peak times. Once you take a bite into the donut its all worth it!
