The Kroger on Mockingbird Lane in Dallas is a convenient grocery store with a good selection of fresh produce, pantry staples, and household essentials. It’s well-stocked, but can get busy, especially during peak hours. The store is clean, and the staff is generally helpful, though checkout lines can sometimes be slow. Parking is usually available, but the lot can feel crowded. Overall, it’s a reliable option for everyday grocery shopping.

Google
Supervisor named John helped me when one of the associates didn’t know what to do. John assisted me with my special coupon that couldn’t be used at the self checkout, but only at the register as an EFT Payment. John’s knowledge proved to be valuable for this Kroger store.

Google
Not my favorite supermarket, but it has improved. There was only one register with a Human. It was a little disappointing. The section of packed vegetables was not attractive. I dont reccomend this place for vegetables 🥗 the section for ordering charcuterie, custom cut ham, turkey ham, and cheese was very well attended at 9:30AM

I don't know how they do it, but the prices for seafood and meat on sale weekly are fantastic! There is a vast selection, and the guys who work in the meat market are super friendly and nice. I don't shop here often since we usually purchase large quantities, but when I do, I have yet to have a bad experience! They always have an armed security guard, which is an excellent step for the college students and older people who shop there. The only problems would be the homeless in the area and the parking scheme. Neither of these is really Kroger's fault. I think a nice touch would be to have one more employee (security guard) watch over the parking lot to ensure no thefts occur (I haven't seen any personally, but I have heard stories—but that's honestly everywhere in Dallas).

Google
Busy Saturday afternoon. I had a full cart, ready to check out. Because I had several"price reduction" items and a full cart, I wanted to go through a staffed check- out lane. Two. TWO lanes were open. 3:00 o'clock on the Saturday before Memorial Day!!! I stood in line for 16 minutes and still had a customer with a jam- packed cart to go. I estimated at least another 10-15 minute wait, based on the speed of the cashier. I left.

Google
First they don't hire any employees, one guy manning all the self checkouts, no regular cashier's of course. Now they reduced their hours even more. We all know Kroger isn't hurting financially and there is plenty of customer demand.

Google
This was a real dumpy store that was kind of sad because it had potential to be nice but it's like the employees just gave up on it. It looked like a store on the brink of the beginning of a disaster movie where the shelves were beginning to be picked over. Especially in the produce and bakery section there was hardly any selection whatsoever. Also a lot of litter on the floor just made it feel like no one cared, yet you would see some displays that looked fairly nice to give you some hope. Very mixed feelings until you actually started trying to find stuff you wanted. Poorest selection of groceries ever!

Google
I've been to this store 2 times this week December 21 and Dec 19 2023 and they have closed early. The security officer is rude and unprofessional. Last night was the last straw. I opened the door up and proceeded to the second door and informed the checkout employee the doors to this store are not supposed to be locked until 1:00 am. Closing 15 minutes before is not acceptable and that I will be calling corporate again and telling them to review the video cameras at this location and time. John was his name. Thee we security guard was very argumentative and I said if it's too much maybe you shouldn't do security 🧐🧐Kroger has been looking really bad and treating the customers with disrespect. Please contact me immediately!!!!!!!!!!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Yelp
Pros: Very large, open until 1am. Thats it. Cons: Trying to pay for your items and leaving. If you hate self-checkout as much as I do, tell the attendant you want them to open a lane and check you out like normal. Per policy, they MUST. They will hem and haw about it, and might try "We don't have the people", or "We shut them all down already" That's on them, not us. We don't work there, if they want us to check out and bag our own stuff, hire me, train me, and let me clock in first. I'm tired of stores asking the customers to do their jobs for them, and I simply refuse. If a store won't open a lane, I will make them WISH they did. "How was I supposed to know you can't just drop a glass jar on the scanner? It's not like I work here and know how they work! Oops!"

