Just worked a 12 hour shift on nights and stop by to get a couple doughnuts on my way home from work. So one they have AI speak on the drive thru and the AI doesn't know what Boston creme doughnut is, OK fine. So I get the doughnuts get to my house step out of my truck with the bag of doughnuts, you know a wet slimy nasty drive way and the doughnuts fall on the ground. I go whoa what just happened! I pick them up put them back in the bag take a step and again fall to the ground. I look and the bottom of the bag is missing. So usually I just ignore this type of thing as I'm not a petty person but It really irritated me. So I call the store and explain to them what happened thinking maybe they can send me a coupon to compensate for it. She's just like ah well come in with the doughnuts and the bag to get the doughnuts I just purchased. We'll im sorry I just drove 15 minutes past the store, I'm home, I don't want to get in my truck go back there to get what I just bought. The lady was very rude, very nasty tone and just unpleasant. Very poor customer service, I've been there maybe twice earlier and although nothing negative happened, jusl t not really pleasant experience going there with the staff.

They still make good doughnuts but $7 plus dollars for 3 is too much.

Located behind the Home Depot, walking into a Krispy Kreme is always worth it. This location smells heavenly, the customer service is fast and friendly, and the dine-in area is very welcoming and clean. I enjoy they have seating next to the donut production line where you can watch the donuts come through on the conveyer belt. The only trouble I had was not being able to scan my rewards barcode, but this was quickly fixed with using my phone number. You can a free donut with any purchase upon signing up for rewards so certainly worth getting the phone app.

Terrible service. Second time by the same employee. The receipt says her name is Stephanie. Horrible demeanor and attitude. She gets irritated just because I asked for another dozen to add to my order. And when I showed her that I had a reward on the app her reply was "but I already rang you up." She was so annoyed as if she had so many other things to do. There weren't even any other customers...I was the only one! One bad experience I can forgive, maybe she was having a bad day. But to have it happen a second time??! Maybe she needs to rethink about working in customer service.

The service is fantastic, but their donuts are not my favorite. The donuts are a little greasy and the ingredients aren't as high quality, nor fresh, as they should be for the price that they are charging. Regardless, I still would come here again for the excellent service and the friendly atmosphere.

Their new automated AI robot taking your order at the drive-up is absolutely ridiculous. Not only did it mess up my order and couldn't seem to figure it out. It also couldn't tell me that they were out of the donuts that I was trying to order. It took longer time to order. There is no way that placing an order at a drive-up like this should be replaced by AI. You should be talking to a real human. By the time I got done talking to her. I was no longer in a good mood. I didn't even want the donuts that I ordered. I was beyond mad off. When I got to the window to pay the lady at the window told me they get complaints all day about the AI unit taking orders. When she told me they were out of donuts that I ordered. I asked her why couldn't the AI robot tell me that. She said it's not programmed 100% yet. The AI unit didn't even have the prices correct. This is the last time I come here until they get rid of the AI unit. They lost a customer today. I love Krispy Kreme but they cannot have AI taking someone's job. I didn't come here to talk to a robot.

Go in the DRIVE-THRU - DO NOT go inside to order. I stood in line for five minutes with multiple people working on drive thru orders. The person closest to the counter asked if I had an online order when I walked up, but once I said no, she ignored me and the person behind me in line. I gave up and left. Close your lobby if paying customers are an inconvenience. This should never be happening.

I really like Krispy Kreme donuts, and this location is pretty standard. The place was empty when I went on a Thursday afternoon and it seemed like there were only a couple staff members there. The staff was sharing all of the flavors of their Peanuts collab as I was choosing flavors, which I appreciated. I love that they change the designs and flavors of their donuts often. No complaints besides the ever rising prices. It's about $25 for a box of mixed (not original) donuts.

I visited this Krispy Kreme for the first time today and had the worst service I've ever experienced at one of their locations. I went through the drive-thru around 4:40pm and waited nearly five minutes at the window, even though there were no other cars in line and the restaurant didn't seem busy. When an employee finally came to the window, he didn't have my order at all and had to take it again. When he handed me my four donuts, they were stuffed into a tiny bag that looked meant for maybe two donuts at most. With it being nearly 100 degrees outside, my donuts (all with toppings) were already melting into each other. I ended up pulling into the lot, going inside, and asking for a box. What made it worse was that even inside the restaurant, it wasn't busy--so it made thee careless service even more confusing. Before I wrote this I read the other reviews and see this is a store issue.

Honestly, I am just not a fan of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. They are too sugary, not even remotely cakey and just not what I like in a doughnut. I would never choose to eat here. With that said, I end up going here to get large amounts to bring to work because they enjoy them and also convenience and location. The store is always clean and the staff is aways ultra friendly and prompt with my large orders, which is the reason why my rating is even this high.

