Seems like a pretty nice place but when you try to get help the girl with the youth scan was more worried about joking and playing around and just flat out ignored me. So I just paid full price and left. Maybe they need a little bit better employees or something cuz I just got ignored like I wasn't even there. When I asked for help she looked at me and stub knows me and went back to talking and playing with her friends

Produce is garbage. No longer carry about 6 items we consistently would purchase. Dairy is always empty. The one positive is the two registers open out of 13, have friendly people and friendly baggers.

Usually always have a good experience at this store. Kind staff and has almost everything I need. I did have one bad experience last week when I was looking into balloons and a worker named Vicki came to help and started raising her voice and throwing her hands up because I asked for a balloon catalog. However, all in all great store and good people.

I went to the chicken counter, asked for an 8 piece chicken. That is 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 wings & 2 drumsticks. When I got home there were 4 thighs, 3 drumsticks & 2 wings, no breasts. Very disappointed. I have gotten chicken from Kroger's in Goshen & Elkhart & it was excellent. This Kroger, Warsaw, has awful chicken. I wasted my time & money. I was going to get a potato salad while there but they were all expired.

The rating is for the Kroger IT department. I have called them 2 times about an app issues. They refered my issue to another IT person who sent me an email with a page full of things to try. I responded with notes of what happened when I tried the things in the email. None of them worked. That person never responded. I got a generic email today for me to call the number that I called the first 2 times where the people could not help me. The case number was in the letter they could have looked and see what was going on. I was told by the store to come in, they would help me. They could not. My app will not allow me to go to the sign in page. It stops the page before I can sign in and circles and circles. The store told me to open a new account with a different email. I can do that on my laptop. But since I can't sign in on my app, I can't use ANY account on the app at all. Don't call Kroger IT department if you have problem. They don't car I am attaching a screenshot of the place where my app is stuck in case anyone has had this problem and has a solution.

I was born and raised in this town. I was a very sickly child. Growing up that did not change. I've had 2 heart attacks, and I'm only 22 years old. I've been coming to this store Basically, my whole life. And I can say as a person with a disability and a service dog. This place is unwelcoming and unaccepting of people with disabilities and service animals. Not only does one of the bigger managers tend to watch me while I'm in the store, but show disdain for me and my service animal by continuously shaking there head at me and watching me. My service dog is a cardiac alert dog.Because I have heart problems and two heart attacks to prove it. It's unfortunate because I grow up going to the store and I personally love it. However, this store is unwelcoming, unfriendly , and biased. So I would not say that this store is disability Friendly nor service dog friendly and if you have either of these just be prepared.

My wife went shopping at Krogers today where she picked up two of the roasted chickens which we ate one of them for lunch. Unfortunately, for us the chicken was very dry and in one instance the bathroom plunger was needed to save a life. I wish Krogers would learn how to use the various spices available today to give their chicken a variety of taste. The same old method of cooking just plain old dry tasteless chicken is a waste of time and money.

My husband and I go to this store and self check out at least 1 or 2 times a week. We see the same lady every time, short older woman that wears a lot of makeup. She has never done this before, but for some reason, she came over and asked if we scanned the pop in our cart. We said yes of course, but we had just scanned it, she could have looked at our screen. It felt like she was insinuating we are theives.. but we've been going there for years! Why do that today? After years of seeing us..

Yelp
Just went shopping here tonight. I believe her name was Lily but I'm not sure. She was working customer service at self check out and she did an amazing job helping me and went the extra mile. Not very common these days. She gave me her OWN extra pennies to cover my total. Hopefully she gets recognized for her attentiveness to her job.

Yelp
The horrible Kroger app has ruined the shopping experience. I've asked associates of anyone else has trouble with the app not working..."All the time" is the response. Fix the app or I'm going elsewhere!

Yelp
My go to store. The staff is always nice and helpful. They always have everything I need in stock.

Yelp
I have had it with this store! They closed down the Little Owens on the west side of town to get everyone to shop at the Big Owens and they can't even keep stocked up on a lot of groceries. They run a sale ad and run out the first day or two but can't restock because they didn't order enough of the product. For 3 weeks I have been waiting for them to restock Rico's cheese dip or Campbell's nacho cheese soup. Still not on the shelves. All out of cases and 12 packs of mt dew, no sprite, etc. These things are not Covid related so what's the deal? I'm done with Owens! Meijer is my new go to! They always manage to keep their customers happy by having almost everything in stock!

