Use the To Good to Go app and it was wonderful! Got a dozen of doughnuts for $5.99. Its a wonderful program the establishment doesn't have to throw away good food and the consumer gets it a 1/3 of the price. Great food and helping saving food, can't beat that? Too bad this huge corporations don't donate to the needy but at least they aren't showing them away anymore. Definitely try it!

Krispy Kreme has the best donuts out there, I would just say that the staff could use a bit of consistent training. My s'mores coffee did not taste like s'mores, and the staff was talking a little bit too loud about drinking the excess of the expensive drink I bought instead of offering it to me. It kind of seemed like they added extra ice to make more for them to have some of, which was awkward right directly in front of me.

There's absolutely no comparison to the product. Best donut around! But sometimes the service is a little off. The staff isn't exactly friendly. Not even a smile, just, "what can I get you." It's obvious that the owners take pride in this place, the quality of the donuts NEVER fail. But just a little friendliness from the staff would go a long way. It's a weird feeling to go buy something from a place of business, and the employees act a little annoyed about having to serve you. Just my 2 cents from someone really not trying to be a Karen. I'm still gonna get my donut even if the employees barely talk to me!

There were only 1 or 2 customers in the store. It was not busy that I could see. Drive thru had 1 or 2 people in it, which is why we stopped. The hot light was on. Wanted to let my grandson check it out. It was his first time there. The cashier seemed like he was in a bad mood, and he acted annoyed when we were ordering. Only got 6 donuts because of it. I just didn't have a very good experience. Hopefully, it will be better next time.

Placed an online order, three separate drivers all three said they refused making my order (it was only 6 donuts). Each time stated “we will not make your order”. Once I called guy on the phone seemed he couldn’t care less and stated “we refused the order because we don’t have any ready”. Instead of just having someone wait while they prepared the order they completely would not serve the donuts. I received zero help or any type of understanding. I understand it could have been busy but still there was no valid reason to turn everyone away and refused my order it should have just been it’s not ready at the moment but we are working on it. Awful customer service.

The staff is so kind and patient with us out of staters. The fresh donuts coming down the conveyor are so delicious! And all the different donut flavors! We had to try the raspberry filled, the creme brulee, raspberry & vanilla creme and double chocolate eclair! They are all so fresh delicious!!! 🍩 ☕ ❤️

This location has plummeted in recent years. Staff is constantly bothered to have customers, order has been wrong consistently the past three times now, and every coffee is literally the same splash of milk, water, and flavoring. Not worth inflation prices.

Came here tonight to grab a dozen donuts. It's 6:30 on a Saturday and this place should be busy. I remember coming here after it opened when the Hal Smith Corp owned it and it was clean, the staff was attentive, and the donuts were fresh. As I walked in today, there were two staff members behind the counter talking and not paying attention to anyone. There was one person in there, actively working hard, the young woman behind the counter. Besides myself, there were only two customers in the store that I could see. The place just was not up to par with the other locations. Krispy Kreme has a pretty thought after product and could do so much better. I would love to see this place turned around and brought back to its former glory.

Drove several miles to enjoy the 3 free donuts for my birth month. I provided the required Scan code. Person said it doesn't match up. Why would you send emails for free product, and just tell customer that the code doesn't match up. Give me my 3 donuts. I seriously can't believe they couldn't work with people. I know you guys are trying hard to stay in business, but done entice people with free donuts only to find out your store makes no attempt to honor. Lost another loyal customer. Seems trivial, but it is the way the store handled it.

The donuts were freezing cold, they took forever, and on top of that, the workers were so rude! They didn't even tell us the total, just stared until we gave them the card. Then they handed us the donuts without saying a word besides "it smells like weed out there". (Neither me nor my boyfriend smoke weed, we're from Texas). I'm never disrespectful to customer service workers so I don't understand why they were so bothered with our presence.

So first of all I LOVE Krispy Kreme's but....this time my experience was so bad let me explain. Ordered 3 original glazed which came to a total of just shy of $6 but you go there already knowing that you're gonna pay for overpriced donuts. What I didn't know is that they were gonna give me 12 hour old donuts and I know that because we asked "how old are these donuts" and they said "oh just 12 hours old" ....they were ice cold and when I asked if I could have fresh ones they said they didn't have any. It's a Saturday morning at Krispy Kreme's and you are known for having HOT donuts (you even have a sign) and you didn't have any?! Also when I asked when they would be making fresh ones you know what they told me?! "We don't know just when the lights on that's when we are making fresh ones" just super disappointed that on a SATURDAY morning they were trying to sell 12 hour donuts and DIDNT KNOW when fresh ones would come out. If I wanted half a day old donuts I'd go to one of those small donut shops right when they are about to close.

I have always been a fan of Kristen Kreme. It is so disappointing when I understand why prices have gone up with most things, including fast food. Now, if I am paying $10 for 6 doughnuts... they should be fresh and not repurposed. I have been baking for at least 30 years and these chocolate iced were once glazed. The batter is stale and it is double doused in glaze and then the chocolate on top. No bueno. Please don't do us like that. Be smarter about the product you put out to keep customers wanting more, especially if they are paying more. C'mon!

