This is what I want in a donut shop experience. Kind and helpful service. Kids loved the place. Open and very clean. Highly recommend. The gentleman at the counter was making drinks, taking orders, greeting people, and delivering orders to people... hustling like crazy. Great addition to this business!

We visited display today and I must say, probably the best customer service from any of the Krispy Kreme’s I’ve ever had. I’ve always had a good experience, but this one is exceptional and I really wanna give a special thanks to Jeremiah Ibiang! Who was your first time at this location and we saw a sign so we decided to check out the donuts. His charisma and professionalism when dealing with customers is one that we haven’t seen in a long time. Shout out to the company for having someone like this. He’s a good representative And just an overall good spirit to have. Kudos to Krispy Kreme

My wife loves Dr Pepper so when she heard that Krispy kremes makes a Dr pepper donut I was excited to go down and get some for her! I was here at 6:00 and they were open and ready. The cashier helped me pick out what I needed and even adjusted my order to suit my needs. I was in and out quickly. I would recommend this place.

They make their donuts fresh and warm everyday And sometimes will even serve you and warm down it while you wait.. which is great but we only got for the apple fritters and maple bars. But the last few times we have tried to go they've been out of apple fritters and maple bars, leaving us stuck in the drive through with no order waiting for all the cars with orders in front of us to clear out so we probably won't return. Also they use A.I. to take drive-thru orders, which is super annoying to interact with especially when it's not programmed to know which donuts are out of stock.

My experience is usually pretty good here. On this occasion however, I was a little disappointed. The price difference between chocolate glazed and original glazed is astounding to me, the second disappointment was that our donuts didn't seem to be as fresh as usual. The first hint was that they had no warmth whatsoever, which has never happened before on my visit, and the second hint was the "bite" they had to them a few hours later. Fresh donuts are perfectly soft with the only hint of bite being from the hardened glaze, not the bread itself.

I have to say I was very disappointed ☹️ today. Myself and about 20 other people popped in for our free box of “friendship day “ doughnuts and we were all told that they had stopped handing them out at 8 am. Honestly, there’s no way that 500 people came in by 8 am. Well I asked when the hot n ready doughnuts came on. They said only at 5 pm daily. Geez. 🙄 Things have really changed at Krispy Kreme. I remember when they handed out the Hot 🥵 Now on pretty much hourly. Not sure what to say. A box was about $18. That’s more than $1 per doughnut of plain glazed. They are still delicious but you can’t request those hot fresh anymore. So, maybe 🤔 go to one of the many chains that do like GABI. THAT’s our new go to. Everything is made very fresh and it’s mostly natural ingredients. Limited selection and flavors which change regularly. Check them out. I’ve reviewed them here. 💗😊💕🫵🏼❤️🙏🏻

The lady at the window Sunday morning 8/18 WAS AN ANGEL. I'm so disappointed I didn't get her name to give her the props she deserves. What a fantastic experience. Let them know it was for my best friends birthday, they went above and beyond. Will absolutely be back. 10/10.

The Service is the best!! I don't know where they find such friendly staff and so accommodating and sweet ! Today I went for my birthday treat and they are so nice and polite. Honestly, if it wasn't for the calories, I go there every day!!

That glazed donut was calling my name, unfortunately I can no longer have them but I did have a bday reward to redeem so I went in to grab them for the fam. They have a variety of donuts to chose from, not just the classic. They also have a cinnamon roll too! Coffee, hot chocolate and drinks up front to chose from. This location however was really hot inside, as if the ac might have been broken. There was one really nice guy helping up front and got the line down as quickly as he could. Great customer service here!

In the spirit of Fall, my favorite season, I went to Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. It's been years but for whatever reason, I was craving them. Passed through the Drive-Thru at my lunch. I had a plan for 3 donuts: cinnamon roll, pumpkin spice and original. At the window I gave the young man a $5 bill to cover my cost, he asked if so wanted the change!?. It doesn't matter if it was 1 cent, please give it to me. I stated yes now in disgust. The Cinnamon roll that I mostly wanted was not available today. The lightly glazed pumpkin spiced cake donut, which reminds me of the breakfast donuts from elementary school, was heavily glazed and the glaze donut was the glaze donut. I forgot to ask for a napkin and one wasn't given. I stopped around the front, to a quiet inside, where the drive through attendant stated,"Oh, you just came in for a napkin", WOW!

