This young lady at Kroger in Buckhead this morning decides to profile me and ask me for my receipt upon exiting and I asked her why? She says that something had popped up on my screen and when I was trying to inform her what popped up on the screen she started to talk over me and not allow me to respond. I had noticed that I wasn’t the only customer in that area of the store checking out and had that notification popped up on their screens asking them to not to forget their bags in the bagging area. She did NOT ask anyone else for their receipt upon exiting that had that same notification. Also, the voice assistant on the computer reads out the message so everyone can hear what is on the screen. The store is quiet it’s early in the morning and I know she heard it just like she heard everyone else scream announcing them to make sure that they get their baggage out of the bag and area . Then all of a sudden she states “oh never mind I see your receipt at the bottom of the bag and I didn’t know if that’s what was on the screen or not!” The matter is that she didn’t ask anyone else that question when that notification had popped up on their screens with the computer announced it aloud. I’ve been coming to the store for years and I don’t appreciate being pulled out and singled out! If you are going to do something be consistent and do your job correctly. That was humiliating and embarrassing! The remaining customers in that area was just staring.

Management and staff watched me bag $120 worth of groceries on my own while they talked and laughed only to began help the next two customers which where white. It was rude because I know they saw me struggling with bagging, I know they could have help and I know they just didn’t want to. Side note: Everyone in the deli acts like they want to fight you. This place clearly never speaks on customer service. They are always out of everything stock wise. Seafood department hates to help get seafood???

This Kroger is an absolute disappointment!! Mind you I am writing this review as I sit in my car waiting for the store to open as they open at 6am. The time is currently 6:46am. People are standing at the door and waiting in their cars in the parking. All while the workers and store manager makes eye contact with the people outside only to not open the door and simple say bare with us folks we are having a delayed opening. There was an employee standing at the door waiting for a store associate to let him in, the manager finally came let him in and proceeded to close the door still with out saying anything to the waiting people. I then asked when will the store open and the manager says in about 15 minutes. If I did not ask him he would not have said one word to all the waiting people. Also an hour later the store is still not open. This is very unprofessional!!!!!!

Great customer service. The store Manager let me do an even exchange for an item. I really appreciated it. And this has been my go to grocery store being in GA. Nice associates help you find whatever you are looking for. The store manager is awesome. Very understanding and helpful as well :)

I visited this store and needed assistance after a really bad day. The manager on duty Brett, was so sincere and kind to me that I was overwhelmed with gratitude. It's not often that someone leaves me speechless, but this young man simply cared so much that all I could say was 'Thank you so so much sir. You are a really good man". I meant it too. Kroger is so fortunate to have an individuals like Brett and his team working for them. They represented themselves today as "Servants of Christ". They really Love others.

I don’t have some nonsense brand loyalty here, and I give places the benefit of the doubt, but giving a 60%, or just barely passing, grade here. I’ve been here before for one or two things but today I was nearby and did a full on grocery shopping. Extremely underwhelmed. For a mid afternoon on Sunday, store was in bad shape. Stuff not stocked and things all jammed up and all over the place. Felt dingy and floor by dairy had observeable black grit/sand all over. Main parts of store (ie deli, meat counters) not staffed at all. One check out lane open. It would be one thing if the prices were super great, but they are not. The prices are similar if not more than Publix for things I buy. Also, the price labeling is terrible. Many things like store brand fresh items have no visible price. Price tags in general are incredibly cluttered and confusing. Just about all items have some “locked in low price” “digital coupon” fake or misleading sale price indication or some other confusing designation is almost impossible to tell what is really on sale - just tell me what the price is! Quit trying to confuse me about a jar of salsa! Will never come here again by choice. I would easily drive 2-3 miles extra to go somewhere else.

Finally this store is closing! It’s long overdue. I literally go out of my way to avoid this store. Management stopped trying a long time ago. They rarely have what I need in stock, regularly have expired items, no one ever in the meat dept even at 5 in the afternoon, and they are a disgrace to what Kroger once was about. Publix may be more expensive but I’ll take it over ALWAYS having to go there anyway because this store can’t be bothered to order correctly.

I gave a three because I don't appreciate being treated like a thief because of the way I look or whatevere reason he chose to follow me. The store is great, nice, and clean. Prices easy to understand. Well organized. The store give me the impression they take their job seriously, with proud. I will change it to a five because he was only doing his job. If I could this would be my primary store to shop.
