We got our dessert after dinner, the doughnuts were a nice cherry on top afterwards, if you look at my pics I took a bite before i took the picture, proof they were awesome lol 😋

Very yummy donuts -- their special recipes are unmatched. Ordering at their store instead of purchasing their product from a grocery store provides you with fresher donuts, exquisitely and mouth-watering delights . We enjoyed the luxury this week as a quick break from shopping, including their carefully curated hot chocolate. There is indoor seating. A great way to get a "pick-me-up" while you are shopping at The Plant.

Very nice staff. The doughnuts were hot and fresh! They also make iced coffee drinks, too. Small area to sit. No outside seating. They have parking right in front, and there is a big park you can eat in. We got lemon-filled glazed.

It was tasty but get ready to spend about $3 for each donut if you go. This will probably be the last time I spend more than $12 for donuts. It's not worth it unfortunately.

We take out couple dozen for kids, they love ❤️ it. Go for original glazed when HOT sign is ON. Also Check for Groupon $25 for 20 - limited use.

In this time of hoarding toilet paper I have decided to keep to my New Year’s resolution and hoard more donuts. I called ahead to make sure they were open and placed an order for a dozen glazed, and six chocolate white cream filled donuts when I showed up there was one person ahead of me in line and of course I kept my 10 foot distance from him. The worker behind the calendar was cordial but really didn’t say much as I tried to engage in some small talk to lift his spirits. The inside of the store is nice and clean with perfectly arranged displays. The donuts them selves were good but slightly stale, nothing a microwave, and a glass of milk couldn’t fix.

Soft and light donuts. You can never go wrong with a classic glazed donut. Also wanted to try the cannoli, which was decadent. Outstanding customer service. Plenty of parking. Clean establishment.

I normally love Krispy Kreme. This particular instance I placed an order to be ready the following morning. I was so excited to pick up donuts and surprise my coworkers. I walked in and said I had a pick up order the girl at the counter looks less then thrilled to help me. She informed me that the store didn't get my order due to not having internet and that they let me know. I check my email and see the email was mailed to me 10 minutes before my pickup time as i was driving to the location. No one thought to try to call me either?! I made sure I would be refunded and left empty handed. She did not offer to make my order and charge me while I wait for the other to fall off or anything for the inconvenience. I think I will stick to locally owned doughnut shops from now on.

There was a time when Krispy Kreme was new and I was hooked on it. Then over time...familiarity bred contempt and I stopped going there. I had dinner next door and was tempted to go in and get some OG glazed donuts and they were yum! I am glad there isn't one close to where I live, I might have revived the addiction.

Disappointed. They no longer give donuts for A's on report cards year round because people were abusing this perk. They said they still do it for June and July. Also, the glaze machine was broken. So we made this drive for pricey donuts that were not freshly glazed. The workers were polite and efficient.

Download the app to get free stuff and promos! I came in here because I saw buy one dozen and get a dozen glazed for $2. Such a great deal! Service is very quick if you know exactly what you want. Most people grab what they want and leave. They have tables and chairs inside if you want to enjoy your donut there. They do have benches outside too. The donuts are always good here and consistent. They always have fun flavors or decorated donuts! Fun to buy for parties or events! On my birthday I was able to get free 3 glazed donuts.

The place was busy with only one person working. She was helping customers in the store, taking phone orders and making donuts. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get our donuts. I felt sorry for her. I know business are cutting back workers hours but one person on a Saturday morning at a busy shopping center is not okay.

This location is in a busy plaza, but with plenty of parking nearby. The place was clean and tidy, the person who helped us was informative on how much the donuts cost. I ordered a dozen and chose two of their seasonal donuts. They were good, but not super soft. I did enjoy it, but I don't think I would come back.

I went in today and Raymond said they were out of 3 pack boxes, so he couldn't honor the menu price three-pack glazed classic at $7.49. He also said all donuts are sold each/ individual meaning $3+ per donut. He was being rude and unhelpful, saying he couldn't change it or honor the price. He could've easily put them in a bag or a different box, but instead chose not to and was rude about it. When I asked to speak with a manager, he refused to get one. He was also being smart and said I'll go up there and put a sold out sign just for you. Very poor customer service. Won't be going back.

