This Kroger is always clean and well organized. They do a very good job decorating the store for the Holidays. Employees do a great job keeping the shelves stocked. Best time to shop here is in the morning time to avoid the crowd. Around noon and evening time is when the location is very busy, and you’ll most likely have to wait a little longer to check out your items.

Exceptional Service from Tanya at Kroger I recently had the pleasure of working with Tanya in the floral department at Kroger, and I can't say enough good things about her! She was incredibly helpful and sweet, making my shopping experience truly enjoyable. Tanya's product knowledge is outstanding; she provided excellent recommendations and answered all my questions with a smile. Her passion for what she does really shines through, and it made a significant difference in my visit. I wholeheartedly give Tonya 5 stars for her exceptional service and expertise. Thank you, Tanya, for going above and beyond! Highly recommend visiting her for all your floral needs! 🌸

There’s a cashier who works at the self checkout, named Bishnou. He makes it very obvious that he’s watching you and will stand directly in front of you as you checkout. I saw him standing directly across from a family with children as they were checking out. He was leaning against one of the checkout station as if he’s reading receipts, but watching the family. If management is telling him to watch customers as they checkout, they should also tell him not to be intimidating while doing it. It makes the experience of shopping at Kroger extremely uncomfortable. Kroger is also jeopardizing the employee safety. This is a preventative problem that can be very easily avoided in case he comes across the wrong person.

Google
This is my neighborhood Kroger, wirhin walking and biking distance of home. I shop there frequently because its convenient . Up until today, I saw it as an average Kroger. Today I had a very positive shopping experience. I needed help twice and both times there were Kroger employees nearby who were able to use technology to answer my questions (location of an item and correcting the sale price at checkout). They were helpful, attentive and polite. Great customer service. Additionally, I found great prices on a couple items on my shopping list. And I didn’t have to use any digital coupons!!

Google
Wish they’d open the second doors again. Also, over years of going here, consistently there’s only about a 30% chance they have Kroger brand turkey pepperoni. Pretty random thing for them to be always out of.

Google
Good luck finding a cart when you need one. If you are lucky enough to find one indoors, good luck getting out the door with it, the wheels may lock preventing you from exiting, like you're a thief. Some of the rudest customer service I've ever seen.

Google
Disregard 98% of old reviews as they’re all based off a 40yr old store down the street. This location replaced it. Great new store! Good lighting, wide ailes and great selections over many other Krogers. Love the quick meals, brilliant idea to have at grocery store VS spending double with online retailers who specialize in that market. Click-list pickup opens over the weekend, I do like how it's on the West side of the building and out of the way. Starbucks needs some help, I waited forever for my tea all to find out they were letting it steep then tossed the tea bags out. Handed it to me and the water was lukewarm at best.

Google
They allow non-service animals in the store. Management and security did nothing as the dog lunged at a small child, causing him to run from his parents. Other customers were petting the animal and then handling items in the store. Very unhygienic. I’ll be shopping elsewhere

Yelp
Newer Kroger! Not sure when it was remodeled or rebuilt but I wish my local Kroger was this nice. Stopped in to pick up some things for Mom for Thanksgiving. Definitely need more folks at the register and baggers. Took forever to get out of there. Plenty of selection and love the app for locating items in the store.

Yelp
Kroger at 6580 E. Main St., Reynoldsburg. This store is the worst Kroger on the planet. I shop at Giant Eagle most of the time because this Kroger is appalling. A few weeks ago, I purchased a graduation card along with a few other items and accidentally left the card on the counter. I called when I arrived home and asked Cust. Svc. to retrieve the card and leave it at the Customer Svc. desk. The Cust. Svc. rep, who was a bit snotty, confirmed that she found it. The next day, I stopped in to pick up the card. There were at least 12 people in line at the Cust. Svc. desk (there always are 12 people in line at the Cust. Svc. desk) and one hapless associate (looked like a teenager) behind the desk. The phone was ringing and he wasn't efficient with calls. Two of the people in line said that they were paying bills and doing exchanges and told me to go to the desk and ask for the card, which was in a bag behind the counter. While I was standing at the desk, another Kroger associate started talking loudly to the poor clerk. I asked for my card, and he yelled, "I'm not talking to you and I won't talk to you until I finish with this guy." I then said, "Call for a manager." No manager arrived but apparently the guy called Security. Meanwhile, another customer came up behind me, called me a bitch and spat at me. The customers in line were getting really angry. I told the Security guy to deal with the spitter and I would take up the matter of the card with Kroger Corporate since there were no signs of a manager coming to the Cust. Svc. desk. I have filed a formal complaint with Kroger Corporate - I won't be returning to this Kroger EVER and I want my $4.99 plus tax (cost of the card) since I had to buy another card from another merchant. I used to use the Pick Up, but there's frequently a problem - bad broccoli, bad bananas, etc., - which forces me to go into the store and to the Cust. Svc. desk, where there are always a 25-30 min. wait. I am a senior and I am finished with this Kroger. There are never enough cashiers - ever. Giant Eagle offers a pleasant, clean and friendly shopping experience. Kroger does not. I'm done with this store. Save yourself and run to Giant Eagle of Walmart.