Yelp
Great grocery store right by SMU. I love that they had SMU merchandise in there too. I enjoyed the cheese selection and found some great choices. Especially love the $5 and under cheese basket. I always get a couple so I can try new cheese. They had great pastry to grab for a friend's party I needed to drop into. A good selection of gourmet bread, Hawaiian bread too. The beauty aisle had a lot of unique items I had not seen. Bath items, various hair brushes and many unique shampoo. It's a big clean store with a great layout. Great selection of seafood and steaks to get you ready for summer grill season! The Starbucks shop inside had friendly service and a lot of cute coffee cups!

Yelp
I can't say enough about Kroger store 577 in Irving TX. I have used the pharmacy there as well. The manager is always down on the sales floor among his shoppers. I recently had to move and I will miss the care I received from the people in the Pharmacy. I believe it's been 8-9 years that Kroger has been in the shopping Center. It's like leaving old friends, they know you when they see you, they smile and wave. wow! one can't shop any happier than that. Thanks my friends, I will miss you all.

Yelp
The grocery store was clean, but we were disappointed by how bad the produce quality was! A lot of the produce looked sad, or moldy.
google avatar

Katie S.

Yelp
Every employee I've encountered is either outright rude or has a chip on their shoulder. Very weird uncomfortable energy here. They randomly close the entrance doors on one side or close the self check out on one side of the store which results in long lines.

Yelp
This Kroger is more updated compared to others in Dallas. I really like that this location hires special needs employees!

Yelp
This Kroger is gorgeous!!! They've completely renovated the outdoor decor and the inside is just wonderful to walk around in. Clean open aisles, super organized and stocked items, and there's a cool new kitchen concept inside called Kitchen United. It's like a ghost kitchen food court where you can order when you arrive, get your grocery shopping done, and have dinner takeout ready for your drive home.

Yelp
This review is for the Kroger Pharmacy located at Mockingbird/Greenville: - It's absolutely unacceptable that a pharmacy located in a very busy area of Dallas, which is a big city, opens at 9am!! It's really frustrating to try and get your prescription meds when the pharmacy opens at such a late time. Besides that, they close early, at 8pm.

Yelp
Our little one has a birthday coming up so my wife wanted to order a custom made birthday cake. She went to Central Market but she went too late and missed their cutoff. So she went to this Kroger and asked if they could make a cake and use a cake topper that she had purchased from a company online. They told her no, they would not make the cake because the image on the topper (which, I repeat, she purchased from the creator) was copyrighted and they were afraid of getting sued. Excuse me, getting sued for using an image at a birthday party for a 5 year old? Are they crazy? And which law enforcement branch is going to raid a birthday party looking for copyrighted images on birthday cakes? The stupidity is too much to bear. We have gone to this Kroger for the last time. PS. We found a bakery that was happy to make a cake using the cake topper.

Yelp
When placing an order and before the order was processed my husband added a few items to go on a certain payment method and instead it went onto a different account and it didn't have the option to select which payment method to choose from. He called and asked to get the issue resolved instead of resolving the problem now we're going to go without electricity for another week. I normally don't post reviews because I love the services we receive. However, I'm not satisfied with this.

