Kroger

I called Kroger Bakery to place an order for fresh cookies to purchase and was told I couldn’t make this request because the numbers were already in the system and it would mess up the inventory. Never heard of this policy before and the rep didn’t even try to accommodate. Her response was she baked some fresh yesterday.

This Kroger is located in Grayson Highway, Lawrenceville in Gwinnett county. Kroger is one of the grocery store that will always be my go to. Came here with my mom. She needed to send money back to our mother land. Pretty slow in the middle of late morning. Had a bit of a wait at the customer service for money order & check cash out. Customer service was pretty helpful.

I didn’t get to post my last time coming here nevertheless the Restroom at 455 Grayson hwy Kroger’s is so disgusting it’s disappointing and I mean nasty I rate it a 1 star just off the fact that I came literally 3 days in a row just to see if they clean and it never got clean it’s pointless to even bring this to the store manager ITS OBVIOUS THAT CLEANESS IS NOT THE GOAL HERE I’ll explore the store in another lifetime and hopefully someone who actually cares for the care of they job will work there peace and blessings

This Kroger is so hit or miss. Check the expiration dates on dry goods. Sometimes they're fine, but I've brought home out of date items on more than one occasion. I would also skip the produce section unless you are planning to use it within the next 24-48 hours.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at this Kroger Supermarket. The place was very clean, great lighting and the employees seemed eager to help.

Things just aren't organized in this store .. the Krogers in Denton Texas is a much better experience... they have so many people working at this store and there's never any help very disappointing I asked to speak with a manager then the manager said she was a manager let her call another manager ... I do appreciate the front manager for listening to me But please fix this problem... I should not have to walk around your store looking for things place your product where they go people ... and please stop putting people that don't speak English on the floor 🗣how can they help the customer if they don't speak English this is AMERICA... I LOVE KROGERS but not these GA locations there not organized........ UPDATED.... Krogers Is much better organized... there was people there to help all the workers where very friendly the txs stores has better lighting but I give them A on a nice clean organized family friendly store to shop at... and omg try there cakes them girls can bake it was sooooo good 🗣I shared with the baker my favorites and she showed me which cake to get omg I want another one Update...2024 Don't go to this store at night time ... a young black lady walked passed me with a big Kroger sign across her I said excuse me can u help me please more then 3 times she continued to walk another employee did help me an older white lady and im very grateful for her however I just wanted trash bags the police had the road blocked for voting(which they moved as quickly as they could) so I waited 30 mins just to be able to finally get to the store to be disrespected ... the manager says she was on her lunch break and that's why she did what she did ... so im guessing it would hurt her to say let me get u help im on lunch 👀🗣don't go to work to make money if u don't want to do the job it's simple math God Bless... Today Sat August 17th Well somebody was feeling bossy today she's was rude then sweet like a sour candy lol I just wanted to buy my cokes and was told customer service is not the place for that and it will be the last time she help me🤣🤣that's fine ... the. The flower lady ran over to have a conversation with her when I was done if u have time to talk u have time to train and have more help the store lines was crazy this morning .. I even saw the fire department there what if something happens and they needed to go 😩 Train your team to help *UPDATE JAN 2026 (the day before the storm) every last manager was helping getting the store together the lady at check out was amazing and fast ... they had about 3 people for customer service nice 🙏🏽the store is looking better however The bakery department has people who don't want to help customers why come to work .. but I would like to say think u to the short lady in the bakery department whom let me know they wouldn't be helping me instead of being rude like the tall lady . Sahara is the best. She was in the Deli and I was kinda down until she said hello and good morning which woke me up.

They charged the original price instead of the discounted price for several items I bought and the customer service line is very long and one person worked there. The customer service is like a mini bank. All the people there needed the money service took all the time . I measured that It took average 10 minute for one person to be served. So go to this store was a mistake. First they not honor the sales price! Second once you checked out and found out you didn't get the sale price then you stuck on this 30 minutes long line to return it or pay the high price and leave.

This Kroger has had the best customer service, out of all of the Krogers I've been to while living here in the past 10+ years. They strive to make their customers happy, I am always greeted, and even while working tirelessly they are always so polite!

This Kroger is so unbearable now with the harassment of the spectrum salesmen now. They hunt you down by the entrance and even follow you until you stop even as you're saying no in the produce. They literally invade your personal space and won't let up. For people like me who come into the store every day you're forced to tell them no over and over again and have to fight through their rebuttals and obnoxious persistence. Mind you spectrum is the worst carrier rn btw. Reception for wireless or mobile is horrible and nonexistent. Aside from that this store has rearranged everything. The natural market section is moved, and it's hard to find anything. Please GET THESE PEOPLE OUT OF THERE or I'll proudly start driving past this location if it means I can shop in peace.

Not a huge fan of the remodel and rearrangement of the aisles, also apparently you've got employees on the sales floor not in uniform. Hard to tell who's a customer and who's staff.