I honestly love Krispy Kreme! These are the Only donuts I like to eat honestly && these donuts don't give me heart burn haha && they are always fresh! Love it! But I will say the services sucks! The staff is mute or something ! Lord, not even a you welcome or have a good day. Nothing! I love that they have an app! You can get rewards and every time you buy something you get points. For your birthday you get a free donut!

Located towards the front when entering the shopping center. They also have a drive thru if you don't feel like getting out of your car. My hubby and I wanted to get a quick sweet treat before shopping at Target, Nike, Five and Below, and Dollar Tree (just to name others stores in the area). When we entered around 11ish, it was completely empty. All the workers greeted us and asked if we had any questions. Once we were ready, we ordered doughnuts and coffees. The perfect combo btw :) We ordered: 2 coffees: pretty standard but always great with doughnuts 3 glazed: Can't go wrong with the OG 1 Maple glazed: my hubby really enjoyed it! 1 Raspberry filled: my hubby loved the tart and sweet combo 1 pink glazed: my hubbys favorite and go to order Overall, my hubby and I enjoyed this location. They even have bathrooms for their customer use. I would definitely visit again!

This is a one-star review of a free item. That's how bad it was. Today was National Coffee Day, and I found out that Krispy Kreme was giving away free coffee, one medium drink per person (coffee drip, espresso, or latte, hot or iced). This is the closest location to me, so off I went. The medium Iced Original Glazed Latte is a sweet mess that doesn't taste like the glazed donut. It also doesn't taste like coffee. It's just some creamer and a crapton of ice. I guess I shouldn't have been that surprised since I could see the employee filling the cup with ice, but it still feels like the coffee was already watered down. I also tried some of my mom's medium Iced Coffee. Similarly, it's just colored water. Again, so little coffee flavor and so diluted that it doesn't matter. Don't come here for the coffee ever.

Nothing beats hot and fresh donuts! I had a coupon for a free original dozen, so I decided to stop by and redeem it. We arrived right in time to watch them make the donuts. They have a viewing area, so my son and I stood there for about 5 minutes watching how they make the donuts. Pretty cool process to watch. The woman at the counter was very friendly. We also ordered a couple of specialty donuts as well. They have a wide variety of options to choose from. To my surprise, they packaged up the original donuts we literally watched them make and handed them over, they were still hot. Once we got in the car, we couldn't resist eating one. OMG, party in my mouth goodness! Overall, clean store, friendly staff, great location, mouthwatering donuts... Need I say more! Highly Recommended!

We haven't been to this location for a couple of years now. It has gone down the drain since our last visit. The floor was quite sticky. There was no more donut making you can watch. The service wasn't great either. I ordered my donut and drink at 9:40am, by 9:57 there was nothing coming out. The mother and son who ordered after me got their food already. Apparently they skipped my order. I had to go ask them where my order is and still waited another 5 minutes to get all my ordered done. You could tell the operation is just not smooth and inefficient . People working there had this confused face on and walked around without grabbing items. The icing and glaze on the top of donut tasted like they've been sitting for a while. It's a pitty this used to be a fun place with good donut. I don't think I'll visit again

Went here this morning because my kids wanted to bring donuts for their classes to celebrate their birthday. I tried going through the drive thru which was lit up and appeared open but no one answered. This store is a disaster. I walked in just before 6 and was told they don't open until 6, so I waited. Not sure why the door was open and the drive thru appeared open if they are closed (in the past I've seen them use a cone to block entry when closed). The store is filled with crates everywhere filled with donuts piled high with no space for walking, even by the register. I'm talking hundreds of crates piled 10 high. It's incredibly unsafe. The outside of the store is worse. Paper and cups and trash everywhere around the chairs and entryway. Employees sleeping out front. Who wants to see this unsanitary mess before walking in for food? One star is for the donuts which are above average but still not worth it.