Yelp
First, let me say that this location of Kroger is my #1 go to grocery store, by a wide margin, because of generally excellent products, selection, value, and service. Today, I had an exceptionally bad service experience, which I am compelled to report with hopes that the issue (bad service person) will be addressed. At close to noon today, I swung by the cheese counter to pick up two types of brie that I typically buy when I come here. Today, I found two towers of large brie rounds, with no presliced and priced wedges on the top of either brie tower, as they typically are found. I was the only person at the cheese counter, and I asked the lady with the yellow shirt behind the counter if she would please cut me a slice from both rounds. She reacted nonverbally with expressions somewhere between shocked, offended, and insulted, and when she ascertertained that I was really asking her to do something for me (that needed to be done anyway), she took both rounds from me (I handed them both to her) and proceeded as follows: 1. Called over another Kroger employee outside the cheese area in produce to repair one of the three cheese slicers in the area. 2. While the young man begun the machine repair, my "service person" proceeded to take 20 minutes (conservatively) to go as slow as possible to cut both the large wedges into the maximum number of slices, wrapping them individually, pricing them individually (one of them (triple cream) was supposed to be 30% off, which she failed to recognize even though it was clearly and predominantly marked on the large round), glancing at me every few minutes to check if I was foolish enough to still be patiently waiting for her passive aggressive nonsense. I was. 3. Finally, she handed me a few wedges from each round in a metal pan, for me to stock for her. I might have asked her about the mispriced wedges of triple cream brie, but after being abused by neglect for so long, I was so ready to flee her presence that I said nothing about her error (carefully and slowly placed on all 16 wedges from that round, as she wished me a sarcastic "Happy Holidays!" as I walked away. I can only wish for future customers sake that a management person from this store will read this review and take appropriate action. If you have any questions about the person I have described here, please feel free to contact me for additional details you need to take corrective action as you see fit.

Yelp
We always go to Kroger and it presents a convenient option for us when we need certain items within a close distance. I recommend Kroger!

Lazarria W.

Yelp
I really do not like how the associates here make me feel whatsoever. The last few visits have been uncomfortable, but tonight was a joke. My boyfriend and I were watched while checking out in self check out like a hawk. I mean before we even approached the registers fully, the heavy set Caucasian male stood there in the middle and faced the candy as if it weren't obvious that he was eying us. My boyfriend went out of his way to make a point that we weren't stealing which I am VERY offended by because he shouldn't have to do that. I want to add that The last time we were there, an employee completely ignored all of the other people and watched us. I really hope that this store's sales reflect their service. You guys are horrible. Meanwhile, there are opened food and drink containers throughout the aisles because they choose to only watch a certain customer. A joke.

Meg S.

Yelp
The bakery department went over and above when my cakes couldn't be made in their store. The bakery associate (Kristin?) got the manager to take my pictures to another store so my cakes could be made in time for my party. Thanks to David too who was very kind to work with. Highland Park Gymnastics

Yelp
Once again, a problem. I tried to return a defective item and was told I needed my actual receipt, since they are not allowed to look up your purchase via a credit card. All major merchants can do that (including Tom Thumb), why can't Kroger? He hands me a piece of paper and tells me to call a number so they can send a copy of the receipt. It's a $7 item. I do that and return to the store. He looks at it to make sure I'm telling the truth. I ask why so much trouble to return items. I'm told that "certain" customers scam the store too many times and this will keep them honest and make Kroger's job easier. Well, I'm a minority. Imagine how I feel hearing that. So basically, Kroger is calling certain groups of customers thieves. That's the way to retain customers.....LOL. I finally get my refund, but only after I've been lectured and spoken down to. The customer service guy was a pissy gatekeeper and reminded me I can't do anything without his permission. So a guy making $11 an hour is going after customers. I hope he feels powerful doing this. That only makes your store look bad. I'm sorry your location has a problem with theft. I saw the $5 detergents under lock and key. Join the group. ALL retailers are facing that, but few will admit "certain" groups of people are the culprits. I was told this location is a training location for all stores. Wow. Hope you aren't telling employees too many bad things about customers of color! He could have called a manger who could have taken care of this a lot quicker. I didn't throw a fit and yell like some people do to get their way. I never return items, but this was defective. It's the principle of the matter, not the amount. This is the last time I shop at Kroger. There is a Tom Thumb closer to me. People there are snooty, bitter and uppity, but I can handle that. I don't have time for drama from poorly paid people (many of whom told me they are on assistance) looking to compensate for a lack of pay and recognition. Seriously, train your people better. Imagine if I had actually taken offense at the "certain people" remark. I just walked away. He obviously doesn't know any better. Not once did he say he was sorry. Apparently, it's all my fault. I'm getting used to this kind of treatment from this location. I'll make sure people I know don't shop here again. Kroger doesn't care. Thats the sad part. They defend their employees and allow poor customer service. Live and learn.

