Krispy Pizza- Brooklyn, NY

I finally tried this place to see if their TikTok fame is warranted. They’re -genuinely- not famous enough. Their pizza is the best I’ve ever had: crispy, light, flavorful, filling. Their use of real, in-house ingredients really shows. Portions are very good, and their slice choices are numerous and very creative. Their pinwheels were fantastic too. I’m having lunch there tomorrow again

Stopped in to check out the pizza selection. I have been following them on social media for a while so I had to check them out while in town for Christmas. They definitely lived up to the hype and met all expectations. We even got to see Freddy on the the back counter cooking up the spesh. An added bonus i didn't even realize is they are a couple blocks down from Dyker Heights Christmas Lights. We tried the plain cheese, vodka sauce, pesto pepperoni, and margarita. The margarita looked so good i got a whole pie to go. Everything was spectacular. Even distribush was on point, with no slop jallops. Each slice was a different experience, and a home run! Best margarita pizza and vodka sauce pizza I've ever had! I love the sweetness of their marg and the subtle Ness of the vodka sauce. The pesto pep gets an honorable mention. And the plain cheese was realllly really really good for a plain cheese. They have so much to choose from that I'll have to come back about 15 times to try everything I got my eyes on. Grandma pie and sweet ricotta/roni are up next!!!

I went to krispy pizza all the way from California and it was definitely worth it! Hands-down, the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life and I’ll be back for sure! There’s something different about the pizza in New York, but I wish we knew what it was in California lol we’ve been around the whole city and tried more than a few types of different pizzas in New York while we were there, but this was number one by a far shot believe me!

Everything i hoped it would be! Been following them on instagram from STL and was so excited for the trip to NY to try them out! We got multiple slices and a salad, my personal favorite was the spicy vodka, hands down my favorite slice I may have ever had EVER. The dough is chewy, but crisp and tender, how is that even an option?? Sauce flavor is perfect, the quality of the cheese is also great. The tiny cupped pepperoni may be the perfect meat...just sayin... Salad was also great, the vinaigrette was awesome, just added a bit of parmesan to the salad and it was delicious and fresh! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

I went in wanting to try the Upside Down Square, but it wasn’t available at that time. So I went with the Palermo Square instead. And let me say this. It’s the best square slice I’ve had since Peter’s Pizza moved to New Jersey. Even though they’re different styles, the pizza hits the same way: super crunchy (Krispy) on the bottom, light and fluffy in the middle, and top with really fresh and high quality ingredients. I also tried the garlic knots. I haven’t had one this good in a very, very long time, clearly made with care. Definitely a must-try. Update: 2/19/26 The Spicy Vodka square absolutely blew me away. I wasn’t expecting it to be this good, but wow. Every bite was packed with very flavors. The sauce was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Again, the bottom crunchy crust was absolutely perfect, and without a doubt, it was the best slice I’ve ever had. I’m still thinking about it right now!

Wow. Yes the crust is Crispy! We went here for dinner after seeing posts about it on instagram and had to try it. No regrets. We loved the options of the individual slices like the vodka slice, 13th Ave slice and the grandma slice. Everything was good. The place was busy but not overfilled with customers so it was easy to get a seat and enjoy. I see there are other locations that I plan to visit as well.

Decided to stop in to this well renowned Brooklyn Pizza shop for the first time after taking the family to see the Awe Inspiring Christmas Lights of Dyker Heights. The Brooklyn Classic Pizzeria (first and foremost) is packed. When you walk in you order by the glass and pay up front by the door. They have a wide array of pizzas including (but not limited to) pepperoni, vodka, chicken parm, sausage, Sicilian and grandma slice. You can sit and eat (if you can find a table) or you can take it to go. Everyone is gain a great time, the place has a great vibe although space is limited. Please note there is one bathroom (men and women) and it forms a like pretty quickly. Additionally, parking is traditional NYC style (if you can find a spot its a good Day) out front. The pizza is delicious simply put and is indeed KRISPYand flaky. I strongly recommend the Sicilian pepperoni, traditional pepperoni and a beef patty, wash it down with a cold Root Beer, you'll be glad that you did. Fresh and hot food, ice cold beverages great pizza and people, what else is there left to say.

I got the original mozzarella cheese and tomato, and ate the whole pie! It was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. Perfectly crispy, no under-carriage, and the cheese-to-sauce ratio was perfect - Not to mention the incredible taste. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I’d be back in a heartbeat next time I’m in New York!