The best kind of mornings starts off with Krispy Kreme donuts! Ordering was so seamless. I simply placed the order online, and it was ready for pick-up in minutes! I love the convenience of online ordering! The staff was friendly and the donuts were fresh and absolutely delicious! You can never go wrong with Krispy Creme! My favorite is their chocolate donut with custard filling! It's the perfect morning treat!

Yum. Early weekend mornings when the conveyor belt is busily rotating filled with fresh donuts ready to be dipped and glazed and the smell of fresh coffee hits you... It's a moment. Anyone who's had Krispy Kreme knows how delicious these donuts taste HOT. I picked up assortment, the kids loved the Oreo cookies crumble one. The place was clean, cashier and everyone was very friendly. My favorite part of this store is the open floor plan so you can see how everything is made.

You cannot go wrong with Krispy Kreme, you can get the glaze donuts fresh from the oven and glazer. We always enjoy coming here. Good customer service and fun to go to.

The donuts are good as usual and the service got way better at the drive thru lately. Inside is a little hot so that's why we normally do drive thru.

First time back in a Krispy Kreme in a long time (just moved here). My son wanted KK for his birthday, and they didn't disappoint. The young man running the register and the drive thru crushed it, and went out of his way to make my son feel special. The donuts were hot and fresh, the coffee was hot, and the iced latte was amazing (per the boy, who did not share). Thanks for a great birthday!

Ethan was phenomenal! He was working cashier and window. Had to get a pre-order together for a somewhat complaining customer. Kept a smile on his face! Handled the window customer and the customer still in front of me. Smilingly asked for my order and prepared the three pack as requested and again kept his cheerful demeanor. Great employee. The donuts speak for themselves!

Plenty of parking. Drive thru service. Nice, uncluttered store. The only thing really missing is service. The soulless teen standing at the register looking around, not acknowledging the customer (me). I had to ask if I could order now lol. Then I accidentally took my debit card out of the terminal so she called over this guy which I guess was some type of manager. The guy was rude and pompous. Let's talk about the donuts. Krispy Kreme is not the same at every location. Though these were fresh and hot, they didn't taste great. It was like something was missing. Two stars for the kid that gave me a free donut when I went to grab my order. Thank you :) Just be kind, y'all. It's not difficult. I guarantee you'll have better workdays.

Doughnuts are decent but dealing with the staff at this location is another thing The staff feels genuinely bothered if you ask them anything or even just placing a order it's beyond painful dealing with them

Just had an amazing interaction with Debbie at Krispy Kreme. She went above and beyond to make the donut experience amazing for us. I would give her more than five stars If I could. She was so kind to me and to my two boys. Absolutely made our night. Thank you, we will be back again.

Joshua from the drive-thru was awesome. He was friendly, attentive, and was genuinely interested in providing us a very positive experience. Of course, the donuts were good, as always.

Shout out to all of the hard working staff this evening. Even though there AC went out on National Donut Day they worked diligently to make sure to do their best. A special shout out to the young man for helping my daughter with her wheelchair.

Stopped by today with my husband because we were craving donuts. Let me start by saying that the donuts were good, but the customer service left much to be desired. When we walked in, we weren't greeted--not a requirement, but it would have been better than just being stared at from behind the register. When we asked how to order, we couldn't hear the employee. I politely asked him to repeat himself, but even then, we still couldn't hear him clearly. It became a guessing game on how to place our order. Again, we're happy with the donuts, but the customer service needs improvement.

I love Krispy Kreme but man do I agree with the reviews on the service at this location. I don't know when employees obtained personalities of door knobs & offer zero accommodation for their mistakes . Also, fun fact: the hot donut light allegedly only comes on for 30 minutes lol... from 6:30 PM - 7:00 PM. What a shame.

Sunday, Mothers Day to be exact, 6:40 in the morning. Maybe 8 donuts on display, shelves bare and very dirty. Kid behind the counter you could barely hear, ZERO personality and no apologies or explanation as to why there wasnt a damn thing available. Screws up and I get a dozen donuts instead of the two dozen I ordered. The place was filthy and the three kids working in back lounging around on their phones. Used to love this place but $38 bucks for 2 dozen donuts and not getting anything close to what I wanted? It ain't worth it, try somewhere else, I know I will from now on.