Yelp
This store is the worst for their customer service! I had a cashier refuse to load up my cold bags because there's a line! She also told me that I can't have my "pet" in the store... my dog isn't a pet, she's a trained service dog. The employee told me the she thinks that service dogs aren't real. Another employee started to chime in and told me that the employees are all tired and I need to respect them for doing their job and being forced to be away from their families. I told her I have away from my family in the military, to which she responded with "being in the military isn't a real job!!! When I talked to the manager, he said that because of Covid-19, they aren't allowed to touch people's bags. I would sooner spend my money at Dollar Tree then go back to this store!!

Yelp
I love going to this Kroger, cheap prices, super nice Starbucks barista, etc. BUT some of the the employees are TERRIBLE!!!! (An employee named Jody was SUPER NICE!) I don't know how they are not fired! First whenever you enter there's an employee near the self checkout that helps people, she is really rude, she just stares at you when you enter she doesn't even greet you. But overall she just seemed depressed. SECOND, there were these Mexicans going to the back, near the frozen foods, the one guy grabs a pepperoni pack, rips it open, then throws The piece that he ripped off back on the shelf and starts eating the pepperonis. He had a blue scarf and a white t-shirt. Then one of his worker friends started cussing at the other workers. Next, they started to say, "watch your mouth!!" And my mom said that to him too. The guy in the blue scarf started talking to his friend in Spanish (which he probably didn't know I spoke) "Omg that kid said whoa!" (I translated it for y'all) I just rolled my eyes, Anyway I Don't recommend coming here at night. Hope this was helpful lol

Ann M.

Yelp
I started going to this one because I was sick of CONSTANTLY getting haggled for internet service at the one on Northwest Hwy. Go to this one today and now they have the same thing - except it's right where you walk in to get a cart. I am coming here to shop for groceries, not get Internet. You can't avoid them - they come running over to you. Two nights ago I came here by myself and there were THREE different homeless people right at the door asking for money - one of them clearly either on something or mentally unstable. It was dark and the other entrances were all locked so you had to walk through there. None of the employees did anything. This is not safe. Also - bugs on the produce at both locations. It's disgusting - wish I would have taken a photo today. Switching to a different grocery. Kroger has gone waaaaay down hill.
google avatar

Yelp
Truly I'm so shooked right now. 3 day ago I bought an item that "best by December 11 2016" (expired 3.5 years ago!!!) "mac and cheese" I ate this now and I felt something SO WRONG with this!!!!! I looked up to the expectations day, and I really cant believe it! I have the receipt i have everything! This is ILLEGAL!!!! And now i need to pay with my health!!!!!! Shame on you KROGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You could of killed me!!!!!!! I bought it in 2/4/2020 and it's expired in 2016. Can't believe it. Even 1 star you are not deserved!!!!!!
google avatar

Bruce W.

Yelp
This place has really gone down hill. If you go down the aisles and looking for something specific many of the shelves are bare, not the first time I have seen this. Worse yet, I go to the Kroger for my favorite milk, the last few times I have looked for the milk it hasn't been in stock but if you walk back in the storage area (behind the stocking area) the refrigerated section, there is plenty. For my visit today, I walked back into their cooler and an employee was sitting there playing with his phone and I just walked in and grabbed what I needed. Either Kroger has some of the laziest employees or they don't pay them enough or don't manage them. Not sure but it's a real shame how bad they are now.
google avatar

Carlos W.

Yelp
If i could give 0 stars i would. The person you have working in the deli counter older lady with glasses on shift at 1:49 pm on 10/17/22 is the worst employee you can have. First her attitude. It seemed like she had a problem giving me customer service because of the color of my skin. She had no problem taking care of the older gentleman that came after me because he was of her preference. As she asked him what he would like he told her you have others she said nope you're next. Then we she was done as i was the only one at the counter she ask " i can help who's next". I'm the only one in front of you. As she took my order she interrupted with an attitude i told her to drop her attitude or find somewhere else to work. My day was going great until i came across her. Kroger just lost a customer because of this lady.