I've been seeing Krispy Pizza's videos pop up in my feed all year, so when I recently visited New York I had to stop in. They've got a TON of toppings. All the classics, some very unique ones, and some that uh....do people really order "Salad Pizza" ? Anyway I loved all my slices. The dough seems to have a unique, subtle seasoning to it that I can't quite place. It gives Krispy a signature nobody can duplicate. I'm not really sure why the place is called Krispy Pizza when the pizza isn't particularly crispy (except that square slice!) but that's fine. All slices were cooked to perfection!

So this place with all the bragging I hear about it has been very inconsistent!! First time cam with my son and most flavors were good but grandma lacked flavor and the Philly pin wheel was just greasy and also lacked flavor the rest were good . 2nd time My son and I came my son ordered a pesto roni and we got to the house and my son got a regular cheese and no pesto . So in all that we over paid for a regular slice . And now today third time I got the buffalo pin wheel perfect , but the vodka slice burnt top and more then half burnt bott can't win!!‍‍ I want to give this place another chance but I just can't win.

Worth the hype and worth a try. Everything was delicious. Cheese slice, parm slice, pinwheels. Expect a line.

Sorry can't help myself...this song always pops into my head when I am eating pizza in New York...The best pizza ever...And Krispy Pizza is now on the top of my list... When visiting family in Brooklyn a while back I made my way over here after reading reviews on yelp. It did not disappoint this girl...I no sooner stepped inside I was overwhelmed by the smell of garlic, red sauce and over all "deliciousness!" Mouth drooling I went with a slice of sicilian & margherita...I was in heaven! The sauce was sooo good with just the right amount of garlic, lots of fresh mozzarella and basil. The silician crust was nice and crispy. I am already dreaming of my return... ~ and that's all I have to say about that ~

Get their Sicilian pizza!! It's crispy and delicious! The service here is really nice and been a fan of them ever since! Would definitely be a returning customer. Tip; they don't have a bathroom. Seating is available and there is a service fee for card charges!

Grew up as a young child coming here needed to evoke those memories. Very tight entrance and counter area. Lots of varieties of pizzas and while variety is good, who knows how long some slices have been there. Can't be that fresh. Ordered slice and the viral pinwheel. Sicilian was tasty. Pinwheel wasn't impressive whatsoever and too much char on bottom, because my order was forgotten in oven at least 5 minutes.

Not sure what the hype is about, maybe because the owner is always posting videos on social media, but I thought the pizza was mediocre. Nothing special about their pizza. They have a large variety of pizza topping combinations and if you buy them by the slice, they are quite expensive. Not sure if I would give them another try, but if I do, I'll update my review.

Pesto Roni is my current favorite pizza from here -- sweet and savory! Highly recommend especially if you're looking for a round pizza/New York slice.

Our sweet crispy pizza we got a square pie! it was a whopping $38, but it was a heavy box and so very delicious, did not let us down. Crunchy pepperoni and great sauce to cheese ratio. We usually just dine in grab 2 slices each and eat it upp. The beef patty with cheese is deliciously cheesy and the staffs are very friendly and efficient. Our fav is the spicy vodka, definitely not spicy but juicy and sweet.

4 Stars-I came here with a friend on a Friday afternoon and it was very busy. I wanted to come based on their Instagram and podcast videos. The pizza was excellent but I was expecting the food and experience to blow me away. Unfortunately it did not. Don't get me wrong, I will be back again. The food was really good and fresh. I'm sure nothing sits around for even hours. I think the main disappointment was that I did not see any of the owners or people on the video there. It was basic order taking, no "how is everything" or "thanks for coming" which is what I expected. The videos showed a lot of customer interaction which I did not really see. They do have a great variety and the Buffalo chicken slice was GREAT! The chicken was so fresh and moist. The vodka sauce slice was good as well. I will probably try some of the other items on the menu I usually do not eat. Maybe a calzone, Rice ball, stuffed eggplant or the hot dishes. Prices are fair and it is bench style table seating. Hopefully I will get to meet some of the owners next time. I would recommend them and I'm looking for a better experience next time.

For their name and slogan to be about Krispy pizza, only to be served anything but Krispy pizza makes no sense. Went there to see what the hype was about and was disappointed. We tried 3 kinds of slices. The cheese slice, the buffalo chicken slice, and a cheesesteak slice. The cheese pizza was terrible. All oregano, nothing else. The buffalo chicken pizza was not edible. The chicken was rubbery, and tasted old. The only saving grace was the cheesesteak pizza, which was edible, that's all. Not good, but I was able to atleast eat it once I drowned it with garlic, parmesan, and red pepper flakes. The rest of the things went into the garbage. Definitely not coming back here. 2 stars only because the staff was nice.