Krispy Kreme is always good, but I really like this location. The staff is so kind and always patient with me whenever I go. The donuts are always on point. I like the shopping center it's located in, there's lots of room to walk around and sit and enjoy. I got the Valentine's Day donuts for my boyfriend and they definitely made him smile. We both liked the cupcake batter filled donuts and the Oreo cream filled ones. So cute and so yummy!

I've been to this location several times, but I never wrote a review for them. Here it goes, the usual Krispy Kreme donut place, but it doesn't have a drive-thru. Friendly service as they were crowded but greeted each customer. I came during St. Patrick's month, so they had green colored themed St. Paddy's day donuts. So pretty and nicely decorated.

Visited this Kristy Kreme on my birthday to get my first birthday freebie. I liked that they freshly glaze their donuts even if you're just getting a freebie. I don't have donuts often but when I do it's usually a simple glazed donut or fancy donut to switch it up. For the birthday freebie, you get three glazed donuts. Unfortunately when they gave the donuts to me they didn't use a box so my donuts were all stuck to the paper they were wrapped in which created a HUGE mess. The frosting was crumbling all over and the donuts were not pictured worthy. The donuts themselves were way too sweet. I couldn't even finish one donut. I loved the soft bouncy texture of the donut without the frosting.. I would prefer if these were less sweet. For now, I'll have to eat half or go to a different donut shop.

The donuts were being freshly glazed as we ordered them, and they were PHENOMENAL. Krispy Kreme is hands down my favorite donut chain, and the glazed and maple iced donuts are my personal favorites. If you haven't tried them, you're missing out!

This is the first time I went to Krispy Kreme and it was because I wanted the Scooby Doo Donuts. They looked so cute and amazing and were pretty good to eat. The worker helping me was nice and helped me so I got in and out pretty fast. The only thing that I didn't like about the donuts I got was due to the color of the frosting/glaze, my tongue changed colors. It went away after a few hours but it was kind of off-putting. This is definitely not an everyday kinda of dessert, it was really sweet! I had to drink lots of water. It might be a bit much sugar but if you have the chance, you should try them!

I have their app and got notified I could get 3 free glazed donuts for my birthday if I made a purchase. I order three other donuts (a pumpkin cake donut, an apple pie donut and a chocolate glazed with custard filling). They had glazed donuts in the case but they took 3 fresh ones off the line. All of the donuts were tasty and stayed fresh over a couple of days. I don't get donuts often but this was a nice treat.

I've always gotten wonderful service at this location, they are also fast and efficient. The donuts are freshly glazed and taste soft like heaven. Store is also clean and in a nice plaza :)

Came in when the hot donut sign was on. Confirmed with the person serving me that I was getting hot glazed donuts. Unfortunately I only got 1 hot glazed and the rest were cold, I'm not sure why. I didn't realize until I left the store :( It was my first time getting the glazed donuts while it was hot and it was amazing!

Arrived here on a Sunday evening nearing 6 pm; the plant plaza has lots of back parking so you don't have worry! There were two big groups ahead of me but the staff processed their orders quickly. All I needed was to redeem a free orignal glazed dozen and it was seamless. A bit of a hiccup with the cashier since it was her first time doing a request like that with a scan code, but her manager quickly stepped in to help out and teach her the ropes. Quick and easy process, and the donuts were delicious! :)

The lady didn't want to warm up my donuts. She didn't give me the fresh ones right behind her. She said the machine is off but the store doesn't close until 2 hours.

The donuts are hot fresh and delicious. Customer service was also on point as I was greeted with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. Thank you again.

Got a reward of a free donut, so I got my favorite donut ( favorite from other place: maple donut l) it was WAY TOO sweet.

Fast friendly service, came to redeem birthday rewards and free sign up reward. Didn't receive any judgement for not making a purchase.

We unfortunately don't have a Krispy Kreme in our area so when we're in San Jose and have a sweet tooth we stop by... nothing fancy but umm hello they're delicious ! Just the right amount of glaze and when they're hot it's even better! $20 a dozen is steep but it's ok due to it being a once in forever when we come. They can sit on your counter for Day or 2 and not get hard and crusty like other doughnuts which I'm thankful for because there's no way we're gonna get through the dozen soon- just gotta love them! Service was ok the young lady seemed rather shy but it's alright she was pleasant. We were happy with our stop at this location!