Charles C.

Yelp
Everuined check your receipts before you leave the store!! The stor on Elam is adding a Donation to your bill without asking you for it. This is the second time this month it has happened to me so I called their office . Soniya ask me how much I told the check out lady take and I told her nothing was ask they just did it . She was very nice and told me to drive the 5 miles and then would refund it to me. Why can't you shop there without an overcharge or them stealing your money that is hard to have extra now days. Charles Cole

Yelp
The second time I've been in here recently where the employees are so rude. This store has gone way downhill. Sad. I'll shop at Tom Thumb even though they are higher because the employees are friendlier. Kroger was the best. Now they are the worst.
google avatar

Bruce B.

Yelp
Worst Kroger ever. Will not honor their own coupons. I loaded a digital coupon using their app, backed by signage in their store, on the aisle in question immediately in front of the product. When I got to checkout it was not honored at all. I pitched a fit. Now, 10 minutes after getting home the coupon has been removed from the app. But I have a pic of the display. I will never shop here again and I am pulling all my fracking prescriptions. Frack Kroger and their sorry attitude employees. The last few years I have seen an ever increasing number of employees sporting frowns. Screw that. Never returning.
google avatar

Anna H.

Yelp
I'm disabled tried to pick up a prescription except the side entrance was locked at 9 am. I had to hobble all the way to the other door. I asked why it was locked. The employee mumbled sorry he forgot. So then I picked up some grapes on sale and tried to check out. The self serve was ringing up double price and kept auto ringing it up to about $40! There was not an employee in sight. I made my way back to the first lazy employee who said I would have to go on line and down load a coupon to get the sales price! What? For some grapes? Bottom line except for the pharmacy this is the laziest bunch of employees, and krogers is not well run. I was so upset and that employee could have easily called a manager and given me the credit. Next time I will pull up to the pharmacy window and I will never set foot in any Kroger's again! And Dallas has a lot of other grocery stores. Just sayin.
google avatar

Jason M.

Yelp
Store itself is great. Curbside pick up on the other hand is run by a bunch of incompetent imbeciles. Spent 1.5 hrs putting together an online curbside pickup order. 5 minutes before My scheduled 1pm pickup, they called and said they "were running way behind and it would be late tomorrow before they could have my order together. Too bad the food I'm preparing with the items I purchased has to be done by tomorrow. An absolute colossal waste of my time.
google avatar

Harriet G.

Yelp
I love this giant Kroger! They have the best and widest selection, including lots of imported delicacies. This is where I go for my favorite English tea. They do a pretty good job of stocking organic produce, dairy, and frozen foods. And the employees are quite nice
google avatar

Amy E.

Yelp
Officially done. I understand that with COVID they were days behind - not a problem. What is a problem is not telling customers you are days behind until their pickup time (that was scheduled a week prior) and continuing to accept orders when you can't fill the ones you have. Now with the start of June tomorrow, I decided to give Clicklist another shot after using Shipt for the last 2.5 months (always get my order when I expect and communication is great). I regret it. I get a call about 1.5 hours before pickup with a message saying they were running behind today and they'd call when my order was ready. Not a problem. Pickup was scheduled for 3pm. At 5:30pm I called because I hadn't heard anything and was assured by the guy on the phone that my order WOULD be ready today even though they hadn't started on it yet. Alright cool. So at 7:30pm I get a call stating they were sorry but my order wouldn't be filled today because they were closing at 8pm for a scheduled renovation. Seriously? You couldn't tell me at 5:30 that honestly you wouldn't get to my order because you were closing in just over 2 hours and hadn't even started on it yet? Unreal. If you were closing early due to an unforseen circumstance, that's understandable but it really sucks to leave customers with no food for the week now because it's far too late to make alternative plans. This store and specifically their Clicklist is the absolute worst. Done, done, and done.

O A.