This was my first time here but Id seen their videos on tiktok. It was a bit crowded by the door when you walk in with people ordering and picking up to go orders. There are a bunch of guys available to take your order. I got a few of their famous pinwheels buffalo chicken and cheesesteak. They were huge and delicious. I also got a slice of spicy vodka with pepperoni. It was all heated up in the oven and brought to my table. I enjoyed the slice but didn't taste so much like vodka sauce. I would come again but it was a bit expensive for the pinwheels and slice. The slice was $5 and each pinwheels was $6 but prices are not posted anywhere inside.

Some of the best pizza in south brooklyn. The specialty slices here are out of control. First, the amount of pizzas on display is insane. With everything being so delicious here it's hard to pick what you want when you're under pressure. Some of my go to slices here are the Palermo slice and their vodka slice amongst everything else. The sauce they use on their Palermo slice is on the sweeter side with chunks of tomato. Definitely unique and you won't see this in other pizzerias. They do use this sauce on some of their other slices like the 13th avenue slice which is also pretty good. Their vodka sauce is also pretty good. The haters will say the pizza isn't crispy but every time I'm here my pizza is fresh and crispy so no complaints by me. *PSA* To previous negative reviewers who complained pizza wasn't crispy, once pizza gets in to the box it loses it crisp as it starts to steam. You have to eat it out of the oven!

They had a ton of different specialty slices and were relatively fast for the line and crowd they had on a Sunday night. We did to go but they also had an abundance of seating inside.

Went to Brooklyn for a tik tok fragrance event so I had planned to visit this pizza spot to see if it was all the hype from tik tok videos .. I can tell you it's the hype and the mother's recipe for the Kristy pizza definitely has the crunch in every bite. They're making the pizza pies all in front of you and already had a line to get in the moment the door opened .. I came along way to try it ! Thankyou my fellow tiktoker I'm Ceoofcougartown! Can't wait to come back and have the salad pie next !

This place is a real old school NYC pizza joint. I've heard of it and their IG page kept popping up on my for you timeline so I decided to check it out since I work in the area. I went around 1:30pm and there was a crowd but it moved. They have so many different type of pizza behind the counter but when I saw that grandma slice, I knew that was it. They were quick but the food came out nice and hot. 2 slices were $7! Can't beat that. The taste was perfect. The sauce was nice and sweet but no overly done. The crust was crispy but not too hard and held the cheese and sauce nicely. It was great. The interior really looked so old school, clean but definitely gave me the nostalgic, 80s/90s vibes of my childhood. I am definitely coming back here to try their other slices. It's a must try for all you pizza heads.

First time in this famous Brooklyn Pizzeria and I do like it. The place is crowded for a good reason but there is a lot of seating. The pizza is super fresh and delicious.. will be back to try other Italian specialties.

This place is all over social media and I am glad they are busy because they seem like good hard working people. I have been to the one in Freehold and I found it to be solid. The buffalo chicken pin wheel was the first thing I tried. It was good and loved that it wasn't too spicy. The spicy vodka slice was decent. There was a nice crunch on the crust. Is the pizza up there with the best in Brooklyn? Probably not, but its a good solid slice. Pinwheels are also lovely if you aren't in the mood for pizza.

Visited for the 1st time, and traveling from another state, to try Krispy Pizza and it was AMAZING! Visiting NYC for the first time, I made the extra effort to drop into Brooklyn to bet on Krispy Pizza to provide me the authentic pizza taste that NYC curates and I have no regrets. I was able to meet the original owners and they were amazing: great hospitality; quick service; fresh pizzas and heated by order; and friendly. Big shout out to the Father and Son duo! My personal favorite was the Sweet Ricotta. It was so good that I went back in line to get seconds. Their establishment is awesome; i felt so welcomed and I enjoyed eating with the locals in the neighborhood. I will 100% be returning here on my next visit. Most importantly, if you want the AUTHENTIC pizza taste: house made; savory, and crispy, come to this original location to grab a slice and you will not regret it. 5/5 and NO SLOP JALOPS HERE

I've had this place two times so far and both times were absolutely delicious. I can be quite nit picky about pizza but these were perfect! So far what I've tried so far: margarita pizza, hot honey with pepperoni slice, and the nonna square pizza. You really can't go wrong with those options! I can't wait to try more flavors.

