Kroger

The only good departments are floral, seafood, and the pharmacy. There’s no point in ordering pick-up. They will just call you and tell you they can’t do it. It’s sad when you have to drive to a different city to go to a good Kroger. I’ve talked to management. They don’t care at all.

Great selection but I often order pickup and I consistently have to drive back to the store for missing items. The first couple of times, I was very understanding about them being busy and just overlooking one of my bags, but it’s become a pattern. I spoke with management about it and nothing has changed as I’m sitting in the parking lot again waiting for them to find my missing items. I will get a message saying my order was filled with no substitutions and get home to find I’m missing multiple items. My advice, if you order pickup from this store, check the items you receive against your receipt before leaving to save you the time of having to drive back. Very disappointing.

This kroger is the worse I've ever been to! Byram Kroger blows Clinton location away! Hardly any if any GULF SEAFOOD? How are we hours from the coast and NOTHING! Very few employees are actually helpful! If the dirt across from MC becomes more than that then I hope we get a Real Grocery with Local foods etc. I can't believe how much money I spend a week there because Walmart is the other option! 1 star was the lowest but

Kroger is a great store. Great variety very convenient and most locations are open 24 hours. They have very cleanly locations and lots of parking. The only reason i couldn't give them five stars is pricing. In my humble opinion some things you can find cheaper with them but most seem to be cheaper with their only real competitor to me wal mart who is to me the only grocery chain that they come second to locally. I also very much applaud them for having a all natural foods section that is generally well marked and separate from the rest of the processed gmo non natural in general store bought foods. Wal mart definitely does not do that but it should.

Very clean, they keep everything in stock, and big selections to pick from.

Kroger has went down so bad, management do not care and they lack of concern in their customers shows. I work in retail as well and every device in our store I can help our guest. I asked one of the red vest manager for assistance and she told me to call the number because she don’t know nothing about the machine. This wasn’t my first time having a very dismissive interaction with this same woman. You can tell customer service isn’t a priority anymore long as workers show up to work. This Kroger has hit rock bottom

The worst. Always packed. Mobile pick up sucks. I wait and wait and wait. Slow as hell. Pharmacy tells me I have prescriptions ready only for me to arrive and they need a new prescription. I’m only on one medication. How do you mess that up? Terrible location. Parking sucks. I drive from Clinton to Byram Kroger. That’s how I feel about Clinton Kroger. Byram Kroger is everything Clinton Kroger is not. It so smoothly run compared to this mad house here in Clinton.

This Kroger used to be one of the best in the metro area. But the store has become disorganized and dirty. I attached a couple of photos of outside the store. This is sad. The shopping experience at this store has really gone down hill. The next time I go to the store I will take pictures of the inside.

What a horrible experience, there is no cashers, they charge too $$$$ and no Customer services, they abuse their clients, they have a security guy and a lady "manager" fixing issues with the machines. My first and last time I shop in this chain supermarket. Stop give your money to companies they don't appreciate you!

It's decent, but they need to fix some of their deli prices. I love the pinwheels the deli makes, but good god how are they 9 dollars normally? Of course, I'm not willing to pay that much. Thankfully, they generally mark them down to 3 - 4 dollars. Asides from that, the store could be a good deal cleaner usually.

It has become increasingly frustrating to shop at the Kroger in Clinton. There are almost never enough checkout stations open. This morning there were 2 staffed lanes open (actually better than typical 1), however, there were only 3 self-checkout stations open. The lines were backed way out into the store, making it difficult for those still shopping to navigate the aisles. I saw at least 1 person abandon their cart and leave the store due to the extremely long wait. This is inexcusable. For a good while I have been thinking that it might be worth the drive to shop at Whole Foods in Jackson. This morning was the final nudge I needed.

Pharmacy Review - a couple of years ago, I loved using this pharmacy. They were quick and convenient. Over the past twelve months, I've grown to dread using this pharmacy. The drive through line has become a test of endurance. It's not much better inside. They haven't kept up with the staffing to keep their service quick and efficient. Today, the second drive thru window isn't even open with over ten cars in queue. They really need to do some hiring to get their level of service back to what it was at one time. No one wants to wait an hour to drop off, a couple of days to get something filled, and then wait an hour to pickup. I will change this review if the situation improves, but it's not a pleasant experience at this time.

I go to this Kroger almost everyday love the deals with my Kroger app! Gas is a must so I get rewarded for my shopping expense. Whether it is 2x or 4x points you'll get a lot of value from shopping at Kroger and once you see that 10 cents off of 2.11 - 2.20 go down to 2.01 or 2.10 it is satisfying. The inside is very clean and as we speak they're remodeling a lot. They have the shelves stocked everytime I come in and I get to make beautiful looking food either Kroger or the farmers market and when I can't make it to the farmers Kroger is the closest thing I have close to that. Next to the meat counter choosing your meat and seafood by the pound which is a plus. The staff is very friendly they know who I am when I come in for the most part. The ingredients that come from Kroger never disappoints.