I work nearby and have stopped a few times for an apple fritter. This is around 7am, which in my experience is prime donut time. But not at this place. They haven't had fritters once in my trips. And it's not like they had an early run on fritters. They just "don't make them in the morning ". I won't be returning based on availability and poor attitude employees.

I came to this location because they make the donuts on site. We went through the drive thru. They were out of 2 of 3 specialty donuts. That's fine. I asked for 3 hot sugar donuts. They don't even know what that is. It's literally like a hot glazed donut but you pull it off before it goes through the glazer and you toss it in sugar. I know this because I used to work for Krispy Kreme in California. It's just really irritating that they don't even know what they can do. They also have way less than what they used to carry and that in and of itself is disappointing.

They know how to make a donut thank you for your delish options. Very few donuts like these here I. PNW

I think this is the only Krispy Kreme location that I have not been a fan of. Was on a roadtrip with the family. Went to this Krispy Kreme branch in Vancouver, Washington to claim the free dozen Original Glazed Donuts for my birthday through their App. That early morning, the glaze donuts were NOT Hot and Fresh. Talk about disappointing!! I and my nieces were extremely bummed out. These donuts tasted day old!! Too bad we were already 50 miles away on our way back to California or else I would have turned back. Well, at least, I did not have to pay for those. Thank goodness my hometown Krispy Kreme is terrific. This Vancouver Washington location is a big NO from me and the nieces.

I had such a disrespectful person be very rude by telling me I couldn't get a side of sprinkles and was very confrontational at the Window and I had to request a manager

First stop, lez get some donuts for the road! Krispy Kreme is a must and yes grabbing some will surely make the road trip even fun. Came here and nobody greeted as they are only two staffs in this location. But they were efficient and friendly on the front. FOOD: We got glaze donuts, pumpkin spice and raspberry filling. It was good and the dough has a good chewiness on it. The raspberry is my favorite as well as the glaze one. This particular locations don't have people dining when we came here, so no crowds which made our life easier to order. Price is reasonable. Customer service is good. Donuts are on point. All of these made me so happy and gratefully satisfied with the service. Mahalo for reading and happy juandering fellow yeeps!

Drove 20 min to get a hot coffee and some Krispy Kreme donuts, pull up to the drive-through ask if I can have six glazed and six of the original Krispy Kreme's first she tells me they're completely out of glazed donuts mind you it's 7:30 in the morning, so why they're out of glazed donuts is beyond me second of all, she tells me they no longer make the Krispy Kreme doughnut, which is their traditional donut, the actual name of their company! So then I ask her OK I'll just take some donut holes glazed and she tells me OK but just so you know they're a day old because I haven't made any new ones yet at that point I was just done! Just another company that use to be reliable with hot coffee and fresh donuts to completely unreliable horrible customer service and a bunch of lazy people! What a shame sure miss quality service and food!

I came in this morning. like always, the customer service rep at the counter was doing great. However, there was an older woman (I'm assuming the manager) who was just standing around doing absolutely nothing. She was just sitting on her phone when there was clearly help to be done and this is not the first time I've witnessed this from her too. Just seems very unprofessional on her part to me.

I waited In the lobby to get my order for 20 mins 5 employees no customers orders getting done and no online orders. The redhead girl who finally helped me was extremely rude and at the end of the day I wasted 20 mins I'll never get back. Angels donuts and other places have better service for those big backs!

Stopped in because I saw the red light was on for hot and fresh donuts, but when I picked up the 2 dozen original glazed donuts, they were not warm at all. A little disappointed... Service was nice and quick but not sure why the red light was on if the donuts were cold.

Idk. I mean, it's Krispy Kreme. The original glazed. What more needs to be said? It's one of those IYKYK things. The servers here are happy, cheery, and rightly so being surrounded by sugary goodness. Can you imagine Captain cranky pants working in a donut shop? No. This doesn't exist. At least not here. The shop space itself is huge. Lots of room to move around or wait in line or watch the donuts going down the conveyor belt (pro tip - donuts are made early so go early to see this or you'll be disappointed showing up at 10 when the donuts are already cooling on the racks, ready to be boxed and sent home with grinning customers). While I have expressed my love for the OG donut, I don't think I like any of the others nearly as much. Lots of variety, my kids and family love them, but I find them all just a smidge too sweet for my liking. Total credit given for creativity and variety tho! And tell me these donuts ain't just so purtty!