We drove 40 miles to get some donuts arrival time 9:32 pm on Sunday July 23. No lights on anywhere just the sign. The place was CLOSED! Maybe the owner should show up to check on their store & find out why there are numerous complaints on the food and the experience, including mine. I think the next time I will go to HURTZ Donuts.

Arrived on the 12-09-23 and they told us the holiday box wouldn't be ready till that afternoon so then we showed up the next day hoping that we can get the holiday box because they made some the day before. No unfortunately they didn't have any they won't make none until this afternoon. So will be by later to check about the holiday box.

Went to get a dozen glazed donuts. Had a coupon that was for $5.00 off any assorted dozens. In the fine print it also said $5.00 ANY dozen. Went to pay and the cashier would not honor coupon because I didn't get the assorted donuts. She argued with me, and I just said fine. Krispy Kreme, you gotta to better rather that's in your customer service or your marketing.

Donuts are an original the only bad thing is they are not open for inside dining. Sign on door says not open due to staffing. Line for drive in was really long so I assume it is manage.ent not wanting to pay for staff. Also they were very slow on drive through. Donuts tasted as usual and no big deal.

Unfortunately, this was probably the worst KK experience I've ever had. I drove 20 miles out of my way and regret it. We owned stock in them at one time and am glad we sold it. What a travesty. They didn't have many doughnuts in stock. Nothing matched the signage and was $15 bucks for 12. The ones we got tasted like weird nasty oil and grease. So won't be back.

Worst donuts. Keep thinking they'll get better but they don't. I've been to several other stores. Non have ever been bad. Seems like the owner or manager doesn't care about the quality. Other than fresh made glazed if you get anything else it's as hard as a brick. You'd think the valentines donuts being that it is 2/7/23 would be fresh. But they are stale and absolutely gross. I'm done with this place. Krispy Kreme Tulsa is terrible!!!!

I'll give you one guess who took priority? Its really sad that customer service is no longer important to some businesses anymore. Sorry KK. I'll just take my business to Daylight Donuts going forward...

I'm not a regular doughnut customer. I eat them maybe 3 times a year which means it's been a while since I was a Krispy Kreme customer. I always liked them and the cafe Kreme coffee. Drive thru attendant was very nice. Only reason for the 2 stars. Today, as was the situation last time I went thru the drive thru, they didn't have a doughnut I wanted. I ordered an apple fritter and custard filled. No apple fritters so I had to order 2 custard filled. Of course you don't eat them until you've driven away. I'm fairly confidant these doughnuts were made at least 48 hrs ago. They were hard as a rock. It's not a huge purchase so I just kept going but what is going on at KK? I will not be going back I'm sorry to say.

One black girl threw the bag of donut to another black girl at the window and 1 donut fell out. The girl at the window threw a way that one donut and handed me the bag without replacing. No words of thank you and come see us again. Terrible employees and horrible work ethic

Being short staffed doesn't excuse being downright rude to customers. I visited this location Sunday 10/23/22 about 10:45am. Both employees (WF&BM) I had interactions with had absolutely HORRIBLE attitudes. After reading these reviews, I clearly wasn't singled out and this just appears to be their regular customer service. If you hate your job, find a new one.. don't take that out on customers.

If in your infinite amount of free time you'd like to wait 40 minutes in the drive through and leave needing a new alignment, this is just the place for you! I seriously cannot figure out what takes 40 minutes. Even after 40 minutes the doughnuts were not hot. Ugh. The first window is closed and clearly has been for sometime. Then, as you leave the drive through you'll be greeted by massive meteor sized pot hole in the parking lot.

I decided to participate in doughnut day this year with my in-laws - terrible mistake! Not only was the line ridiculously long (which we later found out was because there were only 2-3 people working that day), but when we finally got to the order menu/speaker, they asked us to wait because people were ordering at the window and they were backed up. This was due to a poorly placed sign saying please pull up to order. While we waited an extra 10 minutes to order (being honked at mind you) we pulled up to the window only to get charged 2x as much as expected because of another poorly worded add on 1 of their doughnut day deals. When I mentioned the poorly placed order sign, the worker said "Yeah, try telling my f***ing manager, 'cause I have and he doesn't listen us. It's not my fault." I would have given this 0 stars if possible, I will NEVER go here again.

Prepare to wait... This location has the longest lines all the time. It's probably because the lobby is closed and has been for months. Weird, because the lobby was open throughout the pandemic. The saving grace is, the filled donuts are never actually filled and almost always dry. Almost like they don't fill them. I'm not sure what's wrong with this location, because other locations manage just fine. But, if you have a good half hour to kill waiting in line for stale donuts, try this location .