If you happy ordering online and NEVER GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK...shop online and wait hours before you recieve a reply and then call 18005764377amd they hang up on you because you shopped online. Blame it on COVID19...LIES...This has happened before during Thanksgiving holidays. I FUSED ENOUGH and pf the $350. I was given $200 shoppers card to go into the store and buy my family thanksgiving dinner. TODAY...I have explained to Tim Angie Case number 33694867.

This is a great location. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I believe they have trained their employees to say hello to guests often, but they do it in a way that I don't feel like they are forced to. I like the self check out stations for busy days, but the clerks are always pleasant, so I don't mind having to go through the lines when necessary. It's usually pretty well stocked. They have clicklist here, and it seems wildly popular, so I see a lot of people doing the collections for it, but they are polite and try to be as our of the way as possible, which I greatly appreciate it. Great location.

Excellent grocery store. My wife and I love Kroger. Excellent quality of food, affordable prices, and friendly staff if you need anything. I would also venture to say that Kroger brand food items are usually (not always) just as good as name brand. The Kroger granola bars have been the only mishap I've encountered. They also have plenty of coupons available for download on the phone app.

The pharmacy sucks. I wanted to switch to them but they are not capable of assisting with looking up insurance to get it filled.

Today after shopping at the Kroger in Clinton, MS, the cashier and I noticed an additional charge of $10.00 plus tax to my total bill. Neither she nor I could account for the charge so she returned it to my debit account. After coming home I looked it up and it was ZHZW Enterprises which is supposedly an initiative to stop hunger and waste. The problem is that I had never heard of it nor was I asked to donate any money to it. In my opinion, this is fraud and should be brought to the attention to all shoppers to see if they also have been charged for something that they knew nothing about.

This is the worst Kroger's in the USA.. It was nasty, floors dirty, they were out of a lot of things.. Asked a manager for help and they stated they were about to get off.. they didn't have green onions until finally I asked someone to check the back and they magically found some green onions.. I have never seen a Kroger's this horrible..

I really like this Kroger. First, it's close to my home. Seedings, it's conveniently located on the corner with other shopping and food nearby. Even if those two things weren't true, I'd like shopping here. It's a happy, clean place, and well maintained. They're also kind to their customers. For example, they airways have free bottles water at the exit on hot days!

This is one of the cleanest Kroger's I have ever been into. They even have live lobster in their seafood department. All of the meat and produce are very fresh. Good prices.

I purchased "reduced " meat on 1/9/2018. I had ALOT of groceries to buy - $317.00 worth - and was in a hurry. When I got home, I found that the chicken tenderloins were marked "Sell by 12/26/2017", and the pork chops "Sell by 12/26/2017". Not one product, but two!! I absolutely should have noticed this before purchasing, but TWO WEEKS past the "Sell by, reduced price" date? Someone is not doing their job!! As a nurse, VERY DANGEROUS!!!!!!!!!

Kroger has a good meat market, fresh vegetables, sushi bar, hot deli and a growing health food section. I much prefer doing my grocery shopping here, considering the other bigbox options in town.

Need help in the seafood market. Took 30 minutes to get 2 salmon filets. The guy can barely move and do just one thing at a time. Could've waited on other customers while steaming.

Mmm. Good departments with fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. And an excellent deli. I shop there all the time.

I cannot understand why the Kroger in Clinton had only one check-out Lane open at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2019. The Kroger in Jackson always has plenty of lanes open. I tried to explain my dissatisfaction to a male supervisor and he turned his back and walked away from me. The female supervisor couldn't have cared less that I had a problem. Perhaps, if there were a manager available, the younger employees wouldn't be rude and customers would receive better service.

I will never stop at this store ever again. The employees are rude and when you ask for help they look lost.

Every time I buy vegetables, they go bad within a day (especially the lettuce, kale, spinach, peppers and even onions!) I've also seen that the cheese has visible mold. I would NOT recommend buying anything "fresh" at the Clinton Kroger.

The store is very clean. The floor staff is always helpful. The florist staff is great. The meat department is clean and, again, there is always staff to consult. The pharmacy personnel for the most part are very courteous. There is one particular person that ALWAYS has attitude. I can usually get in and out quickly. Parking is sometimes challenging. The reasons I didn't give it 5 stars are these. First, the parking lot needs to be repaired very badly. I mean the pot holes are horrible. Second, this is probably from corporate, but they have these "coupons" which are nothing but scams.

This store used to be great. The employees so helpful and friendly. A welcome difference from WalMart. Now the store inside and out is filthy. The produce is mush and very often on display with mold. The employees are rude and destroy the high priced groceries by throwing them without care when checking out. They are often out of items weeks at a time. They need new management, training for employees, a new produce manager and a new ordering system. The store and the grounds need to be kept clean!

Our Kroger Clinton has always felt like a small hometown grocery - mom and pop owned feeling. Staff is helpful and very professional. I actually needed a specialty item , they ordered it and called to let me know they put it on the shelf.

I would not spend another penny at this store. I was trying to buying gatorade for sports team when a person who pretended to be a "manager" said he cannot sell it to us. He assumed I'm a "dealer". This has never happened to us. At least, I'm paying for it and not stealing it.