Yelp
I love Kroger's/Owens on Center St. I rarely go to any other grocery store and when I do I realize it was a mistake. If I've ever had a problem they resolve it expediently with a smile. They are extremely helpful when you are trying to find something. They don't just tell you what aisle they go there and find it for you. I can't believe anyone complaining about Owen's service because I've been treated with the utmost respect and kindness in every department in the store. Their pharmacy has always been very efficient with my prescriptions and have always taken the time to answer any questions I may have no matter how busy they are. I was told each customer gets their full attention each and every time they pick up their meds. Nobody has ever been rude and never unwilling to help me.

Yelp
Horrific customer service I called ahead of time and asked if they could cash a check the teenager that answered the phone said yes to be safe I requested to speak with someone in customer service who I was also told yes they can cash my tax check when I got here it didn't go through the woman was extremely rude with me for no reason I asked her if she could run it again and she screeched in my face I'm not gonna waste my time I requested to speak with a manager who also showed up and was rude and when I asked for an apology I was told I needed to take my check and leave worst customer service I've ever seen freaking pathetic don't waste your time oh yeah and the vegetables were rotten. For the record I believe in my manners I am a yes ma'am no ma'am kind of person so it wasn't my attitude that caused this I don't know what's up peoples butts in this area but I would not waste my time coming here I hope Walmart put them out of business.

Yelp
This "Kroger" is actually marked as Owens, the original store name before Kroger bought them out. UPDATE: Owens has really expanded their organic foods section and has a very good selection (for this small town) that even includes some fresh organic produce now (lots of apples and even mangoes!). Grocery shopping tip for maximum value in Warsaw, Indiana: FOR organics and go to Owens. FOR fresh meats go to 110 Craft Meatery FOR cheese and whole bean coffee, go to Aldi "The Good: Better prices than Marsh. Better Quality than Wal-Mart (but that's a given). The Bad: The only really outstanding thing about Owens (other than its small organic foods section) is that it isn't Wal-Mart. The Ugly: Another store that forces you to use a membership card in order to get any kind of discount or sale prices."

Yelp
When first moving to Warsaw, I gave all the grocery stores a try. Now I shop exclusively at "big" Owen's. It's big enough so that I can find everything I need; it's not overwhelmingly huge, like Martin's, Walmart and Meijers. I've found that most of the lower-priced Kroger-brand products they carry are as good as--and often better than--the name-brand, more expensive counterparts. You'll save money and time by shopping at "big" Owen's. Another reviewer was unhappy that Owen's "forces you to use a membership card in order to get any kind of discount." I'm thrilled to use my Owen's card at checkout, and not just for the extra savings. By using the card, they know EXACTLY what I shop for regularly, and every month or so will send me a whole slew of great money-saving coupons for the items I normally purchase! Some of the coupons even give me the item for FREE!

Yelp
If you want a grocer that discriminates against customers with disabilities, choose Owen's on Center St. If you want a grocer that makes frequent mistakes, and then bans you from the store for complaining about the mistakes, then choose Owen's on Center St. Some of the mistakes are that when I got my order, the sales receipt was for someone else's order. They charged my credit card for multiple meat and fish choices, and what I ordered and received was mostly vegetables and no meat or fish. I special ordered a bakery order, and they made me buy something not ordered in addition to the special order. They put expired meat in my order. They sold defective fresh vegetables, diseased potatoes.

Yelp
This store has been recently remodeled and is a nice store to shop. The prices are ok for a grocery store but they have awesome sales and will also double coupons every day. They used to triple coupons but haven't in a LONG time. You do get gas discounts for using their pharmacy which I do and love the people. Also by spending $100 in groceries. The pharmacist always goes out of her way to make sure our stuff is correct and hardly ever have an issue w/short notice refills. The drive up window makes picking up prescriptions fast and easy plus u get 10cents off per gal w/every 2 rx's, so Y not.
