I purchased a surprise bag from them off the app too good to go only to get a dozen of their basic glazed donuts despite them having quite a bit of a variety left in the display, so I was already a little disappointed but went to buy the 2 donuts my husband had been hoping to get only to have the bag snatched off the counter and taken away from me because she couldn't make change for the only bill I had. Without another word or thought she moved on to the next customer like I wasn't a big deal and she didn't have time to try and figure out a solution. She could've swapped out two of the donuts in the dozen I had just picked up but guess that thought never crossed her mind. Considering how close it was to closing she could've just given them to me but I wasn't expecting that but it would've definitely saved the experience I was having a great deal. Absolutely horrible customer service and I won't be returning to this location or buying anything from them again (not that I was really able to buy much from them today). I really expected more from Krispy Kreme but perhaps I shouldn't have.

When I arrived the inside was closed so I had to use the drive through. I'm not sure when it happened but when the heck did a dozen glazed donuts become to expensive? They are good but they as so small im not sure what justification they have for the cost. Im not surprised the buisness was dead around breakfast time.

I went in on 12/31 5:30am for the “20.26” special and was told my the cashier that the special was only with a coupon. Meanwhile the website says otherwise. She could’ve at least honored the NYE deal but chose not to even with the website saying otherwise. What a joke

Excellent location! Staff was friendly and quick to do my order. My step kids love the themed donuts and these DC super hero ones are so cute!

I've been Krispy Kreme from the west coast to the east coast and always out of the base for the frozen coffees. Wouldn't bug me so bad if I didn't go out of my way everytime only to be disappointed when I pull up. Starting to lose the feeling for the flavor now. Yes I found another great coffee so like the others. Krispy Kreme will too vanish from my list of favorites 💔

P very friendly service the employees were really great and provided us information on the deals that we had and how we can get more deals nothing to complain about whatsoever plus the donuts were good

DONT ORDER THE PAC MAN DONUTS I was so disappointed I ordered these for my son who has autism is is highly in love with PAC MAN when I picked them up they gave them to me in the REGULAR Krispy Kreme box when it clearly shows in the picture the Pac Man box . I ask the lady and she said we don't put them in those boxes this is what they come in , also they were cold and hard , I paid good money for these to get ripped off , Don't advertise it if you don't have it .. I went to Walmart and they had the Pac Man box and there donuts were way fresher , please don't waste your money this place sucked

This is the only Krispy Kreme location in all of Phoenix that serves Cinnamon Rolls. All of the other locations are supposed to have them in regular inventory but they don't. I come here just for Krispy Kreme cinnamon rolls and it's awesome, not overly sugared up and just the right size. Customer service is great and they will mention any specials when they do have them. They also have a drive in here. Clean location and very fast service.

My sweet tooth got the best of me today while shopping at the business Costco in the same plaza, so I decided to stop in for a snack around 5pm. When you enter a krispy cream that makes fresh donut, you know that sweet delicious scent that comes as the frosting on the donut. HOWEVER, I found out this location does not make them fresh, and it serves as a satellite store only. What a bummer ! Nevertheless I decided to purchase 2 dozen as the staff noted it came in at noon, but that was a lie when I opened the box. This was more of a yesterday looking donut. Such a disappointment! Even the krispy cremes that's sold at Costco (PV location) looks more fresh. Avoid if you don't want to be disappointed.

Kimberly was left alone this evening on her shift. Despite her being overworked and understaffed she gave excellent service even with the busy moment she had. 5 Stars to Kimberly! I'm disappointed with this company's management choices to leave someone alone on National Coffee day even for a short stint, knowing how hyped the promotion was.

Too bad Yelp doesn't allow a 0 star option, whoever you have working today (Saturday 1/17) at this location truly needs a new job. You have a sign that it's drive thru only, that's fine lack of staffing happens and I'd rather quit than work with the species you have working the window. Not only did she order us through the drive thru line again, we asked if online orders could be taken at the window and she said for what you're already at the window. Busted out of there and if the food is as terrible as her attitude, I'd drive the extra miles for a DECENT experience.

