We came through the drive thru what a great promo you have, buy a dozen donuts get one dozen free. We were only coming in for a dozen donuts to bring home to Canada for my sons. We just purchased the plain ones honey glazed as this is what they enjoy eating. The service was fast and efficient friendly young guy in the drive thru.

I understand if you guys ran out of decoration but let someone know before you charge them ($20)full price for half decorated themed donuts because it was a surprise for my kid and mother.As soon as I opened the box they were confused to what it was supposed to be.The only thing that looked nice was the Apples 🍎.But I would have just got the apples besides the other two. I understand that sometimes we don’t see how busy restaurants may be due to online orders but I was the only car in the drive through and there was 3 other cars parked outside. All I can say is an honest warning would have been nice.

Honestly, sad to write this. The store was dirty, trash on counters still, no napkins in dispenser, literally I'm not kidding no donuts in the display were labeled correctly. The cashier who got the donuts must have been high because they couldn't understand when I asked if the donut in the tray was the one on the placard they just grabbed it. I had to tell them 2 more times that I asked what is that donut, not get me that donut. Wild. The donuts were wet. Idk how you make a glazed donut wet straight out of the display, but it was wet. Not melted. Wet. Just pass on that.

Came here on 10/31 and was told they don’t have any fresh donuts after 7pm which I know is a lie as I’ve come here multiple times after 7pm before and received fresh donuts. Worker just seemed rude and lazy. Drove 45 minutes out of my way because I was craving fresh Krispy Kreme and received donuts I could have gotten from my local gas station. Super disappointed with customer service and quality of food. Will not recommend or come back.

My kids asked to go because they’d heard about Krispy Kreme giving kids one free donut for each A on report cards. Turns out this location doesn’t do that, fine no big deal but it would be nice if they made that known publicly. The issue I had was that it took 15 minutes in the drive through to get 6 donuts, which cost over $14 (and that included 3 plain glaze). BTW they did not tell me a price until I got to the window to pay. I ordered a sprinkle donut and they only told me they were out of those when I got to the window. There are many independent, one-off donut shops in the area, who have way better donuts at a more reasonable price. I will continue to frequent those and won’t be returning to Krispy Kreme.

If you have any complaints or problems at this store, suck it up. They don't care about your issues or concerns. The service is what gets me. The morning can be really good, but afternoons and the whole places changes. The staff is young and rude. As a younger person myself, I am appalled. When I was a young adult (19-23) I would have never talked to a guest the way we were talked to. The supervisor are rude, the staff doesn't care, and the quality is just lacking. Even reaching out to cooperate gets nothing accomplished. It really feels like they just don't care. Donuts are alright, coffee is terrible, and the staff/supervisors are horrid. We do not recommend this location at all.

Went at 9:15 tonight (10/26/25) to pick up a TooGoodtoGo order. The store hours are open until 10:00. The door was locked so I tried the drive thru to no answer. Then I called - no answer. Then I drove to the window and a guy was there and finally came over and he acted very inconvenienced when I said I had an order. He walked away without saying a word and grabbed a box and handed it to me without a word and I told him to have a good night and he just walked away. I’m giving two stars because it normally is not like this, but this experience was awful and unacceptable. No idea why they were closed early with at least two visible people inside.

I waited outside a few minutes before opening in the drive through. It then took ten minutes after opening for someone to come outside and inform us that we would need to go inside. Other than this the place was nice. Once inside, I was able to get my preordered dozen of donuts with ease. It was the special Taylor Swift donuts for the release of her 12th album. The normal donuts were fine but the ones with icing weren't great.

Krispy Kreme is Krispy Kreme.....you know what you're going to get. I'm reviewing solely on the location itself. My own personal opinion/definition of Krispy Kreme is that they are what they are. They are a specific "donut like" treat. They do the best they can with a somewhat inconvenient location in an extremely busy intersection. Probably one of the busiest intersections in the area but also an extremely high level of traffic. I've gone into this location twice. I can say that the store is always clean and the staff has been friendly each visit. There was really nothing off-putting at all about this location. You walk up to the case, choose your treats, maybe pick out a frozen or iced coffee beverage from the menu and order away. There is also a shelving unit with some Krispy Kreme swag to purchase. Coffee cups, thermal cups, hats, shirts, etc. Not a ton of seating in the seating area, but enough to be dangerous. Afterall, you're not going to spend a few hours catching up with friends over lunch. You're going in for a Krispy Kreme or two, maybe a cup of coffee and you're on your way. Would I go back? Again, it's specific but, if I'm in the mood, I would go back. I realize that Krispy Kreme has a die-hard fan base of people who love their "donut like" treats. I completely get it and appreciate it. But, if you've not tried Krispy Kreme before, give them a shot. You don't know what you're missing until you give it a chance.