Good enough store but why does Kroger have so many independent vendors and organizations selling and marketing inside and on the periphery of their property. There are people selling stuff, marketing stuff and all I want to do is get in, get out, and move on to complete the other 75 tasks that need my attention. I cannot recall being solicited at a Publix. Why is that?

the woest customer service ive ever received!! Delores is the worst the absolute wordt employee at the store and the Managers are no better !! Marshay literally came and did nothing and we waited for another manager that never showed up !! will be reaching our to corpt EVERYDAY ! Oh and they HAVE ROACHES AND DEAS FLIES ALL OVER THE HOT FOOD AND BAKERY . I'll be letting the health department know also .

Horible customer service! Manager was called at the customer service desk and it never even showed up. Delores at the customer service desk needs another job, she is no good in the position she's in. What a trashy store!

The only reason I'm giving this store 1 star because you can't put zero. Kroger has always been my favorite store to shop in but I don't know what happen to this one. Years ago it was great. Now it's horrible. The white mushrooms here for a year straight have been dark brown every single time I come. The rotisserie chicken are so dried up that they are like swallowing tree bark. It's dirty looking and discussing to walk into some time. Lots of expired stuff! I hate it that krogers have such a good reputation but yet this one really is unbelievably bad. I miss the way my old kroger use to be.

I came to this store once I got done voting as it was in the same parking lot. I think every Kroger is different but oh my! Seemed to me like they had the slowest people they could possibly find to work the registers. Don't say you need a pack of cigarettes because if they have to go get them, you pretty much have another 3 minute wait. It seems to me like Kroger isn't uniformed with it's other stores. I went in there and I was totally lost. Good luck finding someone who can help you in the store. The day I went, I didn't see anyone free so I had to navigate myself. That's all I got to say about that.

Gross, dirty, and outdated,. The bathroom is nasty. There is trash all over the parking lot and carts everywhere. Literally the worst Kroger I have ever seen.

SOME AREAS NEED WORK! While walking through this store (bakery/deli area), I found the floor very distracting. It was either very dirty or just worn and needed to be replaced. The cleaning crew might need to step up. While in the deli department I peeped into the hot food window and noticed that the carb dishes were very dry and disgusting. They should not have been on display. When the food starts to go south, it must be removed because leaving it just says "We don't give a da--!" when that is that last thing you want to communicate to customers. It is simple: If it's not fresh, don't display it, toss it out! As I stated, we were looking for donuts but they did not have a self-serve counter where you are able to select your own pastries. Everything was packaged in bulk and this is not what we wanted. We were looking for a varied selection of fresh options. Since we couldn't find what we wanted, we simply decided to try another store. If you are looking for packaged foods, produce and anything other than prepared items, you will probably be fine. I would definitely avoid the prepared foods as they simply reflect a lack of care and concern.

This place needs a make over. The floor is dirty in areas, sticky in others, and missing in others. Fruits are rotten and smelly. Customer service is okay. I'd shop elsewhere for cleanliness and freshness.

I've been using this Kroger for my primary grocery shopping for nearly 3 years. Generally, the staff are pleasant and helpful. Sometimes the shelves are not restocked as quickly as I prefer. However, the women's public restroom is one of the worst I've ever seen. I've mentioned multiple times over the years to various employees and customer service that it needs attention. But the next time I've HAD to use it (I usually avoid it if I possibly can), very little, if anything, has been done, except MAYBE emptying the huge garbage cans. Unfortunately, today I had to use it. The garbage cans had fresh liners in them, but there was paper scattered on the floor--not large pieces this time. I've seen worse. There is no hand dryer, and today there were no paper towels in the dispenser. There was an empty PT cardboard roll lying on the sink. As usual, there are seat cover dispensers on the walls, but I have NEVER seen them stocked with seat covers. For months, the toilet paper dispenser on the wall has been broken (entire front section is missing, and the toilet paper roll is loosely hanging in what's left. I have no confidence at all that the tp roll hasn't fallen on the floor repeatedly, then been plopped back on what's left of the dispenser. Not exactly sanitary. The stalls themselves needed to be replaced long ago. Pieces are broken off, and there are at least 10 holes scattered about the panels where previous repairs ? must've been attempted. Currently, the slide latch has been installed obviously by someone who didn't know how to do the task. It's so bad, someone has scrawled instructions on the door panel telling how to use it. The floor never look clean. If anything, it looks like someone swished with a mop, leaving 3 inches of gunk surrounding the "poles" that attach the panels to the floor. With all of the above, i have NO confidence at all that the toilets have been sanitized, so if I HAVE to use them, I try to avoid touching ANYTHING. For what it's worth, I have never in my life written a bad review online.

no wonder why this place has 2 stars, its horrible here. none of the workers helped me look for what i was looking for. i asked 2 workers and neither of them knew. bad customer service.

No cafe, no click list, no bank, no deli sandwich station, this location is light years behind all the grocery stores in the area. Lottery machine is ALWAYS broke. There is never any fresh food in the hot holding deli area, produce is usually old, and the store overall just looks sad. Only plus side is they have ample electric carts for the disabled.

Been coming here for years. It's a okay place to shop considering it's convenient for me being down the road, however could definitely use a serious remodeling and refreshment. Fruits and veggies aren't always the best to choose from. Staff is pretty friendly though