Not great service. Nobody seems to care. I waited at the drive thru. No one came. When I went inside and told them one employee said he the drive thru guy wasn't listening. Machines were broken and half the donuts weren't available. Not good.

I usually love Krispy Kreme, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I visited the drive-through and was met with extremely poor customer service. Cheyenne, the employee who assisted me, had a horrible attitude throughout the interaction. She was unfriendly, unhelpful, and made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience. It's frustrating to encounter such rude behavior, especially when you're looking forward to enjoying something you usually love. I hope Krispy Kreme addresses this issue and ensures that customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

Stopped here for a quick dozen of donuts, service was great I was able to choose my 12 donuts super quick pay and get out. Inside was clean they also have drive thur which always convenient. The first donut that I had tasted a little funky like old oil, but the second one was delicious. Soft in the middle, light and flacky outside.

Great customer service at this location. I have athismlocation has the friendliest employees. They all were such a pleasure to interact with on my visit on July 8. It was a very busy day but the cashier I believe her name was Dennisha was so amazing and went above and beyond making sure everybody was taken care of. The donuts tasted amazing. They had such a great selection. I love the fact that they have the conveyor belt with the donuts going through my kids enjoyed watching that while I waited online. I would definitely come back to this location.

Wish could give a zero. For the owner, run back video surveillance this morning around 11. You will find several employees, to include the one taking drive-thru orders, taking a marijuana break. Rolled down my window to order to receive a plume of smoke. News flash, consuming marijuana in public is illegal here in Clark County. Also, not the best customer service. I will no longer come to this location. I will also report with HPD, business licensing and the health district. Maybe the reason all these negative reviews on service at this location is because staff is stoned....

Second time visiting this location. First time I had an apple fritter, it was so good. Today the place was dirty, windows and tables not cleaned in who knows how long. No donuts made at 7:00 am. Coffee was cold, sent back for new ones only to find out they just steamed our coffee with foam, Yuck!! Found out their coffee machine was broken, why didn't they say this when we ordered coffee. The floor where they were making donuts was very, very dirty. This place needs management around more often or better yet a health inspector. On a positive note the young lady behind the counter was very nice, sorry this is the job she is doing. I will never visit this location again. Good riddance.

Went yesterday.. The door on the westside was locked and I had no access to the store via the handicap ramp. I was pushing my elderly father in his wheelchair and it was difficult manuvering on the high curbs.

Came in this morning because I received an email you get a free coffee & donut of your choice. I don't like complaining about a free anything but this is blatant false advertising. You do not get a donut of your choice only a plain glazed donut. I definitely would not have wasted the time or gas coming down for that. Hopefully this review might save someone else the same inconvenience. Nothing against the staff. This is purely an ownership & marketing issue.

Went here for dozen of the custom donuts you know the classic doughnuts.i was promised fresh doughnuts I recieved doughnuts staled like was day old .i talked to them about it and said these are old was told that they just made them .they were not hot and I was upset as I paid a lot for them .the guy talked to said he couldn't do anything

Kiera. She is absolutely wonderful! Terrific! A colleague and I stopped in the other day to grab several dozen donuts. The team was busy during this time with drive thru guests and online orders. But a she was attentive and ensured that we would be assisted shortly. What made this stop in so special was that she made the guest experience so personable. She operated in a timely manner, accurate, and took the time to get to know us and we all laughed. Such a pleasant experience. I rarely eat Krispy Kreme but Kiera will be the reason why I'll be stopping by more often, even just for a cup of joe. We need more Kiera's in this world. Thank you, Kiera!

I'll never order another drink from here again....ordered a iced coffee and got a cup with coffee and no Ice and the service was terrible!! Soon they passed me My donuts and the no ice coffee, the boy had shut the window and walked away...the worst part is no one else was in the drive thru and inside had 2 people! I'm never ordering drinks from this place again and just order donuts. But they need to get better people with customer skills.