I came in around 7:00am on Monday September 9th 2024 and ordered 2 Apple fritters. The short round lady who took my order said they did not have any but they had cinnamon rolls. I then asked if they had coffee and after hesitating several moments she said yes. I then ordered a large coffee with 3 creams and 3 sugars each and she said that will be $3.26. I then proceeded to the drive up window and I gave the short round lady a $5.00 bill and she left. An older gentleman in his mid 60's then grabbed the coffee on the counter and acted like he was going to hand it to me but then put it back down. I told him I wanted 2 Apple fritters and he explained they take 2 hours to make. The short round lady came back with my change and gave it to the older guy who then handed me my coffee and change. After I got a few miles down the road I tasted the coffee and it was rat-nasty so I removed the lid and saw only black coffee. I can't drink it black so I called and got the short round lady on the phone and I told her you never put my 3 creams and 3 sugars in the coffee. I asked for my money back and she said "no, I won't give you your money back only your 3 creams and 3 sugars". I then told her I was going to write a one star review and she said do what you feel you need to do and then we hung up. Don't go to Krispy Kream in the Home Depot parking lot off Andersen in Vancouver Washington as you will experience high disappointment and very poor customer service !

You can't go wrong with classic Krispy Kreme. Although the samples were quite memorable, the smells are pretty much the same as you walk in. The one we went to was pretty much empty other than the drive through option so we were to get help right away. Because we were throwing a small Halloween party, we thought about getting Halloween style donuts but was surprised to see that they had a Halloween special set ($16.95) which gave you a dozen Halloween style donuts. The designs and flavors were as good as the price and will definitely come back next year to see what cool specials they have.

When I went they were out of almost every single donut. Super disappointing and made me not want to come back again.

I needed a bribe to give to my best friend, in exchange for him watching my dogs while my wife and I went to Hawaii for a few days. Fortunately, he's a straight shooter and very specific, and doesn't beat around the bush! It's hard to argue with $15 for a dozen donuts (half original glazed, half chocolate iced custard filled), but it's even better when the staff give you an extra dozen glazed just because you came near the end of the night, and they had nowhere else to go! Using a drive-thru to order Donuts will always seem weird to me, but can't argue with being in and out in about 60 seconds. The staff here were super friendly and engaging, and thanks to the return donuts, they have a return customer!

Thank you to the wonderful staff at this location! My daughter goes to Heritage and was so excited when she got her grades, saying that Krispy Kreme would give het free doughnuts for any A. She was so excited and nervous when we showed up, and staff went out of the way to make her feel special. Thank you so much to your staff

Obviously someone in my family has a Krispy Kreme problem (hand pointed at hubby). Somehow he always ends up picking up a dozen donuts. He easily orders it online in the Krispy Kreme app (yes he has the app). You choose your dozen donuts along with a pick up time, pay, and you're done. You can head on in through the drive thru to pick up your order. Just give them your name that the order is under. As far as the donuts, if you've tried Krispy Kreme before you know that their glaze is ridiculously sweet, but good! Their donuts seem to just melt away when you take a bite and it's pillowy soft. I'm not a big fan of their filling in their donuts. I'm gonna say that it's difficult to be satisfied with just eating one. Hence why we always end up with a dozen. By the next day it's still pretty soft. Not stale at all. It doesn't really last past day 2, but I'm sure that after that it'll get pretty stale. They currently have their fall flavors of various pumpkin spice donuts. They also just started having their specialty decorated donuts for Halloween. Super cute and creative!

I only come here when I have a fundraising coupon because its about the kids but every time I come, I have a bad experience. I ALWAYS get the same grumpy old man who helps me (I believe his name was ted or something) and he just has the worst attitude towards customers. This last time (which again I come very rarely) I got 3 dozen plus a couple singles and a vanilla latte. First the coffee taste burnt and there was no cream or vanilla, just black. The bunny doughnut looked like it had been tortured and didn't look like a bunny at all. Lastly the guy didnt give me my 3 dozen. I had to wave him down and he remarked with a "oh you actually want those". Like yes! it was the only reason I even came. I just don't get why you keep this person around. I'm pretty sure the doughnut I ate was from the day before. I cannot stand this location, If there was a closer krispy kreme than I would happily go to a different one.

I haven't been here in awhile, but after seeing numerous 'limited time strawberry glazed' donut advertisements, I decided to stop in and give them a try. I hit the drive-thru around 9am on a Wednesday. No line. Just ordered the one glazed donut for $1.50. Got up to the window to pay, no greeting whatsoever, just a total amount due. The young girl in the drive up window was too busy talking to her coworker about her class schedule to even acknowledge me. I asked her if the strawberry glazed were made fresh this morning. She said I think so, but if not, they were definitely made last night. The bag wasn't warm at all, so must have been last night?! The glaze tasted good, but the donut was dry and cold...definitely not your typical fluffy, melt in your mouth original glazed donut Krispy Kreme is known for. So disappointed in the service and food this visit. Will most likely find a new treat place...