Yelp
Homeless lady blocking the entry and baskets " cleaning the floor", a bunch of expired promos left tagged-cashier wouldn't honor the price, and their prices have noticeably increased. Won't be shopping this Kroger anymore.

Happy C.

Yelp
Two checkers on a Saturday afternoon. Lines down the aisles as well as the lines for self-check. The guy checker was chatting up the customer, stopping what he was doing every time he opened his mouth. I left my cart and went to Aldi to do my shopping

Yelp
I purchased a twin-pack of Nyquil/DayQuil last month, not knowing my partner just purchased the same at CVS. After going through COVID two weeks later, I finally got around to returning the unopened package back to Kroger. The Customer Service counter was closed, so I asked an employee where I could get a refund. He said I needed a manager's approval because I brought it back past their return policy deadline. The manager came over and she explained that it was 31 days since I purchased it and I must return it within 30 days! I told her I was sick with COVID and she went into some convoluted reason how I could have contaminated the unopened product. It sounded like she would rather have me come in with COVID and infect people only because it was within their 30-day window. What should have been a 'no-problem return' turned into a 5-10 minute lesson on their return policy, price fluctuations, a scolding on spreading COVID, and finally getting a refund. Geeez, it's not like it's immediately perishable - it had an expiration date of12/2024. For a store manager, customer service was not her strong point. I'll just do my shopping at other grocery stores given this hassle!
google avatar

Yelp
"That's all you're gonna get from me" said the RUDE employee that waited on me at the pharmacy drive through. I Hadn't used the drive through since they updated it. Not knowing if it was working properly or if I was pressing button hard enough given the fact that no one responded to the call button after several attempts , he finally responds with a rude remark "that I don't have to keep pressing button blah blah blah,". I was shocked! (Having spent my entire working career in customer service industry) The professional response would be , "sorry to keep you waiting" and then put me on hold if he was busy. When I asked for his name to share my experience with the manager, he only gives me his first name and ..."that's all you're gonna get from me!" If you're unhappy with your job that you have an attitude with customers then find another job. You don't belong in customer service where you're dealing with people. What happened to training employees to be polite and professional to customers regardless! It's people like that which causes long time customers to take their business elsewhere!

Yelp
Wow... I'm in shock with the recent reviews. I've had a long time love affair with this Kroger! As a long time loyal customer for decades I've never experienced any issues *(Knocking on wood). I'm a huge Kroger fanatic, but this store is my #1 since the beginning. Cleanliness is a top priority for me. The lighting is perfectly blended. It's bright enough to see clearly, yet dimmed to not over power you. They keep it well stocked. I don't recall ever needing a rain check. Prices are great, so no complaints there. I spend way more than I care to, but I come out with more items than my grocery list. Produce looks vibrant and the the seafood is amazingly fresh and in abundance. It's the next best thing when there isn't an actual meat market near. I appreciate my interaction with the meat handlers. All of them are cordial, and a few might share a recipe or two or throw in a wine suggestion as you order. The deli department is a bit stiff and just there to get the pay check at the end of the week nothing more. I ignore them. Maybe they're following the rule if you can't say anything nice just be quiet. A little kraze, but some people lack common sense. (Oops) The lines get long on the weekend so understand you might have to walk if you go at a primetime. I'm getting adjusted to the new flow of the store more so because it's a new idea and it was fab already. But C'mon, I still appreciate you and my needs are meet just fine. I'm keeping my eyes open.

Yelp
Veronica in Floral! I had a last minute floral need, and when I arrived at Kroger on Mockingbird I didn't see what I needed in stock. Veronica was working the floral counter on this particular morning and accommodated my need. She asked a few questions for context and then asked what flower color was needed. In less than 20 minutes she produced an exquisite floral arrangement. She's a HUGE value add to Kroger and I hope their management recognizes her as such!