Firstly, they really need another location here in the Greater Cincinnati area. For the limited time seasonal donuts like the Harry Potter donuts, it gets really challenging to get your hands on. Those sell out so early in the morning. Of course, you can't go wrong with their classic glazed donuts. At least, you can count on having those.

My kids loved their Krispy Kreme experience. They haven't been to one since they were both very young and have been asking to go to one again. We stopped on a Monday mid-morning and it wasn't very busy. My kids said the donuts were fresh and delicious (OG Glazed and Hershey Chocolate). My daughter liked her caramel mocha and my son liked his strawberry lemonade freeze. I thought the strawberry lemonade freeze was good as well. The store was clean. It was cool to my nine year old to see the donuts being made. I always find it cool too. Definitely will stop back in when we are in Northern Cincinnati.

We went specifically to get the Harry Potter donuts. They are advertised all over their windows and all still showing on their menu. We went to go into the restaurant and someone came out to tell us inside was closed so we went to the drive thru and waited only to be told they were out of all the Harry Potter donuts. They were not marked anywhere as being out. We tried to order for pickup later or delivery and were told those were not option either even though advertised online. They had only been open 2 years and this isn't the first day of the special donuts so this feels like poor planning

This morning while waiting for the new Harry Potter donuts I experienced some really hardworking and kind workers, the donuts were delicious but I was more impressed by the professionalism they showed while being yelled at by entitled customers.

Ive asked for Boston crème twice and have received custard filled, not sure why but do the employees not know the difference? Not too happy about that but other than that it's a quiet clean business

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the donuts themselves are good. The customer service, however, was very disappointing. I placed an online order, and my husband waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru only to be told it was closed. He then had to wait another 30 minutes inside for the Harry Potter donuts that were already supposed to be ready. The manager initially refused to give them to him, even though they had already been made, because someone had ordered a bulk amount and he needed to focus on that. Spoiler alert - those were supposed to be ready as well. My husband had to insist firmly, just to get the order. The manager wanted to solve the problem by issuing a refund. He did not want to give us our donuts! Very frustrating experience.

I cannot say enough good things about the interaction I had when I went to this Krispy Kreme location. I was greeted with an incredibly friendly staff who gave us doughnut samples. The aroma from the freshly made doughnuts was incredible. The establishment was very clean and organized and I greatly appreciate that. I got a dozen doughnuts of a wide variety. All of them were so good I probably could have eaten them all in one sitting. 100% deserving of the 5 stars.

Got to the Mason OH location well before their 10pm closing and was hoping to go inside to pick my goodies, but no go. Their inside was closed and they made all of us go through the drive thru. Not cool! We drove to this location to get our fresh KK donut on so we obliged. The service staff were not as friendly and polite. We got our donuts and they tasted good but not as fresh as usual. Gosh, I'm just going to say it. I can't stand to leave a subpar review. But you need to know some people take considerable time to drive to KK locations. You go to an actual Krispy Kreme store for the freshness (and hopes for the fresh hot sign to be on!) and for the experience and that just wasn't there for me. I'll drive the 75 min to the Hilliard (Columbus) OH next time when I want my Krispy Kreme experience and freshness. Otherwise, I could have just got these donuts from Kroger or Speedway and that's not cool. Get your act together.

I want to say the associate that helped me was very nice. He went out of his way to make fresh coffee for me. However, the donuts were some of the worst I've had. I got 2 custard filled, 1 jelly filled, and a classic glazed chocolate. I would not call the filled donuts actually filled. The tiny amount of filling was surrounded by dough that wasn't cooked the entire way through. Both of those things weren't as bad as the glaze. It left a distinct film in my mouth that was hard to get rid of. I have always like Krispy Kreme but I will definitely not be going back again. Waste of time and money.