I've been here four times, two of those times their systems were down and they were only accepting cash. Luckily donuts are cheap so I was able to scramble some change together from my cars cup holder (they have a drive thru, but they didn't post signs anywhere saying the systems were down so if I didn't have cash, I would have waited in a 10 minute line for no reason) The donuts are about what you would expect from a Krispy Kreme location.

Well first off, the doughnuts are fabulous. We all know that, I will choose them over any other donut store.

I had an oreo cream donut with a large cup of coffee. The coffee was good. The donut could have tasted more fresh I think. But all in all, it was a great way to start my day.

Customer service is crap. Whenever you walk into their lobby they treat you like you're unconvincing them. They never answer the phone, and if the rare chance they do they aren't kind. Again, they treat you like you're inconveniencing them. I don't care if they get a million calls asking about the same product. It's what you guys serve and why people come to the business. Don't get mad for people calling and asking about products. This location I noticed only makes half the amount of specialty products they're supposed to make. They get sold out at 8AM for specialty products. Why? That isn't supposed to happen. I doubt they're getting 500 customers before 8 AM. All other locations located in Oregon never run out, except this location. Even though the HOT light is on, you will not get hot donuts. I'm a Vancouver local, and I don't remember the last time I've had a hot donut from this location.

I received an email yesterday, saying that Krispy Kreme has Scooby Doo doughnuts! How exciting. I roll up today literally the next day and guess what zero Scooby Doo donuts. In addition, there's a paper sign on the door saying that the lobby is closed go to the drive-through. Since when can a store just closed their lobby? I understand that staffing is an issue in most places, but seriously don't open your store. If you cannot help customers, meet demand or produce donuts that you just advertised yesterday that are brand new and out and very exciting. It's just crazy.

I'd never been to Kristen Keene but wanted some to take to a business I was going to. I called and spoke with Stephanie at the one with a drive through across from Costco that I'd passed dozens of times. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and even gave me a free glazed one in a bag. The boxes were even slid into a decorative sleeve so they wouldn't open when I picked them up! I was told everyone at my appointment really enjoyed them and got lots of thanks. I had the best glazed donut I'd ever tasted, so light and fresh.

Great service and excellent staff!!! Always a treat in my house!!! This particular location always has a great variety of donuts and kind and helpful staff.

This is something I haven't seen in five months. Sad I had to go to Ontario just to get some hot and fresh doughnuts. Apparently your new sign is burned out already.

I visit Vancouver location often. I'm a die hard fan of glazed doughnuts. Visited Saturday & for the first time they were sold out of regular glaze. They immediately offered their mini glaze. YES, please! KK

I am totally not a donut fan. Fortunately for me I don't have a sweet tooth but when my friends or co workers wants donuts, I'll grab them here. My favorite is the glaze donuts. Sounds boring bit that's all I need. I remember when. You can watch them make the donuts with their equipment. I never stepped foot in this one so I wouldn't know. You can't go wrong with a classic Krispy Kreme.

I'm a sucker for this place, it calls to me after a Costco trip. Its the only chain of donuts that consistently impresses me, it must be the nostalgia of growing up with a krispy kreme down the street from my grandmothers house in Kentucky. But I digress. Honestly the original glaze can't be beat. Except when it comes to the seasonal glazes. Pumpkin spice and key lime are my personal favorites, gingerbread wasn't as spectacular as we'd hoped for. Its a delicious donut, and I appreciate the drive through every time.

I like coming here when the red Krispy Kreme sign is on because that's when they're making fresh doughnuts! I tried the lemon glazed doughnut because it was a seasonal flavor on the original glaze they're known for. It wasn't over powering at all and I could have easily eaten more it was so good. Pricing for doughnuts aren't too bad here. They have specials every now and then.

We were having a small Halloween get together at home and needed som Halloween snacks. We decided to go to Krispy Kreme for their Halloween themed donut, got a half o dozen. While we were there they were advertising the pumkin latte, looked really good. Got it the car and tasted the coffee, tasted off. Had my fiancé taste it to make sure my taste buds were off. He said that the coffee tasted burnt, which taste like cigarette ashes. If it wasn't for all the sugar that it had, it would of been non-drinkable. By the way my fiance got black coffee and took it home to put pumpkin creamer in it and he said it still tasted terrible. The donuts on the other hand was very delicious, but wish that their advertised seasonal donuts didn't run out so fast.