The staff at this location are in serious need of an attitude check. I came in to redeem my birthday reward, expecting a pleasant experience, but instead, I was met with one of the most unfriendly and rude employees I've ever encountered. There was no greeting, no effort to assist, and an overall lack of professionalism. The interaction was so unpleasant that I ultimately decided not to get anything at all. It's disappointing to be treated this way, especially when simply trying to enjoy a small birthday treat. I would strongly advise others to avoid this location until customer service is properly addressed and improved.

Krispy Kreme continues to consistently deliver excellent confessions! I got 6 glazed and 6 chocolate glazed. Soft to the bite and heavenly flavor. Too bad no more HOT DONUTS NOW! Oooh that fountain of magic!

Does NOBODY just answer there phone anymore???? I've been wanting hot fresh donuts from here for a minute. I have the app and have been waiting for the hot signs but it NEVER seems to be on. I've called every single day to ask about it and no one answers. I don't want to drive 20 minutes to this location which is the closest to me to not get fresh donuts. THATS ALL I've been craving my pregnancy and I'm 25 weeks. ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHEN THEY HAVE FRESH DONUTS!

Ordered a pumpkin spice doughnut in the drive through and didn't have to wait at all. The cashier was nice and the doughnut was delicious! I've been to this location a few times and usually don't have any problems.

I have fond memories of Krispy Kreme. Krispy Kreme is known for their hot glazed donuts. If the light is on, hot donuts are available. Hot Krispy Kreme donuts melt it the mouth. Krispy Kreme also makes a variety of filled and specialty donuts. Unfortunately, hot and fresh was not what we experienced. Our donuts were stale. None of us wanted one past our initial donut. My kids would usually ask for more, and they did not. The coffee tasted bitter. This location just did not live up to others.

Wish they had apple or lemon or glazed I have gone there and they never have the ones I like Crazy decorated or new ones they think people want Go back to the dunking normal donuts

Horrible service upon drive up. No greeting or anything. Just a blunt remark of "we have to chocolate, maple, raspberry..etc" The cherry on top was when I asked for a plane origina glazed and they said they had none. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

It seems all the hours posted online are wrong or they have an issue getting people out early. Saw the place should open at 5:30am every day, I arrived around 6:15 on a Sunday to the whole place dark and closed. It sucks with so few locations, I drove out of my way to have this place as a treat and was disappointed.

Rude service, no hospitality, doesn't know how to make a latte, kept me waiting to place my order at that, and denied service to the restroom after paying when they were clearly in use

"I AMOST ATE THE WHOLE DOZEN" I just got back from a month trip in Tulum Mexico and I've been having a sweet tooth since I got back. lets just say this was the perfect fix!!! Krispy Kreme has some of the best donuts I have ever tried. I recommend asking for a fresh batch of their original glaze. if they are fresh they will be nice and soft and warm. they will literally melt in your mouth. customer service was nice and I overall had an amazing experience!

The ambience was mesmerizing. The service was.. alright. The food is great! Pretty good

They don't even make the doughnuts fresh anymore. It was a wasted trip like I'd much rather go to Dunkin Doughnuts for fresh Doughnuts

The donuts were completely hard. The lady told me if I get a juice. I get two free extra donuts and she didn't even give me the two extra donuts and then charged me. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Indian School and 32nd Ave - In the Costco shopping center. Doughnuts were hot and right off the belt, Yum! Also ordered an Iced Coffee, not sure but this is the second time I have ordered a coffee at Krispy Kreme and will not order it again, it sorta tastes like instant coffee with some ice. Service was friendly in the Drive-Thru

I love Krispy Kreme. This shop was very friendly and very clean. They were also super fast. The curved my appetite for fried dough quickly. I was hoping for the Reese's PB Cup doughnut but they didn't have it. No big deal. Switched up to the Oreo.