Nothing beats a Krispy Kreme donut when it's warm and gooey fresh off the machine that produces them... Unfortunately at this hour when we showed up, this was not the scenario. It really didn't matter, I bought them for the next morning to share. We ended up microwaving them to get them warm and they weren't too bad but just not the same. Folks working here at the time were super nice and answered all my questions that I always ask as I am looking over the donut case. It's like being a kid in a candy store. Only reason I gave this a four was that getting out of the parking lot back on Tylersville Rd was an absolute nightmare. I feel bad for the store for this, but maybe if you are used to this part of towne you plan accordingly.

This location never participates in the online member coupons, sales or promos. They decline the ability to purchase special donuts online and in store. This includes days before the holiday and on the promo days. I ordered donuts twice ahead of time and got a phone call ten minutes before stating that they are not going to make them- and I am not able to get my money back. Better service at Krispy Kreme's down south. Better options and service at Holtman's for fresh.

You can never go wrong with a melt-in-your-mouth Original Glazed from Krispy Kreme. The soft dough with the classic light glaze is sure to be your weakness. If you're lucky, you'll even get one that's hot and fresh. This location is big, very clean inside, and even has a drive thru option who wants a quick doughnut and coffee en route to work.

The donuts were just AMAZING AND YUMMY, I have NO words, I got some fresh Glazed donuts, AMAZING! strawberry donuts, AMAZING, I just wish I could get some without sprinkles, chocolate donuts, AMAZING the place smells amazing... Looks amazing, Service was SO fast the workers had smiles on their faces the whole time, I was just glad to see others had a good day as well... Would 100% recommend, they were just absolutely AMAZINGLY YUMMY!!!

I stopped in to this location to claim a birthday reward and was pleasantly surprised. This spot is quite new, and very modern. The dining area is bright and spacious. The sign boards are digital and there is a large case, which even midday on a weekday was well stocked. It is clean and the employees were friendly. There is plenty of parking and even a drive thru! My donuts were tasty and a much appreciated treat! Make sure to join their free rewards program for frequent coupons and the awesome bday freebie!

Went hoping for the speciality chocolate one . . But they were all out and long line. Donuts were super fresh .. but disappointing.. I got a lemon filled and Boston cream since they didn't have the kinds we came here for. The ones we got had a sad amount of filling. I ate half of each with no sign of filling..the second half had a tiny bit. The texture and taste was not the best. This was the worst experience with this brand. The ones at the gas station were better.

Note to self, don't visit this location (or probably any donut shop really) close to closing. I'm used to the Anderson location that will typically run one last "hot" batch about an hour before closing, but this location was almost totally out of inventory. Their website didn't match their current menu, so a few favorites were missing, but ultimately the glazed that is the staple was in stock.

What a nice surprise when we visited our previous home in Mason to find this Kristen Keene store. Yum! Of course we had to stop. We don't have any Krispy Kreme's anywhere in Minnesota. Nice and clean, with all that sugar goodness you don't need but can't resist. Inside wasn't busy, and we left with two donuts in about five minutes. This is a big Krispy Kreme and lots of spacious parking. It was fun to watch the donuts get made.

Drove from Dayton with a friend on Saturday 9/02 to try the viral strawberry donuts. Not only was the young lady rude and very unfocused. The strawberry donuts we're sold out. Okay, I get that it's the only one in the area. The young lady got the order wrong. She was busy talking to someone else. She stated the strawberry donuts would be available Sunday morning. Once again, I took the trip at about 9 am. on Sunday 9/3 no strawberry donuts. The manager Ed stated the machine was down and he couldn't do anything about it, "He is not a mechanic." Extremely rude. I've been to several locations in Charlotte, Philadelphia, and other cities, and the customer service has been exceptional. Please do better! Customer service, no matter the industry, is extremely important.

Great coffee, great donuts. But the coffee ended up hurting my stomach terribly. I wish they would lower the sugar level in some of there drinks. But the donuts on display were super cute.

Ordered mini donuts for daughters graduation brunch and got half of what I ordered. It was ten minutes before the party started when I realized it (as I had a family member pick them up). I called the store and could not talk to anyone or leave a message and it automatically hung up. I called the 800 number and got someone who hardly spoke English and said he would call the store right away. 15 mins later still on hold and had guests arriving so my sister in law offered to leave the party and got the rest of our order. The manager was confused and eventually gave me the order but for $112 worth of donuts that is unacceptable service.

