The people that makes their sushi is amazing. It’s so fresh And I love that they come up with new ideas. I literally am addicted and will be there almost every week to grab lunch. At first, I was iffy on the new hot Cheeto sushi roll But it is so 🔥. Definitely worth a try!

I usually do my shopping elsewhere, but I visited the Cabot Kroger out of convenience. Unfortunately, my experience was quite unpleasant. The self-checkout attendant, Mike, helped me and then immediately proceeded to talk about another customer in a very unprofessional and inappropriate manner. He made disparaging comments about the customer’s body odor, which was not only disrespectful but also made me uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

They open early in the morning and close little late. It is very convenient for who works different hours! Most of stuffs were very friendly and helpful all the time. This store always have great quality vegetables and fruits, also Kroger's original products are very reasonable price!! I love this store!!

Decent deals, but be careful because they leave refrigerated goods out too long.

The self check out attendant was very rude and unhelpful. I believe his name was Mike, and was making rude remarks in front of multiple customers!

I like to shop here with the every week deals they have. A clean store and friendly staff. It's not crowded in the early morning shopping.

It was Quiet here and I prefer to go shopping when it's not busy.

Sold rotting beef on both occasion July 31 and Aug 7, 2023. I placed online order for beef on both date with an addition pork ribs on second purchase Aug 7.Unpacked immediately once brought the meat home on that day itself. Foul smell of rotting flesh permeated the air eventhough the due date was 4 days away. Filed complaint on the day the grocery was picked up to corporate. Response was refund. AR Health Dept found nothing wrong on Kroger's part. Health Dept sent an email implied that I kept and unpacked the meat days after the pick up. No! I unpacked the meat on that morning July 31 it was brought home. Did the same after I brought home the grocery on Aug 7. Kroger advertises fresh produces everyday yet here at this store, rotten meat had been sold as fresh with due date couple of days away.

SO UN-SKIPIDY!! Trader Joe's is wayyyyyyy better! NOT VERY SLAY prices are really high!

Overpriced no staff self checkout never again terrible. I tried to check out a few items and was having problems with the machine, the lady who is working the area did nothing to help me, so I decided not to purchase the items... she was more concerned with taking them away from the bagging area, then helping me complete the purchase... extremely rude. Well, they seem to have a decent selection of items. Everything was very overpriced. I will never ever walk in that store again..

This Kroger has gone downhill the past few years. The aisles are so crowded with endcaps and displays that only one cart can really fit in the aisle making it impossible to get through or go around someone who is looking. The employees are lazy and never available to assist costumers. They just stand around talking to each other and are so distracted that they leave paid items out of your bags when bagging your groceries. They've spent a lot of money repainting and trying to make it look like Whole Foods, but have done nothing to the bathrooms. Seriously, I've been to truck stops with cleaner restrooms and who puts black toilet seats in public bathrooms? You can't tell if it's clean. I'll be shopping at our new Aldi when it opens up. Kroger has gone to shit.

Pretty standard grocery store, seems a bit small but wasn't lacking any of the products I was looking for. Store was clean and the staff were helpful. Nothing was low on stock so they seem to be doing great in that department.

So, we ordered the prime rib meal this year. First off, when the wife went to pick it up they told her "we don't show an order for you." So, right off the bat "here we go." She showed them the confirmation email and after 45 minutes they found it. Thanksgiving day we get up and start cooking (despite what they advertise it is NOT precooked). The prime rib was the nastiest thing I've ever tried to eat. It had no flavor whatsoever, it was tough as shoe leather, and just disgusting. NO ONE liked it. The sides were the same, bland tasting and nasty. You would think for what they charge this wouldn't be the case. We will NEVER do this again with Kroger. Never.

Probably the closest equivalent to Safeway back home. More expensive than Walmart but they have some items here you can't find at Walmart and a larger selection of organic foods too if you're looking for that. Be sure to sign up for a Kroger card, load up coupons to your card online and they'll apply when you check out when you put in your phone number. Can't stack coupons you cut out on top because they are the same, but can stack on top of any member savings. Being a member is great too as you earn fuel points ($1 = 1 point). Apply them at the pump (their gas stations only) and you can choose how much you want apply, Iike .10 off per gallon. Employees here are very nice and helpful. Stuff from the bakery is tasty and their produce here always looks better than the produce at Walmart. Love their discounted "ripe" rack, perfect for finding bananas ready for banana bread.

Was embarrassed yesterday because the lady yelled at me and then told me that she rang up the wrong price but waited til I got all the way to the door caused a big scene and all she needed to do was walk up to me and not yell completely embarrassed.

Worst example aloof what a grocery store should be. They seem to always be out of basic items