I don't write reviews often, but the amazing customer service I receive from the Krispy Kreme District Leader, David G, is well worth the time to review. We placed a very large order (multiple dozens) of Valentine's donuts. Unfortunately, there was an issue when I arrived to pick them up. I was given David's contact information and when I reached out he was gracious and accommodating. He hand delivered our donuts!!! Who does that?!! David and team were on the top of my list when I was planning my in-office St. Patricks Day celebration! We are looking forward to enjoying some green donuts tomorrow. Thank you David, and the East Valley Krispy Kreme team!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The guy at the window is rude and disrespectful. Companies like this should make sure to hire capable and nice employees. We drove 30 minutes for donuts and other than not having any variety of donuts other than glazed this guy made our experience horrible.

@Frida A. why are you so unhappy in the donut line? You're getting donuts? Are things really that bad for you? Children are dead/dying but Lord forbid you don't have a hardworking employee kiss and worship at your feet while he gives you your sugary confections. You are paying for KK's product, not this man's subservience. Please get more mani/pedis cause somethings not working, dear. As for my personal experience with this location and their staff, it has been nothing but delicious donuts and friendly staff. You have a forever customer over here!

Cashier was rude and in a rush. Paid for a Valentine's Variety and received plain glazed. We were visiting from out of town and were very disappointed we didn't get what we paid for.

If you don't want to serve anyone just say that. I came in for my birthday and could not get even 1 donut. First you only had 1 box of glazed then I pull up to the window with no one in front of me and it's bought all of a sudden? This company became a joke.

I don't even want to explain the situation they are just trash at customer service don't get mad at me because you work at a donut shop take my order and be polite.

Business hours are not updated, I drove up to this place only for it to be closed. even the drive through hours say they close at 11pm it was 9:59pm when I pulled up to the drive through

I had a few questions but with common sense I was able to figure out the obvious. This location is in a rough area filled with addicts and the mentally ill so I see why the lobby is closed a majority of the time. They don't make doughnuts from scratch at this location so I can see why they run out or don't have a wide variety. This is my neighborhood krispy kreme and been going to this location for many years. I always recieved great service even from employees that either have rbf or are having a bad day. I love going on Sunday because that's when I get the best service and variety.

Drive through on a Sunday morning and got a dozen original glaze. They were ice cold -- refrigerated-- and flat, not fluffy like normal Krispy Kreme-- and even heating them up in a microwave didn't help. I threw them away -- that's right-- I threw away Krispy Kreme donuts -- more than half after we tried to revive them. Staff was very nice. Donuts were awful

We have gone to Krispy Kreme in many different cities but won't go here again. The donuts were dry, they didn't have all of the normal KK selection and the costumer service was awful.

Where do i start.... This is the worst krispy kreme location in AZ. Customer service is terrible, they never have most of there doughnuts, and they dont even make them fresh anymore . I expect them to close down within a year of this review.

This might be the first time I've felt old writing a Yelp review. I'm going to be straight up and say Krispy Kreme is not the doughnut juggernaut it used to be. In the last decade, people would be lined up for 30 minutes to get their hands on a freshly glazed morsel. It was the gold effing standard of breakfast sweets for years. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Although I appreciate my order being made fresh, it just wasn't the same as I remembered. They're a bit greasier than memory serves. Additionally, I'd avoid the coffee here. A large iced will cost you the same or more than similar products at competing breakfast chains, and at the same time be substantially smaller, and loaded with whole milk. Lame. In the end, I can't really complain because my coworkers still loved them, and I even enjoyed one. I just can't get excited about them.

