To preface, I've been going here for 8 years now, and I will continue to go here because it's the closest grocery store to my house.
However, it's probably the worst Kroger I've ever been to, and I've been to every single one in Metro Detroit. Staples like butter, flour, or spinach will be out of stock multiple days in a row (I have a feeling whoever is supposed to keep track of things isn't doing so or doesn't care). It's dirty in a way that it appears to have never been deep cleaned (take a look in the freezer section if you dare). The self-scan lines will take forever as they will only have 1 person split between 12 lanes (often only 6 of them are open and the line will back up all through the isle). In the produce section, a third of the items won't have a price tag on their shelves. There are plenty of employees around, but nothing ever seems to change.
The manager of this store should be embarrassed at the state of it, and I'm surprised corporate hasn't fixed this after years.