Our friends got a delivery order from here and got the Round Cheese Pizza ($21) and Hot Honey Roni ($38). The pizzas are pretty big and easily feed 5 of us with lots leftover. The pizza wasn't anything too special although they did have a lot of pepperoni topped on the pizza squares. I didn't really taste the hot honey that much to be honest. Also found the dough to be a bit too chewy for my liking.

Highly recommend. Worth every minute of the wait. The original location truly takes the cake. I've tried the Jersey City spot, and it doesn't even come close to this one. The place was packed shoulder-to-shoulder, but the line moved quickly and smoothly--clearly a well-oiled operation. The staff was hustling nonstop, yet still incredibly polite, friendly, and respectful. I even spotted the celebrity Freddy himself in the kitchen making pies. He took a moment to say hello and personally thank me for coming in from California, which was such a classy and memorable touch. And the pizza? Self-explanatory. Perfectly crispy, generously topped, and bursting with flavor thanks to high-quality ingredients. This is the kind of pizza that reminds you why the original is the original.

Always my go to for a Brooklyn slice, one of my faves. They created a lot of new interesting slices. They never disappoint. Always quick service and clean environment.

Was in NY from CA for business and took a $150 Uber to Brooklyn from down town just to experience the Krispy phenomenon. Here's my take: 1) much smaller store than it appears on the internet. 2) absolute zoo with lines out the door and up the block. 3) "100% Joe" and "Cousin Chris" behind the counter were cool as could be amid complete chaos. Kind enough to break ranks and take a selfie with me. 3) slice of Grandma Pie was outstanding and well worth the hour wait. 4) only disappointment was missing "Godfather Freddie"who must have taken the night off. Conclusion: Krispy lives up to the hype. Definitely "spec" with great "distribushe. 5/5

Finally got to try Krispy Pizza after seeing all the viral TikToks. I see a lot of people frequent here because of social media as well, trying to get pictures with the workers. The entrance of the pizza shop is narrow and hard to navigate when you're trying to order and it's busy. But the back has ample seating. I ordered a margarita slice, spicy vodka, grandma slice, and krispy trio slices. My favorites were the spicy vodka, grandma and classic margarita slices. If it's your first time here, I think any slice with pepperoni is a must. Their pepperoni here is crispy and some of the best I've tried. For how popular this pizza spot is now, the prices are decent.

After all the social media hype, I knew I had to give Krispy Pizza a shot as part of my next Brooklyn pizza trip, expecting the pizza to be nothing special. Little did I know that Krispy would end up in the contention for one of the best bites of pizza I've had in a long time. The regular slice was a good one - no flop, a heavier crust, maybe a little overcooked on the heating up but still a very good slice, especially after it sat for a few minutes after coming out of the oven. But for a place known for the "spesh," all of the other items I had were top tier. The buffalo chicken slice is in contention for one of the best buffalo slices I've had anywhere - with a nice tang, perfect cheese ratio, and excellent blend of flavors. The buffalo pinwheel was good as well - less heavy on the buffalo so if you want the punch, get the slice - but still amazing. The pesto/vodka/mariana trio - the slice I came here for - was phenomenal. The crust was so soft and chewy, and the three sauces each had so much flavor and were delicious on their own, but together everything worked to literal perfection and I couldn't have asked for a better slice. And the garlic knots - next level garlic, chewy, soaked in flavor, and amazing. Definitely a not-so-hidden gem, but one that doesn't get the hype for the pizza itself that it deserves!

Great flavors, fresh selections, friendly staff, reasonable prices. I tried both the regular and Sicilian slices. Everything tasted really good, I just didn't think the Sicilian was that crispy. It was definitely light and airy, but not the crunch I was expecting considering the name, and other pizza joints I've tried. Definitely would not deter me from coming back, because it was delicious nonetheless.

This place is a Dyker Heights institution for a reason. Fast service, casual, no frills pizza spot with delicious slices and pies. Came here after walking around to see all the houses decked out for Christmas lights and the place was jumping even on a weeknight. Found parking relatively nearby, then proceeded to survey the slices and narrow it down to what we wanted. We went with a vodka slice, krispy trio, salad slice, and fresh mozzarella slice. All were delicious, but the vodka slice and krispy trio were definitely standouts. This might be one of the best vodka slices I've ever had. The sauce is absolute perfection, well balanced and topped with just the right amount of cheese. The sauce on the krispy trio is also incredible - the pesto sauce tastes extremely fresh. If you're in the area and you love pizza, this is a must visit.