I was looking forward to the Chocolate-filled donuts but there was hardly any chocolate. Perhaps they should have named it: Donuts with a hint of chocolate. See foto. So the next time I bought donuts, I opted to go for the classic Apple Fritters. When I got home and excitedly opened my box of donuts, all I found was a flat dough with not a single bit of apple on it. I sliced through it hoping to find some apple ..... Sadly, I found none. I got off work at 6:30 am off lower buckeye and 75th. Had hot donuts on my mind and taste buds the whole shift. Im was literally feening for some hot glazed krispy kreme donuts. So I sit in traffic on the 10 from the time I get off work, with mild traffic on the 10, I finally get to this store and see the hot light on. I order my 6 hot glazed, and I specifically say can I get 6 hot glazed donuts so we can all be on the same page. I pay for my food, get my donuts, and made sure they were hot by touching the bottom of the box, and drove off. As I'm driving down the street, I cracked the box open and grabbed me a donut. To my disappointment, I was given leftover reheated donuts. No fresh out the oven with the hot light on as it seemed, but microwaved donuts. Come on man. What the fucc. As I'm reading the reviews, now I see why I shouldn't have come here. Never again. Fucc this place.

I ordered delivery from the KK app and did a custom-made dozen. Out of the donuts I ordered, I got 1/12 correct. I got random ones. I understand certain donuts can be sold out, but they didn't call or put a note or anything, and it did take 1.5 hours to get here (only a few miles away). Guess I'll drive there next time when I'm feeling better but not this location.

We had a very good experience here. We were on our way come from a foster parent training class. Since our three foster kids were very good during the two class, we decided to give them a special treat. Tell you the truth, only reason why we came here. Because it was still opened. So all five us came in and ordered a dozen. My favorite has always been the chocolate glazed whipped cream filled. Kids had there favorites, then we all tried some of the fancies. It was a good time, service was good, place was cleaned, price was reasonable.

This is such a sorry excuse for a Krispy Kreme donut shop. Whoever is managing this store should be fired. Bring a competent manager in who CAN hire competent employees with a personality AND HAVE DONUTS AVAILABLE!!! Whoever heard of not having original glazed available. If you are out MAKE MORE!! Well AFTER going last night, I read some reviews and OMG- someone posted 8 days ago- there was bugs on the donuts?!?!!!! Wtf omg ew!!!! Anyways besides that, we went around 10pm (drive thru) , so an hour before closing, the donuts werent hot , the sign wasn't on, but they were ok. Nothing too exciting and for almost closing time we didn't get any free donuts which they probably would be throwing out at the end of the night? I guess I e just always had lucky with one free donut a visit at a Krispy Kreme. Probably won't come back because it's far from our house AND I read the big review omg!!!!

THEY. NEVER. HAVE. DOUGHNUTS. Every time I come they're always out of this or that... I have been on more than one occasion and they were out of glazed. How do you run out of glazed, just make more... The staff can be rude, but whatever. I'm just over this location. Buy local stop supporting these chains that suck and don't invest into their employees or customer service because they know we will still buy.

Went on a Sunday morning. Unfortunately they did not have any of the donuts I wanted. Just sharing this as useful information. We all know what to expect from the donuts themselves but having very limited donut options on any morning is such a disappointment.

I went to Krispy Kreme today for a dozen donuts. I have not been there in a long time. To my surprise I opened the box and the donuts were mini size. 4 Boston cream. Had no Boston cream. I didn't order minis. Very disappointed. Never visit again.

You guys had a deal for grad doughnuts and that they will be free until the 29th of this month. I went in today to pick up the grad doughnuts for my son and the deal only stayed until the 25th. This was a scam and really saddening for my son and I. When we left the place without the doughnuts I could see the sadness through his eyes that he wasn't able to get something to celebrate his graduation with. This offer should've stayed up longer especially with all the doughnuts these places throw out at the end of every work day, what a waste of food.

My first time here, and the person who helped me didn't have a clue on what was going on didn't know what was going on we said what we ordered atleast 3x however considering they are doughnuts I am happy and will eat them either way Not going to stop me from going back, seriously we have limited places left next time I will speak slower lol. I did get to watch glazed doughnuts get made so that was cool and iced, awesome first for me.

Best doughnuts ever!! And they deliver?!!! I'ma in doughnut heaven! Delivery was fast & ordering was easy. The price ain't too shabby either. Worth every yummy penny.