Donuts = 10 stars. Service & price = negative 8 stars. The difference = 2 stars. If you love glazed donuts, these are consistently the best ON EARTH, bar none. Today was no different--light, airy, tasty to the last morsel. But being an old fart retiree--and on a fixed income--I need to watch costs. Thankfully, Krispy Kreme offers a Senior discount. After the young man gave me my total I asked if they still offered a Senior discount. He said yes--but he charged me full price. When I challenged him his answer was--looking at the cash register--"It's broke." At roughly $1.45 per donut, that makes two of us. Unfortunately, I was in a rush, or I would have asked for the manager to straighten out the young lad--or straighten ME out--at which point I would have pledged to never eat another KK donut. Clearly, they are charging "tourist" amounts where visitors to Vegas are accustomed to being hosed. Residents, on the other hand, cannot afford "King's Ransom Rates" on donuts for crying out loud. I suspect once they hit $1.50 each (when buying a dozen) they'll have to find suckers from South Korea staying on The Strip--who simply don't know better. Or, they'll have to EAT their own products.

This is a great Krispy Kreme location!! The staff is very friendly and they move the drive thru line at a good pace. I really like the convenience of this location. Only con: they tend to run out of my favorite flavors by the end of the day, but are kind enough to offer free glazed donuts to compensate which is something I really appreciate. Can't say much about the inside, it is clean, mellow vibe overall. 5/5 for us

Pretty pumped for donuts until I saw the trash all over the floor in the back. I've been to a few Krispy Kreme's and this isn't it. Why have windows into the back if it isn't clean? Do yourself a favor and go to Carl's donuts on East sunset rd instead.

Arrived on a busy Saturday morning. Opted to walk in. Glad we did! Joe who boxed our donuts up was great. Friendly, courteous and went the extra mile to make my family happy. Thank you Joe! Donuts are fresh and delicious. Krispy Kreme is always a favorite. The restaurant (and restroom) itself could use some tlc however it was mid Saturday morning and it was busy! We will visit again.

Today December 9 at 2:50 PM went to Krispy Kreme to get a dozen donuts like most times they're out of this or out of that or out of all kinds of things so we finally found a few things we agree on go up to the cashier and the cashier tells us after my wife asked how come there's they can't make the other donuts and the guy says well all the donuts that we have are from two days agothey just got their stock in so they were selling two day old donuts for regular price not even discounted over this place. Disgusting shameful sad pathetic

Not too friendly atmosphere, luckily the doughnuts recipe is consistent. Happy Father's Day, workers need to work with a smile especially on a special day.

This location should just shut down. The only donut they ever have available is glazed and the customer service is offensive. Pink box is a couple blocks away and always has every donut available and the team there is great. Also, a box of simple glazed donuts is way over priced now at KK as well.. there's to many options for donuts so I would just pass this one by and go to the next!

Can you go wrong with Krispy Kreme's?! They are usually always fresh. The one bad thing is they got rid of the devil's food glazed donuts. They were the BEST!!!

I literally only visit once a year and that's for those beautiful, lovely green glazed doughnuts for St Patrick's Day. It was a rough today. The drive-thru line wrapped around...must have counted over 10 vehicles and this was around 7:45am. So I went inside to order. Plus I wanted to show them my green sweater since this year they were having a promo if you wear green, you'll get one free green original glazed. The cashier seemed like a sweetheart but they must have got the slowest worker working the cash register the day of a special holiday. She took awhile to enter my order (2 green glazed and 2 green sprinkles) and slowly a line was forming behind me. Gave me anxiety lol....I promise it wasn't me, you guys! I had an easy order! I think it was the free doughnut that threw her off. My order was ready before I even paid! Long story short, what I received did not match what I paid for. Two free glazed became only one. And I ended up being charged two extra green glazed. At this point, I just wanted to leave. It's fine....seeing all the green just made me happy lol. P.S. the original glazed iced coffee was decent. It's sweet but you can tell them to go easy on the syrup. Told them to add light cream. It's no local coffee shop or even Starbucks, but it'll do.