7-10-25. After viewing about a thousand videos about this place that are posted on all social media platforms, I finally made my way here today after running an errand in the neighborhood. Ordered a bunch of slices. I consumed a few there and brought home the rest to have with the fam for dinner. Chicken alla vodka slice with french fries was an interesting combination and was different, but pretty good. Regular slice was very solid. Reheated a spicy pepperoni slice and a "Palermo" slice for dinner. Pepperoni was very good but the "Palermo" slice was out-farkin'-standing. It's a Sicilian slice that had mozzarella on the bottom and a chunky, sweet oniony (if that's a word) sauce that was definitely up there in one of the best sauces I've tasted on pizza. It was so damn good, I wish a could have done a few shots of it. Balsamic chicken salad slice was also very good. I also ordered a cheesesteak pinwheel which I have not tasted yet. Hopefully I'll heat it up tomorrow and give it a try. Overall, a fine pizza experience, but the standout for me was that Palermo slice. Plenty of other specialty pies in the display case, and upon my return I'll give a few others a try. Most items looked very fresh and the place was a bit busy, so the turnover rate must be good. Lots of workers behind the counter making your wait on line very quick. Prices were pretty reasonable for the quality of food.

Yep, I will admit it - the tic tocks got me and made me have to try this place. Also, love Jules. So I drove 30 mins on a Saturday to see how crispy this pizza is. Verdict? LEGIT. It's mayhem and beautiful chaos when you walk in. The pizza is really good. The regular pie and pepperoni are above average classic NY slices. What I really loved was the grandma slice though. I had to wait for a fresh pie and it was so worth it. So freakin thin and fresh. Also the chicken vodka pinwheel was 9/10. This place is worth trying.

Seeing Freddy from the videos was cool. Didn't want to be that guy but made sure to get a word in. From California, we don't get crispy bottom, New York style pizza. So this was a big hit for me. Recommend the hot honey pepperoni, and a slice with their pesto. Really good pizza, pretty busy as you'd expect but still got a spot to sit, not nearly as bad as Joe's pizza.

Pizza was delicious! I had four slices, and I can't decide which one was my favorite! The service was great, and the ambiance was neat! It was a busy place, but worth it! The owner is very handsome! That's a plus!!

Finally got here. Parking is tight in the mini meter neighborhood. My first slice was too hot so really didn't taste much. The second slice , slightly cooled down was very good. Good old drippy oily runny Brooklyn pizza.

Pizza is beautiful. Top slice on my books. The crust has a depth of flavor I never had before in other pies. Square slice, or round slice, both unique in flavor in it's own right. Both great options Small inside, seating is limited and can get crowded on a weekend afternoon. The payment process seems to be lost in translation as some people pay first, some eat first. You order in the center, then have to move your way back towards the entrance to pay, and then move to the back to eat. Not convenient when it's very crowded. Very confusing. Despite the confusing payment process, from the food alone, this merits a high score in my books

Food 5/5 - we got the pesto, hot honey, and plain cheese pizza. They have quite the selection of pizzas with different crusts. They were all delicious and well-seasoned. Indoor experience 4/5 - while cooler in here than the outside heat, it was still a bit warm. Not sure if that's the norm, or if some things were just temporarily out of service. They also didn't have any ice for their fountain drinks. Overall, I'd give this place a 4.5. I'd definitely come back if we're in the area again

Got the sweet ricotta which was too sweet in my opinion and the hot honey one (not hot enough). I like Prince Streets hot honey version more in my opinion! I like there's a sit down area and a bathroom which makes the place a good grab and go but also good sit down shop. You pay first and the wait can get long since people wait for their pizzas to be warmed up. I should've tried their regular pizza slices so I would probably come back again for that

I was here with my partner a few weeks ago, we tried 6 different slices. We loved 4 out of the 6, we will definitely be coming back. The service was great, my partner enjoyed meeting the owner's son since he's a big fan on Instagram. The ambiance was laid back, glad we were able to get a table since this place is usually packed

I stopped in here for a quick bite on lunch and it really hit the spot. The plain slice was on point and tried the sweet Riccota square. It was busy and pizza was being made fresh. I will definitely be back. The ambiance was old school pizza place.

neighborhood pizza place with gas ovens. THe pizza here is as good as they come. Its a classic NY style, sweet and slightly tangy sauce with a very crunchy crust and a good pull on the undercarriage. The pizza if gets taken out might lose some crispiness during transit in the box. Highly recommend eating in.

