I really don’t particularly care for this Kroger, but it’s closer to my home. The cashier Jeff, who works with you, needs an attitude adjustment. I refrained from reporting him over two years ago, but today, with the high price of food, I think Kroger should compensate you for having to put up with employees' attitudes.
I simply ask Jeff if he can scan the coupon so I can get my makeup bucks off he proceeds to tell me I can only do it one time. I didn’t ask him to do it two or three times he shouldn’t volunteer unnecessary information unless someone ask he always has an attitude.
Then I proceeded to ask him if he could call the deli, I walked to the store a gentleman was there when I came back around to get my deli meat. He was gone, so I just asked Jeff if he could call him it’s not open yet, but the deli guy is there. He’s on Kroger time.
The meat machine was uncovered so he told me it doesn’t open up till nine. Well why is the gentleman standing there getting paid on the clock standing and not helping the consumer.
Again, we should not have to put up with attitudes and the high price of food so I feel when customers complain. Kroger should give them a $50 gift card.