Yelp
Very pleased with the freshness of produce and dairy. So far, what I have bought remains good well past the sell by date. Peppers remain crisp, bags of prepared salad are fresh. Watermelon and pineapple are sweet. And this krogers has a HUGE selection of ice cream including UDF and Jenis.

Yelp
Just got here to Ohio & this happens! If there's another Kroger nearby please go to the next one, not this one! My family and I were racially profiled when shopping here. Workers said they had to watch us like a hawk since we went back into the store with our paid for groceries to do a price check. We went to self check out which took forever to get help since all 4 old racists women had to watch another costumer whom was stealing while others were needing help. After we got done with that she lied & said that she told us not to go to the back, which we confronted her that she did not tell us nothing. Beth & Tracy said we know the store policy's which we don't since we're not from Ohio. Funny thing about is the security on duty didn't even do anything or say anything! So make it make sense ! We DO NOT STEAL! This is not a nice welcoming to Ohio! But now I know where not to spend my money!

Yelp
Limping in to the as I had just left the hospital from a procedure, and in a lot of pain I noticed there weren't any carts available. There was an employee that was pushing a smaller cart with the small hand, held baskets in yet. So I asked him if I could have it, he paused for a moment and said " I'm using it ". He didn't say anything after that, and neither did I. Still stunned I was treated with total disrespect. However, I will say at this location there are only a handful of kind employers. Maybe that explains the high turnover. But, the gentlemen working the meat/seafood dept are outgoing and eager to assist. Oh and might I add, as I was checking out I noticed my salad was slimy....so in pain I had to limb back over to produce dept to retrieve another one. What the heck is wrong with the store?

Yelp
The service I received today SUCKED!!! I was lied to by a cashier name Loni. Instead of her telling me to use my otc card to purchase my fresh fruits and vegetables then do a separate transaction for the remaining items she decided to put everything on my ebt card. Once I got home and reviewed my receipt I called the store asked for the manager through the automated service I was transfer to a manager. I spoke a young man in customer service who told me his words not mine " I'm just a person who was thrown behind the desk in customer service" after explaining the entire situation to him. He then place me on hold and was told by the "manager" who I never spoke with was there's nothing we can do. This was one of the worse experiences I've ever had with Kroger I will NEVER return to this store to buy ANYTHING ELSE! I'm very unsatisfied! It doesn't hurt anyone to have competent employees! I don't need an apology either because it won't be sincere. I hope this goes further than just this store location!

Yelp
Don't get me wrong. I love the pharmacist there but it seems like the staff quality has dropped quite a bit. I don't understand what's going on over there people, hung up on me, their tone of voices sounds rude. I am really thinking about leaving. I don't want to but the attitudes of some of these employees is making real mad. Do they even like their jobs?

Yelp
The new Main St Kroger is gorgeous! I am in love with all the fresh breads and baked goods, the fresh fish section, and the general layout. Everything is well spaced out and it doesn't feel like I'm running into everyone while I meander around for what I need.

Yelp
Decent, small Kroger. Pulling up, I wasn't sure it was open since so many windows are blacked out, and the entrance is not very obvious (it's in a little pocket, like stores from 40 years ago.) Inside, it's awkward to get into the store itself, since the service desk is right there and traffic flow is constricted. Not a huge selection, but enough to do your general shopping. Prices are a little high since it's a Kroger. Bathrooms are in the back. We found out because Baby K had to go, and we chased all over the store till a customer pointed us in the right direction (much thanks, anonymous guy who recognized a toddler and dada in distress.) Service was decent, the place is clean enough, it's not awful, but I would go to Meijer or a bigger Kroger next time.

Yelp
This is one of the best Kroger's in Columbus. They have great produce. The store is always well stocked. The employees are very nice and they do a great job of keeping the store clean.

Yelp
If I could give a negative rating I would. EVERYTIME I come here there's are ZERO registers open. You have to wait in a 30 minute (no exaggeration the lines go half way through the store) line just to have to wait even longer for an employee because their systems never work. Really frustrating trying to run errands and the employees are all standing around with their thumb up their asses and refuse to open more registers.

Yelp
What a beautiful store with a great location. It has everything that you would need. Everything is organized and easy to find. Our cashier was friendly and fast moving. They were short handed on baggers but Im sure it was due to the weather. It had a Starbucks and the deli had many meats and cheeses pre packaged to save time. They also food ready meals for you if you need a quick meal pick up to take home too eat. It had a very well lit AAB spacious parking lot with 2 entrances. Very nice.

Yelp
I love this Kroger! So clean and staff is super friendly. Always good energy when I come here. Produce is so fresh and very well organized!! Only thing I wish was different was a traffic light. I avoid this Kroger at certain times because there is no traffic light and it can be hard leaving out.

Yelp
We are transplants from California and realized Tri-tip just isn't a cut that meat markets in Ohio really carry.... until we came here. We need it, we want it and Kroger has it! Jason was a great help.