My husband and I have been wanting to come to this location for a year. We are from SWFL. This is a clean, well-organized, fast-pace pizza establishment with friendly employees. Joseph helped us with our order. He was great. We ordered the sweet ricotta, the vodka, 13th ave, and chicken parm pizza slices with garlic knots. Everything tasted INCREDIBLE. We loved that the sauce was not acidic, and was fresh. Probably the BEST Pizza we have ever had. I had the sweet ricotta and loved that it was the perfect combination of sweet and savory. I loved the sesame seeds on the Vodka's crust for added flavor and texture. I nearly cried when I bit into the garlic knots - fresh garlic, parm cheese, and parsley - full of flavor. We will be coming back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I'm sure you've seen Krispy Pizza on social media. The rating thing is throwing me. My dad owned a restaurant in the early 70s. If there was a guy with a camera crew outside to rate his food? Remember Billy Batz? I'm here for recon, I'm going to end my career working in this neighborhood. There's a big difference between pizza in Nassau county compared to Brooklyn. I think I found my go to spot at Krispy Pizza. Walking in, it's a typical pizza place that I'm used to growing up in Brooklyn. First time here, I want to try an Original Slice as well as the Sweet Ricotta slice. This slice has a hot honey drizzle and pepperoni? Wow! I sit down and can see the entire operation. The owner, one of the brothers, is the maestro of the operation. It's noon and I can see he's hustling. Someone came in and said hello. He stopped what he was doing, came from around the counter and gave a hug?? This is a true neighbor spot. 50 years, I know there are kids who joined the military and said, when I come home for Christmas I am running to Krispy pizza. It's a nostalgic thing. I can taste it in my first bite. I'm Italian, if my brothers had places in Jersey? It's true competition! Daddy taught me better how to make mozzarella, yours needs more salt. Haha Listen, if you're not from the area and drive to Grimaldi's? Thats a tourist move. If you want the real deal? The original slice I had was very good. The sweet Ricotta with the hot honey drizzle? Perfection. I'm coming back to Brooklyn in 2025. I'll be here every week. Waiting for the BQE traffic to lighten up.. Best pizza I had in 2024

Traveled to NY from LA I had to stop here for a few slices and they did not disappoint. Excellent service and excellent pizza definitely will come back whenever I'm in town!

I traveled over an hour to try their pizza because I saw it on TikTok! So good! My favorite was the pesto, red, and vodka sauce slice. Hands down they had the best pepperoni I ever tried, EVER! It's such a mom and pops type of restaurant which gave it the real New York feel. The staff was friendly and quick! They were making pizzas so fast back there it was wild!

You're always guaranteed a good pie when you order from Krispy. Their selection over the years has grown so much. They have such a variety of truly delicious pizza. Definitely worth a ride from the rice balls to the heroes to the pizza to the pinwheels, etc. everything is top-notch.

Called in an order and picked it up. It was ready in 30 minutes. I work nearby so I picked it up for dinner. I ordered a rice ball special and a sicialian pie of the trio and toscana. The total was $43. If you pay credit card there's a fee vs if you pay cash. Everything was absolutely delicious! There are so many specialty pizzas. My husband wants to try to hot roni next time!

First time here and I loved this place! My brother drove from Virginia just to try their pizza and I went along for the ride. Boy am I glad that I did! Everything was fresh and delicious. Next time you're in Brooklyn stop by, sit down, and sample a few items on the menu. They're not just pizza. Recommendations: Krispy Trio Pizza, Buffalo Pinwheel, Eggplant Rollatini, Stuffed Eggplant, Krispini.

Mmmmm I'm a simple girl-- I see a Krispy slice with those perfect little dollops of ricotta, I'm ordering it. I grabbed a 13th Av slice and an order of garlic knots which came out to $7.43. Not bad at all for a very filling lunch. The 13th Av slice comes with Krispy's special Palermo sauce, which was on the sweeter side though you can still see and taste the chunks of tomato and onion, as well as fresh mozzarella, ricotta, and crushed red pepper. I loved the little sesame seeded border around the crust, which added a nice nuttiness to an already crispy slice. The garlic knots came in an order of four, and were so fluffy and light-- a stark contrast to the dense balls of dough I recently had somewhere else. I liked the side of marinara, though I would have liked a spicier version. Although the pizzeria was popping when I arrived, I was able to order and pay within 10 minutes as the staff are very organized and efficient.

Place is great, clean. I had hot honey and the 3 way square. It was ok, not impressed. I really wanted to love the pizza but to me a fellow Brooklyn knight who grew up on NY Pizza it's ok, not bad not great. Slices were small. Service was great. This may have been a one off.
