Krispy Krunchy Chicken

Customer NO SERVICE I asked the guy 3 times, "how are you doing today" and he ignored me 3 times. Even when I got my food, I told him "Thank you and have a good day", he ignored me again. I haven't from this before and I want be returning. Next I need something to eat I will rry the place next door because clearly this Krispy Krunchy Chicken has gotten to the place that they assume they will get customers. Good customer service provides you with good free marketing. Again, next time I need something I'll go next door to them, pay they 3-4 more for a different type of food, and just maybe they understand the value of good customer service. FYI: NEVER IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMERS because not everyone is a person that doesn't care about life. Assumption aren't good. Because he was ignoring me and making assumptions, we only received hot sauce and not one ketchup. If he would have taken the time to listen to me, he would have known we didn't need hot sauce (it's an assumption that all black people eat hot sauce with chicken). What we needed was ketchup for the fries. I will not being going back into this business nor even suggest it to anyone. Update: Chicken was extremely salty, to eat remove the breading and drink water

The food is good. I was surprised to find out that this is a franchise of a national chain. The place has the feel of a "ghetto" mom and pop. That doesn't bother me, but some may feel uncomfortable in this environment. I like that I can get multi-piece all white meat chicken off of the menu, rather than having to order and deal with up charges to get rid of the thighs and legs.

The chicken is very good and well seasoned. The potato wedges are great too! This particular location serves peach cobbler and it's GREAT! NOT too sweet, and plenty of crust!

I ordered some lemon pepper mild wings from this place as I'm leaving to head back home to New York. I got on the bus and started eating them and they tasted very spoil, as a matter of fact they were spoiled and they fried them any way and served them to myself and partner. I would really need to be in contact with whomever the manager is because I need a way to get a refund, because if I end up with food poison from the half of the only one I ate we are going to have a HUGE problem.

Food was pretty good, and didn't cost an extravagant amount to get a full meal. The lady behind the counter was really patient with me during my first time ordering as I looked through the menus.

It's okay. It's right above five points train station. I'm a vegetarian so when my friend & I go there I only get the potato wedges. It's an open space that's not well utilized. You see a lot of beggers & homeless outside the window. This is new & very heartbreaking to see these people out there like that. They have a older man sweeping & mopping the shop trying to make it suitable for the customers & that givers my heart a lil lift seeing they doing their part to stop homelessness.

I go to Krispy krinsky chicken at least 4 times Week in the mornings especially when I'm out handling business and I'm hungry best chicken ever when cooked fresh

Fast service and great tasting chicken ... The homeless hangout there but it's still a good place to eat.

This is some good chicken. As long as it hot it's a definite choice compared to any other. This will surly add a few pounds