Drove through last night because the hot light was on (Wed. Nov 1) just one car ahead of us. When we got our glazed, they weren't hot, which is ok because they were fresh but the size ...we were shocked! They were no longer glazed size - they were the size of the Hostess mini donuts- we lifted the lid, we bought six and they looked silly sitting in the box. Definitely not donut sized. Whats going on Krispy Kreme?

Drove out for some doughnuts (20 min away from my house). Signs and google say they close at 10pm. At 9:32, all the lights were on and doughnuts in the cases but no one answered the drive thru so I decided to go in. The doors were locked and the people inside ignored me and when I walked away started laughing.

It's so cool that this is a stand alone factory and they make their donuts fresh at least twice a day. Truly a great experience every time. Customer service is great and Drive thru is so convenient. Incredibly clean location.

I love everything about this donut shop! The staff was friendly, everything was clean, there was plenty of donut options. My favorite is the original glazed and the custard filled and I'm never disappointed. Thank you!

Sweet, delicious, a bit pricey . Warm doughnuts are great, some of the specialty doughnuts are not available to order online.

donuts are great! staff is questionable... we grab donuts from this location multiple times a month and the kids who work their drive thru have no customer service at all. i've had other issues with this location in the past as well with customer service issues

We live right around the corner, so I've been quite a few times. Staff is always incredibly friendly and they're patient while I place my order at a snails pace due to my kids' indecision every. single. time. (Doesn't help that they offer new flavors often, adding to the indecision , but that's not a bad thing!) Best part is the drive thru since donuts usually means I'm out of breakfast food and it's a last second run in my jammies.

Came at 8:45PM ON sunday december 5,2021 was my first time here and they got mad at me because i was ordering my donuts by the names on the pictures, they had to change the person who was talking to me, were in a bad mood because they close in 40 minutes???? thats my problem how? if you aren't gonna serve your paying customers with respect, then dont work here!!! very disappointed

I stopped by tonight before 8:30pm (closing is 9:30 according to website and Apple Maps) to get a coffee and some donuts for a friend who works third shift. Much to my surprise & disappointment, the drive-through attendant informed me that they had already dumped their coffee for the evening. i've been To this location on other occasions at the same time for the same task and not had an issue with getting coffee at this hour. Being that I drove from Monroe specifically for this, it made for a huge waste of time (and a waste of expensive gas).

Almost $10 for 6 in the case cold donuts is a bit much when I can buy same quality in store for cheaper and get more. Luckily it's a once in a while treat.

The kid manager tried to deny the current promotion-$1 choc glaze by saying this particular location ended it yesterday/Saturday!?! Why play games with customers that take time to download the app!?! Seriously. Do better or hire more competent management so they don't try to explain how they can't utilize corporate coupons. There aren't enough locations to deal with foolishness.

Friendly staff, my dozen glazed donuts were fresh and delicious! Line was around the building and the wait was long but that's to be expected.

Got half a dozen assorted and they got the order correct, not to mention hot & fresh at 8pm on a Thursday! I was worried after seeing the bad reviews but the donuts are amazing!

I went there yesterday afternoon to get donuts for my family. i ordered three glazed donuts in an assorted dozen and then a half dozen all glazed. when i got home and everyone started eating them, we found that there were no glazed, but in fact, all had creme filling. i am not amused, i dont like creme filling and to find that there were no glazed donuts at all was very upsetting. be more careful. thank you.

The worse service ever. Supervisor needs better training or replaced. She has no idea how to supervise. Ordered a dozen mixed donuts and 2 mini donuts and left 20 minutes later angry by service. Should not take that long once donuts have been boxed out to check out !!

This is a new location just opened May 2021. Much more efficient store layout now. Quality of donuts remains very good maybe better than ever. So glad to have them in the area .

Such a bad review from me! They were so rude when I went through the drive thru! I went asking for 2 frozen mochas and when I did the girl got crappy with me saying they didn't have that when clearly it was on their menu right in front of me then continued to tell me "we only have frozen chocolate." Sorry Karen I didn't think you were working at Dunkin' Donuts.

Omg never thought that I woould wait 40 mins For donuts just ridiculous also says u accept Apple Pay clearly I get there and I'm told we don't take Apple Pay what a joke how are u a business in 2021 opening a store and don't have Apple Pay and you say that you do luckily I had a Cashapp card to pay online or I've would've waited 40 mins for nothing worse experience ever