Yelp
I am a senior living alone, dealing with covid for almost a month. I hate asking everyone to run errands for me, but clearly I can't do it myself. My doctor sent in a prescription. I called and asked if I could pay with my credit card over the phone so that my sister, who is going out of her way to deliver it to me, won't be stuck with the bill. The young woman who answered said that I could pay with my credit card. But when she read back the numbers many of them were wrong. I found that odd. I repeated them again, slowly. Anyway, my sister arrives with my prescription and guess what? She had to pay for it! When I called to complain they said "we don't take payments over the phone". Really? How about letting a person know that right off the bat! I'm too sick to deal with problems. And I'm tired of having my friends and family have to run errands for me.. and especially be stuck with the bill!

Yelp
This Kroger is one of the worst I have seen. I just moved here a few months ago and this is the closest to my house. But the others, not far away, are much better. First, they are always understaffed. Second, they never change sale tags. I have found dozens of times I have been over charged, and go back and look at the sales tag (which always has the end date) and they should have been changed a week ago. This is not an irregular occurrence. When I go there, I now look at the date and a good majority of them are old, and the prices have gone up. Look for yourself. The yellow tag has a date at the bottom. And then check what you are charged at the register. They do have a huge alcohol selection and a liquor store attached taking a big percentage of their square footage. So you can gather who Kroger believed their target customer would be. More alcohol than food. Nothing against drinking, but at this location they evidently invested in alcohol and not the grocery shopping consumer. Which also explains why this Kroger is small, and has very limited selection. Shop here and come to your own conclusions. But for me I am going to check out other locations and companies.

Yelp
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT bother the curbside pickup at this Kroger. I now understand why they had slots open before any of the Kroger's near us. We were given a pick up time of between 1 and 2. We left our house at about ten 'til 1 as we live about 20-25 minutes from this Kroger. They called at 1 to tell us they were running 1-2 hours behind. We explained the situation and that we had already left. They said it was already being picked but that is was a "huge order" and would take some time. We killed some time, and they called around 2:10 to say it would be ready in an hour. They explained that some of the pockets are just slow, and that we had a slow picker. We arrived at the Kroger at 3:00 knowing we might be a couple minutes early. No one answered the phone. We told one of the guys loading another car, and he said he would let them know. After hearing nothing, we called again at 3:20 to find out "there had been an error with our order" and they "still needed to get the last things" like produce and frozen goods (a good 25% of our order to begin with). When I asked how much linger, they explained they "don't give estimates." It's 3:30 now and we're still waiting, but at least they gave me enough time to leave this review. So much for their "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" sign that is all over the place!

Yelp
It's kind of small and always busy. Some of the food looks old and the vegetarian section is small. I think they have four self check out and six cashiers but usually three are only open. They are nice but no one is ever there to help you. We always go there because it's down the street from my house and it makes it easy.

Yelp
I have withheld this review in order to give myself time to adjust to this new Kroger store. I have shopped exclusively at Kroger's in Reynoldsburg for the last 36 years. There are some things I like about the new store and many I don't. My biggest complaint is that many of the items that I have loyally purchased over the years cannot be purchased at this store. Specifically, I miss the heritage farms or private selection brands of deli meat. I want the garlic bologna, turkey pastrami and chipped ham back. I am offended that all they offer is Boars head deli meat unless you purchase the already sliced meats. I used to buy wonton wrappers and now all the store has is the very expensive brand of organic, gluten free wrappers. They never have home pride bread when I shop there. I don't care for where the frozen foods is located. Seems like it is way removed from everything else. It is definitely less personal than it used to be though. I used to get asked if I needed help to the car and while I never took them up on it, I have not heard anyone offer that service to any customers, even the elderly. What I like...lots of self serve aisles, salad bar , hot chicken bar, cleanliness, more stockers, expanded HBA area, some areas have been expanded selection s like seafood, bakery, and butcher. I wish they offered the shop and scan feature where you scan as you go and skip checkout. Overall, not a bad experience.

Yelp
I know most people go to the grocery store for large selection, fresh items, etc. and this is a smaller and older Kroger for sure. Setting that aside, today was the 2nd time I've been in this store, and I can't tell you how refreshing it is to 1) be greeted by so many employees, 2) asked if I need help, 3) get assistance with a smile, 4) have employees actually move out of my way as they are stocking the shelves to allow me to get to the item I need without appearing to be annoyed. If this is a reflection of management in this store, then congratulations to the manager and to each and every employee there, as I came in direct contact with at least 10 of them while I shopped. This store truly goes above and beyond to make a difference and a more pleasant shopping experience for the customer.
google avatar

Amanda C.

Yelp
So this is an older Kroger so it is smaller without the pizzazz and shiny of the newer Krogers. Selection can be limited but I usually can get 95% of what I am looking for. The people are nice and overall I love the convenience .. Half mile from my house!!! I have heard rumors its remaining life may be short but I hope they are not true!

Yelp
Horrible Kroger. Avoid it. Parking lot is horrible for beginners and the inside isn't much better. The store itself doesn't seem to be kept clean very well and employees do not make it welcoming. The pharmacy is slow and I feel there is only one person there who even tries. I will drive a few extra minutes down the road to the other Kroger.