Well I stopped in the other day and paid $18 for 1 dozen doughnuts that's $1.50 per doughnut!! I got 6 fresh glazed right as they we're coming off the conveyor belt and ate one within 5 minutes and it tasted old! The glaze had already crystallized!! Whaat? Taste wise, they are not good at all, way too much sugar and no real doughnut flavor. I would say these are the candy of the doughnut world and not doughnuts in any sense of the word. This is definitely the last time I will be back. Too expensive and taste bad.

06/12/2023: Visited the Krispy Kreme donut shop to pick up my donut for a breakfast snack. Smells so good.

I give 5 stars for free donuts, but 2 stars for poor customer service. As an employee you are well aware when you give away FREE donuts people are going to come. It's St. Patricks' day. People are happy and your mood can affect their day. So, no matter if you're having a bad day you still need to put on a smile and be courteous. I can hear one of the girl employee saying, "The reason why the line is long is because everyone is ordering a drink with their order" to another girl employee. Right after a customer in front of me ordered a drink. How rude! You run a business. That's called business. There's only two girl employee on shift (5:44pm) 3/17. Yall can figure out which two. That girl's face says it all. She looked like she's in a bad mood, and I'm glad I didn't have to interact with her. Again, if you are giving out free donuts or have a promotion that brings people in... have employees that actually want to work during that shift.

I do love independent shops, but Krispy Kreme is such a classic. It doesn't hurt to have a dozen donuts, or 2, every now and then. From time to time, I drop in to grab some for family and friends. They have fun decorated donuts that changes from week to week (I don't come often enough to know how frequently these changes, but they definitely have holiday and specials event ones). I like to get a mix of traditional glaze donuts as well as the decorated donuts. They are really sweet, but I still enjoy getting the filled donuts. Sometimes it can be too sweet though. The custard-fillings are more liquid and less sweet than the Kreme-fillings. I appreciate the funny events they have and how the company engages its consumers. There seems to always be new workers-some are nicer than others.

You can't go wrong with Krispy Kreme, their donuts always taste exactly the same. Once you eat one it's hard not to reach for another! I came in for the original glazed dozen they give for birthdays, and I just made it in time! It was 15 minutes before closing but the worker had to turn on the machine again to glaze the donuts, whoops. They also closed some other people out even though it wasn't 10 yet but I guess they wanted to start cleaning up earlier. Sign up to get a glazed dozen during your birthday month!!

Based purely on appearance, we took a gambled on the Tropical Island, which had food color No. 6B (I'm bs'ing as you can tell) and probably 100g of sugar. Nothing magical about the donut itself, too sweet and artificial in taste. Just go with the classics and safer options~

My all time favorite place for a glazed donut! They always have the best quality freshly made glazed donuts & their other donuts are great quality too but nothing compare to the glazed donuts they make! I'd recommend getting glazed donuts if it's your first time here. Their glazed donuts are a 5/5. I love & appreciate how on certain days in the year they give back to the community & allow anyone to come in for a free donut! Such a respectable business. I love the way their business is ran & I am infatuated with the quality of their donuts. The milk is a bit pricey but most places that sell donuts do have drinks on the pricey side. This isn't anything that should be too shocking. I'd recommend bringing your own milk if you're planning on indulging into your donuts here or buying milk elsewhere. I spent nearly as much money on a few bottles of milk than a box of donuts. Overall this business has the best 5/5 quality donuts & always has great customer service 5/5 all around.

Today I had an super friendly experience here. They know how to treat customers well. The girl at the counter was very helpful and patient with my order. She gave my coffee with creamer and sugar. I don't have to open it and add that cold milk at the station. As usual the donuts are fresh and delicious. The staff were wearing masks and gloves. Food: 4.5 Service: 5

Alright folks, this is going to sound shocking but I have never walked into a Krispy Kreme store before -- seriously, yesterday was my first time stepping foot into one. The aromas of sugar and fried dough lured me in. I've never been a big donut fan but will eat them if they're in front of me. I was in the plaza running some errands and saw a huge line outside of this Krispy Kreme. I didn't want a dozen like most people get when visiting a Krispy Kreme, and just wanted one donut. I picked their original glaze, and it was still so warm and fluffy. Devoured the entire donut in less than a minute. Those things are dangerous -- definitely a guilty pleasure.

