Do not eat here! We are regulars at the Krispy Krunchy on 24th Street, so we know how good this food is supposed to be. Unfortunately, this location is a massive disappointment. ​The chicken was incredibly dry and tough—it felt and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for days. To make matters worse, the biscuits were rock-hard and completely inedible. It’s hard to believe this is the same franchise when the 24th Street spot consistently serves juicy chicken and soft, buttery biscuits. ​There is clearly zero quality control happening here. Save your appetite and your money—take the extra drive to 24th Street where the food is actually fresh. This was our first and definitely our last time at this location.