Asked the person who waited on us and was giving me my doughnuts if they were egg free because my daughter can NOT EAT ANYTHING WITH EGG .She assured me they were egg free. Well my daughter was excited when I came home with them and of course she dug in , within minutes tongue was swollen and having an reaction to the so called egg free doughnuts, which tells me there was egg in deed in them. Why would an employee lie like that? I really would like to know

My daughters insisted to come here it has been probably years since that last time we came. I honestly was in the impression that everyone was tired everything was like in slow motion. The guy who attend it is nice. Place look clean. If you see the light of the Krispy on the give you a complementary donut.

When I attended on 4/10, the service was good and polite. However, they were out of some favorites that are a big hit in my department. ( Maple, Blueberry and apple fritters) The glaze donuts weren't fresh and looked like they were sitting from the night before unfortunately.

1 star just because there is nothing lower. I drive over 3 hours round trip. I'm there at 6 AM, at open and they have nothing. How do they not have glazed donuts and donut holes at OPEN? They NEVER have any of the special donuts they run. EVER. Not wasting time. Customer service is not found at this location

The air conditioning in this location has been out for weeks! We don't go that often, maybe once every other month, but the last two times we've gone, it was very uncomfortable in the store. I felt bad for the workers! If this is what they mean by "hot now" I don't like it! As far as the donuts, they're not bad. They're somewhat processed, sure, but the flavors are pretty good. I always enjoy the chocolate creme filled and their new "Reese's Donut" is amazing! really loved the taste and texture of it. So why the 2 stars? well, beside the fact that you want to run out of the building as soon as you walk into the sauna, the service is often spoty here. We had a coupon for a free Reese's donut with our purchase, and you would have thought I handed them a scroll written in an ancient language. They had no clue, so they called the manager over, and they discussed it amongst themselves for quite a while, never acknowledging us. It really eerks me when this sort of thing happens. At least greet the customer and say something. Anywho, after much debate they ended up giving us the price of a regular glazed donut for free, which is about 50 cents less than what the coupon was good for. At that point, I didn't care. i just wanted out of the hot building. So, I guess I would recommend the drive-thru if you have little ones or folks who are sensitive to heat.

Awful customer service every time I come and today is my sons birthday and the theme is basketball so when we saw that the new sports donuts came out it was so fitting! We drove there at 5:30am to be there when they first opened to get the freshest donuts they had. We got home (20 minute drive away) with our dozen of sports donuts only to find them hard, stale, and hardly even filled. $14 for a dozen of day old donuts. How disappointing. I will not be going back here ever again. What's the worst part is that it had to happen on my sons birthday. I took a video of me trying to press down on the donut to show how hard they are but of course Yelp won't let me post a video.

Drive thru is a nightmare. I waited an hour and called into the store to ask if there was a problem. Was told they only had one window. I've never seen such a lack of urgency and prioritization. It's inexcusable. Whoever manages this place is failing and needs to be replaced.

Sunday morning hubby said, "Let's go out to Krispy Kreme." Oh, my dream's come true! Love me some of those hot, preciously cloudy delights that I rarely receive: it's too far away & I can just see those bites turning into fat on my hips. We approached shortly after 10:00. Somewhat puzzled & alarmed, we'd never seen the parking lot so packed. And I mean **packed**. Luckily we found a spot and headed to the rear entrance which is the only one I've ever used. One could barely open the door, without running into another person. The line ran aalll the way through the dining doorway, past the rest rooms, winding around the tiny hallway to the back door. So we stepped in and stood and watched more shocked patrons wonder in. The only fun part was making friends-in-wait. After all, it'd be nearly an hour. It was crazy, whatever was going on. Donuts wandered off track, getting deformed along the side. The cheery red light went out. One husband sent his wife and kids off to the drive through to see who'd get served first. And can you imagine when an unwitting couple came through the front door? We were into our Sunday morning experience by probably 45 minutes when I sensed the manager showed up. And more employees. Patient children got their donuts. Not long we received our precious 6. Warm, soft, not deformed and tasted like grease.

Talk about attitude filled service. Holy! And no I am not trying to steal your mediocre donuts Krispy Kreme. I paid online full and expected my order to be ready on time. The order being late didn't bother me but my gosh, a employee gave me an attitude for asking for the the correct donuts and for my missing dozen of donuts that was handed to someone else. Then he had the nerve to rudely ask if I paid, ignoring my answer of yes it's paid for and asked another employee "Did Casey pay for this, is this Casey's, are you sure she paid".... uh how did I place the order online under my name in the first place? You have to pay in order to place a order Plus my name is clearly on the box with my order. The hostile interaction was not necessary. Either this is place needs better training or that attitude filled employee needs a reality check.

So my experience here was a disaster. The silver lining is the doughnuts actually taste better from my last visit. I was going through the drive-thru to pickup a dozen doughnuts for family to drop of before I boarded the plane back home. We actually sat through the line for 35 minutes. We were blocked in and couldn't leave. The speaker wasn't working and only one person was working drive through (and he was taking orders, packaging doughnuts and preparing beverages. Please fix the speaker and hire more staff.