$16 for a non assorted dozen OUTRAGEOUS. also the last box I bought made me feel sick. never shopping here again

I used to love going here for doughnuts, but the quality has gone downhill. Everytime I get a chocolate covered Krispy Kreme filled doughnut, it has little to no cream. Their customer service is top notch though. Very nice people. Bad doughnuts.

The rewards program is my favorite! This location has been our go to donut spot since it opened. Recently we went through the drive-thru and bought a box of mini's! They were super yummy and a big hit. The staff were kind and quick!

Could not go into store, not signs on doors that it's drive through only. Looking at menu and ordering through microphone is bad. Made order with so much hassle. Now I'm waiting a long time for order. I won't be coming back to any krispy creme.

Drive thru-Stopped this morning to take donuts into work and to pick up my morning Diet Coke. First they were out of fountain drinks so I'll need to make another stop. BUT then I waited 50 mins to get to the window to pick up up my donuts. What? YES 50 mins, because once your in their drive thru you can't get out, your trapped. No donut is worth this invest of time! Only 5 cars in front of me so that is 10 mins a car, to get an order together. Something seriously wrong.

I am always a huge fan of Krispy Kreme. Ever since I stepped foot inside a 24/7 one in Seattle. This one is a little out of the way for me, so I had to wake up extra early this morning to come here. I made it just in time, the Hot Now sign was on and I was getting excited! I have never been here while they were fresh off the line. They are completely different when they are fresh, soft and melt in your mouth! I love krispy kreme but these were from another world. I hope next time I come, they are fresh. I also happened to buy some other goodies too, I love the custard filled and the sprinkles. Those are always good. But, my favorite is the original.

Krispy Kreme is OK. Their donuts are best consumed IMMEDIATELY after preparation, as they seem to taste stale about fifteen minutes after they're made. I've never stopped into this location, because their "hot donuts" sign (which all locations light when they're making them fresh) had never been illuminated, until this day. I headed in, and was disappointed that there were no donuts being made at the time, even though the light was on. After far too long of a wait for somebody to acknowledge my presence (it took approximately ten minutes, despite there only being one other customer in the store), I ordered a dozen glazed, two chocolate cakes, and a cake batter donut to go, and found that although I was charged for the chocolate cakes, I was given cake donuts. So, I waited, for another five minutes before a different employee to acknowledged my presence. He told me to keep the incorrect donuts, and gave me the chocolate cakes I'd ordered at no additional charge. He was very friendly. You'll get much better quality donuts at lots of other places, but the location is convenient, and if you can get them right after they're made, they're actually pretty good.

My son and I visited over the weekend. My first time to visit and was impressed with the staff and the facility. Hats provided at the tables to take home - although I refrained. Donuts are delicious and are not overpriced. Will visit again in the future.

Very very disappointed, I walk in and there is no social distancing what so ever, I order and a man name Andrew takes my order, and he's not even in uniform? The glazed looked all soggy and gross like they were from the day before! Very unprofessional. All the other workers were in uniform but this man wears a Spider-Man sweater as a uniform? Thank god they were actually wearing masks. I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't! Also workers just standing around doing nothing? What is that, I go to other fast food and all the workers are doing something, also the counters were wet! Gross, very gross My husband says the same thing.

Do not get coffee here. I went through and I ordered a mocha and an americano. The chick answered back ,"do you mean a coffee with chocolate?" To the mocha. Yes. That is, in fact, what a mocha is. And their espresso machine was broken, so no americano. That's fine, just do a coffee with cream. I grab our drinks and leave, and they gave me a cup of black coffee with Hershey's syrup on the bottom of a cup for a mocha, and just gave me a black coffee, no cream. The drinks were promptly dumped and we went to Black Rock. At least the donuts were yummy.

Just came here to get their original glazed and of course they are all sold out and not planning on making any more for a couple hours. How on earth do you not keep a supply of your number one seller? Very frustrating. I watched 2 other potential customers turn around and leave as soon as they found out they didn't have any originals. Your losing business.

Very good service! They even showed us a small tutorial on the making of their doughnuts. The doughnuts are just ok but the premise is great. Will come back for the good service. A little pricey

Always quality donuts, even when they are backed up like crazy. I've only lived in the area a short time but every time I have gone in I have been greeted with positive attitudes, and the occasional free donut when I go later in the day just before close. I gotta love this place cause I have never had anything that I would describe as a bad experience here, either with the food or the employees. Even called to ask if I left my credit card there once and the manager was so helpful, even though I found out I had actually just put it somewhere weird in my purse. Thank you Krispy Kreme for making all of our days so much brighter in a very sucky time!
