I usually do my shopping elsewhere, but I visited the Cabot Kroger out of convenience. Unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. The self-checkout attendant, Mike, helped me and then immediately proceeded to talk about another customer in a very unprofessional and inappropriate manner. He made disparaging comments about the customer’s body odor, which was not only disrespectful but also made me uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.