Yelp
i'm writing this review after accidentally stumbling upon the reviews of others of the yelp community. it's a corporate grocery store that cares about profits above all else. if people cared so much about the quality of customer service they would go to mom and pop shops, not shop at amazon or walmart. but in the end all these consumers want access to the most affordable products with the least cost to them. The store is bigger than typical kroger's and has great convenient hours of operation whether you're an early riser or like to go into late night. please don't let the reviews of few with unrealistic, unreasonable expectations dissuade you from going to a store so greatly located and offering things at competitive prices to give alternative options to whole foods and central market. can't speak about the online ordering.

Yelp
One of the workers here has been stalking me for the last 45 minutes. At first, I figured he was just doing his job. But then, when I would look in this direction, he would quickly look away. He literally followed me down EVERY aisle. At one point, he said fuck being discreet, and just stood right behind me while I shopped. When I would go down the aisle a bit further, he would follow. If I "forgot" something and did a u turn, he would follow!!!! I confronted him and threatened to get a manager. Only then does he walk away. Check the photos for the picture I took as he was walking off. I almost didnt want to walk to my car alone. I didn't know whether to cry or pull out my pepper spray. I shop here every week. This idiot needs to be fired. I will be contacting corporate. Despite this experience, I am giving this review two stars because I've never had any issues prior to this.

Yelp
There's not much worse than calling to check if your prescription is ready, being placed on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. Then to arrive at the store and have them tell you it will be ready in 30 minutes. Dude- this was called in last Thursday. When I told him that I didn't appreciate being hung up on I got a robot like, "you have my apologies" didn't even make eye contact. I get it- we are all going through tough times but do your job and show a little compassion to loyal customers. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

Yelp
My house has bought our groceries from this Kroger for the past 3.5 years and I can guarantee none of us will ever be back to this store again after my experience today. For context, we all spend about $300 per week total on groceries, meaning we've spent over $40k at this location over the past 3.5 years... anyways, I was looking to do a propane tank exchange and I had a quick question so I walked in with my empty tank and directly up to the first employee I saw. At the same time, she noticed one of her friends in the store shopping and said hey and waved her over. I was standing by the employee smiling and politely waiting for her to finish her conversation before I asked my question. That's when "Patricia" walked up... I do not know know who made the decision to hire this woman but clearly she has some unresolved anger issues because she came up immediately aggressive with an extremely loud tone as if I was attempting to walk out a full cart without paying and said "You can't have that in that here! Go outside now!" And I said "Ma'am it's empty, I'm waiting for this other employee to finish her conversation with her friend so I can ask her about doing an exchange". She says, "NO NO NO" and I said "hold up, I just have a quick question because I don't know how to exchange this" and she says "No there's no hold up, you need to go outside NOW!". I had enough her at that point and nonchalantly said "Alright, f you guys, I'll go somewhere else for a tank" while walking away and no joke, for a moment Patricia physically charged at me and I saw it over my shoulder as I continued to casually walk away while I heard the other employee say "Patricia, stop! It's not worth it!". I have never had such a negative experience with an employee in my entire life. Check the cameras to confirm this all is correct then please fire this woman so maybe she learns a lesson about how to properly interact with customers!

Yelp
Ridiculous. One lane open. Been waiting 20 minutes and still two people in front of me and six behind me. But the self serve lanes have one person each. My basket is full or I'd go there. What kind of business data do they look at to make these decisions?

Yelp
This Kroger is horrible. I visited their floral department to have balloons blown up. I was told "we don't do that." I responded with a "I am sure you blow up balloons, I am looking at some right there." "No, we don't." It almost felt like I was in a sitcom. The lady behind me asked for a pink balloon. She was handed (I kid you not) a white Kroger balloon, not inflated of course. The lady working was very curt with her as well. That's just the floral.