I love how close krispy kreme is from me. Their doughnuts are awesome! What i like the most is when they come out with limited time doughnuts. For this doughnut trip i went and picked up some delicious Oreo cookie glazed. However, every time i order ahead online they seem to messt up my order when i go and pick up. I was missing two doughnuts . Luckily i had the feeling so i double checked when i got into my car. So, i went back and told them i was missing some dough-nuts. The cashier was questioning me which i didnt seem to fancy that. But, overall cashier double counted my order and she gave me what i was missing. Doughnuts are awesome. Location has lots of parking. However, customer service is not the best.

I've always loved Krispy kreme for their delicious donuts and consistency. I love that they always do something new. Today I got a football themed donuts. If I never in the area, I always come by to grab my daughter some glazed donuts as they are her favorite. But as I mentioned I Love that they have something seasonal and different each time. So I like to pick up their seasonal selections. I like that the donuts here are fluffy and lighter than most donut places you visit. There's something about Krispy kremes and the way they make their donuts that make you always want to come back for more.

5 minutes before store closing I saw Krispy Kreme throwing racks and racks of donuts away. 3 full shelves and more in the back. Businesses that throw away their food at the end of the day instead of donating to those in need are not ones I will be supporting. This is a huge waste. Fix it Krispy Kreme.

My First visit here and I shall return. Here are two reasons why: 1) The line was literally out the door and the service was super fast and friendly. Don't let the long line scare you away; it moves fast. 2) Their regular coffee was served hot, fresh and tasted great! I drink my coffee black. Their coffee I would say is a medium roast. Their coffee tastes way better than all the medium roast coffee flavors from Starbucks. I don't eat donuts so I can't say anything for Krispy Kreme donuts; but my friend got a regular glazed donut and he loved it, went back in line and got another one!

Stood outside for a while and wondered what was taking so long for donuts? Then found out there was a family of three (out of four allowed occupants) inside with an order of three blended drinks. Yeah, that can easily create a bit of a line when there's limited entry and can't really blame the company. After that it was super quick, and the donut was fresh. I absolutely love this deal and Krispy Kreme is the donut standard.

Used my vaccine card to get some free glazed donuts snd they definitely did not disappoint! Krispy Kreme has such consistent and delicious donuts that it's hard to stop at just 1! I also tried their limited edition strawberry one and it tasted like strawberry cream cheese and was good as well! The staff were also really efficient and even though I went on a weekend the line was short and moved fast. Definitely get vaccinated and take advantage of this great opportunity for free donuts! This Krispy Kreme is located in The Plant which can get pretty busy on weekends but there is a lot of parking, you just may need to walk a bit.

Came to claim a Groupon deal during COVID and was a little surprised to see a line outside, but it made sense when I saw a sign saying that only 2 customers are allowed in at once. The shop itself is pretty small so, not many people should be in there at once. Parking: it's located at the Plant and in a plaza with a bunch of other shops so there's plenty of parking. Service was pretty quick once we were inside.

Super cute and small Krispy Kreme. It's in the Plant Plaza. This is our second time visiting them and we finally decided to sign up for an account and got not only 1, but two FREE donuts (': the young gentlemen behind the register was super welcoming, kind, and in positive energy! I briefly explained how I had an issues getting a free donut when I was placing my order online, so, they went ahead and did that in store! It quick was and excellent service! Their Scooby Doo Halloween Donuts '23 are TOO cute!!! My bf said they look like decor/ornaments :P and now i can't unsee it!

Did order online and the minis were yummy!! Even though had dunkin next to home drove all the way and was not dissappointed

The red "hot" sign in the window is one of the things that makes me super happy when we drive up. I'm like a kid in a candy store. haha We've gone to redeem the buy 1 dozen, get 1 dozen for $1 promos that we get via email. There's been a line when we come on the weekend, they limit to 3 customers inside the store at a time, but it goes by fast. They never disappoint, and we can't stop eating their donuts!

SO GOOD! This place is so good I love there donuts, everyone there is so delightful they are always welcoming when we come in and ask how our days are. Donuts are fresh and comes out warm! So good for just a regular day or when you need a snack hah! Definitely try this place for different flavors of donuts I also enjoy going here since it's near my apartment so it's good to go really quickly to get a snack!

Came in real early in the morning , and got the best customer service from Mark . Donuts came quick , and coffee was perfect . Definitely recommend this location 10/10 .

They are sold out of glazed donuts because all of krispy kreme has 1 dozen free glaze today... why are they even open? Drove 1 hour for nothing thank you so much.