Yelp
Beware ordering grocery delivery service from this Mockingbird location of Kroger's. The delivery service with Instacart is horrible in every way possible. I just had my second experience with Instacart charging me but not delivering. Let me say the Mockingbird location is one of my favorite Kroger's because of the quality of produce and selection. That's why I knew they would have some hard to find items as well as weekend groceries. I placed an order to be delivered as soon as I got off work. I got the text when the shopper started on my order and they would notify me if an substitutions had to be made. Then I got the text that they were on their way and to expect them at 3:10. At 3:40, nothing. Then I get the email telling me my order is delivered. It asked if I wanted to add more to the tip. So begins the saga of useless and frustrating calls to Instacart and Kroger's. I'm put on hold 6 times. Asked my name 4 times. I'm finally told the driver delivered the order at "the facility". I explained I don't live in one but still go hunt outside all my neighbor's doors just in case. It is clear to me that the person did not pay attention to the North in the street name and probably left our things at the other end of the street. Finally, I am told they will issue a refund that will take 7 to 10 business days. Hold up!! Kroger's already gotten paid for the groceries I ordered but now the Instacart/Kroger's Rep is saying I have to wait. I said, nope...here's a better plan...since you have your $ and I have nothing...you get the delivery person you just spoke to on the phone to go get my things, text/call me and I will direct him here. She said it is not our policy to re-deliver. These are tense times for lots of folks. Even when they're not, you just don't mess with people's money. I didn't plan on giving Kroger's $100+ and getting nothing for it...no groceries, no courtesy, no care for a long-time loyal customer.

Yelp
Why am I standing in line when associates are chilling and eating. Don't they have break rooms?

Yelp
I went to Kroger at 6:30 pm to do the drive up service. The rep that came out must have stopped my card by mistake. That wasn't my problem mistakes do happen. It was the lack of care the mangers Alma and Haley took with the issue. Alma come out first walks directly to the car and says " he said he gave you the card rolled in the receipt " no hello so sorry for this mistake may I get more info from you lol then she just walks away comes back with the other manger Haley and stated he doesn't have the card this doesn't happen here and hers the receipt. Mind you no one has looked around and attempting to look and no apology. Me being a supervisor myself I would have never handled this situation so poorly. To make the customer who was truly inconvenienced by her card being lost my there rep be made to feel that I inconvenienced you to come out here to tell me I must have lost the card, must have been you, he didn't take it, he doesn't have it literally every excuse in the book. I'm the end no card,no apology, no one looked around I only go disrespect my the management.

Yelp
This is the size of the fried chicken I got today . I used an app called instacart. And I normally get Thom Thumb fried chicken , but the groceries are tooo expensive. So I took a chance on Kroger deli knowing their chicken was not going to be good. I don't understand why the pieces are soooo small Luke pigeon pieces? But it cost me $8 for an 8 piece. Ridiculous !!!

Yelp
Today at this location I observed a customer without a mask. Informed Customer Service rep who shrugged and said, "Well, they can read the sign." Shop this location at your own risk as they will not enforce the wearing of face masks.

Yelp
I have a great idea for the Kroger Management at this location: If you hire Millennials and Generation Z's employees please make sure you emphasize that customer service is very big part of working at a grocery store. In fact why don't you tell a young lady whose name is "Alexis" who was there to help bag groceries that when someone who's probably older than her parents addresses her; the appropriate thing to do is respond in kind. It happened a total of three times during my transaction all three times of which she ignored me. I finally grabbed my items and looked at her and said: "you have a nice day as well" after I said thank you. If you don't like your job the best part is you can quit. If you don't like working in customer service quit a job that is in customer service. If you have a really poor attitude about working quit your job and live on the street. Personally I don't care which of those choices you make as long as if you choose to work in customer service you understand exactly what that means.

Yelp
Worst pharmacy service. I don't understand why they always try and up charge me when I've paid the same price for two years.

Yelp
This place is great. Almost always has everything is Stock and people are nice. It has a great selection tailored to the area so it always has what I need. And I love the pharmacy employees.

Yelp
PA Music was so loud pharmacist couldn't hear me an I couldn't hear him. We had to scream at each other, this clearly violates my privacy regarding interactions with pharmacist
